The venue rental includes a five-hour event, professional event management, a private full-service kitchen, complimentary bartenders, and an overnight newlywed suite at their sister property, Beauport Hotel Gloucester. An additional on-site ceremony fee adds extra time to exchange your vows and for setup and breakdown. Beautiful venue! I am so happy I found Cruiseport Gloucester. It was a very elegant place to get married and have a reception, and we’re very flexible with my vendors which was very important to me. Cruiseport Gloucester was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding day! Our coordinator, Amy, did everything possible to make the planning smooth and stress-free. She really went above and beyond to make our day perfect, answering every little question (even the ones that were probably dumb!) and making sure we had a great plan for our day. The venue itself is so beautiful and the food is amazing. I am still having guests comment (months later!) on how it was the best wedding food they've ever had! Not to mention how much more affordable Cruiseport was than most other places we looked at on the North Shore -- and without skimping on any of the \"luxury\" stuff. It felt like everything we could want was already included in the price and handled so easily.Have your wedding at Cruiseport Gloucester - you will not regret it!

We had our wedding here in October of this year and this Venue was worth every penny. Amy was our coordinator and she was so organized and spot on when it came to all things wedding. We had a lot of small requests and she found a way to make it happen. Whether it was our \"bubbles and brews\" wall or making our signature drinks with special ingredients, there was nothing that they couldn't do. The venue is beautiful and our guests had the best time. I would recommend Amy and the Cruiseport to anyone looking to get married on the North Shore.

Can’t recommend the Cruiseport enough! We got married 8/19/23. Our coordinator Amy was fantastic! She brought our wedding vision to life and made it better than we could have ever imagined. Amy was super helpful and always quick to get back to any questions we had. She also took the time to meet with our group in person and was so patient in making sure every detail was perfect. I did not have to worry about a thing, Amy took care of everything! I was amazed at how beautiful everything looked when I walked down the aisle for our ceremony and at our reception.The venue itself is gorgeous and all of the food was delicious. All of our guests are still raving! We also loved staying at the Beauport Hotel, the bridal suite was beautiful! I was so impressed with everything from start to finish and felt well taken care of throughout the process! I would absolutely recommend the Cruiseport for your wedding!

We also did the boat cruise for cocktail hour and it was the best decision. We loved it and our guests did as well. We had Amy as our wedding coordinator, and she made my wedding vision a reality. We got married at Cruiseport in July 2023. Our coordinator was Amy Ray. We loved our experience with Cruiseport! From the moment we toured, we felt it was the right fit for us. We were right on the water and the venue was modern, bright, and had a happy feeling. Amy was excellent to work with and made everything extremely easy from the initial planning days all the way through to our last dance on our wedding night. We loved the easy to access deck that our guests utilized throughout the night. The venue space was extremely flexible. We had our ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception all at Cruiseport and each space felt separate and unique, while making it easy for our guests to arrive and be stationed in one spot. We organized our rehearsal dinner with Cruiseport, too, which allowed us to have our rehearsal aboard Beauport Cruiselines that allowed for the most gorgeous sunset cruise of Gloucester Harbor. The food for both our rehearsal dinner and wedding was to die for and extremely *beyond* accommodating for dietary restrictions, especially gluten free needs. Something we really loved about Cruiseport was that after our ceremony they had an entire cocktail hour spread for the wedding party and cocktails/drinks ready to go for us. They also had drinks poured and passed around throughout the cocktail hour for our guests. We received a lot of feedback that the h’ourdervous were plentiful and delicious and the bar was quick and efficient. We loved Cruiseport and highly recommend it! Amy did everything and created a stress-free day that felt seamless by all. Thank you, Cruiseport!

They were very accomodating and really try and make all your wedding visions come true. Yet another 5 star review for Cruiseport but they deserve it!! Got SO MUCH positive feedback about how beautiful the space was, how good the food was, and how fun the cruising cocktail hour was. I was nervous about funneling over 200 people onto the boat but it went so smoothly! We wanted all-inclusive and Cruiseport delivered! They had so much staff to keep the day running smoothly, had the tables set with champagne (and shirley temples for the kids), and delivered on everything! Danielle set up all of our decorations and made the space feel like \"ours\

We were able to have a cigar station outside during the reception, and it was packed all night. Danielle was amazing to work with. From the moment she was assigned to us, we had constant communication. She answered all my small silly questions, and talked me through all of my stressful moments. She heard us when we told her what was important to us and made sure that our day was perfect. I wouldn't have changed anything about our wedding day, and we owe all of that to Danielle. Not only was our day perfect, thanks to her, she also remembered to call in our late night pizza! 100% would do it all over again with Cruiseport, as long as we could have Danielle again!

