We recently had our wedding at Crystal Tree and it was such a wonderful time! Ashley was so great and communicative during the entire wedding planning process and made sure that our special day went off without a hitch. The day could not have gone more perfectly - highly recommend considering this venue if you are looking to have your wedding in this area.

This location is absolutely stunning for a wedding reception! The near wrap around balconies and beautiul view of the course with open windows is certainly what sold us on this location! The room was big enough to hold a large bridal party and band in the same space, and the night was absolutely perfect! Not to mention, my husband and I were able to take a quick golf ride down to the bridge to have a private photo session and the photos are stunning with the country club in the background. Highly recommend this location!

This location is absolutely stunning for a wedding reception! The near wrap around balconies and beautiul view of the course with open windows is certainly what sold us on this location! The room was big enough to hold a large bridal party and band in the same space, and the night was absolutely perfect! Not to mention, my husband and I were able to take a quick golf ride down to the bridge to have a private photo session and the photos are stunning with the country club in the background. Highly recommend this location!

We had our wedding at Crystal Tree in August and it was perfect. Ashley did an incredible job with communication throughout the entire planning process, and was on site the day of the wedding making sure everything went smoothly. We received a lot of positive feedback on how beautiful the venue was and how great the food was (chicken and salmon). Ashley did a great job accommodating for the few people who had dietary restrictions as well. Ultimately, the view of the golf course is what sold us, but the entire experience was worth the costs.We also have a lot of family and friends that are dancers, so I was worried about having enough space on the dance floor, but the dance floor worked perfectly too. Everyone had a great time. Crystal Tree and Ashley really helped make our wedding day special!

I cannot tell you how many compliments we have gotten on the food and the balcony overlooking the golf course. My guests were in absolute awe! Had to change our wedding because of COVID issues. Crystal Tree, Ashley the event coordinator, were WONDEFUL to work with! They are not trying to hide anything, and were so flexible with everything, especially with us coming to them 2 months prior to our wedding date. They got everything done PERFECTLY!!!! What a wonderful venue! The food, service and atmosphere here were all beyond my highest expectations.We attended a Wedding here last week, and by far it was one of our most memorable.Crystal Tree is definitely on my list of recommendations.

Crystal Tree was AMAZING! We worked with Katie Noetzel who was fantastic from start to finish. She answered all of our questions (and trust me there were plenty) and let us come in and view the space throughout the months leading up to our wedding. When we saw rain on the forecast, Katie helped with different areas on the grounds for picture opps. On the day of, our wedding (10.5.19) the staff was attentive to all guest and made sure things went smoothly. Our guests raved about the professionalism of the staff and how beautiful the space was. Ken the GM was there that evening as well and helped moved furniture so we can get photos in the grand entrance space and let us stay there for photos with family and friends. Overall this was truly a magical space, from Katie helping with everything and making us feel so special to the entire staff just being so fantastic to the breathtaking views on the area. I would HIGHLY recommend having your wedding here!

My new husband and I got married there last weekend and it was everything we could've dreamed of. The room was a perfect size, easily accomodating the 200+ people we had, including plenty of room on the dance floor. Our guests loved the food options we picked out as well. The event coordinator, Katie, was the absolute best. She made sure everything ran completely smoothly so I had NOTHING to worry about the day of the wedding. We were supposed to have our ceremony outside but due to inclement weather it was moved inside a few hours prior and Katie didn't miss a beat. Both ceremony options turned out beautiful! There are a TON of photo opportunities on the property as well, our guests really enjoyed the two patios they were able to enjoy while the weather held up. I could not say enough good things about Crystal Tree, and a huge thanks to Katie who was readily available with any and all questions we had prior to the big day!

My husband and I had the most magical wedding reception here - July 2019. It was so wonderful and well organized! The venue itself is so beautiful, plenty of windows and terrace balconies for guests to mingle on.. very light, airy, and romantic. I am so happy we chose Crystal Tree and would recommend it to anyone looking for an elegant wedding venue in the Chicago suburbs. It has a great capacity, we were able to comfortably seat 300 people. There is a large bridal suite with private bathroom and lock so the girls can safely store anything they may need for the night. The staff is excellent, we had 3 bars all night with plenty of servers. Katie, the event coordinator, went above and beyond to ensure all plans were precisely executed and every little detail we discussed was done! It was so easy to schedule our tasting and pre-wedding meetings with Katie as well as phone calls/emails. She worked well with my planner and photographer too!

My now husband and I got married in December and we could not have picked a better venue. Everything was perfect right down to napkins. We worked with Kenny who took any phone call and question we had, was extremely patient and helpful and gave us ideas and opinions on how he had seen weddings done in the past. I am recommending this venue to all of my engaged friends and coworkers. They made everything absolutely magical!

Picture Perfect! We had our son's wedding reception in the main ballroom in June and it turned out great. Many thanks to Ken, Pam, Archie and the entire crew. From menu to decor to wine selection everything was first rate. I'm a bit of a wine snob but the selection was great and so was the price. Archie knows his stuff. Pam and Ken provided all the hand holding we needed till the day of the reception. Even the service staff and valets were cheerful and prompt. I'm not at all surprised, we've had many events here over the years. Party On!

