We had our wedding at Crystal Oaks a few weeks ago and it was so amazing!! The space is perfect for a wedding and the outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and Sandra and Jen are great to work with! I had many questions leading up to the day and always got a response back quickly. They helped us out the day of with coordinating and queuing up music for our ceremony and made the day go perfectly. I would recommend this venue to anyone!! It's affordable, great location to downtown Fort Worth and has everything you would need in a wedding venue. 5/5!!!

We had our wedding at Crystal Oaks a few weeks ago and it was so amazing!! The space is perfect for a wedding and the outdoor area is beautifully landscaped and maintained. We received so many compliments from our guests about the venue and Sandra and Jen are great to work with! I had many questions leading up to the day and always got a response back quickly. They helped us out the day of with coordinating and queuing up music for our ceremony and made the day go perfectly. I would recommend this venue to anyone!! It's affordable, great location to downtown Fort Worth and has everything you would need in a wedding venue. 5/5!!!

I am so happy that we chose to have our special day at Crystal Oaks Events. The site is beautiful, and the staff really impressed me. Nothing was forgotten, and you really get the feeling that they want to help you with anything needed for your day. I absolutely loved working with them and would pick this venue/staff over and over again.

I found their prices very affordable, especially with the many things included beyond just the space. Jen and Sandra were very accommodating, going above and beyond to help in every way they could. They were always on time, hands on in setting up, helped organize everyone at the rehearsal, and came in to help when my MOH’s zipper broke off her dress. I’ve already had visions of doing a 5 year vow renewal at this same venue! The open vendor policy gave me freedom, but they also provided a list of vendors that they’ve worked with before to help me get started. Highly recommend crystal oaks events for any event!

By far one of the best decisions we could have made regarding our wedding. This place is a hidden gem and does not disappoint! The venue is absolutely beautiful and has so many spaces to work with, making it easy to customize your wedding to what you want. The amenities provided in the package make everything so simple. Sandra and Jen were absolutely amazing and helped make our wedding perfect. They were always open to any requests we had. The day of the wedding, they helped the day flow smoothly. Our florist had a family emergency and arrived late, but they didn't even hesitate to jump in and help set up. Sandra even climbed up onto the veranda to help put the drapery up! If we had to do this all over again, we definitely would not hesitate to use them again.

While I had my ceremony elsewhere, they have a beautiful outdoor space for ceremonies, a large covered patio for cocktail hour, very nice groom/bride suites, and a nice industrial chic indoor space. Sandra and Jen there are awesome. Super communicative, and because of them, I didn’t have to get a day-of coordinator! The week of the wedding, I told them how I wanted everything set up and gave them all the vendor information, and they got it all done/coordinated with little to no help from us. Five stars!

Crystal Oaks was a perfect setting for my daughter's wedding reception. The owners were extremely flexible, and working with the venue coordinator, Sandra, was a joy from beginning to end. They truly go above and beyond to accommodate the bride's vision, support logistical needs, and make the experience beautiful and memorable on every level. The lovely interior space and large covered patio were ideal, enabling a nice easy flow of activity as guests moved from one space to another throughout the evening to dance and enjoy the band, grab another drink or sit and chat in the fresh air. We are so appreciative of Crystal Oaks!

The first time we walked in this venue we fell in love. And from that day through our wedding day they made sure everything was perfect for us. It had rained a couple days before my wedding and I wanted my ceremony to be outside. When I got there the morning of the ground was soaking wet and muddy. They went out of there way to put a big fan out there to do whatever they could to dry the ground for us. The bridal suite, the grooms room, everything... was PERFECT!! Sandra and Jen were the absolute best. Easy to work with and very accommodating. I would highly recommend any bride or event to this location.

The venue is beautiful from the entryway with the fountain to the ceremony lawn to the covered patio to the inside reception space. In the midst of all that is going on in the world, Jen was SO easy to work with and SO accommodating. If we made a request, she made it happen. They made our day so easy. They set up, decorated, handled the music, kept things on track all night, and put me at ease. The best venue combined with the best people - what more could you ask for? I feel so lucky to have found this new venue!

Me and my husband just did our 30th wedding vow renewal on 08/31. It was the most amazing day ever. So if you are looking for a stress free and amazing venue with great outdoor scenery and amazing staff look no further. Jen you and Sandra were the best ever and made mine and Juan’s day the best we could have asked for. Jenn you are doing what you were meant to do. Me and my husband just did our 30th wedding vow renewal on 08/31. It was the most amazing day ever. So if you are looking for a stress free and amazing venue with great outdoor scenery and amazing staff look no further. Jen you and Sandra were the best ever and made mine and Juan’s day the best we could have asked for. Jenn you are doing what you were meant to do. I had my wedding there on May 26 2019. It was the best experience of my life from start to finish. They truly were a blessing to me as I am military and had to plan a wedding from Iraq. They made sure I covered every aspect of the event and event helped setup and clean-up. There were a lot of last minute changes on my part and they were so patient and cared so much. The security they preferred was excellent as well. The venue was amazing. All of my guest were so shocked and in awe. It is truly beautiful and does not require many decorations. I was so thankful to have had the best day of my life there. If you are looking for elegance and options this is the place. They truly will not disappoint.

They were the first venue we went to see and we fell in love . They made sure everything was the way we wanted it to be and made sure we were happy with them. The girls were amazing and sweet throughout the whole process . They let us come in the day before the wedding to decorate which helped us a lot . The day of the wedding they were there from 8 am making sure everything was done . I can honestly say I would not have wanted my wedding anywhere else . The pictures of the wedding were amazing because of the scenery . Thank you girls so much for making our dream come true.

If you're looking for a wedding venue that is beautiful, friendly and all-inclusive with no hidden fees, this is the place. I'm getting married here this fall. We looked around at other venues, but as soon as we met Jen, we knew this was our venue! Each aspect of the venue is crafted with care, they are still working on the landscaping, but from what I can tell, every detail has been thought through. Also, you won't find a bigger groom's suite or more beautiful bridal suite. I feel 100% confident that our day will run smoothly because of the team at Crystal Oaks. Jen always makes herself available to talk or discuss ideas. She genuinely wants you to be happy on your big day and it shows. We can't wait to get married here!