I got married 8/12/23 at Cruiseport. Everyone warns you that things will go wrong on your wedding day, but believe me when I say nothing did. Everything went exactly as planned, and I have our coordinator Danielle to thank for that. Our guests raved about everything from the drinks, the service, how beautiful the venue is, and said the food was the best wedding food they’ve ever had. The outdoor patio was a huge hit - I know Cruiseport can’t control the weather but I’ll still give them credit for all sun, no rain. I already asked Danielle if we can plan another! 1000/10 recommend!

If I could rate the Cruiseport 100 stars I would! We had the most fabulous August 2023 wedding. Truly a fairy tale of a day. Our coordinator Kristen was AMAZING! She’s so funny, approachable, creative, and is willing to go the extra mile to make you feel so special! The food was fantastic. We did the boat cruise for cocktail hour and HIGHLY recommend! We have had so many people tell us it was the nicest wedding they’ve ever been to. Beautiful room that you can do any color scheme you want. The Cruiseport is such a special place to us! Kristen was the best coordinator , she made everything perfect and was so easy to work with. I truly cannot say enough about the venue and coordinator. We did the boat cruise for cocktail hour and reception inside with the deck for outside area. Our guest said it was the best wedding they have ever been too. We loved the Cruiseport it was exactly what we were looking for! The venue itself is gorgeous and it includes so much that most venues don’t. The food is also delicious absolutely everything. If you choose the Cruiseport make sure you get Kristen as your day of coordinator she was AMAZING!!! When we first met her personality is what drew me. We knew Cruiseport Gloucester was our dream venue the second we walked in. The ballroom is absolutely stunning! Pricing was reasonable, and they allow you to bring your own desserts, which can definitely save some money when wedding planning! We got married on June 17th, a very rainy day. We were bummed that we could not enjoy the deck as much as we would like, but they had just added new furniture and fire pits out there. We got so many compliments from our guests on how good the food was (baked haddock, Tuscan chicken, and butternut squash ravioli). The staff was very responsive as well. They assign your coordinator around 6 months before the wedding. We were so lucky to have Danielle as our coordinator. She was so organized and helped us plan out our entire reception! She listened carefully to what we wanted and gave us some suggestions as well. She took all of our décor and made our vision come to life! We were in awe when we stepped into the ballroom all decorated! I have to say Danielle and the staff made it even better than what we envisioned. The reception process was smooth from beginning to end. I can't thank Danielle and the Cruiseport enough for making our day so special.

The Cruiseport is absolutely the BEST venue ever!!!! We just got married in September, we are so thankful for the most perfect day. Thank you to the Cruiseport team, and our wedding coordinator Amy! The Cruiseport is absolutely the BEST venue ever!!!! We just got married in September, we are so thankful for the most perfect day. Thank you to the Cruiseport team, and our wedding coordinator Amy! She is extremely detail oriented, calm, amazing, talented and easy to work with! The food was delicious our guests can’t stop talking about it, the bar was never backed up and we had 219 guest. We got so many compliments on how incredible the food was, saying it was the best wedding food ever! And it was! There are so many ways to make this venue fit into your wedding aesthetic and have a simply breathtaking wedding.Most importantly, our coordinator Kristen B was the BEST out there!! Seriously I couldn’t have done this without her! From early on I was able to secure Kristen as our day of coordinator, but let me tell you she was WAY more than just day of! Kristen met with me numerous times in the months leading up to my wedding to talk over details, vendors and simply help plan our perfect day. She was responsive to my millions of emails and always had the answer! Her knowledge, professionalism and personal touch helped make the wedding of my dreams come true! We recommend Kristen and the Cruiseport a million times over!!If you’re looking for a whole weekend of fun and celebrating with family and friends, we highly suggest utilizing the Beauport Hotel for your accommodations and the Beauport Cruiselines for rehearsal dinner!

