We had our wedding on 11/11 and the weather wasn't looking great, but like everything else with Danversport the change of moving the wedding from outside to inside was as easy as making a phonecall or writing an email.They made everything go so smoothly and every person has told us it was one of the best run wedding they have been to in years.Fantastic venue and everyone that works there is so nice and helpful.

We absolutely loved having our wedding reception at the Danversport! The coordinating team is wonderful to work with and Ron who was our event coordinator for the night, did a wonderful job. The food was amazing and several of our guests raved about how great everything tasted. The wait staff was fantastic and took amazing care of our guests and our bridal party. Our cake was beautiful and tasted great! We were blessed with rain on our wedding day and Ron and his team did an amazing job with making adjustments to our cocktail hour and bridal party photos. They were very accommodating given the circumstances we were dealt with and made it stress free. We highly recommending booking with Danversport, the venue and outdoor areas are fantastic and they make your wedding day one to remember.

We could not have asked for a more perfect summer wedding venue in the Boston area for our July 1st wedding. This is truly a Northshore staple with incredible views and a hardworking team. Touring and booking with Danversport was so easy and we were fortunate to work with Ron during our tour and on our wedding day. He has been there for over 30 years & was truly a professional that evening. There are no hidden fees or extra gratuity expected at the end of the evening which made the decision that much easier. Communication via email was a bit tricky as they have a larger team with a different person answering almost each time so we felt that we had to double check that some requests were documented when confirmed as there is no portal to view your plan/ contract with them. We did not get a reception timeline when we thought we would so it delayed our timeline planning a bit. However, the Danversport team is so accommodating, kind, and their food is the best! The ballroom is so elegant, spacious, and has such a great view. The deck is larger than it looks so it is the perfect cocktail hour space. Their bartenders make great drinks and everyone was talking about how good the food was! Genuinely very happy with our experience there.

My wife and I had our small wedding here on June 3, 2023. The staff did a great job at communicating all the different options for the ceremony and reception and was always responsive to questions in the months leading up to the big day. We had a bit of light rain for the ceremony, but Danversport was prepared with an alternate ceremony location and a tent to keep us dry. The food was excellent and our room in the Lighthouse Point had plenty of space for everyone to eat and dance comfortably.

Danversport from start to finish, was exceptional. They were always quick to answer our questions, and the fact that they had so many big items already included in the wedding packages (cake, linens, napkins, etc.) made planning that much easier. Overall, just very great people to work with. We had some hiccups the day of with other vendors and they really went above and beyond to help us and ease some of the stress. Truly cannot thank them enough and highly recommend to anyone looking for a venue that pretty much does it all!

Wow, and incredible venue from start to finish. My husband and I decided to host our rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony & reception at the Danversport and it was better than our wildest dreams. The staff that were working the events and the staff behind the scenes were phenomenal. We received so many compliments on the service, the food, and the beauty that the Danversport holds. An incredible venue that is family owned and operated going now into the third generation. The Danversport will make you feel like family. We wouldn’t want our wedding to have been celebrated anywhere else. Thank you to the Danversport Family for the wonderful wedding of our dreams. It was euphoric.

Ron and his team at Danversport could not have made the wedding planning process more easy. The venue truly has everything you need including place cards, cake, and personalized cocktail napkins, and the staff is incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. We got so many compliments on the food, staff, and the whole atmosphere of the night. The menus are so customizable and the annual food tasting was a great time. Danversport was the first of 10 venues we toured in the area, and we are so happy with our choice. Everything about our wedding day was beautiful and meaningful.

It sounds cliche to wish we could give more than five stars but really we do. Everything, and everyone, at Danversport was world-class. They made everything so easy and took so much of the worry out of planning our big day, especially considering we live out of state. Lauren in the events planning group was incredible and Sean took care of us on our wedding day. She kept us at ease. And made sure we ate. Hahaha. The food was exquisite (get the short rib) and the cake from the bakery Danversport used was so good one of our friends is getting their cake from them for their wedding this coming year. Their upfront and all-inclusive price points made budgeting so easy. We got married in November and used the Lighthouse Point room and it was perfect for us. We had 60 guests and everyone fit perfectly with plenty of room for dancing. We had our ceremony at the pergola outside of the LP Room and it was a dream. It looked so beautiful and our guests were easily able to flow from the ceremony to the reception and then to dinner. We are so happy that we chose Danversport. They do one thing - weddings - and they do them perfectly. Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts!!! ❤️🌈❤️ - Bridget and Kayleigh

The Danversport staff, from planning to execution, was absolutely top notch and best-of-the-best. I want to emphasize just how much our guests raved about the beauty of the venue, the quality of the food (especially the cake! OMG it is all we hear about 😂), and the staff. It seriously felt like the staff was always two steps ahead of us in predicting what we needed. We never lifted a finger all night and I 100% trusted everything was completely under control, and that is truly invaluable when you have a million other things to worry about on your wedding day! I thought it was just because we were the bride and groom, but after speaking to our guests it was obvious that everyone in the room was treated as a VIP by the Danversport staff. They truly are some of the best in the business.

Where do I begin? Ron Bilodeau, our coordinator is the best! From the very beginning when showing us the venue, I knew this place was IT. Ron and the team was extremely responsive, patient and just so professional. Every email of mine, answered right away. The day of, I had nothing to worry about. The team was 5 steps ahead of me just leading the way! All of my guests were over the moon with the service they experienced from the servers and bartenders. The food was great, the drinks were too. I have nothing to complain about! I am in love with Danversport and its awesome team! I will be forever grateful with them for making my night magical!

Wife and I booked the Lighthouse Point Room and it was beyond perfect. The Danversport took care of everything and walked us through each step as we got closer to our date. The room was beyond beautiful and was the perfect size. Sean G was BEYOND amazing! At the rehearsal she took the time to ensure each member of the wedding party knew exactly their role. Day of the wedding we did not have to worry about anything as she kept us on time and helped us ensure we had a perfect night. She gets all 10's across the board.

The Danversport is truly an amazing & special venue. I have worked in event planning for 10 years and I could not recommend The Danversport enough to host any type of event if you are looking for an elegant, timeless, memorable, and more importantly stress-free event! I was lucky enough to have held my wedding this summer at the Danversport in their iconic Harborview Ballroom and they truly made my vision and wedding dreams come true. From the stunning chandeliers in the ballroom, to the epic, waterfront views from the deck & gazebo, the aesthetics at the Danversport are flawless. Wedding planning can be an incredibly overwhelming and stressful time for a couple, but every time we met in person or virtually with the Danversport any questions we had would immediately get answered and any concerns would wash away and what was left was pure EXCITEMENT for the big day. The events team are responsive, organized, friendly and professional….what more can you ask for! I have been to MANY weddings and normally the food isn’t anything to write home about, but that is never the case at the Danversport. I am still getting guests telling me how great the Prime Rib was! 😊 I could go on and on about how much I love the Danversport and my amazing experience with the staff, + how great the food is + how lovely the décor and event space is, but to put it simply….. The Danversport is truly perfect and will always hold a special place in my heart. THANK YOU DANVERSPORT!

