It’s one of the only DMV venues that can easily host 300 to 450 wedding guests and likely the only venue to do so with a lavish elegance fit for royalty. They need a 10-star rating! So, I was on TikTok looking for bridal shower places when I stumbled upon this beauty. So, I asked my fiancé at the time, if you know me then what you know about this place? He said, you like it because it has all those crystals and chandeliers! I instantly hit the contact us button. I began communicating with Pura who was very personable. I said OK let me go look at these reviews. I went on every page I knew that had reviews and they were 5-star no complaints. I said well let me book to go see it in person because pictures can be deceiving. We scheduled a tour of the event and when I tell you this place can't be touched with a 10 foot pole. I have not found a Venue yet that can TOP this one. From the time you walk in, to the ballrooms, the best dressing area and even the bathrooms are so clean you can eat off the food (not that you would but that's how clean and neat the place is). Pura thanks for all the phone messages day or night one thing for sure she was never too busy to get back with me. She was very accommodating. Farah the decor was gorgeous. Andrea thanks for pulling things together as the coordinator alongside Pura. Every time I visited; they made you feel welcomed. My family talked about the level of hospitality that you all provided at the rehearsal and wedding. They made sure all my vendors were in place to take the stress off of me on my wedding day. The overall service gives you royal and rich vibes.

Words are not enough to express my gratitude to crystalview. I type this review with a grateful heart filled with joy and all gratitude that I can spare. My journey with crystalview right from the first day of tour to the my wedding was seamlessly stress less. They were all round efficient. Communication was active. They worked with me even on pricing. Iman from the beginning told me, tell me your budget and we'll try to work with you. And that is exactly what they did. We received the discounts they had available as at when we started enquiring with them. Farrah went above and beyond to make our decoration a memorable one. She also worked hard to make sure she worked with and accommodated our budget. Then there was Cliff, always communicating with me and my event planner and updating us with how preparations were going. He even took time from his busy schedule to wait an hour or 2 later for my bridal party and I on our rehearsal day because we ran late. What about the day of, they were there to make my day amazing. They staff who worked with us were courteous and polite even to the wedding guests. Everyone who came to my event were in awe of CrystalView. It was Magnificent. I got so many beautiful pictures.In all, Crystalview is the place for your event not only for the beauty of the place but for the people too. They won't stress you. Crystal View is the best new wedding venue and corporate center in Northern Virginia. Not just because the venue is beautiful with the chandeliers and marble floor. But because Cliff the manager is an expert in hospitality. Having done over 350 weddings and working for Marriott he comes with a pedigree that no one in Northern Virginia can compete with. Crystal View without Cliff would be another event venue with pretty chandeliers but he gives it proper order and impeccable customer service. Thank you Cliff for making experience the best.