I cannot say enough good things about this place!!! Not only is it spacious with beautiful large windows and high ceilings, the food was absolutely phenomenal. When I gave her our somewhat random collection of decorations, I was stunned to see how nice she made everything look when we arrived. My husband and I just had our wedding at the cruiseport in January and it was BEYOND amazing. When I was looking at venues, I actually was really hesitant to book this venue because I knew it was a popular location for people that have grown up on the Northshore. I am so glad I didn't listen to that thought and went and looked at it. From our initial visit with Kristen at the crusieport we immediately fell in love with the space. It holds well over 200 people, is absolutely stunning and having the Beauport hotel in such close proximity was an extra bonus. It was very clear to me after seeing this venue why it was such a popular place for people to get married at. The price was also very fair and competitive allowing us to put more of our budget into some killer vendors. The food was delicious, came out timely and was hot as it was served! The venue and staff just hit EVERY mark I gave them (which was alot). I didn't have to worry about timing, or anything running behind because they were such a well oiled professional machine! If I could go back and do my wedding all over again, I honestly wouldn't change one thing about it. It was just beyond perfect. We were also so lucky to have an amazing wedding coordinator provided from the Cruiseport and I really couldn't imagine my day without Kristen's help! She has a great eye for style, understood my vision right away and helped me make it happen. Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. We just had the best weekend of our lives and it was thanks to you and all your team's hard work!I wouldn't be true to myself if I didn't have one small complaint. The bar has to close after 4.5 hours. Which does fly by. I do wish they had a longer liquor license. BUT I can tell you that we extended our wedding an extra hour because we loved our band and no one was missing the bar once it closed. We made sure to tell people to go get their last drinks and put them at their table before it closed. I wouldn't get too hung up on this point just one area I wish they would improve on. 10/10 Recommend! Thank you all for making our day beyond perfect!

I am writing this review 3 days after having the most AMAZING wedding at Cruiseport. It was truly a dream come true.First of all, the venue is STUNNING. The open window with water views, the chandeliers, the white walls - it is absolutely beautiful. It honestly requires very little decorating or effort to elevate because the minute you walk in the door you are in awe over the gorgeous views.Second, the food was incredible. We have had so many guests rave about how delicious all the food was, a few even telling us it was the best wedding food they ever had. The staff also did such a great job serving it in a timely fashion and tending to guests.The bar service was great. We never saw a line at the bar. Corey, (bartender) helped us craft our signature drinks and they were delicious.Kristen was our day of coordinator and she was great to work with. She is so incredibly nice, professional, understanding, and has so much experience in the wedding world. We asked her advice on certain things and just went with whatever she said because she really knows what she is doing. The day of the wedding she did an amazing job executing our vision and ensuring that everything ran smoothly. We seriously even had guests come up to us and tell us how great she is. If there were any issues that day, we never saw or heard anything about them because Kristen was on top of it! We also think highly of this venue because they were extremely accommodating and easy to work with when we had to reschedule due to covid. We have heard so many horror stories, but luckily, Cruiseport went above and beyond to help their couples during this awful time.We are obsessed with Cruiseport, the staff, and the experience we had. The food and the venue itself was stunning.. we had an amazing night and it was perfect!!! why is this a 4 star and not a 5? well... the hotel, the beauport owns this venue. here is where the issues came up:they don't really have a bridal suite. so you have to book a suite for 2 nights and one for your partner so they can get ready too. if you have a bridal party of more than 5 bridesmaids, I would secure another location for getting ready- it was fine, but if i had 1 or 2 more bridesmaids it really would have been a squeeze. room service takes forever- and i do feel a lot of their logistical issues had to due with short staffing (covid). The rooms- it was a bit of a mess. and again, this might have been due to covid and no staff, then hiring new staff.. who knows but we had to call them 3x to make sure our room was booked correctly. i was advised my room was secured but then when we called a few months later - there wasn't anything booked. it was a bit weird. when we did your tasting other couples were having the same issue. the hotel itself is the best place in gloucester and i will still go stay there, food is incredible. so we were advised that due to us booking our wedding with the beauport group we got a complementary breakfast for our guests the next day. well... that was not the case and thank god we called the day before to get details. we were advised that because our wedding wasn't directly at the hotel, we didn't get that.... change your nickel and dime policies beauport. that was not in good taste after spending near $30,000 with you... seriously. one of the groomsmen brought in a bottle of wine or beer? something. and was advised by the staff at the door that he was not allowed to bring it in stating it was a law... no such thing I'm aware of and i brought plenty of champagne to my room. My husband was FURIOUS and actually spoke to the manager there about how ridiculous this was. so overall.. it was really great. The management however.. maybe needs to implement some feedback and make some logistical changes to how they operate. and for gods sake, provide space for wedding party to get ready!!! i was just incredibly surprised to hear they had no such thing when many other venues and hotels DID provide.. great experience overall (most of the staff is really nice) and would still recommend.

Kristen could not have been more accommodating and helpful to us (especially with having to postpone for Covid), we loved every moment with her and she really went above and beyond for us as did the rest of the Cruiseport staff.

