We had an event at Crystal lake last night. Everyone had such wonderful time. The food was good, They accommodated all our allergies and made every guest feel comfortable. They were attentive to every need leading up to the event. Answered every call and email right away. Thank you so much for all you did to make our event the best of the season for our organization!!! They will be talking about the event for years to come!!

5 stars is not enough to describe the perfect day we had at Crystal Lake. My husband and I got married in October of 2022 and I was absolutely blown away by the professionalism and skill of this venue. Not only is it stunning but the food was delicious and the staff were so friendly I absolutely loved my day here and I tell everyone how amazing this place is. Keep up the good work.

Crystal Lake is truly a hidden gem for Rhode Island weddings! When my husband and I started looking at wedding venues, we were amazed when we found Crystal Lake. The ceremony site is hidden in the woods with a beautiful view of the lake behind you and the reception room has big windows, twinkly lights and plenty of space. For such a beautiful, unique venue, we found all of their prices the most reasonable. And trust me - I looked all over RI, CT and MA!! We started working with our wedding coordinator Tracy, who decided to leave Crystal Lake to spend more time with her family. We then began working with Kayla. Kayla was amazing from the first day we worked with her. When she took over, she called me and talked with me on the phone for an hour to make sure all of the details she had for our wedding were still what we needed. She made herself available at any point and she answered my last minute questions, reassuring me and encouraging me. The day of the rehearsal and the wedding, Kayla kept everyone calm and laughing. There were so many things behind the scenes that she did for us to keep the day running smoothly. We can't thank her enough! The food was excellent! Many of our guests took the time to compliment the food after our wedding. Overall, we truly couldn't have had a better day with Crystal Lake. We are so grateful for all they did to make our day so special. We wish we could get married every year, and Crystal Lake would be our choice every time!

Crystal Lake truly is a hidden gem in RI. From the second we saw this venue we knew it was the one to book! The venue is gorgeous, the white drapery and lights around the room are perfect extra additions. We were lucky and had a Saturday without rain so our ceremony was at the gazebo, which is breathtaking. Especially in the fall season! The food is delicious, every one of our guests highly complimented it. There were some bumps in the road of previous wedding coordinators leaving (who were fantastic for the time we worked with them) to a new coordinator, Kayla, who took over. I can’t imagine it’s very easy to step in halfway through wedding planning and working with multiple couples but Kayla handled it so well! She was quick to respond to any message I sent her. She was there for rehearsal and our day making sure it all went flawless. I give her a lot of kudos for all she did in a short time and making it all run smoothly. I can’t recommend Crystal Lake enough!!