We used the Lighthouse Point room for our small wedding reception on 8/27 and couldn’t have asked for a better venue! The room is by the marina and has beautiful views, the food at Danversport is 100/10, and there are so many options to choose from! Everyone raved how amazing their meals were. The venue worked with us to assure all of our needs were met on our wedding day, even with some hiccups along the way with the timing of the event, as our ceremony off site went longer than expected. We had an open bar and all staff were amazing. They made sure the groom and I were all set at all times and kept the drinks coming! We had an amazing experience at Danversport and I’d do it all over again!

We could not have asked for a better venue for our wedding day on July 29th, 2022! The location is absolutely beautiful, and the staff there are amazing. Everything went so smoothly from start to finish, and our guests are still raving about the venue and how accommodating Danversport staff were. Any time anyone needed, they were right there to help. My grandparents said they would recommend this venue to anyone, and we’re so pleased with how Ron (our coordinator) communicated each detail and made everyone feel comfortable. We also had our rehearsal dinner here, and our guests are still talking about how it was so relaxed and one of the best rehearsals they have been to. I would recommend Danversport to anyone looking for a beautiful ceremony by the water, and having everything taken care of including the most beautiful reception room. Truly felt like a fairy tale wedding! Thank you Danversport for helping our dream wedding come to life!

Danversport were a tale of two venues. They were very difficult to deal with during Covid. They were not communicative at all and 6 months before our wedding day, still in the teeth of Covid, they hadn't even mentioned the tasting that was already supposed to have happened. We called and told them we needed to postpone for a year so everyone could be safe. We couldn't plan and pay vendors and with so much uncertainty. They said unless state laws prohibited the wedding ONE MONTH before, we'd lose our deposit. One month is not a reasonable amount of time to put together a wedding. We wanted to have the same wedding, WITH THEM, just one year later. They'd still get our check. But instead it ended up losing us thousands of dollars, which is hard for a first responder and a teacher, even though they still booked the room on the night we would have gotten married. We were not pleased.BUT as far as our actual wedding a year later, Danversport was a dream. They were communicative and personable. They answered any questions we had. They also are one of the most stress-free venues you can imagine. So many aspects of the day are included. The cake, flowers for the head table, and various other details are simply part of the package, making everything very simple. Every venue has pricy add-ons, but Danversport didn't sneak any past you. Everything was very transparent and you got a great reception just with the basic package. We booked their Lighthouse Room and, a month before when we went in to finalize details, they told us that since nobody had booked the other downstairs rooms on our wedding day, we could have access to the beautiful pergola to get married, the bridal room, and various other areas that are not normally part of the Lighthouse Room for no extra charge, and every corner of the venue was beautiful. Every couple at our wedding ended up sneaking around to take photos that are their new profile pictures because it was so picturesque. They also didn't blink when we needed to add on a water station for the service with just one day's notice, as it was going to be 96 degrees out and made things very easy.Ron was incredibly helpful, thorough, and detailed in the preparation meeting. Gianna and Christine were patient and helpful going over dietary restrictions over the phone and email. The whole team did a perfect job following instructions on centerpieces and the memory table, etc. But the best was Lauren, who ran point for us on the day of. She was everywhere all at once, making sure everyone was okay in the heat, keeping everything on time, making bar runs for the bridal party so we could actually enjoy the open bar, even helping get mulch out of the bride's train after photos. You couldn't ask for someone more professional to be overseeing the day.Basically, as long as there isn't another worldwide pandemic, book Danversport with confidence and know you're going to get everything you pay for.

Truly if I could give this place “infinity stars” I would. First, the staff were INCREDIBLE. We had an open bar and the wait staff went to each table and got all of our guests their drinks so they wouldn’t have to get up and wait at the bar! One of my guests had several food allergies and was unable to eat the dessert provided. One of the waiters was made aware and brought her out an assortment of allergen free desserts. I could truly go on and on about how beautiful and PERFECT this place was. The most stress free experience for a large wedding of 250 people. I couldn’t recommend this place more.

If I could give more stars to the Danversport, I would. The day was honestly worry free, they handled everything so professionally and perfectly. The food and drinks were impeccable and incredibly customizable. It looked like we spent much more on our wedding than we did, which is a testament to the staff and the options available. We are coming up on one year and I wish we could do it again! We felt spoiled and so taken care of every second of the day. Seriously- do not miss out on this venue!!!

Danversport was everything we dreamed of and more!! For our planning meeting we met with Michael. He was SO helpful and patient. There were so many questions that I still didn't know the answers to and he was great in helping me find the answers. We recommended him to be our day of coordinator and he was and he was amazing! So helpful and good with communication throughout the evening. We also could not say enough great things about Sean. She tended to my husband and I for the whole day and night. Bustling my gown making sure we always had what we needed (drinks, food, etc.) and made sure we had time to eat our meals so we weren't starving later. The whole Danversport team was absolutely amazing. We had to move our date three times and they made it incredibly seamless. We can't recommend this venue enough!

9~10~21 was our wedding, before our wedding Danversport was wonderful w/all the emails I sent & questions I had. They were mostly great the day of as well. HOWEVER my complaints are how things were handled after our wedding!! our stuff (we needed to take home) was put on a table supposedly altogether THAT WAS NOT THE CASE!! as w/most brides you dont notice certain things until DAYS later or until someone mentions something. I have submersible lights missing as well as the replacement batteries (which I'm sure you all know aren't cheap) acrylic rocks & floating candles. My dogs bag was left w/all his stuff in it,most of which I purchased for the wedding, his tux, collapsible bowls,treat pouch etc. Danversport is saying none of my stuff was there, they don't have it, & I keep hearing \"so & so tried to make sure everything was perfect for u\" I know for a fact it was left because NONE of my family/friends has any of my missing stuff, which to me means either their maintenance people took my stuff or someone else & I hate to accuse ppl but it's the only explanation! Now...all of the super important stuff I have, cake topper. champagne flutes, etc. but...ALL OF MY LEFTOVER STUFF SHOULD'VE BEEN RETURNED TO ME & that's not right! & I'm VERY upset about it. Also, by the very end of the night I nor my family could find NOT 1 employee ANYWHERE so even if I did notice, there was no one to ask!! another issue was we did the \"late night snacks\" it's cute to-go food in containers ppl can take home. I was told they'd be handed out...they WERE NOT, they were left on a table with the CONTAINERS OPEN!!!! w/a pandemic? are u kidding me??? but again no employee to say anything to! I guess there was no one guiding anyone into cocktail hour either because im missing many ppl from the Guest book & I was really excited about our \"advice box\" (right next to Guest book) I had 130 guests & theres maybe 15 pieces of advice. In conclusion. ..if your going to have your wedding here either dont have a whole lot you want back so you remember everything or dont trust that all your stuff is \"wherever they put it\" & ruin ur wedding night looking in every nook & cranny for ur stuff cuz u wont have help from anyone who works there, I suppose if ur wedding is in the early afternoon there may be employees but mine was over @11:30PM. I'm very disappointed the ONLY reason I didnt give 1 star is mostly they did a good job. With everything thats missing though I feel as if I were robbed on my wedding day.

