At Deerfield, we value relationships. Always remarkably caring and attentive, our event specialists and staff are dedicated to making your event an unforgettable occasion, leaving you at ease because we have every detail covered. Facilities and Capacity The spacious ballroom at Deerfield Golf & Country Club can accommodate from 120 up to 250 guests, and is complete with over 5,000 sq. ft. of private outdoor space including a picture perfect ceremony location. You and your guests will enjoy exclusive access to our entire facility that evening, where we'll host you in our Courtyard Room, with tons outdoor space surrounding. Our venue is complete with both Bride and Groom's suites on site for getting ready. Services Offered Couples will work with an event coordinator to help carry out every detail leading up to, during, and after their wedding. Courtney is an amazing wedding coordinator and Deerfield is an absolutely beautiful and elegant venue! Everything was so easy to plan and I really liked how we were able to sample the food at a tasting before the wedding. Convenience is an understatement, we were able to get ready day of in the beautiful bridal suite and my husband even had a really nice area to get ready. There were so many gorgeous photo spots and I couldn’t have gotten enough compliments about the food and venue from my friends and family at the wedding. I would recommend this venue to anyone time and time again! The staff was all amazing and the bar service was fast and efficient, making delicious cocktails. My wedding at Deerfield was truly a dream come true!!!

Courtney is an amazing wedding coordinator and Deerfield is an absolutely beautiful and elegant venue! Everything was so easy to plan and I really liked how we were able to sample the food at a tasting before the wedding. Deerfield went above and beyond to make sure we had the wedding of our dreams! To begin with, the venue is absolutely stunning. The staff works very hard to keep everything clean and tidy. There are tons of beautiful picture opportunities throughout the venue, inside and outside. We received many compliments on the food, it truly was the best we have ever had at a wedding! Courtney and the staff treat you and your family like royalty on the big day. They were sure that we always had a drink in our hand, and that we were able to sit down and enjoy the food during our busy night. They catered to our parents and close family the whole night as well, bringing drinks and food constantly. Courtney was so organized and helpful for the entire planning process. Lastly, I HIGHLY recommend utilizing the bride & groom suite at Deerfield. My girls and I had a blast getting ready the morning of, as did the guys in the groom suite. The suites are beautiful and so spacious! I cannot recommend this venue enough, you truly will have the wedding of your dreams!

Deerfield was not only the first venue we looked at, but the only one. We couldn’t walk away from there and not book it. What a beautiful piece of property inside and out. We couldn’t be more impressed with the entire process and how our wedding day turned out. Courtney is absolutely incredible not only leading up to the big day, but on our wedding day she was there for us for whatever we needed and went above and beyond. We’d recommend Deerfield to anyone getting married, it’s not outrageously priced either, and you really do get a top of the line venue with food that is to die for, all of the staff working their weddings are super nice and helpful. Deerfield is the most beautiful wedding venue and was everything we wanted and more. Courtney (our event coordinator) was so extremely helpful every step of the way and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding. The food was amazing and everyone is still talking about how good it was and how beautiful the venue is. The bridal suites and groom suites are an awesome addition as well. Deerfield is the most beautiful wedding venue and was everything we wanted and more. Courtney (our event coordinator) was so extremely helpful every step of the way and her team did a fantastic job with our wedding. The food was amazing and everyone is still talking about how good it was and how beautiful the venue is. The bridal suites and groom suites are an awesome addition as well. I cannot say enough good things about Deerfield and would recommend anyone to get married there.

I was supposed to attend a wedding for my brother and my husband was in the wedding. I was refused entry after being given direct permission from the general manager, who was the same person to tell me to get out with my ADA service dog. Very aggressive. Very rude, avoid this place at all cost. It’s not worth your time.

We had the best experience at Deerfield! Courtney made sure everything was perfect and helped to keep the day running smoothly! The venue itself is just absolutely gorgeous and the food was amazing! Everyone was raving about the late night garbage plates. All of the staff was very professional and friendly. The bride and groom suites were beautiful and so comfortable to get ready in!

