Deerfield Venue is a historic timber frame premier wedding and event space 10 miles north of Waco and Baylor, designed to cater to the C-suite and weddings. The 5000Â sq. ft. project is built on 11 acres at the intersection of Spring Lake Road and Deerfield Drive, and is nestled in in a parklike setting of native Texas trees and vegetation and surrounded by beautiful rose gardens. The interior space at Deerfield Venue can be transformed in multiple ways to accommodate wedding ceremonies and receptions, corporate meetings/events and family reunions, galas, fundraisers, product launches, and holiday parties. The historic timber frame was originally hand-hewn in the 1840's in the northeastern Pennsylvania settlement of Newtown.

Deerfield Venue Reviews
The sprinklers were on the night/morning before the ceremony so the groomsmen had to wipe off all the chairs that had been set up the day before. Those white chairs were dirty and worn to begin with. So the ground was very wet still for the ceremony so all of the long dresses got dirty on the bottom. Light bulbs were burned out in the chandeliers. Disappointed considering the cost of the venue.

So many things to say about Deerfield! #1 is that Donna is a HUGE HELP & made sure that everything went perfectly!! She knows so many people in the area that she can get you in contact with any vendor that you may possibly need!! The venue itself is STUNNING and has everything you could ever need!! We also used the cabins after our wedding and let me just say that being able to walk across the field and lay in a COMFORTABLE bed after such a busy amazing day was the icing on the cake! I HIGHLY recommend using Deerfield for your wedding if you are considering it!! If you’re not sure -just go look in person and talk with Donna and you will understand what I mean!! Thank you again Donna for EVERYTHING!!! Our day was PERFECT!!!

We had our picture perfect wedding in Waco, Texas at Deerfield Estates. We were so very lucky that the weather cooperated to allow us to have our ceremony outside under the pergola. Our reception was held inside the gorgeous barn with plenty of room for 250 guests, dinner, and dancing. I am not the most organized or experienced bride, so Donna Roach (the coordinator and manager) was a life-saver in so many ways! She helped suggest local vendors, supply security and bar tenders, and she was our florist! Our wedding was everything we dreamed it would be and more. I highly suggest this new, fun, and \"rustic chic\" venue for anyone!

We were the first wedding at Deerfield and had a great experience! Donna was great to work with and really went over and beyond to make sure we were accommodated. I work in the wedding industry and with venue managers frequently, and Donna is one of the best! It rained leading up to our wedding , and we were unsure if it would rain the day of, so we tented the patio instead of doing the ceremony in the rose garden and it was equally and beautiful. The venue has a field to the left with wild flowers that made the perfect backdrop for our first look photos. It's a gorgeous venue with great people and I highly suggest it for your big day!