This venue exceeded our expectations from the moment we walked in. When we first visited the venue the planner we sat with was exceptional. They wanted to make sure we got the wedding we wanted. Once covid hit we knew we would have a hard time trying to figure out the logistics and deal with all the changing regulations. Luckily our wedding planner and her staff were on top of everything and communicated everything they could along the way to help us stay on course. Despite some ups and downs we were able to finally get to the wedding day and once again our expectation were surpassed immensely. The venue was absolutely stunning and everything from the time we arrived to the time we left went as smooth as we could ever have asked. Throughout the night we were constantly approached by our guests complimenting the venue and the staff. I can't compliment the food enough! To this day I still get friends and family telling me how amazing the food at our wedding was. From the hors d'oeuvres, to the bread and roasted garlic, to the salads, and ultimately the main course the food is down right excellent. There wasn't a single thing that was even just \"good\" every single piece of food was incredible. I would highly recommend anyone to use this place as their venue. I hope a friend or family member decides to use this venue just so I can go back again!

My fiancé and I fell in love with the Cruiseport, it is a beautiful venue with amazing staff! We loved how open it is with all the windows overlooking the water. We were originally supposed to be married there on 5/23/20 But due to covid we had to postpone multiple times. I can not thank Kristen Barrett enough helping us navigate through all the changes making everything go smoothly and easy, she is truly amazing! We first postponed to 11/13/20, and the decided to postpone again to spring of 2021. Kristen knew how much I really wanted a Saturday date, and unfortunately at the time they were booked solid for the spring. But when 5/1/21 opened up, she called me immediately to let me know a Saturday had just became available and she thought of me right away. I can not imagine the amount of hard work it was with all the brides in my similar situation having to postpone or cancel due to covid, but Kristen made sure she reached out and kept in communication throughout the whole process. We ended up just recently deciding to cancel all together due to the covid restrictions, and she helped us easily receive a full refund. Thank you so much for making everything with the planning and replanning stress free! I would recommend the Cruiseport to anyone interested in this venue!

I cannot say enough amazing things about Cruiseport, Gloucester! My husband and I were recently married here, and we were originally supposed to host over 200 guests. We opted to keep our original date despite the pandemic and opted to have a \"minimony\" with 25 guests. We would not change a thing! Throughout the entire process, Kristen Barrett was there for us and was extremely communicative, supportive, and helpful. Taryne also helped us iron out some of the last minute details, and Danielle was our fabulous day-of coordinator that helped us pull off the greatest day of our lives. The food and the space is incredible, and we even received a refund when it was all said and done. Cruiseport gave us a stress-free, beautiful experience!

My now husband and I planned to hold our wedding at Cruiseport Gloucester on March 21, 2020. Thanks to coronavirus, we had to cancel. However, I'm writing this review because the Cruiseport team, and Kristen Barrett especially, were so great both during the planning process and once we had to change our plans. Kristen gave us a tour of the venue and was so friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. We were thrilled when we were paired with her as our day-of coordinator. She had great ideas and a lot of experience both at Cruiseport and in wedding planning generally. She always gave us options but never pushed us to do anything in particular; when we decided to buy a bunch of small, grocery store cakes instead of doing a dessert bar or large cake, Kristen was thrilled and offered to set up them on a separate table for us. We loved that everything at Cruiseport was so transparent and flexible. Every once in a while communication would be delayed, but I think it's because the venue is just so popular that they can't keep up! I also wish the group tasting dates had fit into our schedule better (we're not local), but again, it's because they're so popular. The venue is so beautiful and Kristen was so great, we were truly heartbroken when we had to cancel our wedding. Kristen was incredibly supportive through the process, immediately offering us new dates if we wanted to reschedule and then working with us on a refund when we ultimately decided to revise our plans and do something smaller. I so wish we could have had Kristen with us on the day of, but you can! If I am ever in the market again for a wedding or other event venue, I will definitely be coming back to Cruiseport.