We had the best experience at Deerfield! Courtney made sure everything was perfect and helped to keep the day running smoothly! The venue itself is just absolutely gorgeous and the food was amazing! A 5-star review would never fully justify our satisfaction, gratitude, and amazing wedding experience we had at Deerfield. Leading up to the big ceremony, the bride and bridesmaids will have what seemed like an entire underground bunker of beautifully laid out rooms for hair, make up, and mimosas. The groomsman’s suite was a regular gentlemen’s room with a TV, mini fridge, changing room, games and lounge space. Both suites had accommodating attendants that brought food and drinks.The outdoor ceremony space was elegant, pristinely maintained and colorful. So much so that we saved money on ceremony flowers. The indoor/outdoor reception space was the perfect setting for warm weather, allowing guests to spend time on the patio overlooking the immaculate fairways and greens, or having a drink at the bar directly adjacent to the dance floor. Courtney, our wedding planner, clearly demonstrated that this is not only her career, but her passion. She was with us every step of the way, answering emails and asking for details all in a timely manner. Guests told us that she didn’t let a glass get empty before asking if they wanted another, she was seen cleaning the bathroom, treating her staff as equals, and demonstrating a professional demeanor at all times. Finally, the number of guests from our wedding that compliment the food, continues to grow. From the chicken spring roll appetizers to the prime rib and vodka sauce, I refused to allow Courtney take my plate and replace it with a warm one because I wanted to finish every bite on the first. When it came to the cost of everything - we received the final invoice and we’re pleasantly surprised. So much so, that we made upgrades to the bar and the menu. Overall, we couldn’t have been happier about what many told us was “the best wedding they’ve ever been to”. As a result of this wedding, the groom is inquiring about a golf membership and the bride is dying to try their newly renovated restaurant while having a cocktail. Personally speaking, after touring the space - we didn't want to look any further. And we hope you don’t either… We extend our highest thank you to Courtney and the entire staff at Deerfield. Thank you for making our dream become a reality on one of the most important days of our lives!

Deerfield was the absolute best venue we could have chosen for our wedding. From the moment we stepped in the building and grounds, we were stuck with how beautiful every detail was. The wrap around patio and porch had tons of areas for photos, space to mingle, and was filled with gorgeous flowers and greenery. The inside was spacious, clean, bright, with natural decor. Courtney, the wedding planner, was on top of every detail, kept us on track the year leading up to the wedding, and on the day of was extremely supportive, helpful, kind, and attentive. We are beyond pleased with all of the staff, and would highly recommend to anyone who asks!

The Deerfield team was absolutely amazing & is extremely talented. For our wedding, we could not have been more thrilled with selecting this venue! The team was SO attentive to us on our wedding day. They were consistently checking in with us to see if we needed anything and we’re so easy going and polite! Courtney was absolutely fantastic. She was organized, informative, and did check-ins on things we may have wanted. Everyone was Very professional yet personable. The food was also delicious and I had many compliments from guests on it. The grounds are STUNNING and had amazing great photo opportunities. Run, don’t walk, to check out Deerfield. I would recommend this venue a million times over. Deerfield is near and dear to our hearts, as my sister was married there in 2017 and my late father golfed there regularly in the summer months. Courtney Moriarty did a phenomenal job working with us from start to finish. She is the most organized and detail-orientated coordinator, who makes sure everything goes perfectly and just the way you want it to. She doesn’t let any detail slip through the cracks and checks in with you regularly throughout your wedding planning process. I honestly wasn’t worried about things going wrong the day of because I knew Courtney had everything under control. The venue is absolutely breathtaking both inside and outside. We knew the food was amazing from previous experiences there but it was great to hear all of our guests rave about it. The owners and staff are beyond professional and overall amazing. In addition to having our celebratory reception in the beautiful ballroom, we could not be happier to have utilized Deerfield’s beautiful bride and groom’s suites for getting ready on site in addition to the ceremony space. We highly recommend Deerfield for your wedding!

Deerfield Golf & Country Club was the best venue we could have picked! Every step of the way, the wedding coordinator Courtney was there to help. She answered endless emails that my family asked without issue. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew it was the one - and we had looked at about 30 venues before that! The day of the bridal suite attendant made my bridesmaids and I feel comfortable. The fact that they have a grooms suite is also a major plus! All of our guests had nothing but nice things to say about the day of! I cannot say enough positive comments about this wedding venue! I highly, highly recommend this for anyone looking to have an elegant yet relaxed wedding with their loved ones :)

