Everything went smoothly from planning to the actual wedding. They were very accommodating for what we wanted. The reception hall was set up beautifully and I couldn’t of asked for a better place to have my ceremony and reception.

I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful and happy we are to have had Rindy’s help, support and dedication to make our wedding memorable. every little detail in our wedding was perfectly taken care of. Everyone was mesmerized by the product they delivered and the service that everyone gave our guest, her staff was fenomenal the entire time. I don’t have enough words to describe how thankful and happy we are to have had Rindy’s help, support and dedication to make our wedding memorable. every little detail in our wedding was perfectly taken care of. Everyone was mesmerized by the product they delivered and the service that everyone gave our guest, her staff was fenomenal the entire time. I cannot say enough about Rindy and the staff at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee-Airport location. We had a very large wedding with 350-400 guests on NYE and they did everything in their power to make sure the day ran smoothly and it was nothing short of amazing. Rindy, in my opinion, is the best wedding coordinator in Wisconsin. She was attentive to emails, phone calls, and all the questions that came with wedding planning. My mother also was a large part of our wedding planning process, and Rindy was there to answer all her questions and concerns as well. Usually something goes wrong on wedding days so I was fully prepared to embrace the chaos. To my surprise though, our wedding day went on without a single accident or surprise. That is in large part to Rindy and the staff being so helpful and accommodating. Our guests were so impressed with the venue and food and were commenting all night about how wonderful everything was. We are incredibly grateful and so incredibly happy we chose the Crowne Plaza to celebrate our big day. The staff, space, hospitality, and food were all PHENOMINAL.

We had an incredibly positive experience at the Crowne Plaza MKE Airport! Rindy, the wedding coordinator, is a joy to work with, and she was communicative, helpful, detailed, and very easy to work with from the very beginning of our planning process. Initially, we booked the Voyager Room for our 160 guest reception. It was a good sized space for that number, as it is big enough to not feel cramped, yet it still felt like an intimate venue. The food here is AMAZING. We chose to serve plated entrees: the NY Strip Steak and the Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon. Our guests keep raving about the food!!! They are also accommodating to any food allergies. Also, I have to note that the garlic mashed potatoes are probably the best we’ve ever had. No joke.Throughout the planning process, Rindy was very responsive in our email exchanges, and she would be ready with vendor referrals, answers to my MANY questions, and more detailed information regarding the reception as the day drew near.When we met for our final detailing meeting, she presented us with the opportunity to move our event to the Concourse Ballrooms from the Voyager Room, as they became available for use the night we booked our reception! This meeting was so helpful because we went through literally every detail of the evening. I am already a Type A person, and to go through each detail helped put me at ease. The staff at the front desk were also helpful and friendly during our wedding weekend stay. We had such a positive experience having our wedding reception here, and undoubtedly, 99% of this was because of Rindy. She is thorough and very good at what she does – she puts a lot of work and care in to your reception to make it the best and stress free as can be! If you are interested in the Crowne Plaza MKE Airport at all for your wedding and/or reception, get in touch with Rindy! You won’t regret it!

We hosted my sister's engagement party here. The service and food were amazing! I knew I was in good hands from the moment I toured the hotel. The room was the perfect size for our event, all of the food was delicious and the event was a great success. And having it in a hotel was awesome - we drank all we wanted and then just walked upstairs to our room. No need to call a Lyft or Uber!

She was able to personalize our wedding plans to meet our needs and was able to answer any of our questions. We absolutely loved working with Rindy at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee airport for our September 2017 wedding. She responded to us right away throughout the planning process and was able to cater to the little personal touches we wanted at the reception. I remember getting off the bus and walking into the hotel for our reception and being blow away with how everything looked, it was exactly as I envisioned it and Rindy made that happen! Guests told us afterwards how delicious the food was and that it was the best they had ever had at a wedding!

Our daughter had her wedding at CP. It really was very beautiful. It was amazing to see the sections of the ballroom transform from \"plain' to simply stunning. Rindy ( wedding coordinator for CP) was an absolute joy to work with. We asked way too many questions and she was always quick to answer them, understanding and supportive. The food and décor was fantastic, and the staff: bartenders, wait staff, and clean up crew, were so nice to work with. Everything wedding related turned out better than we had hoped. The reason I am giving only 4 stars is due to the check in. Many of us had rooms booked for both Fri and Sat night and quite a few of us ( at least 5 rooms) arrived late Friday a.m to start assembling decorations. While I can understand that not all of us would get an early check in, NONE of us did including the bride and groom. I have to note that the parking lot for the hotel at 11 am was not even 1/3 full, so not sure if the hotel was completely booked that Thursday night or not. Regardless, the reception attendant was not the nicest and had an \" I don't care\" type attitude. ALso, the bride and groom did not get the room type they had been told they would get. Other than check in, we were very happy with the outcome of the wedding, and again, a big thank you to Rindy, who knows her stuff and is extremely well organized and helpful.