TL, DR: Crystal Lake Golf Club is the best wedding venue in New England, bar none. Trust me - we looked everywhere!My now-husband's cousin got married at Crystal Lake Golf Club in 2019, and we fell in love with the place when we went to their wedding. Crystal Lake became the bar against which we measured every other venue we toured when it was our turn to plan a wedding. We looked at venues in MA, Maine, VT, CT, and elsewhere in RI, and nowhere else could match the beauty - or the value - of Crystal Lake. So many other venues had outrageous price minimums we had to hit and were nowhere near as gorgeous. Crystal Lake was hands down the most beautiful venue we saw, AND it was the most affordable by a long shot. After months of touring other venues, Crystal Lake turned out to be the slam-dunk all along, and that's where we got married on 7/29/2023.Planning a wedding is stressful enough, but then our coordinator quit her job for family reasons just a few weeks before our wedding. Her replacement also left, and after they were gone, it was up to Teia Dunne and Kayla Ferenc to pick up the reins. I can't imagine the kind of stress they were under, but Teia and Kayla absolutely killed it. They are absolute superwomen, and they helped our wedding day run as smoothly as it possibly could have given the circumstances (and the crazy weather we had). I can't thank them enough for taking charge at the last minute and helping us have the wedding of our dreams. If they were able to pull together a flawless wedding in just a few weeks after the main coordinator left, just imagine how great your wedding will be if you're able to work with them throughout your whole engagement!The food was delicious, the service was spectacular, and you cannot beat the natural beauty of this place. Our ceremony was outside in a gazebo by the lake, and a swan swam up to the ceremony site as we were reading our vows. It was so romantic and it was everything I ever hoped for. The reception area (the Waterfront Room) is also beautiful! There are huge windows overlooking the lake, an outdoor patio that guests can hang out on during cocktail hour, and they decorate the ceiling with tulle and string lights for a cozy, rustic vibe inside. Our DJ went absolutely rogue and had everyone dancing all night in this gorgeous space. It was such a blast, and I'll be thinking about it forever.All in all, if you've been tearing your hair out trying to find a gorgeous venue that won't destroy your wallet, you can stop right now. You've found it. You will not find a better venue for the price in all of New England, and with Teia and Kayla to help you out, your wedding will be everything you've ever hoped for. I cannot say enough good things about crystal lake, but mostly Tracy regarding my wedding experience. Tracy is absolutely wonderful as she is quick to reply to your questions, kind, and gives honest and open feedback when asked. My husband and I had some pretty crazy ideas and they went above and beyond to make sure our day was more than we could have ever expected, from our welcome table and seating display, to ensuring our surprise Jason Voorhees officiant stayed hidden from all guests until it was time for him to make his epic appearance by the water!!! We had our wedding at Crystal Lake on 5/27/22 and the entire day from start to finish was amazing! Actually the entire process from booking our date to the actual wedding was so smooth, I have never been so impressed. My husband and I had a very bad experience with the venue we originally booked with leaving us no choice but to find a new venue 6 months before our wedding. Let me tell you- it was a blessing! This situation was the true definition of \"everything happens for a reason\". Tracy was so attentive and answered every email within 24 hours leaving me with no worry. She went above and beyond with set up and decorating the day of and even used her own creativity for some of my decor. My guest are still raving about how beautiful the venue is and how delicious the food was! I would recommend Crystal Lake to any couple looking to tie the knot!

We had a terrific experience with Tracy and the team at Crystal Lake. In fact, they made Covid wedding planning easy. My husband I initially booked the venue for our wedding, originally scheduled for July 2020. We eventually decided to hold our ceremony on our original date in 2020 and postpone our reception until August 2021. Crystal lake helped us put on a beautiful small ceremony with a private dinner on the patio in 2020 and a fantastic vow renewal and reception in 2021. To say they were accommodating is an understatement. Through all of the uncertainty, changing restrictions, and multiple reschedulings, we felt very lucky to have booked Crystal Lake as our venue. Tracy was an absolute superstar; she went above and beyond to keep us informed and calm through everything. She helped us coordinate our rescheduling with our venders and ensured that everything stayed in order. Both of our events went off without a hitch. The outdoor ceremony space by the lake is beautiful and secluded, and we loved getting married there in 2020 and doing our vow renewal in 2021. After our vow renewal, the wedding party enjoyed a fun boat ride around the lake with champagne and appetizers. The boat dropping us off at the cocktail hour was a fun touch. The food was absolutely delicious, and the team made sure to accommodate dietary needs. Our decorations were set up perfectly. And Tracy and team were super accommodating with some last-minute changes we had to the seating chart due to a mistake on my end. Our guests loved being able to utilize the large patio adjoining the ballroom throughout the event. Everyone at crystal lake was so helpful and kind. Most of all, we had a BLAST! We were lucky enough to get married at Crystal Lake twice! Our big wedding was postponed due to the pandemic but we still wanted to get married on our original date 10/10/20 and then this past October on 10/10/21 we had a vow renewal and our big reception. Crystal Lake is an ideal venue! It's beautiful, the event coordinator Tracy is a dream to work with, the food is incredible and the pricing is reasonable. I highly recommend this venue to everyone!

