Dell-Lea Weddings & Events is a historic wedding venue located in Chichester, NH. Originally built between the late 17th and early 18th centuries, this property now serves as a romantic setting for couples to host their special day. The open outdoor lawns, rustic indoor space, and panoramic views will turn your big day into an unforgettable celebration. Sitting on 236 acres of private land, Dell-Lea Weddings & Events gives you a private, secluded place to host your big day. Their main ceremony space is a large, carefully landscape field with an elegant gazebo. You and your partner will have the majestic mountains as your backdrop as you exchange your vows. You and your guests will then move to their bucolic event hall for your reception. This venue space features the original post-and-beam structure, with exposed wooden walls and vintage chandeliers adding a warm, welcoming aesthetic. Up to 180 guests can be comfortably seated around the large dance floor and spend the night dining and dancing in style. Its large veranda also offers plenty of space for you and your guests to enjoy cocktails under the stars. Dell-Lea Weddings & Events offers full-service wedding planning services to ensure that couples have a joyful journey to the altar. Most beautiful venue ever! So many of our guests have told us our wedding was their favorite they've ever been to. We had the perfect wedding thanks to Dell-Lea and their amazing team. The included food/beverages were a huge help when planning a wedding out of state. They were also extremely helpful and flexible throughout the entire planning process. Highly recommend including Ashley's wedding planning services; we couldn't do it without her! One small detail that surprisingly made a big difference: the small dance floor made it a PARTY for those dancing. Dell-Lea was also super up-front about costs which made it easy to budget.

The venue itself is gorgeous. We loved everything about it from the moment we walked in. Toutou was great to work with and Abigail helped keep us on track during the big day while making it stress free. Food was amazing and we were especially blown away by how courteous and fun the bartenders were. We feel lucky that we had the opportunity to be married at Dell Lea.

I can not praise Dell-Lea for everything that went into our wedding day! From our first wedding venue meeting, Toutou was very inviting and made us feel welcomed in our one-on-one. Between the beautiful backdrop view of the ceremony to the layout and set-up of the reception area, we left that meeting infatuated with the venue and the comfort of knowing where our wedding would be. The whole process went so smooth and Toutou guided us through every step of the way.Unfortunately, like many newlyweds this summer, we had rain on our wedding day. The staff (Toutou and Abigail) made the transition from an outdoor ceremony to an indoor ceremony so smooth. They took care of everything and alleviated the stress and pressure of this transition of coordinating and moving decorations.Everything turned out perfect! The timeline and coordination of the wedding events were on point, the food was immaculate, the service was unbelievable.All in all, I can't recommend Dell-Lea Weddings & Events highly enough. Abigail and Toutou made our wedding feel special and booking their venue was one of the easiest and best decisions we made.

Not only is the venue gorgeous and very well maintained, but also the Dell-Lea team was extremely helpful through the entire planning process. Our wedding day was seamless with their guidance! They took the time to answer our questions, and gave excellent recommendations for vendors, all of whom they coordinated with flawlessly. My husband and I had the reception of our June 2023 wedding at Dell-Lea Weddings & Events, and we cannot recommend it highly enough! Not only is the venue gorgeous and very well maintained, but also the Dell-Lea team was extremely helpful through the entire planning process. Our wedding day was seamless with their guidance! They took the time to answer our questions, and gave excellent recommendations for vendors, all of whom they coordinated with flawlessly. I got married at Dell-Lea on 6/24/23. This place was THE best. Ashley, David and Toutou are incredible!! Even though it rained a bit on my wedding day, ashley (day-of coordinator) was patient and helped me delay my ceremony for 30 minutes in order to still have our outdoor ceremony. She kept checking in with me, kept all vendors on the timeline, and was a breath of fresh air on a very stressful day! The food was amazing, all of my guests raved about how delicious everything was and how beautiful the ground and venue was. I would HIGHLY recommend Dell-Lea, without a doubt!

Dell-Lea was the absolute perfect spot for our wedding last weekend. Toutou was knowledgeable, professional, and so incredibly helpful in making our day run smoothly! They welcomed all unique requests we had for them, and truly made the planning process seamless, even planning from out of state. I would highly recommend Dell-Lea for anyoneâs wedding! They worked within our budget, and made our vision for the day come to life. The grounds are just stunning, and the perfect backdrop to capture incredible pictures. The staff were kind, helpful, and made sure all of our guests felt welcomed and cared for. One of them even brought a whole tray of sandwiches to the table my grandparents were sitting at when they realized they had not been able to get any yet. Renting decorations from Dell-Lea made set up and clean up so easy and it was so nice not having to worry about trying to sell extra decorations after the fact. Dell-Lea took care of setting up the chairs, tables, and everything that goes with that, which was a great weight off our minds. The food was absolutely delicious, and so easy since it was all in the same place! The drinks got great reviews from guests.All in all, we are so grateful that we found Dell-Lea, and we had the absolute best day ever!

