Before it became our beloved event venue, the historic Crystal Plaza was originally a residential mansion. The initial Livingston, New Jersey-based residence was built in the late 1800s by famed architect Stanford White, who was responsible for designing the Tiffany building on Fifth Avenue, the original Madison Square Garden complex and the arch at Washington Square Park in Manhattan, among other landmark structures. While the restored building has since been reincarnated as one of the leading wedding and event spaces in the tri-state area, it still maintains the feeling of its 19th century grandeur, making it a distinct and picturesque setting for special days of all kinds. Our impeccable, white-glove service begins the moment you arrive. Crystal Plaza hosts only one event at a time, ensuring that our dedicated team focuses singularly on you and your every need. Booking our wedding at the Crystal Plaza was the best decision we ever made! From the moment we first walked in the door, we were greeted by Max Janoff like we were family - we immediately felt right at home and knew that we had just found our dream venue. By the time we first toured Crystal Plaza, we had already toured quite a few venues (8+) but Crystal Plaza was unlike anything we had seen at the other venues in North Jersey. The venue itself is absolutely stunning. From the chandeliers, to the cocktail hour space, to the ballroom, to the gardens, to the atrium, to the penthouse bridal suite, to the groomsmen’s vault - every space is beyond gorgeous and distinctly unique. However, what stood out even more to me was the incredible service and staff. Truthfully, the decision was easy (as it should be)!Leading up to the big day, Max and his team were very responsive via email (which was so important to us). Their answers to our questions were always helpful and honest. We were so confident that Max and his team would perfectly execute our dream day because they were so detail-oriented and provided us with great feedback based on their personal experiences. After the wedding, we asked many of our guests - what are the top things that stood out? The answers were pretty consistent - the service, the food, and Max. These are the best answers that we could hope for. We have had MULTIPLE guests tell us this was one of the best weddings they’ve ever attended.Our wedding day at the Crystal Plaza was one of the best days of our lives, and it’s all thanks to Max and his team. Do yourself a favor and book asap!!

WHERE TO BEGIN!! It is hard to put in to words how incredible the experience of getting married at the Crystal Plaza is. We had the pleasure of working with Ryan Howell for our wedding, and it was PERFECTION.From the first time I walked in to the venue, to the very last song at the After Party, Ryan made us and our entire family feel at home and left NO detail untouched. We felt like royalty the entire planning process, Ryan and his team guided us a long the way, always checking in through the year+ of planning, providing guidance and recommendations. Leading up to the wedding, Ryan and the Crystal Plaza were extremely organized, responsive, and so beyond instrumental in making our vision come to life.And now to the actual wedding day, all we can say is WOW. Every single minute, my husband and I were taken care of. Ryan and the team went above and beyond to make sure the entire day flowed seamlessly. Big shout out to ALL the bridal and groom attendants- they even brought us COLD towels on the dance floor to cool us down! The getting ready suites are BEYOND spacious and the perfect place to get ready, to the staff providing us blankets and hot water in between pictures when it was chilly out, to the absolute INCREDIBLE food- I could go on and on about how amazing this venue is.Our guests cannot stop raving about the food, flow, seamlessness, and service at the wedding! Throughout the entire wedding process, Ryan and the Crystal Plaza alleviated the common wedding stressors because they really are experts. The Crystal Plaza KNOWS what they are doing and we could not recommend it enough!

We had the most amazing experience planning our wedding at Crystal Plaza! Every member of the staff was incredible to work with - from the early planning stages to the day of details. The venue itself is also beautiful, and the food was truly amazing! Not only was cocktail hour incredible, but also was the main course and the desserts. We received so many comments after our wedding about how gorgeous the venue was (including both bridal and groom suites) and about how delicious the food was! We really had the best time and wish we could do it all over again!!

If you want to get married in the Tri-state area, there is absolutely no competition for The Crystal Plaza in Livingston, NJ. Every indoor and outdoor space of the venue (including the new bridal AND groom suites) is beyond stunning even before you add your own touches, the staff is completely unmatched (before, during and after your wedding), and the food is to die for from start to finish.As someone who grew up locally, The Crystal Plaza is a venue I frequented as a kid for Bar and Bat Mitzvahs and then again as an adult for weddings and corporate events. Even as a teenager—long before the recent renovations that now include some of my favorite spaces—I knew that The Crystal Plaza was my dream future wedding venue. I got married this past New Year's Eve, and as expected, The Crystal Plaza did not disappoint.The Janoff family—longtime owners of this impeccable NJ staple—could not have been more accommodating. Max Janoff was there for me every step of the way, from helping me pick my date, to reminding me when it was time to make my seating chart, to smiling along with me on the Big Day despite the holiday.I also cannot say enough about my bridal attendant, Chloe, who became my constant companion from the minute I stepped through the door bright and early with my bridal party. Moments that could have otherwise been stressful became a breeze thanks to Chloe. She even thought about day-of preparations that I may not have otherwise—such as taste-testing my somewhat complicated signature drink and taking notes back to the bartenders before my guests arrived.The Crystal Plaza is one of those venues where even if everything imaginable goes wrong, the team not only has a solution, but makes sure you have the best possible day no matter what.Beyond that, I would have gotten married at The Crystal Plaza for the signature lamb chops alone.Luckily for me, my now-husband agreed that my dream wedding venue was his dream venue as well. Neither of us needed to look any further than The Crystal Plaza, and a few months later, we wouldn't change a thing.

Crystal Plaza came highly recommended to us by several respected vendors within the South Asian wedding industry as having a newly renovated space and spectacular service. We planned our wedding in less than six months. CP had one date available which we quickly snagged, and I can honestly say having our wedding at CP was the best decision we made for our wedding. We worked with Ryan Howell primarily to plan our event - he was professional, responsive, and kind. When my parents met Ryan for the first time at our final walkthrough, they were blown away by his pleasant demeanor and charming nature because he has a natural way of putting you at ease and making things happen for you in a timely and professional manner. He worked with us in this manner from beginning to end. While most venues find gentle ways to tell a couple “no,” Crystal Plaza found every way to tell you “yes” for all of your ideas and thoughts. They were truly wishmakers willing to do anything and everything to make your experience a pleasant one, and we appreciated that they never lost patience even when last minute things arose close in time to the event as they often do with weddings. This experience was not only specific to Ryan but the entire CP staff - Office Manager Talmia who was equally professional and responsive at all times leading up to the wedding, Isaac who was friendly to greet us every time we walked through the doors (even at 4 am when we started hair & makeup the day of), as well as the Maitre D team, bartenders, attendants, and servers who worked hard for our full-day event from 9 am to past midnight for 300+ guests. Our guests have not stopped raving about their experience at our wedding and in particular, the impeccable service. We are so thankful to CP for hosting the most memorable affair for us and being the most lovely people to work with during a stressful time. They are a family business and treat you like family.

My husband Peter and I got married at the Crystal Plaza on Friday September 22, 2023. It was truly magical and better than we ever could have imagined. The place looked beautiful and the food was absolutely delicious. We received compliment after compliment about how the food and venue was one of the top our guests have ever experienced. Of course all of these things played an important part in making our day so amazing, but what really left an impression on Peter, our families, and myself was the staff.From the beginning, every email and phone call encounter I had with the receptionist she was pleasant and helpful. Everytime I came to the venue I was greeted by the smiling face of the man sitting at the front desk. When I arrived at the venue on Thursday to drop off items Marianne helped sort through everything and took detailed notes to make sure each item was in its correct place on Friday and nothing was left out.When we arrived at the venue we were given a cheerful welcome. Both my AM/PM bridal attendants were always at my side, making sure I ate and had a drink in my hand. Any spill on my slip or gown was quickly washed away and they flooded me with compliments helping me feel my best all day long. In the groom suite my husband had one guy with him all day. Yesterday my husband and I found out that when my husband dad went to get dressed his white tuxedo shirt was sent in the wrong size and did not button. In a panic he went to the groom attendant for help and within minutes he came back with a white tuxedo shirt that fit my father-in-law... I mean that alone speaks volumes to how prepared the Crystal Plaza and all of the staff is. It was taken care of so quickly that the bride and groom never even knew about it.The Maitre d were absolutely amazing, they made sure our first look went off without a hitch, they quickly moved the family and bridal party from the balcony to the ballroom so everyone could get a perfect view of the first look. Even as the reception was happening everyone kept coming up to us to make sure we didn't need anything, to run to the suites to grab an item for us. An unknown dietary restriction from a guest came up and the chef quickly and happily made him a chicken cutlet- the guest was floored and so impressed the venue did this.And Max, you are one of the main things that sold us on the Crystal Plaza, so welcoming, funny, and genuine. From the bottom of our hearts, thank you so so much for giving us the wedding of a lifetime.