We were lucky enough to get married at Crystal Lake twice! Not only did Tracy ease our minds through the process, but she was a lot of fun to meet with for planning! I can’t tell you how many compliments we have received on how beautiful our day was. I cannot say enough good things about Crystal Lake! My husband and I were married during the craziness of Covid. When we started planning our wedding, I met Tracy, the wedding coordinator for Crystal Lake. She was amazing! She answered all of my questions and worked with me on every small and large detail. Our wedding was postponed and throughout the entire process, Tracy was there for me. She is one of the most knowledgeable people when it comes to weddings and vendors. She has been in this business for a long time and it shows. When our VW bus broke down and my schedule was completely thrown off, she drove me to the ceremony site and helped me calm down. She made me feel so relaxed and made sure every last detail was taken care of all day long!! The team helping Tracy was just as phenomenal as her. The bartenders, servers, and even the guys driving golf carts were always super friendly and professional. They made great drinks and fit in perfectly with our day! And the food at our wedding was to die for! We chose a simple menu, but it tasted like we splurged! Their prices were spot on and, in my opinion, WAY less than they could be charging. If you’re looking for a hidden gem, this is your place! Crystal Lake is great for any type of wedding, from laid back and causal to suit and tie. I wouldn’t recommend anyone other than Tracy as a wedding coordinator, and I hope we get a chance to go back and visit her and Crystal Lake every year!

Our wedding at Crystal Lake was everything we had hoped for and more!!! Tracy made the whole planning process so easy and put everything together for us so nicely! We had out ceremony at the outdoor gazebo followed by a boat ride across the lake to the reception area and everything was so beautiful! I highly recommend crystal lake!!!They have a great preferred vendors list that makes planning so easy! I just would NOT recommend music machine entertainment for your dj, they played the wrong song for our first dance which was the only down fall of the night

If you are able to have your wedding here consider yourself lucky! There is a hidden gem in the wedding coordinator and her name is Tracy! We had initially planned a wedding for 5/1/2020 but covid changed all that. It was so stressful and disappointing but Tracy made it much easier. I read so many horror stories about venues not being flexible and Tracy was so accommodating! She's just a genuinely nice person who you can tell really cares about her job and clients. We ended up getting married 11/8 with just our parents,siblings and wedding party. I really felt like the day wouldn't feel like wedding and id be missing out on something or leave feeling deflated. It was completely the opposite. We left feeling like the day couldn't ever be replicated it was that perfect and no small part of that is due to Tracy. Were so grateful to have picked this venue!

On June 29th 2019, my husband and I were married at Crystal Lake. To say our wedding was everything we could have imagined and more would still be an understatement as to how perfect the day truly was. As someone who has worked as a Wedding Coordinator for a venue, I can honestly say there is no one like Tracy Hill. Her attention to detail, her willingness to go above and beyond, her kindness and her passion for her career (just to name a few) are the reasons our wedding was as perfect as it was. Her team are absolute rockstars, our guests still talk about how amazing our bartenders (The Ryan’s) were. The ceremony site and grounds are incredible, our wedding photos look as though we traveled all over Rhode Island that day. Being able to have our pups as our flower girl and ring bearer at our ceremony, was one of the most precious moments of my life. The food was absolutely outstanding. The chef in coordination with Tracy made our brunch for dinner theme the biggest success, our guest are still raving about it. I can not wait to share many more milestones with our loved ones at Crystal Lake. Tracy has truly become a part of our family and we are so blessed to have shared our wedding day with her. I will forever be thankful for choosing Crystal Lake as our venue and having them make June 29th 2019 one of the best days of our lives.

From the very first meeting we knew we had made the right choice as Tracy Hill is the absolute best coordinator we could have ever asked for. Tracy was just so amazing to work with through our entire wedding planning process. Tracy was professional, knowledgeable, funny, sweet and most of all committed to making sure we had not a worry in the world on our magical day. To see every single detail you worked so hard to plan, be brought to life on that day was just amazing to see. From the gorgeous ceremony spot, to the beautiful grounds, the awesome boat ride, to the fabulous food Crystal Lake does not disappoint. For Seth and I Crystal Lake was able to give us the outdoor, fishing, nature side of him, by giving me the elegant ballroom that I could go all out with brining our the sparkly, glam side I love. I’m not sure there are enough thank you’s in the world to tell Tracy and the entire Crystal Lake staff how grateful we are for our fairytale day. If you are thinking about going with Crystal Lake do not even think twice, Tracy will make sure your day is exactly what you want. I am still in awe of all the little details that Tracy made sure were brought to life. I could go on all day but I will end with this, I worked in the service industry for almost 20 years of my life and I can honestly say people like Tracy truly will make your wedding planning experience so easy and effortless, she truly exemplifies the definition of hospitality and serving her clients needs. We had our wedding ceremony and reception here in December. It was a beautiful intimate indoor ceremony in the back half of the waterfront room. The food was amazing including so many special details like a beautiful festive hors d'oeuvre table and cranberries in the champagne toast! Tracy, Chef Charlie, and the rest of the staff at Crystal Lake went above and beyond to make this the perfect wedding for us and our guests.