If you're looking for a beautiful venue in the north shore, look no further! We were completely blown away by our reception at the Danversport. After waiting 2.5 years to finally have our wedding reception, the wait was 100% worth it. The grounds are absolutely stunning, the food is AMAZING, and the staff are incredible. Everything went exactly how we pictured it going, everything was on time, and the decor we provided was set up so beautifully. You can really tell the staff has been doing this for a long time and they truly care about their couples. All of our guests keep telling us this is the best food they've ever had at a wedding, and we know they're right! We had our reception in the waterfront room and used the separate cocktail space and the outside terrace and it was all so beautiful. We highly recommend having your wedding here! Even after planning and postponing due to COVID, if we could do it all over again, we would!

Danversport = ROCKSTAR status!!We had our wedding at Danversport, Friday August 20, 2021. When we first started looking at venue’s in the North Shore area of Boston, we were somewhat disappointed until we visited Danversport! Immediately, we knew we found our venue. As a same sex couple, finding a diverse, all-inclusive group to work with was top on our list. In August 2020, we stopped by Danversport without an appointment; called before going in and Ron was very welcoming. He dropped what he was doing to meet with us and give us a tour, complete with a full packet of information to review. The very next day, we put a deposit on our wedding date for a Gazebo Ceremony and Lighthouse Point room for 54 guests. We were thrilled and could not wait to get the planning going!Throughout the entire process, we were pleased with each interaction. The taste-testing was phenomenal! There were samples of every item on the menu; including wine, and other bar beverages. The food is ridiculously delicious. When the day came for our rehearsal, we were slightly unprepared as we forgot an important folder of information at our hotel. Sean was assigned to be our wedding coordinator. Not only did Sean help to calm me down, she was patient, direct and supportive beyond our imagination. She knew exactly what we needed to prepare for the following day and managed our wedding party through that process with ease and professionalism. The day of our wedding, we were at peace knowing we had the best Event Coordinator at Danversport! Not one detail was missed; everything went off exactly as Sean planned with us during the rehearsal. At one point during the evening, our server, Mark was fanning our Officiant as she was sweating in the heat!! This screamed volumes to us that we were all being pampered to the nines! Our guests are still talking about our wedding and have shared many compliments. Of course nothing is perfect, right?! However, once again Sean ceased to amaze us. My ballgown started to fall apart due to poor seamstress work. After the bustle broke three times, Sean came to the rescue and hooked us up…LITERALLY! Through many laughs we made the best of it. It is without hesitation that we highly recommend Danversport for special events! The team at Danversport are all dedicated people who truly care. Ron was an absolute pleasure to work with. Even to this day when we visit for Party on the Patio, Ron and his team stop to say hello and welcome us. Genuine. Real. Humble. In closing comments, we will share that we were shocked that we could manage to fit Danversport into our budget. The all-inclusive package is what made our dream wedding possible and for that we are thankful to the moon and back. Danversport is a beautiful venue... overlooking the water but that's about it. I had my wedding there and felt completely cheated out of the wedding planning experience. The staff only cares about money and they make it obvious with poor communication, treating you like a number vs collaborating with you to turn your vision into reality. On my wedding day, after the ceremony, the setting was a bit awkward as we walk down the aisle only to make a loop and stand behind all the guests as they leave the area (wish I knew that during the tour). During the reception, all the doors were left open (after I asked to keep them closed) and the waiters were so visible throughout the entire thing. I would not recommend this place. There are other places which I are just as beautiful and expensive, that will treat you better and provide better service. I would not have picked this venue knowing what I know now.

My husband and I couldn’t be happier with our experience at Danversport. As a pandemic bride and someone who recently lost their mother soon after their engagement, I felt well supported by all their event staff throughout the whole process. They really take care of you and make you feel like family. I really appreciated all the quick communication during our initial booking and multiple rebookings due to the pandemic. We picked Danversport for our wedding venue - best decision ever! When we first visited them, it was immediately clear that Danversport have years and years of professional experience hosting events on site. Wedding planning can be overwhelming but Danversport was always there to help us plan every step of the way. We had the pleasure of working with Lauren and Sean! They are amazing and I highly recommend them! Their suggestions were always helpful. They are professional at conflict resolution. All pricing on their menus already includes taxes and fees so that is one less thing for us to worry about. Wedding is so much less stressful since their team is quick, efficient, and experienced. They have so many beautiful backgrounds to use for wedding ceremony. If it rains on your wedding day, they always have a backup plan! Danversport did an amazing job with our wedding and we are beyond pleased with the outcome! Please save yourself the time and book your venue with them! Planning is so much easier with them! Your guests will also leave your wedding talking about how amazing the food was!

Danversport seriously knows how to throw a wedding! We had some unpredictable weather and our day-of-coordinator was so personable and was texting us the morning of to help us decide if we needed to move our ceremony inside. We ultimately were able to have it outside with Danversport's gorgeous surroundings and it all was perfect. The food was amazing, the drinks were strong, and all of our guests had the best time. Our guests are still all raving about the ice cream bon bon and steak! Aside from the day-of, Danversport was so responsive to phone calls and emails leading up to the big day, and knew the answer to all my questions, especially regarding the uncertainty with COVID. I never had any doubt in them and I am so happy we had our wedding there. Highly, highly recommend Danversport!!

I don't even know where to begin. I know I told the entire staff how amazing they were all night, but I am still truly in awe of how seamlessly perfect our wedding was and it was 100% the result of Lauren Kane and her crew at Danversport who made sure every single detail was perfect. We initially toured the venue in 2019; at that time, we had seen almost every space in the area that could accommodate our guest size and they were all nice, but Danversport and the Harborview Ballroom took our breath away. The gazebo area was picture perfect for our ceremony, and my husband and I fell in love with the outdoor cocktail hour space. The wrap-around deck with the bars on each side (with both indoor and outdoor access) was something we had never seen anywhere else. We wanted to have the ocean nearby without trekking too far and this was the perfect spot. Beyond that, it was CRITICAL that we had a big dance floor because we knew it would be full and this room accommodated us perfectly. And when we met Lauren and the rest of the staff, it really sealed the deal. We are major foodies so the quality and creativity of our appetizers and entrees was really important to us, and this team went out of their way to meet our requests. We got SO many compliments on how tasty everything was! The team at Danversport is so professional, experienced, and committed to doing whatever they can to make your dream day a reality. Lauren, especially, was a freaking rockstar. Her calm demeanor, quick thinking, and just overall facilitation of the day was literal perfection. She was on top of EVERYTHING - from my last minute ceremony aesthetic changes, to staying in lockstep with my DJ and other vendors to maintain the whole flow of the night. Even through to BUSTLING MY FREAKING DRESS before the reception because none of us could do it! I had such peace of mind that day knowing that everything was taken care of and it made it so we could really enjoy the night. I could not imagine having our wedding anywhere else and am already itching for my next excuse to host an event here!!