We're so happy we hosted our wedding at the Crowne Plaza. Our coordinator Rindy was incredibly helpful, organized, and accommodating. When our ceremony needed to be relocated, she was very helpful with setting up extra meetings and walking us through our options. Rindy was awesome to work with, she was super accommodating to everything that we needed. We had a large wedding but she kept everything well organized and got back to us quickly when we had questions. We held our ceremony, cocktail hour, reception and brunch at the hotel and everything went smoothly. The rooms all looked amazing, the staff were all friendly and helped when we needed stuff done. They also kept the hotel bar open past midnight for us (we had a lot of people staying at the hotel) which was awesome! Overall we were extremely happy from start to finish.

We had our wedding in the Voyager Room at the Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport. This space was perfect for our size wedding (150 ppl). The wood beams with chandeliers fit in with our décor and theme. Rindy was always available to help and answer questions. She was very quick with her response, and very supportive on the day of our wedding. We went with the silver package but were able to switch our fish option to the salmon. People are still complementing us today on the salmon choice saying it was perfect. A special they have is the Honeymoon On Us program, which we took advantage of. We were able to gain enough points to get a few free nights at a Crowne Plaza for our honeymoon. There were lots of locations to choose from, and even one at our destination which was Key West.

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!!!! Working with Rindy made planning our best friend's Bridal Shower easy and absolutely amazing. Rindy was very professional, and met with me and other bridesmaids to discuss room rental options to host the shower. She broke down the contract, costs and taxes and there were no hidden fees. The service on day of event was impeccable, and attentive and every guest-especially those visiting from California- loved the turn out. The potato bar was absolutely delicious and there was more food left over which was a bonus! The bride loved the set up we were able to display and thought everything was exceptional. Thank you so much Crowne Plaza, Rindy and the dedicated Staff for being an awesome team from beginning to end, and for making my best friend's Shakira Bridal Shower a memorable, beautiful experience. Having our wedding at Crowne Plaza was simply amazing! Everything was taken care of by the staff and Rindy Hart the Coordinator. We didn't have to worry about anything. Throughout the entire year and a half planning and we could always count on Rindy and the staff to answer any questions we had. On the day of the actual wedding, everything was already set up and ready to go for us. It was a really nice to know that we had the entire team at Crowne plaza supporting us throughout the entire day. I could not have asked for a better place to have our wedding at!!! We had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza June 25 of this year! It was nothing short of amazing! Rindy was such a pleasure to work with! I'm not the easiest person in the world to please, and she did an absolute wonderful job accommodating us and our 300 guests! From the candy bar, to some minor bumps, to even arranging one of the shuttles to take some of our bridal party directly to the church so they could leave their cars at the hall! People are STILL raving about how excellent the food was. I had a few disappointments throughout the day, but this wasn't one of them, they really delivered and the staff overall were so friendly! I would recommend this hall to everyone looking for a beautiful place to have their wedding!

We had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza June 25 of this year! It was nothing short of amazing! Rindy was such a pleasure to work with! I'm not the easiest person in the world to please, and she did an absolute wonderful job accommodating us and our 300 guests! From the candy bar, to some minor bumps, to even arranging one of the shuttles to take some of our bridal party directly to the church so they could leave their cars at the hall! People are STILL raving about how excellent the food was. I had a few disappointments throughout the day, but this wasn't one of them, they really delivered and the staff overall were so friendly! I would recommend this hall to everyone looking for a beautiful place to have their wedding!

We had our wedding at the Crowne Plaza last month and I couldn't have had a better experience. Looking at venues, we wanted a place that would be able to hold all of our guests (which was going to be a potential of 320), that was convenient for both people in and out of town, and had staff that was easy to work with. Rindy was amazing. She returned emails very promptly and worked with me over the months making sure everything I wanted happened. The room was absolutely beautiful. They were able to match the chair ties perfectly with the girls dresses. The room was the perfect size for our guests and the staff even set up the room with our center pieces and other decorations that we brought in the week prior. The food was awesome and were very good portions. Rindy was available that night for anything that I needed as well. Everyone at the wedding had nothing but amazing things to say and if I had to do it all over, I would definitely still choose the Crowne Plaza for the venue. You will not be disappointed!

Crowne Plaza is the most perfect place to have your wedding! Rindy could not be easier to work with! My husband and I planned our wedding in about 6 months and Rindy made it that much easier to accomplish our perfect dream wedding with 350 guests! The day before the wedding we went to decorate and of course I wanted a few things changed (tables moved), at first I didn't want to say anything because everything was already set up, but I am so glad I did. Rindy did not even blink an eye at it and said it would be taken care of and of course it was. Thank you so much to the amazing Crowne Plaza Staff for making our day absolutely stunning!