Venue is beautiful and the staff are wonderful. Tracy is a dream and helped us the entire way! Day of went smooth and she handled everything that came up. Food was excellent and we got so many compliments on the food afterwards. Highly recommend!

My wedding ceremony and reception were here at Crystal Lake Golf Club this past August and it was the most perfect location. The serene lake view makes this venue to die for! Tracy, the wedding coordinator, is an angel and is there for both the bride and groom every step of the way. I honestly would recommend them to anyone!

I got married here last October! Tracy and her team were amazing. We had both our reception and ceremony at crystal lake. Tracy was very organized and she knows what she is doing!! She will go over the whole plan for your special day so you know exactly what to expect. We really wanted chicken parm as a dinner option and even though it was not something they normally do she did it for us! It is things like this that make this venue amazing. We would recommend this venue to everyone! You get a lot for your money and it was worth every penny. Thank you!!

I got married here last October! Tracy and her team were amazing. We had both our reception and ceremony at crystal lake. Tracy was very organized and she knows what she is doing!! She will go over the whole plan for your special day so you know exactly what to expect. We really wanted chicken parm as a dinner option and even though it was not something they normally do she did it for us! It is things like this that make this venue amazing. We would recommend this venue to everyone! You get a lot for your money and it was worth every penny. Thank you!!

Such an amazing venue! We had our ceremony and reception at Crystal Lake, and not only are the grounds beautiful, and the food delicious, but you have a built-in wedding planner. Tracy basically plans your wedding for you. She's super flexible with your requests, and also handles the day-of chaos, so you can enjoy the big day with little to no worry. She's such a calming presence to have, and an absolute Wonder Woman. The day ran seamlessly thanks to her, and I couldn't recommend it enough. Have your wedding there!

I have no idea how to actually put into words how amazing my wedding was and it is all because of wedding coordinator Tracy Hill and her staff. Just got married this past Friday on June 2nd and am still in awe of how truly amazing the entire night was. Tracy took care of my husband and I from the very first day we toured Crystal Lake's facilities, just inquiring about where we would potentially get married. We were still freshly engaged and thought our wedding date would be so far into the future. Fast forward a year and a half later and our big day has come and gone and we are still glowing. Without Tracy's overall calming and commanding presence, we wouldn't have been able to stay so stress-free and well planned. Regular check ins with her via constant emails and texts and our face-to-face visits were so casual and light it was like she had been a friend for our entire lives. We are so truly saddened that now our wedding has happened we won't be in such constant contact. What's even better is the facility itself is a haven. The golf course and clubhouse are immaculate, the ballroom is such a picture perfect setting, and of course the gazebo makes you feel tucked away in some far corner of the state with a very elegant feel, the lake right there beside you as your own personal oasis with the sun setting in the distance. My husband and I would have no problem at all recommending this incredible gem of a wedding venue to anyone who asks. 5 stars will never do it justice as it has been and will always now be such a truly magical place in our lives.