We just went in for a first meeting and tour to view the site, and speaking from the starting point in the process, run away from Danversport! When we arrived for our pre-scheduled appointment, we were greeted by two members of the staff who had to argue between themselves over who would take us- because neither wanted to. Ron begrudgingly took us, and in his intro he looked only at my (white male) fiancé and did not spare a glance for me, the bride. I had to jump in and introduce myself as he was walking out of the room just to make sure he knew I was there. He just kind of said sure and refused to make eye contact. It felt sexist and rude, particularly for someone trying to sell me on spending tens of thousands on his space. Ron proceeded to race us around the property. We covered the whole space in 6 minutes total- in and out of rooms, up and down stairs, with not even a pause to imagine our moments there. He was not even going to show us the gazebo and harbor view room, which is where we were specifically interested in looking. Those spaces are more ornate and expensive and you’d think he would want them reserved. We then returned to the office in record time, he showed us the menu paperwork and would not even slide it across the desk for us to see. I asked a few questions that he seemed bothered to have to respond. Then he rushed us back out the door and said to call and someone or the other would pick up, he didn’t need to give us a card. This is not the first venue we looked at but it is the first time I had been treated like an annoyance instead of a potential client. The message was well-received— Danversport does not want your money, does not want your business, does not want your wedding. Maybe they make enough money on the high school proms in the area. Stay far away if you do not want to be disrespected.

The best decision we could have made for our wedding was choosing Danversport as our venue. Crazy enough, while we were touring other venues, we saw the sign leading to Danversport and decided to pop in since we had heard about it on “The Knot.” The second we walked onto the property, we were in awe. When we stepped into the Harborview Ballroom I knew that this venue was it. The chandeliers and cathedral ceilings literally took my breath away. Don’t forget about the sundeck and unreal waterfront view! We didn’t have an appointment so we were trying to stay out of everyone’s way just admiring the space, and Ron, the Director of Special Events introduced himself and literally guided us around as he prepared for another couple's wedding. He had us head over heels for the venue by the time we left. Of course, we finally set up an actual tour and saw both the ballroom and waterfront ceremony space and we knew it was meant to be. The staff was so beyond attentive and compassionate through the entire process.In our opinion, the venue speaks for itself and was absolutely everything we could have hoped for. Danversport made our dreams come true and all of our guests were truly in awe. We still have guests telling us it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to, from the atmosphere, to the service, and especially how AMAZING the food tasted. My family is still going crazy about the fillet!! Our wedding day was everything and more with the help of Danversport. One staff member who really stood out was \"Lynn,\" (the day was such a blur so I hope that's her name!!). She had me take a deep breath moments before I walked down the aisle, made sure we both ate, and assisted us with every little detail. She was such a sweetheart and a blessing to our big day!!It’s truly a day we will never forget. Ron guided us through the day with ease and his experience really made the day a breeze. I just had my wedding here this past Sunday. Danversport and their staff made it EVERYTHING I dreamed it would be. The venue is gorgeous, the food was delicious, the wait staff was great. So was my coordinator, Nancy. I got compliments from guests that this was some of the best wedding food they've ever had. (As many know, sometimes food at weddings are very hit or miss) and there's 2 things people remember: the food and the reception music/vibe. Danversport hit everything out of the park. No issues were brought to my or my matron/best man's attention which says a lot. One thing I am particularly impressed and grateful for is their level of expertise and professionalism. Often the couple is running around so much with everyone vying for your attention. While it's awesome and fun it's alot. Often brides and grooms don't get to eat. Well Nancy and the Danversport staff made sure that was not the case for me. They made sure we got time to eat our food, & skillfully redirected people who tried to walk up to us when we sat down to eat without simply warding them off or offending anyone. They just pointed them to the photo booth or the bar or something else. It was impressive. Members of our wedding party told us we're the first bride and groom they've ever seen that are their whole entire and even got a slice of their cake. All I had to do was drop off my favors and describe what I wanted and they executed it to a T. I had no worries. And thoroughly enjoyed every second of my special day. This was amazing for a pandemic wedding that was postponed from last year. They handled 140+ guests wonderfully. For all this, there was a set price with no hidden fees, extra costs, no surprises whatsoever afterwards. I actually came in well under budget because of their straight forward pricing and explanations. Danversport Events, I can't thank you & your staff enough. You helped give me my dream wedding, even after I had to postpone it a whole year. So easy to work with. I can not recommend this venue enough for your wedding, baby shower, prom, whatever occasion. If you want a classy memorable event, Danversport Yacht Club is the place to do it.

There are not enough words for us to describe just how amazing, thoughtful, helpful and great the staff at Danversport are. First, the venue itself is gorgeous! We got married at the Pergola outside by the Lighthouse. It was an amazing fall day and the flowers and greenery were perfect. Second, the food was delicious. All of our family and friends tell us just how perfect the seafood trio with filet was. From the appetizers, to drinks and entrees, it all tasted amazing! Most importantly, the staff made our wedding day one of the easiest, most magical days we ever had. It was so effortless! Me and my husband talk about it every single day. Ron and Heather were our two go-to's for our wedding. We changed the date of our wedding due to COVID restrictions in place. Ron and Heather were with us, so supportive, every step of the way. We are so grateful for the help, professionalism and true care from Danversport and their high end staff. It truly feels like a family and we look forward to booking future events!

After Covid forced me to postpone my original wedding planned in Maine, we decided to keep our original date and do a small ceremony locally in MA. We have been to Danversport a few times to listen to live music and knew it was a beautiful venue. I reached out to them (pretty much in tears) and spoke with Tanya who could not have been more amazing. She immediately assured me they could accommodate my “mini wedding” and would even let us use the gazebo for no charge for the ceremony and then have a dinner socially distant under a tent. She waived the Saturday night normal restrictions and gave us a very reasonable food and beverage minimum to hit. We had our wedding last night and it was incredible. Lauren was the day off coordinator and was waiting for us to arrive. She let me get dressed in the captains quarters room and helped coordinate the entire day and dinner. The food was delicious (prime rib and seafood trio) and they made sure all 12 guests were comfortable, socially distant and safe with covid concerns. Thank you so much Danversport for letting my husband and I keep our original date and have an amazing day despite covid!!

This venue was outstanding. Danvers port was the first venue that we had looked at. After looking at 8 others i called danversport right away to book and they did not disappoint. Every one that we had for our wedding was so nice and professional and knew exactly what they were doing. Every detail leading up to the planning was an easy process. All the staff were accommodating to make the planning smooth and stress free. The ballroom is huge lots of room to visit and dance. We also had the garden terrace which was just a classy touch and could not be more beautiful. We had blast at our wedding and wished the night didn't end so quickly. The food was also delicious and none went hungry. If you book with danversport you will not regret it and we plan on visiting them every summer for their party on the patio events.