My wedding was changed from a year down the road, to a month down the road. Rindy was wonderful! She helped us work it out and kept it budget friendly. I gave her just a couple candles for decorating and told her to just go with it and make it look good (since i didnt have time to plan out the decorating). I never imagined that she would make it look as AMAZING as it did! She put in some extras they had, and everything came together so perfect. The food was great, the service was amazing. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to stay within a budget and still have a great place for the reception.-I also loved that the alcohol was included in the packages so we didn't have anything extra to pay!

The night was perfect, the serving staff was very nice and friendly. All the ones responsible for cooking the food did a great job and everyone said they loved the food. And to the bar tender that had a full night of party animals constantly keeping him busy with drink orders. Also the ones responsible for setting up the hall, it looked absolutely amazing! You have a great hardworking staff with you and we cant thank everyone enough. Everyone keeps talking about the night and how it was the best reception they have ever been too. We want to personally thank you and the staff making it a night we will never forget!!!

I can not say enough about this place. Rindy was amazing from the minute I met her. When I walked into the reception hall I could not believe how perfect everything looked. When we found out I had 16 extra people show up they added extra tables in minutes to accommodate my guests. My friends and family are still raving about the food and the staff. Thanks to Rindy and the staff at Crowne Plaza my wedding was perfect and I would recommend them to everyone.

I can not say enough about this place. Rindy was amazing from the minute I met her. When I walked into the reception hall I could not believe how perfect everything looked. When we found out I had 16 extra people show up they added extra tables in minutes to accommodate my guests. My friends and family are still raving about the food and the staff. My husband and I held our wedding reception at the Crowne Plaza-Milwaukee Airport in September 2015. Wanting to make sure our guests were well fed, we went with a package that included appetizers and a late night snack. Prior to our wedding, we ate the Altitude Restaurant within the hotel, and were always impressed and well- satisfied, but you never know how it's going to turn out when you're making mass amounts of meals (we had 170). Everyone was impressed with the food. The portion size was very generous, and those that chose the steak option commented how perfectly they were cooked (we went with the chef's recommendation of medium). Dinner & bar service were great as well. The food was served quickly and I didn't notice a significant delay between the head table and the guest tables being served. All the staff were extremely nice and hard working. The chef even came out at the end of the night to make sure we were satisfied, and was a genuinely nice guy! There was plenty of food left at the end from the late night snack.\r\rThe planning was fairly simple as well, as the hotel has a coordinator to assist with the reception. She walked us through everything from the menu to chair covers & ties (which were included in the package we chose). All of our outside vendors seemed to coordinate well with the Crowne Plaza and their staff. Rindy, the coordinator, was able to get us into the hall the night before to setup since there wasn't another event. Definitely took the pressure off of worrying about who was going to set up the day of and if they were going to do it the way I envisioned! The only glitch with the entire process was that we had a slide show presentation of pictures, meaning we needed the AV package. The AV person wasn't available that day and their equipment wasn't compatible with how we originally did the slide show, but it played, and that's all that mattered in the end! Seating and hall layout were also a breeze, as the venue uses an app called social tables where you can drag and drop guests into tables (I imported our guests from an excel file via The Knot). It gives you a good visual as to where you want to put the bars, cake table, gift table, photo booth, etc.\r\rAs an added bonus, IHG offers a rewards program, which gave us points for our guests who stayed at the hotel for the night of the wedding. They also have a \"Honeymoon on Us\" Program, in which you receive a debit card to use towards a future hotel stay. Both were very nice incentives.\r\rWe initially checked out the Crowne -Milwaukee Airport because of it's convenient location to our home, ceremony site, and airport for visitors, but were impressed by the size of it's ballroom (we utilized all 3 section), package pricing, and options available. We would highly recommend this venue to others.

The rooms at the Plaza were wonderful for my guests, and since me and my hubby booked 10 nights within our wedding block we were able to get a free night's stay. The room came with a bottle of champagne, chocolates, and strawberries. Rooms were clean and very well kept. Guests liked how spacious the rooms were. Since we booked 10 nights, we were able to utilize the hotel shuttle for our guests to and from the reception which was a great option for guests so they did not have to drink and drive!

This venue was wonderful for large weddings. It allowed for all of our guests to have enough room to mingle while keeping our dance floor clear for partying later on. The only downside that communication was not optimal about beverages and had to be discussed during the reception to solve problems. The food was delicious and everyone said they had a great time at the reception.

The Crowne Plaza Milwaukee Airport was overall a great place for our wedding reception. The convenience of having the reception at a hotel helped with all of our out of town guests and the location of the hotel is easy for guests to find. The staff were very helpful throughout the planning process and especially the day of the wedding. I would recommend people using the Concorde Ballroom, it was perfect for our wedding of approximately 200 guests.