Crystal plaza was more than I could have ever dreamed of for our wedding day. They were accommodating, attentive and the venue was a beautiful fairytale. Max & Ronni were amazing and so was their staff.

My husband and I had our Indian wedding ceremony at Crystal Plaza a few weeks ago and it was the absolute best experience. Since we booked them last year, Ryan (the venue coordinator) and the crew have been so easy to contact and were so flexible about our needs. The day of the ceremony, my husband and I each had our own attendants who made sure we had everything we needed from water and snacks to running communication between people when needed. Ryan personally came to the bridal suite to see me before the ceremony and ran through my schedule with me and kept everything on track for the whole ceremony. At the end of the night, the crew helped us pack up everything from the ceremony and the suites and load our belongings into the car as well. Aside from the best service I've ever seen, the venue itself is absolutely gorgeous. The outdoor spaces were a hit for guests taking photos and the ballroom was everything we'd hoped for in terms of a gorgeous and luxe looking ceremony. The bridal suite was so spacious and convenient for getting ready too, something that cannot be overlooked when decided on a venue. All in all, we could not recommend this place more highly - the whole night felt like a dream and we felt so well taken care of. Thank you so much to everyone who made our special day possible!

My husband and I got married at Crystal Plaza last weekend and we were absolutely blown away. We admittedly had high expectations going in because of its stellar reputation, but they were exceeded with flying colors.The staff there is top-notch, and bent over backwards to ensure everything was perfect. All throughout the process, our coordinator, Iris, went above and beyond to work with our planner and other vendors to ensure everything was executed flawlessly. My bridal attendants, Lisa and Alejandra, and my husband's attendant, G, were truly exceptional — I'm rarely at a loss for words but they were really that good. They made us feel like royalty the entire day, and knew what we needed before we even asked for it. They help with these small details that you don't even realize are so important day-of, and trust me when I say, they are reason enough to book your wedding at Crystal Plaza. The maitre D, Mikhail, was also exceptional at making bowties for my husband and his groomsmen. Of course, it doesn't hurt that the venue itself is absolutely stunning, chic, elegant, and classy. The bridal suite blew my friends away, and we had the best morning getting ready before the rest of the day began. The food there is the best of the best, and if you know, you know: the cocktail hour at Crystal Plaza is legendary. Our guests are still raving about the food a week later.If you can have your wedding at Crystal Plaza, DO IT. It lives up to the hype and then some. It’s hard to put into words how happy we were with Crystal Plaza as our wedding venue. The modern, elegant feel of the venue had us hooked as soon as we toured it. Ronni specifically was a huge factor as to why we felt our venue choice was the right one; it’s not just about the venue but the people involved. Ronni led the entire process from day one. She was so accommodating and made sure anything we needed was taken care of with no concern. We can’t thank her enough for all the work she put into making our perfect day. Every room, from the cocktail room to the ballroom to the bridesmaids suite to the vault (groomsmen suite) is sleek, classy and elegant. The look and feel of the venue speaks for itself, but Ronni and her team really went above and beyond to make our wedding special. The staff and Matre De were extremely attentive and our day flowed effortlessly. As far as the wedding itself, we’re still getting comments from our friends and family on how delicious (and plentiful) the cocktail hour was, and got so many compliments on our add-ons like the Champagne Hand Wall and the sushi, as well as how accommodating the service was. Initially we had 2 bars for the guests, but being our guests were very excited to party, Ronni and her team opened up a third bar for us. This definitely left us and our guests happy as we had guests on the dance floor all night, rather than waiting on the bar lines. We would recommend Crystal Plaza a hundred times over! Your wedding day will most definitely be the day of your dreams!

It’s hard to put into words how happy we were with Crystal Plaza as our wedding venue. The modern, elegant feel of the venue had us hooked as soon as we toured it. Ronni specifically was a huge factor as to why we felt our venue choice was the right one; it’s not just about the venue but the people involved. Ronni led the entire process from day one. She was so accommodating and made sure anything we needed was taken care of with no concern. We can’t thank her enough for all the work she put into making our perfect day. Every room, from the cocktail room to the ballroom to the bridesmaids suite to the vault (groomsmen suite) is sleek, classy and elegant. The look and feel of the venue speaks for itself, but Ronni and her team really went above and beyond to make our wedding special. My hubby and I just got married at Crystal Plaza, trust me when I say that they go above+ beyond any expectations that you can have for your wedding. At the initial appt to walk through the venue, we booked our wedding right there on the spot. Big shout out to Ryan-our point person from the 1st phone call, the 1st walk through, throughout the wedding planning, and there for the execution the day of. Its so reassuring to have continuity of care throughout the stressful time of planning a wedding.The moment we walked in, the place just got better and better. The bridal suite is to die for, and by far this place has the best grooms suite i've ever seen. Yess Kings you can have your own man cave of your dreams and not a shady small closet to get ready in! LOLThe service though, you walk in and you are catered on from the beginning until the end. First, the Bridal Attendant of my dreams, Marianne. She worked our wedding as a Bridal attendant, but she was so much more. She could have and should have been our month/day of wedding planner. She was present when we dropped off all of our decor and she gathered info of how we wanted things to be set up in case there was a problem with the wedding planner. Day of the wedding, she comes walking in with a Ube cold brew and a ube cream puff (she knew that I - a fellow Filipina loves all things ube.) She was there with her survival kit giving my bridesmaids anything they asked for from bandaids, to tequila shots, to taking our fire bridal gang pics, to even going down to help organize all the favors in the ballroom correctly when my wedding planner was no where to be seen. During the first look, it was hott and humid, Mari had a personal electric fan, was fanning me off and dabbing me with a cold towel. She carried my long train around so it wouldnt get dirty before the ceremony. It started to rain during our private vow reading and we looked to the side and Mari was already walking up to us with another attendant with clear umbrellas, like how cute and prepared is that!?She single handedly bustled my massive train gown (she took a class for it and girl it shows!) She took out the makeup stain I didn't even know was there and the mud on the dress right before I walked down the aisle. My bridesmaids told me after the wedding that whenever they needed something and was about to look for someone to ask, Mari was already there able to help them. Mari was everywhere. She took pics of us whenever we wanted and even had my Polaroid camera ready for the cute intimate cocktail hour pics. Even right to the end of the night, Mari was ready with our decor and signs, and even helped my husband pack the cars. Start to finish service like that is unmatched. Everyone - bridesmaids, family members, vendors - were all impressed with my \"wedding planner\" Mari. Thank goodness she was there to pick up the slack of my lack there of Wedding planner. I had the best bridal experience there because of Marianne!Also big shout out to Mikheil and Robin! They were key in running the rehearsal prior to the ceremony, and making sure the event went smoothly and on time, as well as being there for the groom and the grooms men. Our guests cannot stop raving about our wedding. They kept saying that was the best wedding they had ever attended. They were shocked to find out that the cocktail hour food kept being replenished, as well as being asked if they wanted more of the main course. What other venue does that? CP is the best!

I am still in shock at how perfect Crystal Plaza was for our wedding. They guided us every step of the way, and have thought of everything. They always responded quickly in the planning stages. We always felt taken care of. Such a well oiled machine.The day of planner was AMAZING. Literally every single detail was scheduled, planned, and executed to perfection.Bridal attendant was there to hold my dress anytime I took a step during family pictures - I barely noticed her but she was perfect.They work with their preferred vendors seamlessly, my parents and I were able to enjoy the entire day without any stress. Even after the wedding, they followed up with us to make sure we had all leftover food, centerpieces, etc.I highly recommend this venue to anyone and everyone!!