There are one million great things I can say about working with the team at Danversport - and I mean the ENTIRE team, from coordinators to bartenders to servers, etc. Every single person was responsive, accommodating, helpful, and so positive throughout every interaction.We introduced our wedding planner/event stylist Pink Wasabi to the Danversport team, and my planner has been singing the team's praises from the beginning. She has literally raved about how accommodating they are, how helpful they were to her, how flexible they were, etc. This made me SO happy that the venue wasn't adding unnecessary headaches.We did the deluxe open bar, and they had no issues bringing in some specific drinks we wanted! And yes, they can in fact get White Claws in - you're welcome! Ron was great at our rehearsal and the day of. From the moment we got to the venue, everyone was amazing! The bridal suite service was incredible, we even had staff following us with ice water pitchers and cups while taking our pre-ceremony pictures. SO many of our guests made a point to tell us just how incredible the staff was - it made me so happy to know our guests were loving the team as much as we were. Once the ceremony was over and some additional pictures were being taken, apps and drinks were immediately served to us under the tent, absolutely no time was wasted! Anything we needed, they were there. Just about every single thing went perfectly! It's a wedding, something is sure to go wrong, but what matters is whether it can be handled and easily resolved. The only issue we had is that the special dietary meals were at first forgotten. As someone with dietary issues, I wouldn't let this hiccup stop me from working with Danversport, I would just be more vigilant the next time. Something just got lost in execution, but everyone was still safely fed and in a timely manner (i.e. no one was just sitting there waiting for food to be served long after everyone else was done eating). The great experience continued. We hosted a brunch the next day as well, and the team let us keep some of our centerpieces on site and then THEY moved them downstairs to the brunch space to decorate the room for us! This floored me and was such an incredible and thoughtful touch. Truly, every single person we encountered at all levels was awesome. I will sing the praises of the team at Danversport to anyone who will listen because the experience was tremendous. Nothing beats getting to work with a team that is this efficient, talented, and friendly to work with.Oh, and maybe one of the best parts? Paying for exactly what you were told you would pay for. There was zero added stress dealing with the invoice. When comparing venue costs, be SURE to take into consideration the fact that Danversport provides the linens, napkins, chiavari chairs, etc. all as part of the inclusive pricing. This is important because I've seen venues charge per chair, per napkin, etc! Make sure you're comparing apples to apples because for the size of our party and the number of things we added on we actually paid less than we had anticipated.Bottom line: I couldn't have dreamed up a better venue. It was stunningly beautiful, every member of the team is a dream to work with, everything ran smoothly, and it was quite literally the best day we ever had. I have SO MUCH gratitude for the Danversport team and cannot recommend them enough. If you are on the fence, work with them. You will not regret it.

We could not be happier that we chose Danversport for our wedding day this past June. They made our day perfect! Lauren was amazing, as well as the rest of the team, and made planning so easy! Every question I had was answered with what felt like an immediate response and she really made it a stress free process. Our guests are still raving about the gorgeous views, incredible service and delicious food. I happen to have celiacs and they could not have been more accommodating with gluten free options and made it seem like it wasn’t an inconvenience at all! In addition, on my wedding day we had some pop up showers that were going to push my ceremony inside, but at the last moment the sun came out and what looked like every staff member was outside drying off wet chairs so I could have my dream wedding outdoors, truly outstanding service! We couldn’t have asked for a better a day and know it wouldn’t have been nearly as perfect without the Danversport venue and staff!

We got married at Danversport two weeks ago in the Lightpoint room and my mother and mother in law both called today saying how much they loved our wedding. Every time I talk to them now, they mention some aspect of the wedding they liked. Sometimes they talk about how great the food was. Sometimes, they talk about how pretty the room looked, and sometimes they talk about how much fun everyone was having. I can say that It was Danversport's attention to details, responsiveness, and warmth that made the day come together the way it did. I can't recommend them enough. We had 60 guests in the Lightpoint room for an afternoon wedding and reception. We got married under the pergola, which was perfectly decorated. When the ceremony was over, the guests were ushered over to the outside tented area with tables, chairs and the adorable waterfall. While we were having pictures taken, they brought us appetizers and champagne. Nancy kept things running smoothly and on time and was just great to work with. Planning the wedding was easy. Danversport makes is so you really only have to get your own entertainment and photographer. And they have excellent relationships with many local vendors that they will recommend to you. Nancy sat down with us a couple of weeks before the wedding in order to get our seating chart and any finishing details complete. Walking out of that meeting made me feel confident I wasn't forgetting anything. I have so many great memories from that day. Nancy and her team made it happen for us and we can't be happier we chose them.

Choosing to get married at Danversport was the best decision we made. From the initial meetings, I was impressed with the staff and how they really give each couple a personalized experience. Their simple pricing model also makes it really easy to understand how much you'll spend and so many things are included that makes the planning so much easier. I was impressed throughout the planning process by the responsiveness, flexibility, and knowledge of all members of the staff. Every time I contacted the venue, no matter who answered, they all knew all the details of our day and could address our questions. The day of was fantastic. Our guests are still giving us compliments on how fantastic the venue was. The highlights were definitely the staff and the food. If you want a venue with a beautiful setting, great staff, and great food, go with Danversport.

My dream wedding wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for Ron and the team at Danversport. As a bride I was super upset that it was raining on my wedding day as I chose Danversport so I could get married outside on the water. Danversport did not let the rain ruin my day, they transformed the ballroom into the most beautiful ceremony I have ever seen! My wedding was 2 weeks ago and my guests are still talking about how gorgeous the ceremony area was and how amazing the workers transformed the room within an hour for the reception!! Ron and his team were so attentive to each and every detail and made sure my husband and I were happy with everything the entire night. Like many girls, I've dreamed of my wedding day since I was very little. When I met my now husband, I knew he was the one and the dream seemed closer to becoming a reality. Once we were engaged I felt the pressure of selecting the perfect venue so my childhood dream wouldn't be crushed. I looked into other places, but didn't get the butterflies I was hoping for or I was disgusted by the price. When I walked into the ballroom at Danversport, tears stung my eyes and I knew this was the perfect place for us. Right on the ocean, two fairytale-like chandeliers, and so much space for our long guest list! Everyone we worked with was so kind and patient. The month leading up to the wedding I called often with silly and serious questions and each person that answered the phone was so understanding and helpful. Every step of planning I felt so at ease thanks to Danversport. Nancy was assigned to our wedding day and I could go on and on about how incredible she was. Truly, nothing went wrong! She was behind the scenes making everything move swiftly and my husband and I could just soak in our day! All Danversport staff were busy making sure everything was perfect the entire day. Our guests loved the location, food and all the new renovations! If you want to make your wedding dreams come true go look at Danversport and see the magic for yourself!

My husband and I planned our wedding from Memphis TN so there was a lot of emailing and each email was responded to quickly and our questions were answered clearly. We worked with Nancy and she was with us every step of the way, even on the wedding day itself. The venue was absolutely gorgeous and there were so many beautiful backdrops for pictures. The food was wonderful and the cake looked great. We had several guest with dietary restrictions including a vegan, a severe tree nut allergy, and a gluten intolerance; Danversport made sure every guest got something to eat for each course and handled each allergy with great care. Danversport made planning from long distance easy because the take care of almost everything. Our guest commented on how beautiful and organized everything was. We would highly recommend Danverport for any event.