Let me start off by saying that I fell in love with this venue the second I saw the beautiful lakeside views. We were originally scheduled to be married in Fall 2017 and I knew it would be the perfect backdrop for our dream wedding. After speaking with Tracy (their amazing woman wedding coordinator) we pretty much booked right on the spot. Unfortunately Due to a family matter we made the decision to move our wedding up to February 2017 instead. I was dreading the call, expecting to hear we would be charged a penalty due to contract. I couldn't have been more wrong. Tracy was completely sympathetic to our issue and went out of her way to help us coordinate with our vendors to change the date (without extra fees). Our Wedding Day came quickly and we (along with our guests) could not have been more pleased. The room was set up exactly as I had imagined and the snowy frozen lake provided gorgeous photographs. The food was delicious and the servers were attentive and professional. And Tracy...well...she is truly an Angel in disguise! She was with us Through the entire process and managed to tackle every obstacle that we threw her way ( date change, unusual dietary requests, ripped wedding gown, you name it). She genuinely cared about making our day as perfect as possible...and she succeeded.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Crystal Lake. What originally drew us to the place was the location and the appearance. The event room was lovely with a wall of windows looking over a porch and their well maintained grounds and lake. The price was the same as the others that we had looked at but their venue was much nicer and Tracy was more personable. Tracy, the wedding coordinator, was friendly and catered to our needs. Not only was she there from day one, she was there on the wedding day until we had left. We were given a food tasting and the food presented to us was wonderful. The night of the wedding the food was just as fabulous and they were able to cater to our many dietary restrictions; such as gluten free, etc. Tracy made sure our wedding day went as great as possibly from running our rehearsal for us because our JP was unable to attend, to organizing the delivery of the cake and flowers, to our decorations placed perfectly throughout, to catering to our families food allergies, to closing up at the end of the night and making sure we received all the things we brought and intended on taking home with us. Tracy made planning our wedding go smoothly. She's absolutely wonderful, kind, and wants her costumers happy.What else can I say about the venue that might be helpful? ... The bathrooms, like the rest of the place, are clean. The bathroom stalls are big. There is a bridal room for the girls to get ready in. The staff there were all professional and friendly. They can quickly transition the room you get married in (if you choose to get married on site) into the room your reception will be held in during cocktail hour. I believe they can host wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours outside but I got married in November and it was too cold for that but I'm sure their outside ceremonies and cocktail hours are just as nice as the one they did for me on the inside. Everything was just wonderful and I highly recommend having your wedding or event here at Crystal Lake.

If I could give more then five stars I would! Crystal Lake is perfect for a beautiful rustic wedding in any season! The views are amazing and inside is the best rustic shabby chic atmosphere and decor. For a couple working within a budget it's great because there isn't a need for a lot of extra decor items to buy. What makes Crystal Lake really stand out to me is their staff!! Tracy, the wedding coordinator and her entire team are one of a kind!! They go above and beyond to help and they do it with so much kindness. They actually care about each client and what impressed me is they care about each guest! It's important to me when planning an event for my family and friends to make sure they enjoy their night out and have just as much fun. I can't speak highly enough about Crystal Lake, Tracy and her entire staff! Thank you for everything!

Tracy made an appointment with us to come see Crystal Lake as a possible venue for our wedding. We woke up early on Saturday to drive there and get there 10 minutes early. There was no one to be seen when we walked in the door. We had to find someone that worked there to ask where Tracy was, only to find out she was \"in a meeting and would be a minute\" . 25 minutes later still nothing. no Email. No phone call. Nothing. We walked out the door. Come to find out that this is not the first time this has happened. First impressions are everything and we will not be spending a dollar or another minute thinking about this venue. She did email me back after I sent her and email with an apology saying she misread her appointment book and had been running behind but I feel things still could have been handled differently.

Crystal Lake was my top choice for our wedding. Having grown up in northern RI and attended a few events there, I knew it was the perfect place to have our reception. Tracy, the wedding coordinator, was absolutely wonderful. She was very responsive and helped keep me on track with details and the timeline. On the day of the wedding, my mom was having trouble with the bustle and Tracy jumped right in and figured it out. She is great! The food was excellent - we had the mustard encrusted pork tenderloin, and stuffed breast of chicken, as well as a plethora of appetizers. It was a wonderful reception!

rystal Lake was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Tracy the event coordinator was very prompt at getting back to every single question that I had during the planning process. The food there is amazing. All of my guests said that it was the best wedding food they have ever had! My husband and I got married at their beautiful lake side gazebo and did the boat ride back to the reception site. The boat ride was a hit with all of my guests and my bridal party! Crystal Lake and Tracy goes above and beyond to make sure your day is perfect.