About a month ago, we had the most magical wedding ever at Cruiseport Gloucester!! We had our ceremony and reception in the grand ballroom with cocktail hour aboard Beauport Cruiselines' beautiful boat. Let me tell you, my guests still can't stop raving about the wedding! We honestly couldn’t have done it without our event manager, Francesca. She is the reason why our wedding went so smoothly, from beginning to end and even made the planning stages as stress-free as it possibly could be. Francesca really knows her stuff and gave us advice on everything from décor to food to guests, and it all turned out beautifully. My vendors and guests can’t stop complimenting on how smoothly and beautifully everything went, and my bridal party can’t stop praising Francesca for how great she was throughout the entire night. I can honestly say because of Fran’s experience in planning and managing weddings, we had the most enjoyable time planning our wedding, and an even better time at the wedding. Many people have asked if we’re glad the wedding is over with the stress of planning it and all, and we both definitely agree that we’re truly sad it’s over because it was the best time of our lives thus far! She was patient, flexible and so detail oriented helping us work through things we hadn’t even thought of. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue and the transitions were seamless. Throughout our entire wedding process, the Kristen and her staff made sure all of our questions were answered so we felt confident and prepared heading into our wedding day. Justin and I hosted the wedding of our lifetime on Saturday, August 24th, with the help of our amazing, most flexible, supportive wedding planner, Francesca LeGallo. The process of planning (from Boston) was seamless thanks to the formal check-ins with Francesca, who knew what questions to ask and what details to take note of. The meetings with her were prompt, enjoyable, organized. Communicating with her (through e-mail) was easy and clear- we absolutely loved working with her. It's brilliant that the venue provides a planner who knows the best way to do everything- granted, she would let us say what we wanted but let's be real... she knew best, so we asked her for suggestions and took them into heavy consideration. Using a local baker for our cake & cupcakes, Cake Ann (with Inga) was an awesome decision- Francesca communicated with ALL our personal vendors (DJ, Photographer, Videographer, etc.), which made us feel at ease on the day-of! Amazing venue with natural light (seriously, so many windows), with access to a scenic view (of the water) and industrial option (with the boats by the docks) was the perfect recipe for a summer wedding. The Cruiseport Gloucester far exceeded our expectations in all areas, from the atmosphere of the room, to the taste of the food, to how stress-free their team makes wedding-planning. Specifically, we wanted to thank Kelsey for making our wedding so easy for my wife and I, where each time we met with Kelsey, we felt a huge sense of relief and re-assurance that everything would be perfect. Kelsey took care of us with organizing, keeping us calm, facilitating, assisting with decorations, everything you could imagine! While Kelsey was amazing, the Cruiseport overall had excellent staff all around, everyone was very accommodating and kind. Almost all of our vendors worked with the Cruiseport before and all revered their relationship with them. All of which had nothing but great things to say. As for the food, although I personally only had the main dish (was too busy partying), I heard nothing about positive feedback on the hors d'oeuvres, main dishes, and snacks. For example, I had this huge, super heavy mirror for my welcome sign and just two days before our wedding, I found out that it wouldn’t work with our easel. As I’m sure you can imagine, I was a little stressed out! I brought the mirror with me to the venue the Friday before the wedding and Kelsey told me not to worry, she was going to do everything she could to make it work...and she did! Kelsey made the whole wedding planning process a breeze! We truly cannot thank Cruiseport and Kelsey for making our wedding dreams come true!

Kelsey is honestly the most AMAZING person ever. Not only does she have the best memory (she remembers the smallest details, it’s so crazy & sweet!) but she truly went above and beyond for my husband and I. For example, I had this huge, super heavy mirror for my welcome sign and just two days before our wedding, I found out that it wouldn’t work with our easel. As I’m sure you can imagine, I was a little stressed out! I brought the mirror with me to the venue the Friday before the wedding and Kelsey told me not to worry, she was going to do everything she could to make it work...and she did! Kelsey made the whole wedding planning process a breeze! We truly cannot thank Cruiseport and Kelsey for making our wedding dreams come true!

Our daughter Stephanie and son in law Matt got married 12/15/18 at the Cruiseport! It was the wedding of their dreams! We loved the beautiful venue from the first meeting until the wedding day everything was perfect! Our wedding coordinator Francesca LeGallo was FANTASTIC! So professional, available, always responded to questions quickly! The wedding day went flawlessly! The Ballroom was breathtaking the individual candles in the windows ,the Christmas trees out on the deck, the wreathes on the mirrors were just beautiful! The food was incredible! Our guests are still talking about it six months later! It was so nice to have the additional smaller ballroom downstairs for cocktails and appetizers which were also delicious! Vinwood catering does a wonderful job! We also had twelve guests with gluten allergies Vinewood was so accommodating with Apps , crackers, rolls and entrees and dessert!Everything was labeled and the staff was aware of where all the Gluten free guests were seated! All of our guests felt like royalty! All the food was delicious! The Waite staff was friendly and attentive! Francesca was on point for it all ! She checked with my husband and I several times during our night to make sure we were happy and everything was going well! The attention that was paid to all the details ahead of time made our daughter’s wedding day stress free for both the bride and her Mom! Which l so appreciated !!! I cannot say enough about Francesca and all the staff of the Cruiseport! You made our daughter ‘s wedding the day she has always dreamed of! Thank you! Cruiseport is the best! Recently had my wedding here and everything was perfect. The ballroom was beautiful, everything was well organized and even more beautiful than I pictured. Francesca, our coordinator, made everything easy. She always got back to us in a timely manner, answered any questions and helped with planning. The Cruiseport was a fantastic venue. We worked closely with Francesca LeGallo, who was our Event Manager, and she was superb. Given we’re an international marriage, we had a lot of different customs to blend and Francesca was great about making it work: custom liquor, off-menu recipes, etc. Any change you can think of, we probably did it and she pulled it off perfectly. The Cruiseport is a very elegant venue and everyone was raving about the food and service (Cruiseport only works with Vinwood catering). We had about a 270 person wedding and fit very nicely. It was at the end of winter but thankfully the weather was good enough that day to reopen the deck. They set it up and we had the cocktail hour there. Francesca was always checking in with us and family throughout the night and kept everything very organized. We would recommend her and the Cruiseport any day.