My husband and I were married this past Saturday, but had been in the planning stages with the Danversport staff since November of 2016! I had been to a few events in the past, and Danversport was at the top of my venue list- outdoor ceremony space in a beautiful location, no surprise costs, option for stations versus plated meals, and everything at one site with plenty of parking. As the date grew closer, my father who was the florist had many questions and concerns, he was a little stressed out about there being an event until 2 in the room when our wedding started at 5 and he was going to do all the set up-and Michael, Lauren, and the rest of the staff were able to take care of everything for the set up, professionally and all were super friendly. My husband and I knew we had nothing to worry about from day one, the tasting was AMAZING, and our special day was magnificent- from the outdoor ceremony space at the pergola to the Garden Terrace room, everything was set up perfectly and it was so beautiful! The food during cocktail hour and reception was amazing and plentiful, and the open bar was definitely the way to go, (with sangria bar of course) and with the money we saved by choosing Danversport compared to other locations in the Boston/North Shore area, we were able to provide transportation to and from the hotel area so no one had to drink and drive, despite there being more than adequate parking at the venue. Our guests can't stop commenting on the service, food, and fun that they had that night! We can't say enough about how happy we are with everything! Special thank-yous to Michael, our coordinator, and Lynn, our \"reception captain\" who made sure we were able to eat, drink and relax, as well as the rest of the staff- you took such great care of us! Danversport made my dream wedding come true! They are all super nice! They answered my hundreds of emails and phone calls. They set up everything exactly how I pictured it! Michael was so so SO great and attentive. He made sure to check on me to see if I needed anything throughout the night. Everyone makes you feel so comfortable. The waitstaff is super nice and the food is amazing! I really can’t say enough good things about Danversport. Not to mention the view is AMAZING!

Danversport gave us the night of a lifetime. Truly a fairytale wedding. The whole team at this venue does anything and everything they can do make your day truly feel special. The whole team went above and beyond at all times. We had our wedding upstairs in the ballroom and it was the most beautiful room with exactly everything I wanted in it! They listen, they communicate, they care! This makes things so less stressful when you have so much going on. They are there for help, they are there for support, and they are there to make you feel so special the day of your wedding. I can not say enough good things about this venue!!

Hands down, the best of the best! My husband and I could not have asked for anything more. Our initial meeting with the event staff left us with the impression that no detail was too small or too big for them to handle; and they did not disappoint!!! Even though we had a small, intimate wedding; we were treated like we were the king and queen of our own kingdom. The ceremony in the gazebo on the water was like a fairy tale ~ and they even made sure that the sun shone down on us ! The cocktail reception was flawless; from the attentive staff (my husband and I always had something to eat every time we sat down), the wonderful bartender and of course the beautiful balance of candlelight and flowers. Our guests are still raving about the quality and quantity of the food. We can't thank the entire staff of Danversport for making our special day so complete. Highly recommenced to any one - no matter if your budget is big or small; they can handle it all!!

We chose Danversport because it had absolutely everything we were looking for in a venue. The breathtaking ballroom with gorgeous chandeliers provided that wide- open, high-ceiling, romantic feel that I was looking for. We initially planned on having the ceremony outside by the water, but I almost think the rain we unexpectedly had was a blessing in disguise because one of my absolute favorite pictures from our wedding was of the ceremony set up inside under the chandeliers. Not only was the space gorgeous, but the food was delicious. So many guests commented on how awesome the food was! The wedding coordinators at Danversport (Ron & Nancy) were so helpful throughout the whole planning process and went above and beyond on the day of by changing things around seamlessly due to the unexpected weather. The wait staff were on pointe all night keeping hors d’oeuvres plentiful and wine flowing! I could not have been happier with the venue we chose and would recommend it to anyone getting married in the Greater Boston area.

We had our wedding at Danversport in early September and couldn't have been happier. We had our ceremony outside and the reception in the Garden Terrace room. The marina was the perfect backdrop for our wedding and the pergola was well groomed with fresh flowers and greenery. The staff at Danversport is the main selling point though. Everybody we worked with was incredibly friendly and more than accommodating. Nancy was the coordinator for our wedding day and she worked behind the scenes the entire time to make sure everyone was in the right places and following the program we laid out for the evening. The food was terrific and the vendors even got a full meal! Danversport helped take the surprises out of our wedding day with their pricing structure. Everything they shared with us included gratuities and taxes - they made it so easy! There's been recent renovations to the venue and they were stunning. The Garden Terrace room has a new floor and bar. It was gorgeous! We're so glad we chose Danversport Yacht Club for our wedding. Our guests and vendors had nothing but good things to say as well!

Choosing a venue for 400 guests was a challenge and Danversport had everything we were looking for! We worked closely with Ron, Nancy, Lauren and Mike and they are a phenomenal team! We were in the Harborview Ballroom and the room is already gorgeous itself, we barely needed to decorate. My last minute needs were attended to within minutes/seconds. Our guests loved the place because there was enough space for dancing, free parking, cash/credit bar, and the view outside! Wish we could do it again. Thank you team!

We picked Danversport because we wanted our entire wedding on the water including the ceremony. Ron and all of the staff were very helpful throughout the year while planning. When it came to the big day everything was perfect from the ceremony, cocktail hour, to the reception. The set up was more than I could have ever dreamed of. The food was amazing. The sweets gala table was perfect as well. My guests keep asking me where they can get more desserts from the wedding. The staff made sure the night went off without a hitch. I would highly recommend Danversport for your wedding.

The team at Danversport is what sold us on choosing it as our venue for our June wedding! From the moment that they gave us a tour of the place and told us about their different options, we knew it was the perfect spot. A few top things we loved the most about the Danversport:1. The TEAM! Ron, Mike, Nancy, Derek, Katelyn, Lauren - were all amazing with helping me plan the wedding. They were always a quick phone call or an email away and they would get back to me super quickly. And Ron and Mike were amazing on my wedding day. Honestly, the day could not have gone any smoother. I got so many comments from guests during the wedding and now weeks later, that they were so nice, accommodating, and a few people said that they just felt like the team cared so much about the event and weren't just \"working another event\".2. The TEAM! Lynne was also with me on my wedding day - when we got up to the bridal suite before the ceremony, she came right up and asked what we needed or wanted. We asked if we could actually have the flower girl's kids meal before the ceremony since she was getting hungry - 5 minute later, she was back with her chicken fingers and fries. She made sure that I had everything I needed - and when my maid of honor ran into the bathroom to look for safety pins when my bustle came undone, Lynne noticed her panic and followed her in and asked what she needed and came back with safety pins for us.We literally are over the moon happy about how amazing our wedding was at Danversport. The food was amazing, team was awesome, prices were unbeatable, location was fantastic, and we will forever and always recommend them to everyone we know! Thanks Danversport!

It wasn’t long after I met Elyse that I knew I would spend the rest of my life with her and when she said “Yes”, she made me the happiest man alive! Since that magical moment, my now fiancé and I have set out to plan the wedding of our dreams. From the very beginning, we knew a “cookie cutter” wedding reception was out of the question as we wanted to put our own personal touch in every little detail. After our initial search we thought we had found just that in a “do-it-yourself” wedding venue. The idea was to rent out the space and plan everything else ourselves. Sounds stress free, right?!?... Wrong! We soon found out planning an entire wedding on our own on top of our day jobs was overwhelming to say the least. With every new vendor came a new personality to work with and a new budget to manage, which brings up another interesting point; contrary to popular belief, the “do-it-yourself” option is very expensive! The last thing my fiancé and I wanted was for this experience to be stressful. We always thought planning a wedding together would be fun. With that said, we decided to take a break and reassess. We broaden our horizons on our venue search and figured there must be something out there to better suit our needs. It wasn’t long before the Danversport Yacht Club (DYC). Yes, the ballrooms and views at the DYC are gorgeous, which were a big selling point for us but it is the world-class staff that sets them apart. When we first arrived to view the property we were greeted by one of the DYC managers, Ron Bilodeau. Since that day, Ron has been with us every step of the way… suggesting and working with our vendors, designing our menu, and even helping us add in custom features to set our wedding apart. I would highly recommend considering this venue for you wedding.