My brother and his new wife were married at Crystal Lake last weekend! The entire wedding (ceremony and reception) was beyond anything I expected. The star of the show was Tracy, the wedding coordinator! What an amazing person! She went above and beyond not only for the bride and groom, but the entire bridal party and both sets of parents. She is a very organized person and made sure everything went off without a hitch. At some of the initial tasting there were concerns about the quality of food being cooked for the mass quantity of guests, but at the actual reception the food was superb. Tracy made it her personal mission to ensure my brother and my parents were satisfied with taste and presentation of the food. Several guests were raving about the filet mignon the next day! My brother and my dad have big appetites and like their steak practically raw, so Tracy overlooked the preparation of their meals, gave them larger portions and even hand delivered the meals herself. If Tracy was a personal wedding coordinator I would hire her for my wedding without question! Aside from Tracy, Crystal Lake itself was beautiful! The entire bridal party loved the boat transfer to the reception after the ceremony- what a unique touch! If you want a well organized, beautiful, well organized and affordable wedding- look no further!

Omg this venue is wonderful. It's the perfect getaway that not a lot of our guests had ever heard of! The gazebo is a beautiful location, the patio and reception room are amazing and the sunset was spectacular. The food is delicious and it is easily the venue where you get the most bang for your buck. All that aside, the best thing about this venue is their coordinator Tracy Hill. For our wedding we were looking for a rustic theme. After looking at the gazebo area and walking through the woods of Crystal Lake we fell in love! Working with Tracy the wedding coordinator at venue helped take a lot of the stress of us. She was meticulous with her planning and helped keep everything on track during the wedding day. The staff were also very attentive to the guests and the food we amazing! To sum it up great scenery, above and beyond helpful staff and fantastic food.

My wedding at crystal lake was awesome, everyone liked the food and raved about how pretty the venue was. The staff was super organized and helpful, especially Tracy. We choose crystal lake because of the gazebo outdoor ceremony site which is just perfect. Unfortunately, it was pouring the day of so the ceremony had to be moved indoors. The staff moved everything, set up a ceremony site inside, and then quickly moved everything back for the reception to begin. No fuss, no drama, everything was easy.... Would recommend to anyone as a perfect place to get married!\rAlso note for other budget conscious brides that crystal lake was the most reasonable venue we looked at...

Crystal Lake was the final place I looked at before making my choice, it was perfect and beautiful. I loved the outdoor Gazebo for my ceremony, it was breathtaking. They have so many choices, and they are all very affordable. The place was set up beautifully, and just as I had envisioned. The food was great, we had stuffed chicken and Prime rib, which all of our guests were very happy with. Chelsea and Tracy were so amazing to work with as they tended to every need on the day of my wedding. They made me feel so special and went above and beyond in every way possible. The meetings always went so smoothly, and they just made me feel at ease and excited. I was never stressed once I spoke to them. Chelsea, is such a sweetheart and made everything so simple and fun. I had the maximum amount of people at my wedding, and there was plenty of room, and no line for drinks. I would recommend Crystal Lake to EVERYONE who is getting married, because my day was perfect. :)

Words cannot express the coordination by Tracy from the ceremony at the gazebo on the lake to the reception in the main room of the club. Tracy was there every minute making sure we did everything on schedule & everything was perfect. All of the guests kept remarking how good the food was. We did a buffet from the salad thru the chocolate mooose. The bride and groom were thrilled & so happy. Lots of love the whole day. In fact it was so perfect that they would love to do it again.

The grounds are well kept and the club house reception area is just as nice. Wood beams across the ceiling, white lights strung over the dance floor were the perfect touch. Tracy Hill the wedding coordinator is fabulous. Not only is she one of the easiest and most pleasant people to deal with but she truly does everything she can to help you achieve your dream day. With all the emails I sent with questions, she is really great at responding in a timely manner. Love her and love Crystal Lake.

I cannot speak highly enough about Crystal Lake. From the moment my friend got married there three years ago I knew I wanted my reception to be there! Tracy, the wedding coordinator is incredible. She takes care of every little detail and you never have to worry about anything. She takes all of the stress from the venue right off your shoulders! She was always very prompt at answering my emails and we had a few meetings to make sure that everything was the way that we wanted it. The wedding day was magnificent. My guests have not stopped raving about the excellent food and how smoothly everything went. Thank you Crystal Lake for making our day so magical. I looked at many venues and all they care about is your money and brining in as many parties in one day as they can. If you are looking for a venue to makes you feel like you are the only people that matter that day, Crystal Lake is the place!