She answered endless emails that my family asked without issue. From the moment we stepped onto the grounds, we knew it was the one - and we had looked at about 30 venues before that! The day of the bridal suite attendant made my bridesmaids and I feel comfortable. The fact that they have a grooms suite is also a major plus! I recently had my wedding at Deerfield. When I say everything from start to finish was an 11/10 that is no exaggeration. They go above and beyond, pay attention to every detail, and don’t miss a beat. The bridal suites are absolutely beautiful and very spacious. I had 9 bridesmaids, 2 flower girls and both of our moms getting ready, so the bridal suite was very important to me. They even recently just added a groomsmen suite which was an awesome spot for all the men to hang out! The ceremony space is BREATHTAKING. The grounds were beautiful, the decor is flawless. The food was unmatched as well. I’ve had so many guests tell us how amazing their dinners were! They clean up so well and you don’t even realize how efficient they are until you look around and see how quickly everything is done, and done perfectly. I came back the next morning to grab some leftover things and they already had the place spotless again. My husband and I had our wedding ceremony and reception at Deerfield in September, and it was a dream. Our event manager, Courtney, was everything we needed and more to help us feel at ease during the planning process. She is knowledgeable, responsive, accessible, friendly, etc., I could go on about her! Everything from the grounds to the bridal suite, were stunning and elegant. You can turn the reception rooms into the feel and look you most desire, which is not always common at other places. The updated chandeliers, the light and airy white walls with large windows overlooking the views of the course are so complimentary to a classic wedding theme. There are ceremony and reception items you can rent from Deerfield as well in case the stress of buying all the décor feels too overwhelming. I’d have to say, the buffet was the star of the show; most of our guests told us that it was some of the best food they have ever tasted, and my husband and I completely agree! Courtney and the wonderful Deerfield staff helped set everything up, and to our surprise they completely packed up the room neatly and gently after the wedding ended and had everything ready in boxes to be picked up the next day. Overall, my husband and I had such a smooth and stress free day and we were able to thoroughly enjoy our wedding. We received so many compliments that the venue was beautiful. Before I forget as this is one of the most important factors of a wedding facility, the photo opportunities are INSANE, everywhere you walk both inside and outside, an effortless picture is waiting to be taken. From day one, we worked with Courtney and she made sure to answer every question we had and continued to reach out to ensure all of our needs were met. The day of our wedding couldn’t have been more perfect. The entire staff throughout the day was absolutely incredible and worked so hard to keep things going smoothly and guarantee our happiness. The venue was beautiful, the food was amazing and the atmosphere had us and our guests not wanting to leave. We were so sad after it ended and since then we’ve been told how perfect the entire day had been. Our guests were extremely pleased and complimented the venue saying it was the “most beautiful wedding” they had been to. We just had our ceremony and reception at Deerfield this July. We were so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make our vision come to life. We selected the most expensive meal choice and were very satisfied with all of food, family and friends were talking about it for days! Of course the late night snack (we chose the garbage plates) were a great/fun addition as well. We worked exclusively with Courtney M. and have nothing but great things to say about her! We booked a year prior and she maintained communication throughout, helped with details to keep us on track, and ran the show on the day of! Would absolutely recommend.

We just had our ceremony and reception at Deerfield this July. We were so impressed with their professionalism, attention to detail, and ability to make our vision come to life. We selected the most expensive meal choice and were very satisfied with all of food, family and friends were talking about it for days! Of course the late night snack (we chose the garbage plates) were a great/fun addition as well. We worked exclusively with Courtney M. and have nothing but great things to say about her! We booked a year prior and she maintained communication throughout, helped with details to keep us on track, and ran the show on the day of! Would absolutely recommend.

While thinking about this past year, one of the biggest highlights of the year would definitely be our son and daughter in law’s wedding at Deerfield Country Club! Tom and Heather Cocilova! I would highly recommend anyone having an upcoming wedding in the planning to check them out. From our first steps in Deerfield for the tastings to our meetings with Courtney, I must say pure perfection. The food was delicious and we sure did enjoy he WHOLE day there having been able to utilize the Bridal Suite for hair and makeup. I actually did the flowers for the wedding and everyone was so helpful and accommodating to any of my needs or concerns. Then about 2 hours before the wedding came the torrential rain. Of course with an outdoor wedding , you will always run the risk of this and they are always prepared for making your wedding equally beautiful if the rain were to continue BUT this again is where they excel in customer service and professionalism. Extremely calm they prepared the other site placing chairs and setting up the undercover location while another crew were continuously cleaning blowing and sweeping away the rain at every let up of the rain STORMS. Never giving up on the possibility that the wedding could indeed be outside,.... the clouds parted, the seats where dried and the place was immaculate. Unbelievable ! All I can say is that there was nothing that they did not think of and that everyone went out of here way to make the day absolutely perfect! We worked with Courtney and Ryanne! Both were extremely PROFESSIONAL and went above and beyond to make for everyone the BEST DAY EVER!