Absolutely flawless. We had the times of our lives at our wedding. From the initial meeting to view the venue all the way the big day everyone was so friendly, helpful, and genuinely happy for us! Michael was the wedding coordinator that was assigned to me the day of and he was able to keep me calm the entire time! Our justice of the peace was about 30 minutes late and I wouldn't have ever known there was a problem, he stood right next to me with a huge smile the entire time. If the beautiful venue and friendly staff isn't enough to convince you, the food was unbelievable!!! Everyone was so attentive the night of and it was everything I wanted! So thankful!!

When I started looking at venues I started to become discouraged, thinking maybe what I was looking for wasn't out there. Then, one day I stopped at Danversport. Immediately, I knew this is where I wanted to have my wedding reception! The views from the balcony and the be cautious ballroom chandelier were perfect!! From the beginning, the staff was very organized, professional and attentive to all questions and requests. As the day got closer, we were in close contact with the staff. They were extreamly flexible when guests started arriving early for the reception from the church, having appitizers and drinks ready early. Michael was our wedding coordinator for the evening and he was great! From helping with removing the wedding veil to making sure appitizers and drinks were available for us during pictures to checking in periodically with us and the parents, he did it all!! The night went very smoothly and people are still telling us how great the food was. I would definitely recommend Danversport!!

Two years ago my husband and I went to Danverport yacht club, along with our parents, and fell in love with the gardens, views, the hall, and especially with our Wedding coordinator Ron Bilodeau that made us feel so welcome. He made it so easy for our wedding to come together as perfect as it did. He highly recommended us to go to the food tasting event, which we decided on the foods we were going to get on our wedding day! It was amazing, I highly recommend everyone to go to. It was the most helpful event to go to. My wedding was on September 17th 2016. When we got Danversort we were welcomed be the most wonderful team of workers that were not only helpful but made me feel so special! Ron was there for us from start to finish. We started out by taking pictures on the grounds with the most delicious hors d'oeuvre and drinks served to us by our own personal servers. After we were done Ron escorted us were we were ready to get introduced in a hall that looked absolutely amazing I could not imagine it being this way. It was the most amazing night! The food was to perfection! Not one thing I could say or anyone that shared our special day was wrong! Our family and friends are still talking about it. From the hot buns to the Statler chicken to the prime rib to the pasta to the salad to the amazing amazing sweet table with the chocolate fountain and cappuccino and coffee and cake were unbelievable. We would highly recommend Danversort yacht club and there staff to anyone that is planning a wedding. A big thank you to Ron for making our day so special !

The Danversport Yacht Club was absolutely amazing. From start to finish they made every step of the way a pleasure. Everyone we dealt with throughout the entire process were warm, efficient, well organized and contacted us on a regular basis. Lauren, our wedding planner, was outstanding in every aspect and never missed a detail throughout the planning and execution phases. The venue was beautiful, the food was phenomenal which is not often heard at weddings and the service was higher than top notch. We had such a wonderful time, as did all of our guests. I recommend the Danversport Yacht Club to anyone for any event no matter the size. I intend to tell everyone I know looking for a site for any special occasion in the future without any reservation at all. I could not even begin to think of any negatives throughout our experience with all of the wonderful staff and the venue itself. Thank you for everything again and keep up the phenomenal work.

My husband and I just got married at Danversport and LOVED it. Every person who works in their special events dept is amazing and super helpful! They really made the wedding stress free. They go over everything with you and make sure you know exactly what you're paying for. Their prices are super competitive - I didn't see another venue that even came close to Danversport.We even had our rehearsal dinner here and it was perfect.Our guests couldn't stop talking about how beautiful everything was and how amazing the food was. Everything from the appetizers, to the dinner, to our wedding cake was fantastic. We are beyond glad that we decided to have our wedding here!

Wow... just outstanding in every way. When we brought our brother in law to help us deliver reception decor the day prior to our wedding, he asked, \"can these people make it any easier for you?!\" And the answer is no! We had a perfect experience! Stunning venue inside and out, superb and really delicious food, complete care and attention from every staff member we worked with from day one. They treated us like we were their only bride and groom, answered every question and email promptly, and made sure we got everything we wanted. We trusted them completely with our day and they really did make every step of the planning process clear, easy, and enjoyable. The wedding packages include so much for the money and make planning so much more straightforward. They handled my food allergy perfectly which was critically important to me. Every single one of our 140 guests commented on their delicious meals and how great of an overall experience they had there. Our personal staff member for the day was Heather and she is just the best...so kind, helpful, and had everything under control. We felt catered to and so did our guests. We all had an amazing time and created beautiful memories there. Thank you so much Danversport!

All the great things you hear about Danversport are true! We cannot say enough about our flawless wedding and reception. They were incredibly flexible, and were just so willing to work with us to make our dream wedding a reality. Our wedding was led by Nancy and Lisa, and every detail was calmly and carefully attended by each and every staff member. If something went wrong, I never knew! : ) The venue is gorgeous, the food was all absolutely delicious, and every person that we encountered was positive, kind and helpful. The reputation of the Danversport is excellent, and for a good reason- they exceeded all expectations! Thank you all for making this a magical moment for all of us!!!

If you want friendly, professional, top-of-their-game staff to work with in a gorgeous setting, Danversport is the place! As the MOB, every detail counts and DYC far exceeded our expectations. If you're looking for a venue that basically does everything for you, and leaves you totally stress free, this is the one! Their reception package is fantastic! I would say a good chunk of the work a bride typically has to do to plan a wedding, all disappears because Danversport does almost everything for you! They catered to my every need while I was planning, and we even ordered our invitations through them! Everything was perfect and came out exactly the way I dreamed. If I could give ten stars, I would! From the start, the function managers helped us so much! We picked this venue after only two months in the surrounding area. The fact that they did almost everything for us is what sold us. The way they acted after we booked them is what made it the best. \r\rI could call at any point during my twelve months of planning and any one of the function managers could answer me questions. The whole staff is so helpful and knowledgable. They truly made my day about what I wanted. They worked with me on every aspect and made sure it was everything I dreamed of. \r\rThen, on our special day, when I didn't think they could do anymore... They did. They made sure that I had nothing to worry about. From set up, telling guests where to go, and ensuring we ate and stayed on schedule, they were outstanding. We also decided to do the open bar and let me tell you... They did not disappoint. The bartender was so easy going and everyone loved her! \r\rThank you all at Danversport!! You made my day flow so smoothly and seemingly perfect!

Unbelievable! I had my wedding at the DYC in August 2015. The staff was absolutely incredible. I had so many moving pieces to my wedding and the staff knew every detail and made the day go flawlessly. From the first time I met the staff, I had good vibes. They have things down to a science (and are very knowledgeable on Jewish weddings). I was even able to work with the chef to change the menu and make it kosher. I received wonderful feedback from my guests about the food, service and beautiful venue. After much searching, I really believe I chose the best water venue in MA! The ballroom is breathtaking with gorgeous chandeliers and the water view is unbeatable. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this venue and staff, and you will certainly not be disappointed if you have your wedding here!