This rating would be all 10s if it went that high! From the first meeting, to all the e-mails, to the planning, to the dress rehearsal, to the amazing rehearsal dinner, to the beautiful ceremony, and wonderful reception Tracy was a dream to work with!!\r\rThey made the entire process so easy, I can honestly say, we couldn't have done it without Tracy's help!! Her guidance and support was so valuable! Also, she is such a genuine person and so passionate about what she does! The entire time we felt her commitment and dedication to making our wedding day perfect!\r\rTracy was so patient and kind, I think she is the absolute BEST in the business at what she does! It felt like working with a friend, and not just a vendor. From our first meeting with Crystal Lake we knew we had found the right place and the right person to work with!\r\rThere were so many wedding details to worry about, but we never had to worry about anything that had to do with Crystal Lake, and that's all because of Tracy and her amazing team!\r\rTracy, thank you so much for all the hard work and dedication to our wedding! My husband and I got married on a BEAUTIFUL fall day at the gazebo on the grounds, with the lake as the backdrop! Numerous people told me, told my husband, told my mother, that it was the most gorgeous wedding site they've seen...ever! The food was great, the staff was fantastic and honestly, the wedding coordinator, Tracy, is the most amazing woman ever. It honestly got to the point that when my bridesmaid would ask if I needed anything, I just said \"Yup. Can you get me Tracy?!?\" She was so attentive and so on top of everything! The large function room looks out over the lake and there is a beautiful patio where (if the weather allows) guests can enjoy cocktails during the event. The food was delicious, the grilled slamon being my favorite. Tracy, the wedding coordinator was great, alwasy accessible and very organized. OUr wedding was small, about 80 guests, so the room was perfect size for both cocktails and dinner. The rates are very reasonable, so I would highly recommened Crystal Lake to anyone having an event.

All of our guests were fed with delicious food. Most of all is the personalized detail provided through their wedding coordinator, Tracy Hill. She kept me on track with to-do lists...I'm 48 yrs. old and I'm no spring chicken. I loved the help! The staff was attentive. Again, food delicious and the view from the Waterfront Room was gorgeous. Lots of windows overlooking the lake. We didn't feel as though we were trapped in a room....this wedding venue gave us freedom to move with a terrace outside of the Waterfront Room. We were suppose to get married on August 28th, 2011 but Hurricane Irene decided to hit that day so our wedding had to be postponed. Tracey was unreal, she called our vendors for us confirming the new date with them and she even was able to get us in the following Sunday even though there was another wedding going on later that day. We even received a refund for the food for the people that weren't able to make it to the new date. I highly recommend Crystal Lake to everyone.

We had our ceremony and reception at Crystal Lake Golf Club. Everything was great except the weather! Unfortunately it rained and we were unable to use the Gazebo, which was what really sold us on the place, but we were happy with the outcome. We would definitely suggest this venue.

Our rehearsal dinner was held at Crystal Lake, and we could not have been happier! The atmosphere was beautiful, the staff was very friendly and accommodating, and the food was delicious! Tracy Hill, the wedding coordinator, was very helpful. She was very knowledgeable and helpful, which was very reassuring; I did not have to worry about anything. Her friendly and cheerful demeanor was very comforting; I’d love to work with her again. I can’t say enough about Tracy and Crystal Lake. I highly recommend this venue for any special occasion.

Crystal Lake was perfect for our wedding. We got married at the gazebo there, and the weather and the breeze off the lake could not have been more perfect. All of the guests commented on how beautiful the location was. We also were very pleased with the service and attention we received there. The coordinator is absolutely wonderful and she made the day as stress-free as possible. We were very happy we chose Crystal Lake for our wedding.

Tracy was a saving grace! She was so patient and answered all my questions and I asked a lot!!! She was there for me the whole day of the wedding and made everything run so smoothly!!! I didn't receive any negative comments and the food was excellent!