Working with Courtney was a wonderful experience. She was very responsive and had an answer or great advice for every question/concern we had. Deerfield made the entire experience so much fun from the food tasting, to the mock set up. Spending the day in the bridal suite was stress-free and enjoyable. Our wedding day was picture perfect. The fall colors of the landscaping outside was beyond beautiful. The staff was very attentive all day and they exceeded our expectations. The food was delicious. The guests were complementing the food all night long. We loved the fact that we just showed up that day and everything was taken care of for us. What also drew us to the venue was the convenient wedding packages that included everything we needed and they had different packages depending on your budget. Everything on our wedding day was absolutely perfect and it wouldn’t have been possible without Amanda, Colleen, and the set up crew. They truly made my dream wedding a reality. Everything was set up perfectly and to my vision. They had amazing attention to detail, which I always appreciate. I didn’t have to worry about a thing on the day of the wedding, and that is definitely every brides dream. The bridal suite is also to die for and was such an incredible space to get ready in with all of my bridesmaids! I had so many people come up to me saying I was so calm and at ease the whole time, and that was definitely because I had so much support from the staff to ensure everything went smoothly! Amanda always made sure I had a drink in hand throughout the night and food when I needed it. Also, the food was amazing and we got so many compliments! Everyone loved the wedding and some said it was the best wedding they’ve ever been to. We couldn’t be any more pleased with the experience and wish we could do it all over again. Ryanne and the whole Deerfield staff is one word... AMAZING! Everything about our wedding day was perfect and it wouldn't of happened if it wasn't for Ryanne and the staff. They helped make my dream wedding come to life! They pay attention to every single detail and do anything to make you happy. The room was flawless, food was amazing, drinks were perfect, bartenders and waitstaff were so attentive and friendly! The coffee bar and late night snack were a huge hit! I can't thank Ryanne and the staff enough for such a perfect day! Ryanne is hands down the perfect wedding coordinator I could have ever asked for! Having Ryanne as our wedding coordinator I didn't have to worry about a thing, everything went so smoothly and perfect! Thank you for such a beautiful day that we will never forget! Deerfield is an absolutely stunning venue with the perfect vibe for any size wedding! We had a small wedding of 50 guests and a full service venue like this is hard to find! Our wedding coordinator, Courtney was professional and very easy to work with. She presented great ideas to make the day go smoothly. Her attention to detail was also excellent! The ceremony and reception set up was beautiful. The excellent service provided by the wait staff and bartender was prompt, very pleasant and on spot. Our guests raved over the dinner/appetizers and the bridal room food was so delicious! We are so thankful we chose this venue!

Deerfield is an absolutely stunning venue with the perfect vibe for any size wedding! We had a small wedding of 50 guests and a full service venue like this is hard to find! The ceremony and reception set up was beautiful. The excellent service provided by the wait staff and bartender was prompt, very pleasant and on spot. Our guests raved over the dinner/appetizers and the bridal room food was so delicious! We are so thankful we chose this venue!

The moment my husband and I saw Deerfield we thought it was perfect! The bridal suite is just priceless and creates a great time to spend with the ladies before the ceremony. The food was over the top delicious and the kitchen really out did themselves! The ceremony area was just breathtaking. Courtney and all of the staff at Deerfield made our day a breeze and we would love to relive it over and over again if we could! Great venue!!!!