Danversport was the BEST decision we made in the wedding planning process. Michael and Carol, the wedding coordinators, ensured that we never wanted anything. They anticipated all of our needs and wants so we could dance the night away. \r\rFor the level of service, up front pricing, and the all-inclusive nature of DYC, there is no better value without skimping on anything. We were married in the Garden Terrace area with the deluxe appetizer package and full open bar. The beautiful ceremony went off without a hitch (on time), the food was just delicious, and the entire staff was so accommodating. \r\rDon't want to deal with managing lots of vendors? Worried about making your parents or fiance crazy with coordinating? Choose DYC. It'll be the best decision you'll ever make!

This place is awesome. Highly recommend. Super classy. Ceremony and reception was here. Wedding for about 300 guests was easily accommodated. They cut us a deal (50% off) for the grand ballroom because we booked for a holiday (4th of July). Honestly, it was worth every penny...of my dad's money. Key words here: expensive, but worth it. These people are pros at weddings. For example, apparently my family couldn't find the sand that we needed for the reception card trays. The day of the wedding, I happened to mention how pretty the place cards and sand looked to Ron (wedding coordinator from the venue). He casually mentions that the chef provided bags of BROWN SUGAR to replicate sand, but I shouldn't worry because everything was going smoothly and I should enjoy my day. I was floored. I felt extremely taken care and didn't have to worry about a single thing!

We absolutely LOVED working with the staff at the Danversport Yatch Club. They were so extremely professional and knowledgable about what they do. All of our friends and family had such wonderful things to say as well, from the food to the dance floor.\r\rWe had our wedding in the ballroom and only had about 150 people but they were very willing to work with us to make it work.\r\rThey also accommodated many last minute requests such as having signature drinks, setting up the escort card table a certain way, and the flow of cocktail hour. \r\rEverything was reasonably priced and well worth the value. They do an awesome food tasting event where you get to try anything and everything with other couples also getting married there.\r\rAnd the location is to die for. Right on the water, we had cocktail hour outside on the patio which was so much fun.\r\rWe used the Courtyard Marriott about a mile away as our hotel and it all worked out very well.\r\rOur manager Ron, was also the best!\r\rAgain, loved everything and so happy we chose them!\r(Venue cost was between $23-24,000 but all together our wedding was probably closer to $30000)

The Danversport Yacht Club was the best venue we had seen out! I had heard great reviews and everything online was nothing but great...They were all right! I think I had e-mailed them every day before the wedding with different questions-they were always quick to respond, very helpful and made great recommendations. During our tasting, we were a little worried-the food wasn't as great as we heard it would be, but don't let that fool you! The day of our wedding, the food was out of this world! So delicious, presented beautifully, and our guests cannot stop talking about it. The ceremony was beautiful, outside at the garden terrace pergola. The coordinator Kim was great, very helpful during our rehearsal even without our officiant there. The day of, she was right by our side instructing people where to go. Ron was also very helpful and made things run smoothly and on time. There was a point when my bustle broke and I couldn't bustle my dress, and one of the waitresses actually met me in the bridal suite and sewed me dress for me to bustle! We had an open bar, and they worked in signature drinks for us, everyone loved the bartenders! It really was a wedding everyone will remember, and cannot stop talking about! It is a beautiful venue, wonderful people working there and I would suggest this venue to anyone!

I could not have asked for a more perfect venue to celebrate my wedding! This was the first venue that we looked at and immediately knew that we wanted to have our reception in the ballroom. Everything was perfect! Our guests could not stop talking about the food, as it was simply delicious. We opted to get the Gala Sweet table and it has been something that our guests cannot stop talking about since the wedding. Our coordinator for the night helped us from the very start and ensured that all details were just as we had spoken about and even added some special touches! Since our wedding was at night, the atmosphere of the ballroom was wonderful, as we had all the lights shining from the chandeliers and the lights leading up the stairs outside was just enough for some great photos. Danversport Yacht Club was a true gem and I am so pleased with everything… I cannot thank them enough for making it such a perfect day!

The Danversport Yacht Club was the only venue we visited when looking at venues. Once we visited we knew it was the perfect location for our wedding. The venue contacted us when needed throughout the planning process, setup the room exactly how we wanted, and guided us throughout the wedding day. Our coordinator Ron even helped figure out how to bustle my gown. Our guests were impressed with the quality of food and service. I could not recommend them enough!

If you are looking for a venue for your wedding, you really don't have to look any further than Danversport Yacht Club. This was the only venue my husband and I looked at and from the moment we walked in, we knew this was where our wedding was going to be. Their entire team is very knowledgeable and quick to respond to questions. I myself am an event planner and wanted a venue that I did not have to be a planner on my wedding day, and Danversport far exceeded my expectations and had me completely at ease the entire process. Both our ceremony and reception were held at DYC - it looked like it may rain and Ron and his team had both outdoors and indoors set-up and did not make me feel rushed to make a decision. We wound up sticking with our plan to hold it outside, the rain held off and they even put heaters outside for guests since it was a bit chilly. The ballroom was breathtaking and every detail was covered. Our cake was missing the flower topper it was supposed to have and Ron fashioned together a topper using roses from some of our arrangements and it looked beautiful. The food and service was AMAZING - I am still hearing from guests how incredible the cocktail hour was (the food literally just kept on coming with no end) and how delicious the meal was. Ron and Derrick tended to our every need that night and were so accommodating. DYC really went above and beyond to make our wedding beautiful and special and I cannot thank them enough.

I recently at my reception at the Danversport Yacht Club and could not be happier with my decision to do so! Ron was our wedding coordinator and made the night stress free and flawless. He made sure every one of my visions came true! Our guests cannot stop raving about how beautiful the ballroom was and how amazing the food was. My favorite aspect of the room is the gorgeous chandelier. I would recommend Danversport to anyone! I wish I could do it all again :)

Ron and his team did a fantastic job coordinating the evening for our wedding and everything before! It was important for me to not to have to worry or think of a thing, throughout the planning there were a couple of meetings and poof, it all came together beautifully. Our guests all commented on the venue, the food- \"sophisticated, yet a blast\". They even assisted in having out very important guest, Tilly come down the aisle! Words can not describe and thank you to Ron and the team! I will say, don't make a decision based upon the food tasting, it did not due justice to the appetizers or the meal, everything was perfect!

Before I was engaged I loved Danversport. It has beautiful grounds and ballrooms. When we toured the venue we fell in love with it even more! We knew we wanted a summer wedding on the water and it fit perfectly. They offered so much with their packages. The cake, meal, linens, flowers on the head table, place cards, all included in the package price. The coordinators there were all very pleasant and happy and have been in the business for many years. Ron & Nancy were such a pleasure to work with. Ron booked the wedding day with us and went over our final details with us, we adored him. Then Nancy became our wedding day coordinator. The rehearsal day we went over all of the details with Nancy and everything was put together perfectly the day of the wedding. Nancy was also very helpful the day of the wedding to make sure we had everything we needed and were happy with our big day. The weather was beautiful and we had a beautiful outdoor ceremony at the garden terrace which overlooks all the beautiful big yachts and then enjoyed our reception in the garden terrace! Thank you Danversport for a wonderful wedding that we will never forget!