The views are incredible, as well.Kelsey was a huge help as our onsite coordinator. She went above and beyond, and was so easy to communicate with. She was our fairy godmother—we highly recommend working with her! All of the staff at our wedding, from the waiters to the parking staff, were extremely professional and kind. Everyone at the Cruiseport made the entire process easy for us, which is really important when you are busy planning and wanting to enjoy the big day.The food was absolutely delicious. We got so many compliments and people saying it was the best wedding food they ever had. We especially got compliments on the cocktail hour between the ceremony and reception, which our guests said was very classy. They appreciated the convenience and wide selection the stationary hors d'oeuvres, especially the cheese.The Cruiseport was, for our moderate budget, extremely affordable, and Kelsey was very helpful in finding ways for us to save some money and still have a beautiful wedding. If you're on a budget, I recommend booking the Cruiseport during the off-season for amazing savings.Another aspect our guests appreciated was having the ceremony and reception in the same place, especially since it's cold in here in the winter. It was easy for everyone to park or do valet parking, and then sit back to enjoy the whole evening in one place.We have nothing but glowing words for the Cruiseport! Walking into the ballroom, I was overwhelmed with emotion for how perfectly she brought my wedding visions to life. We just had our wedding at the Cruiseport this past weekend and it was so amazing. I still can't believe how perfectly every part of the night went. Our coordinator, Francesca, was so on top of everything and we had many guests comment to us that it was such a well-run event. Everything has just been easy with the Cruiseport, from our initial meeting just to see the venue, to all of the planning, and finally the big day :) It never felt stressful and we felt like we had a lot of support. Everyone loved the food during the cocktail hour, the dinner options were delicious, and the late night soft pretzels and nacho bar were a fun surprise for our guests. Francesca and the rest of the Cruiseport staff are just incredible and I would highly recommend a wedding at the Cruiseport to anyone looking for a venue.

We just had our wedding at the Cruiseport this past weekend and it was so amazing. I still can't believe how perfectly every part of the night went. Our coordinator, Francesca, was so on top of everything and we had many guests comment to us that it was such a well-run event. Everything has just been easy with the Cruiseport, from our initial meeting just to see the venue, to all of the planning, and finally the big day :) It never felt stressful and we felt like we had a lot of support. Everyone loved the food during the cocktail hour, the dinner options were delicious, and the late night soft pretzels and nacho bar were a fun surprise for our guests. Francesca and the rest of the Cruiseport staff are just incredible and I would highly recommend a wedding at the Cruiseport to anyone looking for a venue.

I was a very overwhelmed stressed bride when it came to the wedding planning, but Kelsey made it so easy and helped me be able to relax. We told Kelsey, we wanted as much dancing as possible without missing any details of the night, and she was able to adjust our timeline perfectly ensuring all the little details behind the scenes were executed as needed that night. Even my extended family was impressed with how attentive Kelsey was throughout the whole night. The Cruiseport was everything we hoped for and more for our wedding! It was the first and only venue we looked at in person because we fell in love with it as soon as we toured it and discovered all it had to offer! Our wedding was in mid November but the scenery was just as beautiful and stunning.We worked with Beth Santuccio who was our day of Cruiseport coordinator and she was absolutely amazing! Beth was very attentive and very good at what she does. She made the entire process so easy and seamless for us and we really appreciated her hard work and attention to detail! Everything at the Cruiseport is just stunning. The chandeliers, the candles in the windows, the bar, the tables and chairs...everything was so classy and perfect! The food company that the Cruiseport uses was also amazing. We were very impressed at our food tasting by all the options and not only how delicious the food was but how reasonable the pricing was. The servers and bartenders were also top notch and very attentive and professional.We cannot tell you how many people commented on the beauty of the venue. My personal favorite thing was the hardwood floors that provides a huge dance floor for the reception! We highly recommend the Cruiseport for your wedding, you definitely won’t regret it!