If I could give this venue 100 stars, I would. I don't even know where to begin other than... PERFECTION. Pure perfection. From the moment I got to the crystal plaza the morning of the wedding, I felt ease. Everything was taken care of and I have never seen a machine run smoother in my life. They have an answer for EVERYTHING. I at one point looked at my brides attendant and needed a tooth brush, 2 minutes later I had one. Chloe was my hero all night. This is just one example of the level of service... Another example is Ryan, the Maitre D. Ryan is the wedding coordinator VIP. He made our entire day/night flow with NO HICCUPS- ZERO. Who else can confidently say nothing went wrong at their wedding?! At one point in the reception someone noticed my earring was missing, and sure enough Ryan found it in .2 seconds. This is just what the staff at crystal plaza does, they do it all!!!! Max Janoff was our planner- he truly outdid himself. We told him our vision, and from there he took care of the rest. His recommended vendors were absolutely in sync with everything we had hoped for in our day and more. Everything over exceeded our expectations, from the lighting, to the cocktail hour, to the band, the florals, the table set up... you name it he made sure it flowed. He knew what details were needed and where and left no stone un-turned.Leaving crystal plaza the night of my wedding was heartbreaking and I will forever be grateful to them for giving me and my husband the best night of our lives. My (now) husband and I just had our wedding at the Crystal Plaza in April 2023 and WOW WOW WOW, how happy I am that we chose their location.From the moment we came to the venue we knew it was the place we wanted to celebrate. They treat you as a part of their family. Max and his team supported us with every question and need throughout the entire planning process and connected us with the highest quality vendors. They also help you to make decisions that are the best for YOU and don’t push you in any way shape or form. They want you to create your dream day and are there to make it happen.Then on the actual day of our event I felt like a true queen for the day. The bridal attendants and maitre d waited on us hand and foot and were so kind and personable. When the guests were finished with their drinks, a staff member was there in a moment’s notice to take their glass and ask them if they wanted another. The team is impeccable and the food is NEXT LEVEL. My grandfather is an Italian man who is very particular about his food and his parties and he was floored by the quality of everything!You can even do your bouquet toss from the balcony and that was so much fun. The bridal attendant came upstairs with me and we were both so excited together, it was adorable!They round out the night with traveling treats that are passed out on the dance floor to keep everyone dancing until the final moments of the party and everyone was in love. I’ve never seen so many people on the dance floor at a wedding. There was so much love in the air.JUST DO IT!! The Crystal Plaza is perfect and I keep saying I wouldn’t even go back and do it again because I’m so happy with our day that we couldn’t do it better!

The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous - the indoor ceremony space is one of my favorite rooms. With just a 6 month engagement, I was a bit nervous about securing vendors but with Max's help I booked my vendors in record time. Max and his staff helped make the planning process and lead up to the wedding easy.My wedding at Crystal Plaza was unbelievable in every way from start to finish. From getting ready in the beautiful suites, to the delicious food and drinks, to the impeccable service - everything was truly top notch. We were told countless times by our guests that the venue was beautiful, the staff were true professionals and the food was out of this world (our guests loved our cocktail pairings with the cocktail hour stations and the traveling treats format of dessert). Weeks later we are still getting calls about it being the most amazing wedding someone has been to.The staff at Crystal Plaza are all fantastic - the attendants were extremely attentive (shout out to Chloe for the emergency bustle pinning when mine broke!), Ryan, our matri d' kept everyone on track all night. Oh, what a night it was! Now that the dust has settled, I can wrap my head around the incredible memories! Allan Janoff, Crystal Plaza, what can I say? You helped us make our daughter’s wedding the wedding of her dreams! My wife and I could not be more pleased with our wedding at Crystal Plaza! We had a wedding with 200 guests and wanted a venue with a nice outdoor garden area for the ceremony and a classy interior for the reception, and this place fit perfectly. In our first meeting with Max, he made it clear that he'd be very responsive and easy to work with. A lot of our vendors were familiar with the venue and we had no problems at all. The bridal attendant for my wife and everyone else that helped support us on our wedding day were very attentive and fast with any request we had. We are very happy with the venue and with the services provided and highly recommend Crystal Plaza.

My fiance and I were scheduled to have our wedding september 2022 at crystal plaza, We had Iris coordinating our event. Due to unforeseen circumstances, we couldn't hold our wedding on the date we hoped for. We reached out to the venue explained the situation. Max Jannof and Iris reached out to us, they told us to pay 28k on top of 10k we had paid to hold the date, so they can release the date(per contract). If somebody books the date, we get our 28k but the 10k is final. Its sounded legit, business is business, we sent a paycheck $28k. Date was not released, and we did not hear from them. Had 2 of my friends reach out to the venues, inquire what days they had left for 2022, all the dates were offered except our date that was to be released. I reached out to both Max and Iris and these were Max Exact words \"WE HAVE OTHER IMPORTANT DATES WE HAVE TO HAVE BOOKED, YOU SHOULD HAVE THEM REACH OUT TO ME DIRECTLY\". Clearly they had pocketed 38k out of us, without doing any services to us, why should they bother releasing the date. I was so frustrated and I really yelled because we are a young couple who saved up to afford the wedding we wanted. We tried to have Max postpone our wedding for us, initially he offered us a monday , september 22 and told us to add 20% of the total cost(57) which technically will bring us close to 70k for a monday wedding. Did not make sense to us since we had paid for a weekend, requested a sunday. Max offered us two dates in February, one date in December and the beginning of march. Still with a fee of 20% additional to the total cost. For a winter wedding. He told us, it's the demand. Gave us 3 days to make the decision, or he will cancel the wedding. Honestly we couldn't make the decision, it's not what we wanted, we cant settle to pay 70k for a wedding in the snow storm. Our 38k was scammed away from us, our wedding dream was taken away from us, I lost so much respect for this venue. For a venue we told more than 8 month in advance that we will need to move the date and also agreed to even pay 20% of the fee not to work with us and tell us that we are

RUN don’t walk to book your wedding at the CP!!! I got married at the Crystal Plaza a little over a week ago and it was truly magical!! Everything was absolutely perfect and better than I could have ever envisioned. As the bride and groom, we truly felt like a king and queen – they took care of our every need and made it so that our wedding was truly flawless. I received texts/calls from the majority of my guests saying how incredible the wedding was and that it was the best one they have ever been to by far. The Staff: Everyone we interacted with at the CP from our very first meeting to coming back the next day to pick things up was INCREDIBLE. They were attentive, kind, made us feel like the only bride and groom they were working with, and just made us feel so comfortable. We booked our wedding with Max, who always responded to emails during our planning process and was available to us. Ryan was our Maitre D and we just loved him!!! He made the day run so smoothly, thought of everything and was so calm. He made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. Special shout out to Chloe and Isaac, our attendants, who literally helped my husband get a stain out of his shirt minutes before our entry into the reception. They were amazing. The Food: We booked a kosher wedding and didn’t have high expectations for the food. But we were so wrong!!! The food from cocktail hour, to dinner, desserts and after party were all fantastic. And the presentation was remarkable! Everyone loved the food!! The Ceremony: Their new indoor ceremony room is stunning, modern and bright. We didn’t have as many flowers as some people do there but you really don’t need much because the room by itself is stunning! Again the staff thought of everything and provided all the ceremony items we needed – wine, glass to break, easel, table, etc.The Reception: The grand ballroom is remarkable – they recently redid the carpet and the dance floor. The round dance floor is AMAZING and part of the reason we booked. Ryan helped us with figuring out the best way to set up the reception and provided his thoughts on the best timeline for the night. Bridal Suites: These rooms are bigger than our apartments and truly amazing!!! My husband spend the day in the vault with his friends – they have everything you could want. The bridal suite is huge and when we arrived it was stocked with food and drinks! There are lockers, beautiful mirrors, flowers, salon. It is amazing. Everything about the Crystal Plaza was a dream come true. I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone looking to have a stress free beautiful wedding.