AMAZING! Getting married at Deerfield was a dream. Courtney is extremely responsive, and accommodated our every need. We are so lucky to have worked with her. If you’re looking for a wedding venue, I cannot say enough amazing things about Deerfield Country Club Weddings & Events. Seriously- they were incredible from start to finish. When we visited them a year and a half ago, they invited us to a private tasting event and we fell in love with the food, the space, and the staff. We were assigned to Ryanne Johnston who coordinated all of the details for our big day. She is BEYOND amazing!! She kept in contact with me for the next 18 months and made me feel so at ease. At the events leading up to our wedding, and particularly on the day of, she was so kind, so professional, and so on top of everything. She went above and beyond in every way possible! I told her at the end of the night that I’ll actually miss talking to her after everything is done! The entire staff at Deerfield was top notch - every single one of them. Every time I passed a staff member, they not only greeted me with a big smile, but asked if there was anything that I needed. Bartenders had our drink orders ready immediately, servers had plates waiting for us, Ryanne made sure everything looked beautiful the entire time, and one attendant even asked if I needed help with my dress as I headed to the restroom... At the end of the night, all of our stuff was packed and the staff had a to-go bag of food waiting for us. From start to finish, we were blown away. My parents could not stop talking about how attentive, polite, and genuinely nice everyone at Deerfield was. There was nothing that they didn’t think of ahead of time and nothing that they weren’t willing to do to make everything perfect. Lastly, as I’m sure you can tell from photos, the space itself is breathtaking. The ceremony was perfection and I couldn’t believe how beautiful the reception space was. The lights in the trees, the sunset views... even the bathrooms were pretty!! There is not one inch of that entire venue that wouldn’t make for a good photo! If you’re looking for a place to hold your wedding or event, do yourself a favor and consider Deerfield Golf & Country Club!!!

With every step Courtney went above and beyond to accommodate any changes in menu and catered to our needs. She even reached out to other vendors for us and gave us amazing suggestions. She honestly is an Angel and I have never had a more amazing experience than with her. Everyone at Deerfield was beyond kind and you could tell they really value their customers. The day of the wedding went so smoothly and Courtney was right there to check in to make sure we were having a great time! There is no other choice for a wedding other than Deerfield. You can tell that the management makes it a point to really see every single detail through from beginning to the day of your event! Words really can not express how touched we were that we were treated so exceptionally and we can never show enough gratitude, it means the world to us!

The whole process from planning the wedding to the wedding day was amazing. The staff at deerfield couldn’t have been better. Our coordinator was Courtney and she was amazing, answering any questions or concerns we had and helping our vision become a reality. The food was perfect. Not one guest complained about the food, they all loved it, especially the salmon. The ceasar salad and potato gratin were amazing and I could probably just ate those. The open bar was great. Guests told us that the drinks they ordered we not light on the alcohol like some bars do. The bridal suites are a huge perk. It was nice to get ready in the same place as my ceremony and venue. The outside ceremony spot was beautiful. I had no idea but it is perfectly lit at night, which would also be great for pictures. My only complaint would be the to go boxes they send home with the bride and groom that night. They put everything in a box for the bride and a box for the groom. The salad was on the bottom, which as leftovers was kinda gross. Also since they put everything in I wasn’t able to eat the leftovers as I can’t eat chicken. I would recommend asking the bride and groom if they have any allergies.

We held our wedding at Deerfield on October 6, 2018. We are so beyond thrilled with how all of the planning and the day itself turned out! We loved the renovations and how everything is decorated in such a neutral color pallet that it does not interfere with any decorations that you might bring in...which is very rare for a country club. We had the smaller ballroom and my only concern was that cocktail hour was going to be in the same room as the reception. This ended up not being an issue at all and we never even noticed!The bridal suite is probably the greatest getting ready area that I have ever seen at a wedding venue. Debbie, our suite attendant, was so attentive and friendly. This was the biggest perk of being a bride at Deerfield!The staff at Deerfield is also AMAZING! We attended the tasting for all weddings in January, and since I was not able to try anything at that time, we were able to schedule a special private tasting for us with our parents. Courtney, our wedding coordinator from Deerfield, was THE BEST and was so patient with all of my emails, special requests, and day of coordination. As the bride, I did not have to worry about any details the day of. Communication was a breeze. We cannot thank everyone at Deerfield enough, especially Courtney, for going above and beyond to make our special day everything we wanted and more. I cannot say enough great things about Deerfield! We got married on 9/8/18, everything was wonderful. The staff knows exactly how to execute a perfect wedding. Courtney was ahead of the game on everything the day of the wedding and super responsive during the planning stages. The bridal suites were a gorgeous place to get ready in the morning of. Lorianne, our bridal suite attendant was so sweet and was right there with anything we needed all morning. The grounds are gorgeous, there was many different spots for our pictures. The food, drinks and staff were awesome, we have heard nothing but great things from our guest! Highly recommend Deerfield to any future bride.

