Leah and the catering staff made our night so incredibly special!! Leah was very helpful through the whole process, met with me and my family on multiple occasions prior to the day, and was a great support the day of our wedding as well! I would highly recommend this venue and their catering!

Jenna at the Crystal Ballroom was wonderful! She took care of every little detail and ensured that we had the most romantic and loved filled day. Weeks leading up to the wedding Jenna personally talked with my mom and I on the phone for hours in the evenings going over every little detail! She was simply fantastic!The food from Navarre catering (included with venue rental) was so yummy, and everything looked amazing! The venue itself is simply stunning. Words do not do it justice! This is unlike any other ballroom, it has a romantic feel with a touch of old class charm. Exactly what my husband and I wanted to make our day special.

My wedding was on Oct 17th, 2015 and we booked the Crystal Ballroom for the reception! Although our theme was \"Old Hollywood Glam\" the venue is perfect for any classic wedding reception <3\rThe Staff: Andrea was AMAZING! She took control of the reception the day of and had amazing communication skills with my (the bride) and all of my vendors!\rThe Food: You couldn't go wrong with anything you pick off of the menu. We had the Roasted Pork Loin and the Chicken Marsala and everyone raved about it!\rThe Details: Set up, Tear Down, and Table Settings were flawless. They took care of everything and it was worry free for me! They are willing to work hard on every detail to make sure your vision comes to life!!!