I can’t begin to describe the amazing day the wonderful crew at Crystal Plaza created for my daughter, her husband and every single person in attendance. From the bridal suite to to grooms suite…the cocktail hour, the reception…the food, the drinks…The staff made sure every detail was handled perfectly. They were there all day if we needed them, but were not intrusive at all. They made sure everything was perfect and let us just enjoy every second of this magical day. Five stars is not even close to a high enough rating to truly explain how absolutely amazing Crystal Plaza is. I know many brides say they had the best wedding... it has been three weeks since my wedding and my husband and I are still receiving messages \"that was absolutely the best wedding I have ever been to.\" I never imagined having as amazing of a day as I did. Absolute perfection. From start to finish.Planning with Crystal Plaza was a dream for any bride - especially my Type A self. Max is just so accommodating and aims to make his customers as happy as they can be. Iris was so detail oriented I did not have a worry in the world about the little things - and she has the most calming energy. Talmia is so kind and responds so quickly to every email. The maitre'd team and attendants are the highest quality staff around.We started our morning in the bridal suite. My first attendant checked on me so often making sure I had everything I needed. She even checked on all the other girls (all 22 of them...). They gave us breakfast and lunch all while we were getting ready.The same is to be said for my husband! All of the guys had a blast in the groom's suite! Golf simulator, pool table, barber chair, you name it they've got it. They were just as attended to and pampered.Throughout the reception we were never unattended. Ashley and G were fixing my lipstick, handing me and my husband a new drink whenever we turned around, making sure we were eating. They even made sure the parents were happy.At one point we were dancing and my husband was sweating... I kid you not his attendant walked up to him with a cold wet towel. There was not a single thing they missed.Now this is all great... but I have not even touched on the food. I have never been to a wedding and actually enjoyed every single thing I ate. Cocktail hour... my god amazing. Dinner... who ever goes to a wedding and says their dinner was out of this world?!... best steak I ever had! Dessert - No words to explain how amazing.For cocktail hour our guests complimented everything, but these the most: lamb chops, cheeseburger sliders, whole pig, bao buns, raw bar, mac and cheese, quesadillas.For appetizer we did the 5 compartment plate - people keep saying they have never seen anything like it.Shot Carts!!! We had 2 shot carts on the dance floor... this got everyone loosened up. The dance floor was packed the entire night.Dessert - you MUST do the Traveling Treats. People never had to stop dancing. Over 15 desserts came to the dance floor and every table. I am telling you people dancing with ice cream cones, donuts, brownies, milkshakes, cannolis. Insane. Italian Bakery Finale... MUST HAVE. People still say this was so cool. Everyone filled a box of the treats they wanted as they left.We had our after party upstairs and it was perfect. Little snack foods for all the tipsy friends. And an awesome balcony for cigars.There are simply no cons. I am begging friends to get married here so I can go back as a guest. You are treated as royalty from the moment you walk through the doors. Not a place in New Jersey can hold a candle to Crystal Plaza. So many venues are factories and constantly pump out the same wedding every single weekend. This was like nothing I had ever seen. I am so sad it is over! Max took our wedding to the next level- he shared tons of ideas that made our wedding extra fun and memorable for our guests. He was also super responsive, helpful, and worked so well with us (and I'm not the easiest bride to work with- I have a lot of opinions & questions) to make our wedding truly spectacular. Ryan was our day-of event manager who also added to much to our wedding day experience. From tying the grooms bow-tie to being a positive presence, he was awesome.Now some details...The food: Incredible- guests RAVED about our food afterwards. The traveling desserts on the dance floor were so fun and delicious. It is hard to put into words how truly incredible the Crystal Plaza is. From the minute we started working with Max, he made our dreams into a reality. The Crystal Plaza was truly the most unbelievable amazing place to get married! The attention to detail and the high quality service is unlike any wedding venue I've experienced before (and I've been to a lot of weddings... some at the fanciest venues in NYC). From the minute we walked in for our tour we were intoxicated by the smell (The Crystal actually smells like the 1 Hotel in South Beach). Every room had our jaws dropping, from the atrium with glass ceilings and a modern feel, to the grand ballroom, to the bridal & groom's suite, we were shook. Wedding planning is very stressful, but when we walked into The Crystal we felt a weight lifted off our shoulders. After we chose our date, we were made to feel like VIPs from day one. We were so impressed by the quick response time to all of our questions. Max Janoff and his team helped us customize our wedding exactly the way we wanted it. On our wedding day, all of our friends had the best time getting ready in the massive and stunning bridal suite, and the vault was the coolest man cave ever. My bridal attendant Chloe was one step ahead of me always. She was like a guardian angel. My husband's groom attendant Ryan was beyond helpful and awesome. When it came time for our ceremony, Ryan and Chloe made sure no one saw my dress before hand (which was really important to me). They used walkie talkies to coordinate when the music would change during the precession. It was such a smooth run operation, it was mind blowing. Saving the best for last: THE FOOD. OMG. The Crystal is actually a fine dining establishment, not a catering hall. The sushi station, raw bar, guac station with tequila shots (inside a hollowed out lime), the miso cod, the short ribs, the mini hot dogs, the mini burgers, the grilled cheese & tomato soup, I could go on and on. Our family and friends have probably told us 1,000 times that they have never had food as good at a wedding (or an event) before. Also, there was NEVER a line at the bar, which everyone really REALLY appreciated. The Crystal's amazing staff was at everyone's table making sure they got their drink orders in, which is not something I've ever seen at a wedding before. The party was unreal, magical, the best night of our lives. I will be looking for every excuse in life to host another event at The Crystal Plaza. I cannot thank the Janoff family and the Crystal Plaza team enough for making our day everything we had ever dreamed of!

My review is so long overdue, but Crystal Plaza is the absolute best! Our wedding day in April 2021 was executed to perfection and Marco went above and beyond to make every detail count— even down to having my husband and my drink preferences ready before outdoor pictures. Marco also made sure the handoff between our church and CP went smoothly, which was really way more than he was obligated to do. Each room/space we used looked exquisite and was prepped perfectly. (bridal suite, gardens for pictures, bar area for cocktail hour, ballroom for reception & upstairs room for after party) The food is just insanely good and the presentation is something guests still talk about to this day. Lastly, Crystal Plaza walked with us every step of the way as we had to postpone twice due to COVID and while I heard horror stories from other brides at different venues, I couldn’t believe how lucky I was to have chosen this venue & team to help us through the unknown times of 2020/2021. I seriously could go on and on all day— if CP is on your short list, choose them! Your event will be anything but cookie cutter and it’s something you will always remember. My only regret is waiting so long to leave this review! Thank you, Crystal Plaza!!!

From our first meeting with Max, I knew this venue was amazing, but I, my now-husband, our families, and all of our guests were truly blown away by their professionalism, attention to detail, and care for their clients.For starters, both the bridal and groom suites are stunning and instantly made us feel relaxed on our wedding day. It was so much fun to hang out there, and our bridal and groom attendants, Chloe, Ashley, and G, not only took care of our every need but anticipated our needs, regularly going above and beyond what we could have ever asked for. Ashley, in particular, was a master at bustling both of my dresses (yes, I said both—she’s THAT good!), and I know that wasn’t easy.Mikeil, our maître’d, took amazing care of not only us and our families, but all of our guests, too. Everyone raved to us about the food, which was fully kosher. It was important to us to have a kosher wedding that was so delicious no one even remembered it was kosher, and the Crystal Plaza did just that. So, yes, the rumors are true about Crystal Plaza’s catering—it is just as amazing as it sounds. Our guests were especially blown away by the traveling treats on the dance floor; it was a one-of-a-kind dessert experience. Crystal Plaza also provided us with the coolest wedding favors in the form of to-go bagels on a wall. Oh, and the smoked old-fashioned stand during cocktail hour and the jell-o shots in syringes during our after-party? Absolute showstoppers.The venue itself is just stunning, and this is coming from a bride who got married in February! We had our ceremony in the Atrium, and the skylight allowed such beautiful natural light to stream down while we exchanged rings in front of our guests. The ballroom is as beautiful as ever, and the grounds provided us with so many picture-perfect moments. We first toured the Crystal Plaza when it was mid-renovation, and the final product exceeded all of our expectations. It’s just a gorgeous wedding venue that knows how to balance elegance with drama in its décor.I wish I could go to my wedding as a guest because I don’t know if I’ll ever be lucky enough to attend another wedding at the Crystal Plaza, but hey, I guess that’s what the Love Is In The Air event is for, right?

⛔️⚠️WARNING⛔️⚠️Terrible venue!Crystal Plaza is very unfair .They refuse to refund my deposits when my wedding was canceled due to COVID. So many other venues did the right thing and refunded young couples their deposit. One of their own salesman opened stated to my attorney they did not do the right thing at all. So unfair that they are keeping peoples money when they provided absolutely nothing. It’s no one’s fault that COVID closed down facility, but do the right thing and refunded people their deposit. My biggest regret was choosing this venue.I post in their page and they v delete and block any negative review.