Deerfield was the first venue my fiance and I looked at when we got engaged. We visited other venues but ultimately we loved Deerfield from the moment we saw it. The venue is absolutely beautiful - both inside and outside. We had our ceremony at a Church so we did not use the ceremony space but our reception was beautiful and looked exactly like I wanted it to. The team at Deerfield did a great job setting everything up and was wonderful throughout the event. Our coordinator was Ryanne and she was amazing. In the weeks leading up to the wedding I emailed her all the time and she was so patient and helpful. She had great ideas and made my ideas come true as well! The food was fantastic, including the late night, and everything ran perfectly. Our guests raved about how wonderful everything was and I could not have been happier!

Deerfield is an amazing venue to host any major event, but especially a wedding! It is beautifully decorated both inside and out, making the need for additional décor almost unnecessary. Our coordinator was consistently in contact with us leading up to the very day, and made sure that during our reception we were well-fed and happy with how the evening was running.I have very few if, any negative remarks, however I would have preferred a bit more involvement from our coordinator the morning of, and during our ceremony. Some of our reception setup instructions weren't followed (very minimal, but some items weren't placed correctly for example), and it would have been helpful to have someone available during the ceremony to assist with guiding guests to their seats, etc.We heard nothing but rave reviews from our guests - food (amazing!!!), beverage, ambiance, friendliness of staff. It was an incredible experience, and we couldn't be happier with our decision to host at Deerfield! I would highly, highly recommend Deerfield to any future bride and groom.

I had my wedding at Deerfield Golf & County Club on August 3, 2018 and everything was absolutely PERFECT! My wedding planner was Courtney and she sold me from day one when we toured the venue. I looked for 4 other venues and no other venue came close to their professionalism. Everything was organized, if I had a question, it was answered promptly. My ceremony was outside, the reception took place in the large ballroom and we had access to the large bridal suite starting at 9am, which both are SO stunning. The food was spot on (we received so many compliments), staff was attentive, and everything went exactly as planned. The venue and grounds are so beautiful and well taken care of- pictures are amazing!! I can not thank Courtney and Deerfield staff enough for making our big day perfect!

I had my wedding at Deerfield Golf & County Club on August 3, 2018 and everything was absolutely PERFECT! My wedding planner was Courtney and she sold me from day one when we toured the venue. I looked for 4 other venues and no other venue came close to their professionalism. Everything was organized, if I had a question, it was answered promptly. My ceremony was outside, the reception took place in the large ballroom and we had access to the large bridal suite starting at 9am, which both are SO stunning. The food was spot on (we received so many compliments), staff was attentive, and everything went exactly as planned. The venue and grounds are so beautiful and well taken care of- pictures are amazing!! I can not thank Courtney and Deerfield staff enough for making our big day perfect!

Such an incredible wedding venue! The indoor and outdoor area is gorgeous. There is so many spots for photographs and the landscaping is so well done. Deerfield was hands down the best venue we could have picked. They've put so much hard work into making that place one of the best venues in Rochester and it shows. The space is absolutely gorgeous. It's simple and has a little bit of a woodsy/rustic feel but quite honestly, you barely have to decorate it because it's beautiful on its own. It was really important to me to be able to get ready at my venue so I was so excited when I found out it has bridal suites, which are equally just as beautiful. And the food is just amazing. The staff at Deerfield are professional, attentive and organized. My wedding day went off without a single issue, partially because they made sure everything was taken care of. From the minute we walked in the door in the morning, to when we left we were well taken care of. Ryanne was our coordinator and she was simply the best. She does an amazing job from the moment she meets you. She made sure all of our questions were answered leading up to the wedding day and I really appreciated all the help that she gave me. I got myself stuck on so many details and she did not hesitate to tell me what was or wasn't worth stressing over and I appreciated that immensely. She knew I wanted to keep things simple and helped me do just that. The day of she was so attentive to not only me and my husband, but all of our guests. She kept the day running smoothly and made sure everyone was where they needed to be. She helped get my space decorated more beautifully than I ever could have imagined. We had some crazy weather going on so I couldn't put my outdoor decorations out there, but she arranged them so beautifully inside the space that I never for a second missed having them outside. We are so so thankful we found Deerfield. I did not lift a finger or have to worry about a single thing all day. Being there allowed me to actually enjoy my wedding and I am so appreciate of that. I 100% recommend using this venue.