The Ballroom is breathtaking with grand chandeliers, wood floors and large windows to show off the view of Gloucester harbor. One big thing on my list when looking for a venue was a separate room for cocktail hour. When booking the cruiseport, you get the entire facility(two large venue spaces). I still get compliments on how well my wedding ran, and that is all thanks to Francesca, our event Manager. Francesca is AMAZING and really understood my vision and made our wedding look even more beautiful than I could have imagined! I've been to multiple events at the cruiseport and every one is more beautiful than the next.

We couldn’t have been any happier with our wedding at the Cruiseport! Kelsey did an amazing job from start to finish with our event. She met with us consistently over the months leading up to the wedding, was flexible, resourceful, responsive and most of all, genuinely invested in making sure our vision for our wedding became a reality. The night was a whirlwind, but we loved every minute of it. We brought several kinds of decorations in and Kelsey was able to incorporate them in the space beautifully, but honestly, the space is so gorgeous, you don’t need much. From daylight overlooking the water to nighttime with the big windows and candles around the top – it was the most elegant venue we looked at. And the cherry on top was that many friends and family said it was the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding! Kelsey made us plates so we could have dinner and still socialize.Overall it really was one of the best days of our lives and Kelsey and the staff at the Cruiseport made that possible. We would recommend this space to anyone in a heartbeat!

I love the Cruiseport! It was the most beautiful location I could have ever picked for my wedding. Their beautiful ballroom was like the one from Beauty and the Beast! With candles in each and every window (the whole place is surrounded with them), it looked like a fairy tale. We worked with Beth, who was like a hero for me. She was willing to do whatever we wanted, accommodated many different things for us, never took more than a couple of days to get back to us, and kept updating our invoices as soon as a payment was made. It was really important for us to stay organized (budget wise), and she did a really great job of helping us stay on task. There were so many different options you could pick, whether your budget is a little smaller, or higher, there is a way for them to work with you. They also use Vinwood Catering which is the BEST food I've ever tasted. Aside from all the help with the planning, she was the best on the day of. She took care of everything, including me (who got lost in a crowd during cocktail hour and happily pulled me right back up to where I was supposed to be!), and the entire bridal party. There was not one detail that went undone. Gifts go into bank bags every so often (as well as two security people standing guard at the gift table), that have to be signed by a maid of honor or the like which I thought was a brilliant idea. Every map, every decoration I gave was used. For a few of them, they thought of ways to use the extra stuff I gave them (seashells, candles, glass vases, etc.) in a more unique way than I could have pictured! It really made the tables we didn't know what to do with, look great. Especially in the pictures! We got very lucky with our wedding vendors, but I don't think I would have been able to stay as stress and worry free if it weren't for Beth and everyone at the Cruiseport. We are forever grateful!

Kelsey and Cruiseport were amazing!! Kelsey was our coordinator and from the start was extremely helpful. She answered emails super quickly and helped us with all the last minute changes those last few weeks with ease. I honestly can't say how incredible she was! The venue is of course beautiful and the entire staff was wonderful. The food, Vinewood, is delicious and were able to accommodate some last minute allergies I forgot to warn them about with no issues! The bar staff was also great, and didn't water down the drinks. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great everything was! We highly recommend!!

Kelsey and Cruiseport were amazing!! Kelsey was our coordinator and from the start was extremely helpful. She answered emails super quickly and helped us with all the last minute changes those last few weeks with ease. I honestly can't say how incredible she was! The venue is of course beautiful and the entire staff was wonderful. The food, Vinewood, is delicious and were able to accommodate some last minute allergies I forgot to warn them about with no issues! The bar staff was also great, and didn't water down the drinks. Everyone couldn't stop talking about how great everything was! We highly recommend!!

I don't know where to start with this review! From the minute my husband and I walked into Cruiseport we knew that that was where we were going to have our reception. Everyone their was so friendly, accommodating and helpful upon our arrival. We knew then that a venue with employees like that would definitely make planning ten times easier. Beth was without a doubt sent from heaven for us!!! I am being completely serious when I say that! Beth handled all of our questions anytime we had them she made the day beyond amazing and exactly what we wanted. I was in Gloucester probably every other weekend(no exaggeration) the entire year that we planned our wedding and every time we went Beth was there, ready with open arms with anything that we needed, questions, concerns ANYTHING! She was so attentive of us the entire night of our wedding she made sure that everything was perfect, the venue looked amazing, everything happened on time to her carefully planned timeline and everything was exactly what I envisioned for our perfect day! Our wedding was November 3rd and we still have people calling us and texting us letting us know that it was the classiest, most fun and beautiful wedding reception they had ever been to. The venue itself is beyond words, it is absolutely stunning during the day and when the night falls the look of the venue is even more amazing. The lights, the candles, the fireplaces everything. I could go on and on but honestly to anyone considering Cruiseport as their venue don't bother looking any further, you will forever be grateful you chose them!