If you are considering hosting your wedding at Crystal Plaza- stop contemplating and book Right.This.Minute! My husband and I were married at Crystal Plaza in May 2021, and this is hands down one of the best decisions we have ever made as a couple. To be fair we were so sure this is was the place, our family booked the venue before we were even engaged knowing the prestige and popularity could prevent us from booking a date we wanted. From the moment we signed the contract to the very last guest walked out the door the night of our wedding, the Janoff Family and staff treated us like royalty. I like to refer to Managing Partner, Max Janoff, as the magician. With a snap of a finger he brought to life our very vision and then some. Max and team knew exactly how to take the “extras” a step further. The food options were endless. Max knew we didn’t want to stop the party for dessert and came up with the idea of traveling desserts, so our guests could enjoy an ice cream one, cookies, cake, and others while they danced the night away. My husband is a true Vermonter, and they ensured all his favorite local beer was on tap. Crystal Plaza offered a variety of different ice sculptures for our seafood options and every single guest complimented the freshness of the seafood. I am convinced the word no is not in the vocabulary of anyone who works there. Our wedding was one of their first after majority renovations, and the staff couldn’t be more prepared. The Managers and bride/groom attendees knew exactly when in the night we needed a little alone time, when it was time for the bride to take off those heels, when it was time for another drink or more importantly a glass of water. I was often in awe and saying to Ashley, my bridal attendee, “how do you even know how to do this all?” The grounds are equally as spectacular and the way the Crystal Plaza team treats your wedding day is as if you are walking into their home for the first time and they want you to enjoy every inch. The morning after when it came to my attention all our memorabilia was already packed up for us, and we did not need to go to back to Crystal Plaza, I was actually disappointed I wouldn’t get to see everyone again. I told Max and team this, so I feel its worth sharing to all those who are setting off into the world of wedding planning- as a little girl you dream of your wedding day filled with frills and lace and the man of your dreams - it was all that and then some due to the Crystal Plaza’s creativity, attention to detail, and genuine love for what they do. I got married at Crystal Plaza this January and it truly exceeded my expectations. Max, Hunter, and the whole team worked with me from the very beginning to make my dream wedding come true and provided unbelievable support the day of and after. Everything from making sure that my elderly family members had an attendant to even packing our belongings at the end of the night was taken care of. I have never seen such unbelievable service from any other venue. Our Maitre D - Mikhail, was phenomenal. He made our day run smoothly and was hands on with any adjustments made to plans. The food was phenomenal and our guests could not be happier. We had an after party with a shot factory set up in the ballroom, which all guests highly enjoyed. We even had food served towards the end of the night. The bridal suite and the groomsmen vault truly saved the morning. All of my bridesmaids were able to get ready on time and we took amazing photos. The crystal plaza team has managed to elevate both spaces and they look absolutely gorgeous for getting ready photos. Not only that, we were all served breakfast while getting ready and had staff helping as early as 6am. The groomsmen vault had awesome amenities such as virtual golf, a pool table, games, and a cigar lounge. Our ballroom looked spectacular with lighting provided by Crystal Plaza and helped to tie together our theme throughout the room. Crystal Plaza even used our wedding invitation to create a logo that was etched within the ice bar and looked amazing. Hunter, max, and the team also had impeccable attention to detail. Having a wedding in this covid environment was not easy with guest list changes happening constantly, but the Crystal Plaza team accommodated all of our guest list changes and even restructured seating to look well organized across our ballroom. Every part of my experience was amazing and I would highly recommend this venue for any engaged couple looking to have an amazing experience to remember for years with family and friends!!

Crystal Plaza and Ronni did an amazing job of setting us up for our wedding. Everything we asked for was presented beautifully and was way better than the pictures that were presented to us. Everyone was blown away by the Ice Bar, reception and Suites. The Vault for the mens side kept us busy for hours and gave us some of our best pictures. Since we booked way before covid, we had people drop out but Ronni and her team were able to accommodate us to make up for the loss of guests. The pictures you will get here will be like nothing else and the experience will be nothing short of incredible.

For those searching for a wedding venue, the ladies got ready in the new bridal suite which is beyond stunning with so many great amenities like a steam shower, massage chair, hair & make up chairs, multiple changing rooms, lockers, etc. The gentlemen got ready in the new groom’s suite/the vault that is a huge space for the groom’s party to hang out during the day with a golf simulator, barbershop chairs, games, tv/music, and pool table. I cannot recommend The Crystal Plaza enough. Max and the entire Janoff family were incredible. Throughout the entire planning process Max was just a phone call away ready to discuss any idea with me and my husband. The entire planning process was seamless and the day was beyond what I ever could have imagined. The bridal suite was INCREDIBLE. It was so much fun getting ready with my girls there. My husband had the best time in the groomsmen suite. They even have a barber chair where he had his hair dresser come to give the guys cuts. The bridal & groom attendants were incredible. They thought of things before I even did and always had a drink waiting for me. There are so many amazing places on property to take photos which was so much fun. We got married in the atrium and it was so beautiful with the light pouring in the skylight and the sun setting during our vows. The food is seriously next level. Cocktail hour was the biggest I have ever seen and our guests still talk about it to this day. Dinner was incredible and there were so many servers working. They put bars on the dance floor so no one had to leave the band to get a drink. Dessert was craziest I have ever seen. They passed around milkshakes, ice cream cones and every kind of cookie I could think of. We had such a fun after party with a candy bar and a bakery. We seriously did not have one complaint and wish we could do it again.

We worked with Hunter back in summer 2019 after we first got engaged, and the chemistry that we had with him was unparalleled. All the services and features that they had to offer, it spoke volumes to us. We wanted to throw an epic wedding. We worked with Hunter all throughout the year, and then COVID happened. The professionalism that he had and his way of keeping us calm, cool, and collected during these unprecedented times, it let us know we were in the right hands. We have a huge friend group who was getting married, and we heard nothing but horror stories from their venues that they were giving them a hard time about rescheduling, giving them strict rules about how to handle their ceremony. Hunter helped guide us through this process with absolute ease, and it couldn’t have gone any smoother than it did. We just had our wedding on Saturday (09/18/2021), and our guests still can’t stop talking about how phenomenal the venue was! Starting off the day, my husband and I spent it inside our respective suites with our bridal party, and they were in shock and awe with how beautiful everything was. The bridal suite was gorgeous, and gave the girls everything they needed to get ready. For the groomsmen suite (the Vault), the guys were excited to use all the amenities available in there (pool, golf simulator, pool table, and so much more!) and they spent most of the morning hanging out down there until they needed to get ready. The suites felt very secure, especially since everything was locked down by pin code or you needed a wedding attendant to get back into the space. My maitre d Ryan throughout the whole day was so helpful and so attentive. From start to finish, Ryan knew exactly what we needed even before we knew it. Drinks to help calm our nerves, cold towels and ice water to cool us down after tearing up the dance floor. Helping our bridal party with anything that they could ever need. The whole team was A-1, and the service blows all of the other venues in the NJ area out of the water!It definitely sounds too good to be true, but believe me, they have executed on all of their promises and delivered even more than what was asked for, and the whole planning and rescheduling process with them was just super smooth and fantastic. You should feel no doubts or regrets booking Crystal Plaza for any of your events, because they absolutely deliver on all of your expectations, guaranteed!

Truly, my husband and I said to one another that nothing went wrong at our wedding - the service and venue is that pristine. We were unfortunately double booked at another venue and came to Alan & Crystal Plaza within 20 days of our date and their team truly made us feel at home. The venue itself is beautiful with a gorgeous bridal suite to pamper brides and an outstanding groom suite to keep the grooms busy with a ton of activities. Not only did we fall in love with the venue’s spectacular chandeliers in their ballroom, but we deeply feel in love with their hospitality. We went to see Crystal Plaza back in January 2019 and as soon as we stepped in, we felt like this is it. We booked the venue right then and there. Let me tell you one thing, we all want to have a perfect wedding/reception but if you don’t have a team, I mean a team that will stand by you; your day will not be perfect. I cannot believe I’m about to say this but our reception at Crystal Plaza was more than perfect. It felt like it was a magical night. We heard nothing but praises from our guests. They thought it was the best wedding they have ever been invited to. They loved the delicious food and phenomenal service they received from Crystal Plaza.During the reception planning, we have never felt alone as we always had support from Max (Director of Sales) and Mikheil (Maitre d). Hands down they made us feel like Crystal Plaza is our second home. If we ever needed anything, they jumped to help us without any hesitation and made sure that we got everything that we wanted to make our dream come true. The decoration company (third party) that we hired to do our reception decoration didn’t do a great job in following the contract and Max saw how I almost had a panic attack after seeing how the ballroom wasn’t exactly what I wanted. He ran to me and said “is there anything I can do to help” and without me saying anything, he came up with a solution to give the ballroom a positive vibe. There are no words that can describe how awesome Crystal Plaza’s team is. Crystal Plaza is where magical nights come true.