Having our wedding at Deerfield Country Club was the best decision my husband and I made during our wedding planning process. All the other venues we looked at paled in comparison to Deerfield. The moment we drove up to Deerfield we knew we had found something special. Deerfield is absolutely beautiful. The ballrooms, ceremony spaces, bridal suites, and even the bathrooms are gorgeous. We immediately knew that this was where we needed to have our wedding.The day of our wedding was perfect largely due to the staff at Deerfield. They did not leave one detail untouched. Everyone was very attentive and accommodating to our guests and us. The food was cooked very well. We had so many guests comment on how the food was excellent.We also had the incredible pleasure of working with Courtney Moriarty, one of the event coordinators at Deerfield. Working with her was amazing. It is obvious that she is very knowledgeable when it comes to coordinating a wedding. Courtney always quickly responded to our emails and was readily available to meet with us when needed. She was also very patient with us in our times of indecision. Courtney ran the show the day of our wedding, making sure everything started on time and that we got everything we asked for. She was there the entire night to make sure everything ran as smoothly as it did. We cannot thank Courtney enough for the incredible job she did to make our wedding into the day we dreamed it would be.I strongly urge any bride or groom looking for a venue to seriously consider Deerfield for their wedding. So many of our guests told us our wedding was the best wedding they've ever been to, and we know that Deerfield was a huge part of it.

We were delivered food and drinks for the day and it was so nice to not have to worry about any of that. The ceremony location was amazing and they set it up for us perfectly. My pictures turned out stunning because Deerfield is gorgeous inside and out. Finally, the food during the reception was phenomenal and everyone loved it. I just hosted my wedding here on December 30th. I couldn't have imagined a more perfect atmosphere, wait staff, photo back drop or a nicer place to get ready. The day I met Valerie, our wedding coordinator, I knew I was in great hands. Looking back on that day I can't think of a single thing that went wrong. The bridal suits are to die for, so much space & the photos getting ready I'm sure are amazing (we haven't gotten our photos back from #katiefinnertyphotography ) our \"suit attended\" Lori was so friendly and accommodating, anything we asked for, we got! The food was delicious and the staff was willing to fix us (Bride&Groom) our plate while we got sunset photos, they made sure we always had a drink and that every thing was perfect. They accommodated us for wanting an outdoor ceremony in the middle of winter, making sure everything was shoveled & there were carpets to prevent anyone from slipping or falling. If only you got to marry your best friend every day I would pick Deerfield a million more times. Thank you for making our day more special than I could have ever imagined.

Deerfield was a dream venue! Everything from the decor to the food to the staff was perfect. We got married outside, and didn't need to bring any additional decorations - it was gorgeous! We loved the bridal suite to get ready in - and all the bridal suite amenities we could order. They also had a bridal suite attendant to take care of us and make the day so much easier. My only complaint is that I feel the wedding coordinators don't have great communication skills. I would send emails and wouldn't get responses - I'd even give them up to a week to respond, which is far more time than what I believe is expected. The lack of communication scared me up until the day of the wedding. Despite this, the coordinator did an AMAZING job the day of the wedding - she was everywhere I needed her to be and more. And she made sure that we were taken care of and happy. Had it not been for the lack of communication, I would have given them 5 stars.

My husband and I were married here on July 9th this year. This place is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect setting for the wedding of our dreams. Our coordinator, Val worked her butt off!!! Thank you so much for everything Val, it was stunning and you guys did a great job! The outdoor ceremony space was absolutely beautiful and we received SO many compliments from our guests on just how beautiful everything was. The food was excellent, again we received so many compliments from our guests. We had rented the second ballroom as well in the event that it rained, so they were awesome and had both spaces set up for us so we could decide down to the minutes wether or not we were going to hold the ceremony outside. The bridesmaids and I got ready all morning in the gorgeous bridal suites. They gave us options to provide us with lunch, snacks and champagne so we did and it was great! we also worked with Val to provide the boys with lunch and she set up an awesome BBQ buffet for all of them. They had staff taking care of us all morning. Wonderful, wonderful service. To the staff at Deerfield: Thank you so much for making our day happen. It was amazing!!