If you are looking for a short review, just do not have your wedding here. It is WAY too much stress trying to deal with the coordinators and staff. If you are dead set on having your wedding here, get EVERYTHING in writing and be prepared to fight for what you want. Now for the long review and reasons not to go here:I was married here in May 2018 and don’t get me wrong, my wedding was AMAZING, but Crystal Tree is not worth the stress. First of all, they assigned me Patti as my coordinatior. After leaving her messages for three months ( phone and email) with no replies, my fiancée and I complained and showed up on site and talked to Pam, the other coordinator. She decided to take on our wedding, but she wasn’t much better. CT offers a free meal before the wedding so you can select what you would like to serve your guests. We requested two different meals and when we got to the taste test, Pam was not there to talk to us, and the meals were not what we had asked for. In addition, the waitress was confused and tried to charge us for our meal. A few weeks before the wedding I would call and email Pam with no response, FINALLY I went into CT and had to demand an appointment with her that day. We finalized everything I wanted, and despite my very clear and detailed notes, she could not get our invoice for the wedding correct. It took many attempts to talk her through how to charge me. On our wedding day, CT did not let us take pictures on the golf course either. My husband is a very big golfer and wanted pictures on the course but was very disappointed. We have been to three weddings there where the bride and groom were allowed to go anywhere on the premesis, but we were kept in the parking lot. At the reception, Pam was constantly coming up to me and asking me questions about things! It was extremely annoying having her following me around the whole night. On top of that, my family brought 22 bottles of wine to be served with dinner and Pam refused to serve it with dinner. My father in law had to ask a server he knew to go against Pam and serve our guests OUR wine with dinner. My father in law paid for two extra hours of the bar and it shut down early. We were told we could stay as late as we wanted, and yet they turned all the lights on and kicked us out at 11:30. Yes, we were kicked out of our own reception. I told Pam where I wanted my sweets table and cake served, and she did not follow my request and put it in another room where none of my guests could find it. 3/4 of my guests told me later they had no idea we even had cake or sweets. The food was good, and the reception was beautiful, but the service was absolutely terrible. My husband and I both agree that we should have picked another location. Please save yourself the time and anger and go somewhere else. When I talk to brides who had their wedding there, they all have very similar experiences to mine. Again, nothing can change how beautiful and amazing our wedding day was, but I do want to be honest with other brides out there.

While looking at venues in the area a friend of mine said \"check out Crystal Tree\". I popped in without an appointment and the club manager gave me a quick tour of the area and open dates. The venue space is absolutely beautiful! We really loved the fact that our event would be the only one and that we had access to the entire top floor of the club and awesome outdoor balcony. While every other place we toured had a specific \"wedding coordinator\"(i.e. sales rep!!) that was outgoing and ready to sell me options, we found that Crystal Tree was standoffish. We didn't get an overly friendly, confident vibe, but also found that the people we met were very laid-back, did not try to upsell, nor did they have hidden fees. The packages posted online are exactly what is offered. You do not need to be a club member to have your event there. With slight hesitation we chose Crystal Tree based on the beautiful room, location, meal options, and price. We communicated with the event manager Pam throughout the planning process via email and phone. Pam made us an event sheet to review with all of the communication we had via email/phone (i.e. food choices, start time, linen choice, etc). There were a few items we needed to re-communicate, but we know she probably gets a ton of emails. It was helpful to know that everything was written down and ready to go for the wedding day. The one item that was dissatisfying was not having the final payment due emailed to us until 2pm the day prior to the wedding even though final counts had been made earlier in the week. It added some unwarranted stress while preparing for our rehearsal and welcoming our out of town guests. At any rate, it all worked out as things always do!We were able to bring in items (decorations, dress, etc) the day prior to the wedding. All were kept securely which was nice! Pam and her staff decorated with the items the day of which allowed for a care free morning. The day of the wedding was flawless. We had our ceremony outdoors on the Crystal Tree property. Pretty white chairs were provided and set up by the event staff. Pam assisted in coordinating the wedding party walking up the aisle and directing guests prior. Pam, the concierge, bar staff, and wait staff were phenemonal. Compliments to the chef! Most guests commented \"best wedding food ever\" and \"beautiful place!\"After the reception was complete, the event staff \"undecorated\" and placed all of the items back in the boxes just the way they came. We were able to pick up the items the next day which was also nice!Overall, Crystal Tree is an amazing place to have your wedding. I truly believe that this location has no need to try to \"sell\" you, as they know they have a high quality \"product\". It is a hidden gem!

We got married on NYE 2016. The events coordinator, Pam, was wonderful! They helped make our dreams come true. They were very flexible with making adjustments with planning the day of! The venue itself was beautiful and the food was phenomenal! I'm not a vegetarian, but chose it for myself because it was that delicious. We would definitely recommend this venue!

We were able to drop off the items the week of the wedding where they were secure. The day of went so smoothly and the staff was very attentive. Pam was always there to help and any request I had she made! They set everything up exactly how we wanted and I couldn't have asked for a better day! :)