I got married at the Crystal Plaza in June and it was truly a dream come true. Everything was absolutely perfect and better than I could have ever envisioned. I received texts/calls from the majority of my guests after saying how incredible the wedding was and that it was the best one they have ever been to by far. The Staff: To me, this is where the Crystal Plaza really shined. Every staff member I met from inquiry through the event were so attentive, knowledge and helpful. Max was the mastermind behind the entire event and I am so happy I got to work with him. Max thought about every single detail of the wedding to make sure it was exactly how I wanted it, he offered his expertise and input whenever I needed help, and answered my endless emails and calls so quickly. Ryan was my matree d and made the day run so smoothly. He made sure everyone was where they needed to be when they needed to be. The Food: This was another thing that really set the Crystal Plaza apart from other venues. The food from cocktail hour, to dinner, desserts and after party were all fantastic. I hope I get invited to another wedding there so I can have the crab claws and Chilean sea bass again. Food was another thing that ALL of our guests complimented after the wedding. The Ceremony: We originally had our ceremony set up for outside in their gardens but 30 minutes before the ceremony, it started to rain so we needed to move inside. Their new indoor ceremony room is stunning, modern and bright. The 60ft skylights and lit up marble walls set the perfect ambiance for our ceremony, and all the guests were happy with AC. Luckily we were still able to take pictures in the gardens earlier in the day which are full of colorful flowers, lots of greenery, a gazebo and a fountain. The Reception: This was the highlight of the evening for me. The grand ballroom has high ceilings with beautiful chandeliers and a great lighting package that covers EVERYTHING. Max and team recommended the best way to set up the reception and their thoughts on the best timeline for the night and I am so happy I took their advice. Everything was flawless. If you’re interested in tossing a bouquet, the Crystal Plaza is the best place to do it as you throw it from a balcony that looks over the whole ballroom. After Party: We had our after party in the ceremony room. Max was able to change the lighting on the marble walls from the elegant white in the ceremony to switching colors for the after party which gave it a club vibe. A few people stopped into the after party to say goodbye but ended up staying when they saw the new set up with Jell-O shots and more food. I would highly recommend that everyone extends their wedding to have an after party. Bridal Suites: Both the groomsmen vault and bridal suite were recently renovated and are the most vast and elaborate rooms I’ve seen. The bridal suite is huge (the biggest in NJ) and has everything you could want from food and drinks all day to lockers for each girl, massage chair, countless mirrors and a full service salon. The vault was perfect for my husband and his friends. They had their own grooms attendant and constant flow of food and drinks but also a golf simulator, pool table and arcade games. We almost had to drag the boys out of there to take pictures. Everything about the Crystal Plaza was a dream come true. I would HIGHLY recommend it for anyone looking for a ballroom wedding.

We had our daughter’s wedding at the Crystal Plaza in June 2021 and it was spectacular. The venue is beautiful and recently renovated. The bridal suite is gorgeous and set the stage for this amazing day. My daughter was treated like a queen and the groom like a king. The Crystal Plaza director, Max, helped plan the entire event from start to finish and did not miss a single detail. We could not have done this without his expertise. The outdoor grounds were charming and romantic with beautiful flowers and gazebo, a perfect setting for pictures. The grand ballroom was exquisite, and the new ceremony room was beautiful. The food throughout the evening was so delicious and in abundance. If food is something that is important to you, then the Crystal Plaza wins! We were so impressed with the professionalism and attention to detail from the staff. Ryan, the maître d, helped make everything perfect, he was with us all evening. Ashley, the bridal attendant, stuck by my daughters side the entire evening. Honestly, there is not one thing I would have changed. The evening was incredible, perfect, a real dream come true. All our guests called for days after expressing how impressed they were with the Crystal Plaza. It was truly the best day ever, magical...a true fairytale!!!

I would like to start off by my saying how stressful it was to plan and postpone a wedding during the pandemic. We originally booked with Crystal Plaza in December 2019 for our wedding in July 2020. Due to Covid restrictions we had to reschedule twice! It was so frustrating and upsetting especially because I did not want to alter the vision I've had my whole life and settle for anything less than our dream wedding.Ronnie and the Crystal Plaza staff was beyond understanding, accommodating, and available throughout the entire process. Ronnie was very honest and upfront about this unprecedented situation as the country and state was regressing and progressing during the different stages of the pandemic. We spoke often about my concerns and she ALWAYS did her best to make us feel like she and the staff truly cared. Thankfully, due to the vaccine, the virus has been contained and we saw a light at the end of the tunnel. Our dream wedding finally happened on June 6, 2021 and it was truly the best day of our lives! It was so perfect due to the amazing staff, venue, food, creative and unique accommodations, preferred vendors, etc.Our bridal and groom attendant were so kind and helpful in assisting all of the vendors, bridal parties and families, and most importantly my husband and I. They made sure we were not anxious and completely took care of any last minute nuisances that arose. We had our ceremony at Crystal Plaza so my husband and I used their facilities to get ready. The bridal suite was something out of a magazine and truly made the morning so magical. The lighting was perfect for photos and if you have a larger wedding party I highly suggest getting ready at the bridal suite!Our guests were ranting and raving about the delicious and out-of-the-ordinary stations during cocktail hour. Even the entrees were beyond our expectations! We choose the traveling treats which kept our party lively and dancing the entire time and also gave a unique spin on desserts! We added extras such as an ice cream truck, shot factory, and a Dallas Cowboys ice luge which made our party stand out from any other wedding we have attended. Our guests could not stop talking about these special additions! We also had amazing vendors who worked so well with the Crystal plaza staff. In conclusion, there was no stone unturned this entire day. My husband and I cannot say enough about our wedding day and the whole process leading up it. This day was the best day of our lives and it exceeded all of our expectations! I highly recommend Ronnie and all of the Crystal Plaza staff as well as the most beautiful venue in the tri-state area. They were the 11th venue we toured pre-pandemic and I am so thankful that we chose them. Throughout our initial postponement they were super responsive and a pleasure to work with all around. We ended up being able to take advantage of almost all of their new upgrades and they are all beautiful. Max was my point of contact there throughout the planning process and he made it all so easy. We currently live in NYC and he was willing to meet with us when we were able to get back to NJ and really helped us feel comfortable and confident even while planning through a pandemic. The day of- we cannot say enough about the bridal attendants and maitre d team. The food for cocktail hour was amazing. Our only wish was that we had more time to actually eat it all! Everything was perfect and I cannot recommend this venue enough.

We booked before they broke ground for the new ceremony space and silver lining thanks to the pandemic, they were able to complete a majority of the planned construction, so we were able to take advantage of the stunning new ceremony space, bridal suite, and refreshed ballroom and gardens. Hunter was our coordinator and was a dream to work with he was super responsive to emails and calls and worked with us to edit the menu and other details to fit us. Our maître d Ryan knocked it out of the park, he was on top of everything and took all the stress out of the day he wrangled everyone and made sure the day ran smoothly. I literally didn’t have to think about anything because Ryan was on top of it. Ashley my bridal attendant became my new best friend she was amazing! From sewing my bridesmaids dress hem when it ripped to carrying my bag all night and touching up my hair and makeup, she was on top of everything, fixing my dress, ensuring I ate and stayed hydrated she anticipated anything I might need. Ashley went above and beyond to ensure I had a great time and looked good while doing it. All the staff were so attentive and kind. The food was delicious and plentiful, we took home a trunk full of leftovers. All our guests raved about how good the food was and loved the traveling treats—the staff passed trays of different desserts each more delicious then the next. The whole staff knew about my food allergies and ensured everything I ate was ok and just as delicious as the non-allergy version. We had a great experience from our first tour of the venue through the end of our event. All the staff went above and beyond to ensure our guests had a great time. We could not be more pleased with how our event went.