5 out 5! Dell-Lea never made me doubt my decision on the venue. Tutu and Ashley were amazing! I hired Ashley as my full wedding planner, and she just guided me through the whole process. I would recommend to anyone to use her! The venue is just beautiful, and the food was delicious including the desserts we got from there. They really make it easy planning a wedding.

I'm honestly speechless, I don't even know where to start. The whole team at Dell Lea worked with us and our vendors to ensure our wedding 10/23/22 was as near perfect as it could have been. We worked primarily with Toutou, and through unforseen circumstances had Ashley and Asia take over about a week prior to the wedding, but every step of the way had fantastic and thorough communication. The food (the BBQ buffet) and drinks were delicious, the atmosphere was perfect, and all of our guests were raving about how beautiful everything was (inside and outside). We could not have been better taken care of on the best day of our lives, and I can't thank everyone enough for all they did to help us make everything just how we wanted!

I was scheduled to get married at Dell-Lea in May of 2022, 6 days before the wedding I got covid. Ashley and Toutou were so helpful in what was possibly the worst moment of my life. They helped contact all of my vendors and were able to reschedule almost all of them for our new ceremony date in August of 2022. It was so helpful to have that piece off of my plate so I could \"grieve\" in that moment. When our new ceremony date finally arrived, Ashley helped it run smoothly without a hitch. Dell-Lea was the first venue in a handful of tours we did around New Hampshire and it turns out we should have just signed on the dotted line initially, because nothing else met my wifeâs and her familyâs criteria so well. There arenât many venues which can combine the rustic interior style with rolling and well maintained grounds, plus real kitchen and bathroom facilities. Some people have the energy to plan all the details of their big day⊠not us⊠which is where Dell-Lea continued to shine. We took advantage of the coordinator package and the ability to use decorations and items held by Dell-Lea which helped take away what would have been a lot of extra stress and end-of-night cleanup. Ashley was very easy to work with throughout and was very patient with our questions and requests. We had been told that Dell-Lea shines with their food and weâd whole heartedly agree, as did our guests. While we were extremely lucky to have beautiful, early September weather, we slept way better at night knowing that the venue could still put together a picture friendly indoor ceremony if needed. Though we didnât have the same level of facetime with them, weâre also extremely grateful for the rest of the staff of servers, bartender, and kitchen staff who did their jobs so well and got everyone fed and well lubricated for the dancefloor. With everything said and done, we couldnât have asked for a better venue and staff to shape our wedding day!

My husband and I got married at Dell- lea this June and it was everything we pictured our wedding to be and more ! Everyone at Dell Lea is truly amazing. From our tour with David to working with all the little details with TouTou, they truly put our mind at ease and made our special day so perfect. The photos you see here on the knot truly do not even do the property justice. I recommend to stop looking at the reviews right now and schedule a time to go see the property in person and talk to them about booking your wedding here you truly will not regret it! The guests have been talking to us about how great the food was since we left that night. Everything about Dell lea and Toutou are perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue, or planner, I wish I could give them more stars !

My husband and I got married at Dell- lea this June and it was everything we pictured our wedding to be and more ! Everyone at Dell Lea is truly amazing. The photos you see here on the knot truly do not even do the property justice. I recommend to stop looking at the reviews right now and schedule a time to go see the property in person and talk to them about booking your wedding here you truly will not regret it! The guests have been talking to us about how great the food was since we left that night. Everything about Dell lea and Toutou are perfect, we couldn't have asked for a better wedding venue, or planner, I wish I could give them more stars !

Our wedding reception was everything we dreamed of and more thanks to the expert staff at Dell-Lea! From the very beginning they were a pleasure to work with. The barn itself and the grounds are gorgeous and so beautifully maintained. The size of the indoor space is very spacious but still has a quaint and intimate feel to it. Our guests also raved about the delicious food and drinks! Another thing we loved was that we could rent decorations for the day at affordable prices to avoid bringing home extra clutter! We have received so many compliments from our guests of how much they enjoyed our wedding venue. Ashley, Toutou, and David were so friendly, helpful, accommodating and put a lot of thought and effort into making our day amazing.

My husband and I got married at Dell-Lea in May, 2021. It was incredible! David and TouTou were absolutely amazing and really worked with us during COVID and what we were comfortable and not comfortable doing. Ashley was also amazing and went out of her way the night before our wedding to make sure we had internet out at the gazebo for the many many people we had tied in via Zoom. The food was SO delicious! Our guests still are talking about the food even now 8 months later. The grounds are also gorgeous as well. My husband and I both would hands down recommend anyone to get married here. My husband loved it so much he wants to have a second wedding here again! đ Thank you Dell-Lea!

