Yingka Chou (Events Director) Yingka has over 20 years of professional experience in producing and coordinating over 1000 distinctive events and weddings personally designed and managed. She thrives under stressful situations with grace and patience as these skills were further enhanced when she graduated from USC with a BA in Interpersonal Communications and Business Organization. In addition to being an impeccable and obsessively organized planner, her passion for flowers led her to become a floral and event designer thus establishing Master Plans Events & Designs as a full-service company since 2009.