Thank you Crystal Plaza for the best day of my entire life! We had our wedding here on 1/3/21. My parents got married at the Crystal Plaza 30 years ago and we fell in love the minute we walked into the ballroom. We had originally booked before Covid and had to postpone our July 3rd 2020 wedding to January 3 2021 and Barry made this transition so simple and stress free. They were so accommodating and answered all of our calls day after day, and treated us like family. We never worried because we knew Max, Barry and Marco were truly on our side.Fast forward to the big day- it was BEYOND amazing! The Crystal Plaza did extensive renovations, including a gorgeous, huge bridal suite which was ready for our wedding day. It is the most beautiful bridal suite I have ever seen and has a full bar and salon. They gave us mimosas and breakfast and treated us like princesses. They even opened the suite early for us since we had to move up the times of our wedding due to covid curfews. Ashley my bridal attendant was a life saver! I couldn't have made it through the day in my dress without her, and I loved having her by my side! She kept me calm cool and collected, and is truly amazing at her job.Our guests were raving about the food for days- they have the best food I have ever had at a wedding. They offer everything imaginable to make your event unique and special- we had a speakeasy style prohibition bar, a full bar made of ice, and they made my dreams come true when they set up our very own full service bakery for guests to take home treats at the end of the night. The new lighting that the Crystal Plaza installed in their ballroom took our decor to another level! The centerpieces and every detail were illuminated and really popped- it definitely was a wow factor that all of our guests were talking about.The level of service and professionalism at the Crystal Plaza is second to none and I would HIGHLY recommend if you want a beautiful, unique and lively wedding or event!

Moving forward with a COVID wedding was a difficult decision, but once we decided to do it, Max and the entire staff we worked with made sure that we did everything as safely as possible - according to all protocols of the state and CDC - while also maintaining a high level of comfort. They walked us through every inch of the day and everything went off without a hitch. We made the decision to hold our wedding outside the day-of and they were so flexible and accommodating. The staff was attentive and very friendly - and the food was excellent. I cannot say enough about how great everything was - it is clear that Crystal Plaza takes pride in what they do and they really worked hard to make our day amazing. We also got to experience the venue after it had undergone a large renovation - the indoor ceremony space (although we didn't wind up using it) is beautiful with a lot of natural light, the ballroom is elegant, and and the Bridal Suite is truly incredible. I would recommend this venue - without hesitation - to anyone looking for a beautiful spot for an event.

My husband is a restaurant owner and has worked in the industry for 20+ years and I have worked in the hospitality industry as well and I must say I am completely blown away by the level of service Crystal Plaza provides ! Max was so accommodating and made sure our every need was met ! Ashley and G were the absolute best bridal attendants ! I literally didn’t have to ask for a thing from the second I arrived at the Crystal Plaza , Ashley didn’t leave my side. There aren’t enough words to describe how unbelievably special and important they made us feel !!! The food was spectacular and the decor is stunning ! My husband and I got married at Crystal Plaza on October 12, 2019 and it was the best day of our lives. Guests are still telling us it was the nicest wedding they have ever been to! This venue has the most beautiful grounds, awesome parlor space for cocktail hour and elegant grand ballroom. And I can’t stop thinking about the delicious food there - every bite we tasted was just so good! Crystal Plaza cocktail hours are literally legendary. And Crystal Plaza did an amazing job with our wedding cake - it was both beautiful and delectable! Everything was just perfect! The Crystal Plaza ensures everything is flawless and not a single detail is missed. Shout out to Barry who helped us create our dream wedding! My Husband and I were married in Crystal Plaza back in March and my family and friends are STILL talking about how amazing our wedding was. Ronnie was absolutely fantastic to work with and she and Mikheil helped make our vision come true. Even when things were running a little bit late, they made sure everything went off without a hitch. It truly is a well oiled machine. And I must talk about Leslie. For the day Leslie is the sister I wish I had. She always made sure I was enjoying myself. If I looked a little tired, she was right behind me with a towel to wipe sweat off my brow. She was always there to hand me water and plenty of cocktails. When I took off my shoes because my feet hurt, she showed up magically with a pair of flip flops! She applied my lip gloss, carried around my photobooth photos and was overall just amazing. The funniest part is, I almost never saw her. She would just 'appear' like magic when needed. I need a friend like Leslie in my every day life. The food was amazing! My husband and I barely had time to eat, but they made sure to set aside a private spread for us to enjoy during cocktail hour as well as set out several plates for us at dinner. Prior to our wedding, Ronnie and Mikheil had asked us for a name for our signature drink. My husband and I are not really the most creative people in the world so we told them to surprise us and boy were we surprised! They chose to name our Signature drink Serenity Rose, which was a name we had chosen for a future child. This really solidified that decision. I was crying. Thank you Ronnie, Mikheil and the rest of Crystal Plaza for everything. You are all so amazing! I would recommend all my friends to get married here. <3

We had our wedding at the Crystal Plaza on 9/7/19. There aren’t enough stars to select to accurately assess this place. Ten stars - more like it! First off, this is not your average, run of the mill Wedding venue. You will see things here you have never seen before: 1930’sOyster shuckers, Shot laboratory, customizable ice artwork, world class sushi!!! There is a 100 year tradition in fine catering which permeates the walls in this place. Yet, it all feels so modern and contemporary. Opulent chandeliers paired with gilded ceilings next to modern furniture and wall sconces. Ornately manicured, secluded ceremony grounds transported us to an early 1900 manor garden. Somehow, it all works and provides a unique, exclusive experience for our guests. The food, menu, and presentation are by far the most interesting, unique, and exciting out there. With Max and Nella’s vision, we were able to customize an amazing menu. We dealt with Max since the beginning of our wedding planning. To call him hands - on does not do justice to the level of customer service he provides. He gave us his CELL PHONE number, and encouraged us to contact him anytime!! He was there for every minute of our event, and personally managed our party from start to finish. Our grooms attendants ( G and Jeff) were superb and made us feel like royalty up to the minute we left in our car!! The wait staff and bartenders provided exemplary service. This was def one of the best nights of our lives, and we can’t wait to visit the crystal plaza for future events! In addition, every person we’ve encountered here from the first visit was extremely gay friendly - We were treated like one of the family .

The Crystal Plaza is pure perfection. I do not have words to express how incredibly fortunate I was to get married here. This is our families fourth event here and I can without a doubt say this is the venue we will continue to choose over and over again! The food, ambiance, and service were completely top notch. Barry, Alan, Ashley, Jeffrey, Marco, and the complete staff here are just incredible. Every single person went out of their way to make us feel special. The Crystal Plaza has become my home. Thank you to this incredible team for making my wedding so very special!

As soon as we visited the first time with Max, we knew that we would be getting not only a classy, elegant, beautiful, immaculate place to get married, but also so UNIQUE and FUN! He was there throughout the entire planning process to answer any question big or small, immediately. Every inch of this place is detailed, spotless, and gorgeous. The staff is over the top attentive, friendly, and helpful. Leslie, Martha, and G were absolutely amazing the entire evening. They made sure we were able to eat everything we wanted from the cocktail hour in our own private suite before going out to greet our guests. They also constantly made sure we were cooled down during photos outside, had sips of water between shots, and even touched up my lipstick the whole night without me even thinking of it. They had our drinks of choice in hand throughout the whole party, and would find us in the middle of the dance floor to give us drinks or pat us with cold towels the entire night. I would never have imagined this type of treatment from anyone, anywhere. Marco was amazing in making sure the entire event ran smoothly and was there for anything we could have ever needed. I could literally go on for hours, but bottom line is, this place is absolutely incredible, and unlike anywhere else I have ever been. Recommended above anywhere else.

My husband Bart and I got married at crystal plaza on 6.1.19! It was hands down the best day of my life ! Barry was amazing from the beginning of our planning adventures ! He was so patient and kind with all my questions! He recommended only the best for us for the day of the wedding ! The day of the wedding was just spectacular from the moment we got there!! They had drinks and snacks for the bridal party immediately waiting for us which of course were delicious ! The bridalAttendant Leslie did not leave my side ! She kept applying my lipstick, made sure every concern I had was dealt with , had a fresh drink on my table each time I walked away and came back , and the same went for my husband and his attendant G! Nella was amazing as well ! As soon as I saw her , I felt a sense of calm over me because she was just the sweetest when I met her before the actual day of the wedding ! The venue let my guests who got there earlier into the cocktail hour without any hesitation which shows the level of professionalism ! The music was great , the lighting was amazing ! Everything was just as I had imagined it to be! The night was magical and I wish I could do it all over again !!! They gave us tons of food to go and so many goodies from the bakery that we had at the end as wedding favors !! My only regret is that I didn’t get to try any of the main dishes :( but that’s why I CANNOT wait for the love is in the air event they will be hosting again next year so I can make sure to eat everything !!!!! We went this year before the wedding so I was able to get a sneak peak :) but we will be sure to come back and really dig in this time around !!! I love you crystal plaza !! I will recommend this venue to everybody ! All my guests are talking about how great everything was !!! Where do I even begin? My husband and I had our wedding reception at Crystal Plaza 5/11/19, and it truly was the best night of our lives. Marco, Leslie, and G were phenomenal and made sure that not only were we having fun and enjoying ourselves, but also our family and friends. Leslie was a dream, toweling me down after dancing, fixing my hair and dress, and not to mention always making sure I had a drink in my hand. I will never forget how calm and at ease they made us feel on such a big day. The food itself was absolutely delicious, and our guests were blown away by the traveling treats. Everything was just perfect. It's a night we will be talking about for the rest of our lives. I would choose Crystal Plaza again and again and again!