We are still swooning over our November wedding at Cruiseport! It was complete perfection. The venue is absolutely stunning (and newly painted!) and our coordinator, Francesca, made sure our day was everything we dreamed of and more. Francesca is a true pro. Always communicating every detail during the planning process (even the ones you don’t think of!) and was beyond helpful on our wedding night. From checking in on our parents all night, to magically finding deodorant for the wedding party, to making sure my groom and I had a bite of everything - she was a dream to work with. No ask unacknowledged and the room was set even better than I imagined. Highly recommend Cruiseport for your wedding or event!-Michelle and Rich 11/17/17

I cannot say enough good things about Cruiseport!!! The entire staff, but especially our coordinator Beth, were incredible. The venue is absolutely stunning and the food provided by Vinwood Caterers is unparalleled. We had guests coming up to us all night and after the wedding telling us how beautiful the venue was and how amazing the food was. Beth was AMAZING. She was an absolute pleasure to work with and responded promptly to any questions or concerns that arose. She even went out of her way to give me a heads up about some painting that had been done. Armed with my described vision and a bunch of stuff we dropped off - Beth perfectly executed what I had hoped for and more!! The setup and decorations came out splendidly. Beth made sure to check in with us several times throughout the night to see if we needed anything. She was hands down one of the best coordinators I've had the pleasure of working with (and I do events as part of my job) and I cannot recommend her and all of Cruiseport Gloucester enough. They are a phenomenal venue with phenomenal staffing, who deserve every bit of praise heaped upon them.

THANK YOU Cruiseport Gloucester for giving us our Fairy tale Wedding!! From the second we walked in the door the day of our tour we knew your venue was for us. My husband Corey and I got married on Friday October 6th and it was by far the BEST DAY EVER!! We had the privilege to work with Heather as our coordinator as well as many meetings with Beth and Francesca, and all of you ladies are AMAZING!! As a little girl I pictured my dream wedding and Heather you truly delivered that for me. Your attention to detail and understanding my vision were very apparent on our day. Every inch of the reception room was perfectly decorated, it was even more amazing than I could have pictured!! I wish I could do my wedding day over again and again because I felt like a princess marrying her prince in the most perfect fairy-tale ever written. I cannot say enough good things about this beautiful venue! We got married here on June 2nd, and it truly couldn't have been a more perfect day! I knew I loved the venue itself from the moment I saw it - a large ballroom with hardwood floors and floor to ceiling windows overlooking the ocean! It's breathtaking!Our wedding coordinator was Francesca, and she was so amazing and easy to work with! She made us feel so comfortable from the very first time we met her. She was very responsive with emails, she was attentive to details, and she was such a pleasure to work with! Our wedding day went perfectly because of her - she transformed the room and incorporated all of our details beautifully, she made the night run so smoothly, and she checked in on us and our parents throughout the night to make sure we had an amazing time! We truly are so thankful she was our wedding coordinator, and we will miss working with her! :)The rest of the Cruiseport staff was also excellent! Everyone was so pleasant, and they did such a great job with everything! We found out after our wedding that a couple people dropped their glasses on the dance floor - we didn't even know about it, and we were on the dance floor the whole night! The staff cleaned it up so quickly and didn't let it stop the party! We cannot thank Cruiseport and their entire staff enough for making our wedding a dream come true!

I really cannot say enough good things about the Cruiseport. They were so helpful and so patient with absolutely everything. Beth was our wedding coordinator for our wedding on 6/3/17. When I say she's amazing, she's just simply amazing. She was so fun and easy to work with. If I had a problem with anything she was the first to help rectify all with a smile on her face. Our wedding was simply beautiful and so much fun. The Cruiseport uses Vinwood Caterers for their food and they do not skip a beat on perfection. We had a raw bar at cocktail hour and a sausage cart as a late night snack. Beth said every piece of food went because it was just THAT good! The filets were cooked perfectly, the chicken was tender and the butternut squash ravioli was a hearty and delicious vegetarian option. Everyone at the Cruiseport was so attentive to every guest and the service was top notch. Everyone told us what a wonderful job they did and what a beautiful and delicious wedding it was. I am so grateful to have had Beth as our coordinator and have our dream wedding come alive at the Cruiseport! Thank you so much!!
