Centrally located in Buffalo, this scenic venue is the gem of Olmsted's magnificent Delaware Park, featuring an amazing view overlooking Hoyt Lake & casually elegant “park vibes”. It is the premier location for “Buffalovers” to showcase their hometown! We accommodate up to 162 seated or up to 200 for stations. Our guests reserve the option of prime ceremony times in the beautiful Rose Garden adjacent to the Casino. During peak season of May - October, we offer a unique indoor-outdoor experience within the exhilarating ambiance of the park. Your guests will love sipping cocktails on the lovely lower terrace while taking in the view, followed by dinner in the historic Pan Am Room, then finishing the evening dancing outdoors under the bistro lit tent. We also host magical winter weddings!

We had our reception at Marcy Casino in April 2021, and it was absolutely perfect! I'm shocked that there's not more reviews here on the Knot. Our wedding was towards the end of COVID protocols, and we had a reception of around 70 people. What I absolutely loved about Marcy Casino is that we had a smaller reception and the room still made it feel intimate (but still easily could have fit a larger reception). The majority of our guests were from out of town, and the location gave them a perfect taste of Buffalo. The food was amazing, and the wait staff made sure that we had a taste of all the appetizers at our couples table. Lisa was amazing to work with and extremely flexible when planning during COVID.

We moved our reception location to the Marcy Casino 2 months before our wedding date and we are so glad we did! Lisa was amazing to work with, saying yes to all of our random requests that made our day personalized and special! She always found a way for any request we had! The location is absolutely beautiful and many guests told us it was the best food they've had at a wedding and the best wedding they have ever been to (and we agree)!

We moved our reception location to the Marcy Casino 2 months before our wedding date and we are so glad we did! Lisa was amazing to work with, saying yes to all of our random requests that made our day personalized and special! She always found a way for any request we had! The location is absolutely beautiful and many guests told us it was the best food they've had at a wedding and the best wedding they have ever been to (and we agree)!

Lisa was our main correspondent in preparing for our event at Marcy Casino and she took great care of us. We had our wedding ceremony in the Rose Garden, our cocktail hour under the tent, dinner inside, and dancing back outside under the tent. We had a little over 160 guests and the dinner room was pretty full, but still comfortable. For dinner, we ordered the Filet of Beef, Free Range Chicken, and Eggplant Napoleon options with the truffle potatoes and Mista salad options. The food is prepared right there and you can tell! One of the couples told us they got in an argument about the food about whether it was the best meal they’ve ever had at a wedding or one of the best meals :D What you get for the money you spend is incredible, other places could’ve easily been 50% more expensive. The layout of the venue creates a really nice flow for the night and the lake is a beautiful backdrop. Our wedding fell on one of the Shakespeare in the Park nights which adds some noise constraints until a certain time but Lisa knew exactly how to time out the evening so that it had minimal impact. Also a shoutout to Patrick and the rest of the team for making the day so beautiful and stress free. Our guests had an amaaaazing time and we highly recommend this venue and team for any event.

The Marcy Casino, catered by their in-house Magnolia Events catering, was quite simply amazing! We did our ceremony right in The Rose Garden and were fortunate to have a beautiful weather day. The setting of the Casino right on Hoyt Lake was so beyond beautiful and added so much to the background of both our photos and video. From the passed appetizers to the cheese, breads, fruit and meats display during cocktail hour to the choice of 3 meals served sit-down style, the food was out of this world! We heard so many comments from our so many of guests even months later about what a beautiful venue it was and how great the food was. Kristina, who was our contact person with Marcy Casino, was so fantastic to work with and so quickly responsive to any questions and concerns. Walking into our venue the day of our wedding was a moment I won't soon forget. It was so much more than what I ever could have pictured altogether. Marcy Casino was really the perfect venue for my husband and I, both for they work the staff does as well as the atmosphere created simply from the natural beauty of the space and location.

Beautiful casual location for simple brides. The upstairs has a fabulous porch for cocktail hour and the downstairs features both indoor and outdoor space. Sits right in Delaware Park by the rose garden.

The venue was perfect the pictures came out beautiful. We did not go through their catering service but we were allowed to decorate the day before and they were extremely accomidating when we had to move the ceremony indoors.

We LOVED the Marcy Casino! Overlooking Hoyt Lake in Buffalo's Delaware Park, it was pure beauty dancing under the canopy looking out at a star-filled sky. Our wedding was on the larger side and utilizing the whole Casino was in our best interest. It all worked out great.... highly recommended for a fun-filled, get-down-and-party kind of a wedding!