He really understood our vision and explained to us everything he could - the sky was the limit! Max was beyond helpful every step of the way to make our night perfect. March 9, 2019 was the most flawless day thanks to Max, Leslie, G and the rest of the staff. From the time we arrived to the time we sadly had to leave, everything was perfect, ran smoothly and was a fantastic experience. Leslie is the most wonderful human. She was attentive to both me and my husband, providing us constantly with anything we may need from keeping us looking fresh and gorgeous with lipgloss and bowtie tying to cooling us down from all the dancing, from keeping us calm and collected to ensuring we were having the time of our lives and making sure everything was taken care of. The Crystal Plaza will deliver your dream reception! From the beautiful hall, delicious and expertly presented food, to EXCELLENT personal service. Everyone was gushing about my wedding for weeks! The staff will do everything in their power to make sure the Bride and Groom want for nothing during their special day. I can't express how thankful I am to the maitre ds and bride attendant. We had our wedding about a month ago and we chose Crystal Plaza, we immediately fell in love with the venue and found the staff to be incredibly professional and attentive. The venue had a warm and elegant feel to it which is something we desired. The recently renovated cocktail room had a modern feel and look to it and we really liked the new hardwood floors for the ceremony room upstairs. On all levels, from the food, the service, and look of the venue the Crystal Plaza exceeded our highest expectations and has had our guests raving for the last month how it was the most spectacular wedding they had ever been to! We worked with Barry and Nella leading up to the wedding they were able to answer our all questions quickly and their experience put any concerns about details to rest. They were also able to recommend excellent vendors for us to use and were extremely satisfied with all that they suggested. The food alone deserves special consideration as it was not only the best we had ever had at a wedding but the amount that they served was mind blowing. The cocktail hour had so many different stations, all of which were just incredibly delicious and the presentation of both the food and the decorations was extremely elegant and created the perfect atmosphere for our winter wedding. For the main course, guests raved not only about the taste of the food but the attentiveness of the staff and the option to get additional servings if they desired, not a single person left without being as full as they wanted to be!The day of the wedding, Nella and her team were on TOP of it. Every little detail or question, they immediately jumped on it and had the whole entire day running smoothly. Our wedding day moved flawlessly. In the bridal suite, they brought us food from the cocktail hour and made sure we ate food! The bridal and groom attendants were super attentive. If there was anything little thing we needed they were there making sure we were happy and comfortable. The Crystal Plaza creates a truly unsurpassable and unforgettable wedding experience. Our wedding was just two nights ago (December 30, 2018) and the first thing I wanted to do post wedding was RAVE about this venue. I was a very skeptical bride, and never in my wildest dreams could have envisioned a more perfect night with the most amazing staff that our guests have not stopped talking about.I'll start with Hunter Janoff, who is BY FAR the most amazing venue manager you could ever dream of having. Not only is he personable, trendy, and fun, but he truly takes your vision and brings it to life. He made us feel like family from day one. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about him. We knew we were in great hands the second we met him. I even left saying, \"I want to be friends with this guy.\" Hunter promised us we'd be in great hands with our maitre'd Nella. He certainly wasn't lying. Before I could even get out of the car, she was greeting us with a smile. The whole night she made us feel calm and secure in all of the planning. She worked TIRELESSLY to make sure the night was everything I've dreamed of. She is truly the best of the best.There are not enough words to describe how phenomenal my bridal attendant Leslie was. I have never been speechless before, but she truly leaves me with no words. From the SECOND we met her, she felt like home. She helped with everything from dabbing my nose with qtips, massaging my arms with lotion, tying ribbon around my robe when I forgot my belt, helping me get in and out of my dress, holding my train every step of the way. I could go on and on for days. I've truly never met someone more made for this job and she was an ANGEL that day. I even woke up the next morning saying, \"I miss Leslie!!\" Although I wasn't the groom, my husband has also been raving about his attendant, G. He was so attentive to everyone and truly got along with my husband like family.Our guests are still raving about the staff and service all night. We never had an empty hand throughout the entire night. The servers were even asking guests if they'd like a second dinner. Everyone is still saying it's the best cocktail hour they've ever seen. If you are a bride and you aren't sure about a venue decision, I would recommend Crystal Plaza over and over again. Truly the best night of my life because of the amazing people and this impeccable venue!

Our wedding was just two nights ago (December 30, 2018) and the first thing I wanted to do post wedding was RAVE about this venue. I was a very skeptical bride, and never in my wildest dreams could have envisioned a more perfect night with the most amazing staff that our guests have not stopped talking about.I'll start with Hunter Janoff, who is BY FAR the most amazing venue manager you could ever dream of having. Not only is he personable, trendy, and fun, but he truly takes your vision and brings it to life. He made us feel like family from day one. I truly cannot say enough amazing things about him. We knew we were in great hands the second we met him. I even left saying, \"I want to be friends with this guy.\" Hunter promised us we'd be in great hands with our maitre'd Nella. He certainly wasn't lying. Before I could even get out of the car, she was greeting us with a smile. The whole night she made us feel calm and secure in all of the planning. We had our wedding at the Crystal Plaza on November 3, 2018, and we can’t put into words just how amazingly perfect everything was and how thankful we are! Even before we visited, Barry was so accommodating and agreed to meet with us as soon as possible! The moment we pulled up to the Crystal Plaza, we knew it was a special venue, and once we were inside, we knew that’s where our wedding was meant to be! The venue itself is meticulously kept, and it feels so intimate yet so grand at the same time. And Barry was beyond fantastic. He was always so responsive by phone and email, and met with us many times to discuss the tiniest details about everything. We always knew we were in the best hands. The Crystal Plaza staff, including Hunter and Max who we also met with at various times, made the entire wedding planning process so easy and fun! Barry also was always honest and provided the best guidance about everything- from our not so traditional centerpieces to our menu. Barry had it all covered. The day of our wedding, Barry, Marco, Leslie, Abel, Mikhail and the other maitre’ds made all of our dreams come true! They made the day run so seamlessly- Leslie was always by my side to help with literally everything- from the tiniest things like helping me reapply lip gloss, to bigger things like getting a stain out of my dress- she literally works wonders! She made me feel so comfortable, as did the entire Crystal Plaza staff. Our guests kept saying how the service was superior and they have continued telling us this weeks after! Besides the service, our guests have raved about the food- and we know how good it is because the Crystal Plaza staff brought us every single dish to try, including the cocktail hour food (and a Caesar salad for me because it is my favorite even though we chose a different salad for our guests!!). They even packaged food for us to take home!! Also, they provide unique options- like an after party (which was so fantastic and our guests loved) and even a bakery for guests to take home pastries (which were absolutely delicious)! Barry helped us navigate all of this, and he helped us make our wedding just so memorable! We can’t thank the Crystal Plaza enough, and we would truly recommend it to anyone! Simply put, the Crystal Plaza is the best!

You made my son and beautiful daughter-in-law beyond happy.When you told them from day one not to worry about a thing and trust you - that was an understatement. You and the Crystal Plaza had only one objective to make their day “the happiest most magnificent day of their lives.\" And you did!Five Stars are not enough to rate the Crystal Plaza (truly a magical place where your dreams come true). Everything from the décor, (an ice bar, the customized dance floor with their initials), the spectacular grounds of this turn of the century mansion, the outrageous food to the amazing staff and service was PERFECTION. Leslie, Marco & Abel how could they be everywhere so effortlessly. They looked after not only the bride and groom but also made sure the parents and entire bridal party were taken care of. My husband and I can’t even put into words how incredible of a venue the Crystal Plaza is. Not only are the grounds absolutely breathtaking, but the cocktail hour and ballroom are unlike anything else. The presentation of the food for the cocktail hour, the extreme attention to detail and the incredible service really out the Crystal Plaza above all the rest. My sister was married at the Crystal Plaza 6 years before me and when my husband and I were looking for venues for ourselves, the Crystal Plaza was the easy choice. If you’re looking for a 5 Star, over the top wedding that will have your guests talking about it for years to come, look no further than the Crystal Plaza.
