Jenn and Toni made this weekend TRULY stress free and amazing! They were easy to work with, went above and beyond to ensure everything was perfect, and constantly checked in with us throughout the night! I cannot recommend this venue enough! They took care of everything so we wouldn’t have to! Toni even helped decorate our arch with flowers we purchased and they added extra decor around to make everything look truly amazing. Can’t speak highly enough of Crossroads or the service Jenn provided! She was incredibly responsive, very helpful, and always lovely to work with for our wedding! Their prices are such a relief compared to so many venues but that didn’t limit the quality of service. With COVID and things constantly changing she always kept up with communication and updating us on any new changes. We have a few hiccups with our hotel room and Kristie made sure everything was taken care of. I would 100% recommend Cross Roads to anyone. Thank you so much Kristie for everything ! You can definitely tell she is very passionate about her job and understands difficult situations. Due to COVID restrictions in Michigan I had to make the hard decision to cancel and she made it super easy for me to get my refund and was very understanding. Kristie has an incredible passion, positive attitude, and creative mind. Planning a wedding/reception during a pandemic is quite difficult, but with Kristie, she made it happen. We ended up in a tent in the parking lot due to the COVID limitations. The entire event was perfect and every last detail was taken care of. The food is really good, don't let the word \"catering\" of \"Distinctive Catering\" deceive you. Lastly, when we had to scramble and figure out a music situation, Kristie not only reached out to a contact, but she got it all setup and tested for me on the big day. Her positive attitude, knowledge about reception planning & willingness to help was unmatched. We ended up in a tent out front due to covid, and a huge thunderstorm rolled through the middle of our reception yet with Kristie at the helm the show went on. Each coordinator would not honor the previous contract and we had to start over and over. We did end up having a good time, the guest had a blast and never saw the behind the scenes. The groom and Mother of the Bride were in the kitchen multiple times getting silverware and plates. The cooridnator was never near when needed and left wihtout saying good bye to anyone. We had to completely start over with each person because they didn't know what was going on. They also tried to over-charge for alcohol (saying more kegs were opened than really were). Overall it was completly unprofessional and we were actually going to switch locations 5 months before the wedding. We were promised it would get better but it never did. I would never recommed this location to ANYBODY!!! DONT USE THEM!!!!! Reviewed on 08-12-2008