My husband and I got married at Dell-Lea on August 20, 2021. We had the most beautiful, and wonderful wedding we could have imagined. Ashley, David, and Toutou were great to work with, and answered all of my questions that I had. Even allowing me to come back for another visit to plan my decor for my big day. The food was delicious, and we had so many guests tell us how beautiful Dell-Lea is, and how great the food was! I tell all of my engaged friends about Dell-Lea! Wish we could relive the day again

If I could give Dell-Lea more than 5 stars Iâd do it over and over! I cannot say enough wonderful things about this wedding venue! They were helpful and kind from the moment we met via FaceTime on a Sunday morning for a virtual tour with the owner Tou Tou. We chose to get married at Dell Lea after touring nearly ten venues, and one of the largest deciding factors was after meeting Toutou, who gave us our initial tour. Dell lea was the most upfront venue that we toured about all of our questions, pricing, and what we were looking for- it was clear there was nothing to hide from the beginning and we were so comfortable. When we came back to sign our deposit, David sat down with us a second time and answered even more questions! Along the way, we reached out many times and weâre always answered promptly and with enthusiasm and David, Toutou and Ashley were SO helpful! Every additional vendor we hired commented to us about how much they enjoy working with/at Dell Lea for weddings and all of the vendors working together with the venue day of was seamless. Ashley was outstanding at coordinating all of the vendors functioning so well together! When the details meeting and final planning came around, their system made an overwhelming process easy and clearly outlined for us what was left to do. Ashley and Toutou ran our entire rehearsal so well and timely and met our every request! We could not have had the wedding we had without all of them, and especially Ashley on the day of who ran the whole timeline for the ceremony and the evening, fluffed the train on my dress for walking down the aisle, helped with clean up, even taught us how to cut our cake for photos, just to name a few things. We were also complimented many times on the beauty of the property and on the food.We are so grateful to everyone at Dell Lea for working so hard to make our day easy and memorable and we truly could not have asked for a better venue or a better team.

Our special day was this past September 2021. We had chosen Dell Lea venue because of the country setting, location and the staff ; the setting is absolutely breath taking, the location is in a great area easy access , not far from downtown Concord where most of my guests stayed ( and we hired a bus ) to take them to / from venue; the whole staff was so accommodating, patient with all my questions, support and responses where always there for us. My husband and I got married at Dell-Lea on Sept 4, 2021, and we couldnât recommend it more highly. We booked in June 2020 when restrictions for the pandemic were some of the highest weâve seen. David arranged a video tour for us, and then an in-person tour the next day when we wanted to confirm how excited we were about the venue. He was immediately warm and friendly (which helped us feel comfortable asking questions), he demonstrated his foodie-nature (which helped us feel confident in the catering), and he let the venue and big-sky views speak for themselves (which helped us to really envision our wedding there). Along the way, Ashley, David, and Toutou each helped us out with various questions we had about other vendors, potential COVID restrictions, and anything else that came up. They communicated promptly, clearly, and proactively, often answering our questions before we asked them. Our wedding was on a Saturday so Ashley was our lead coordinator. She was INCREDIBLE. In our details meeting ahead of the wedding, she helped us build a timeline that incorporated all of the details that were most important to us. Her experience with weddings helped to anticipate and avoid potential problems. She would offer advice and information without making us feel pressure to do anything a particular way. On the day of the wedding, Ashley was magical. She helped fasten boutonnieres, arrange decorations, and keep everything according to schedule. I never knew what time it was and never felt rushed because Ashley would just quietly ensure things were moving along as we had planned. Plus, she was flexible when we asked for last minute changes. Could not have asked for anything better. My mom used to be a wedding coordinator herself so she has very high expectations of others, and she raved about Ashley!Notes re: food:Not getting a traditional tasting was a little scary to us, but the food was fantastic. My favorite appetizers were the crab-stuffed mushroom caps and the veggie spring rolls. The meals we chose were Maple Bourbon Chicken, Orange Chili Salmon Filet, and Stuffed Peppers, and we got compliments on all three! The food was truly fantastic!10/10, highly recommend without a doubt!

The owners were awesome and so helpful answering questions and making sure all of our needs were met. The venue, catering, bartending, tables, chairs, linens, and decorations are all available through Dell-Lea, which was extremely helpful when it came to planning our wedding within a 8-month window. They also have a handful of amazing preferred vendors that know the venue and deliver. Toutou was our day of coordinator and was amazing walking us through everything and making sure our big day stayed on schedule. Again, highly recommend Dell-Lea to any couple looking for a peaceful, rustic, and charming venue for their big day!

From the moment we walked through the front doors we fell in love with Dell-Lea and knew it was where we needed to have our wedding. Everything about the venue is gorgeous and pictures certainly don't do it justice. What really blew us away though was from when we first sat down with Ashley to the day of our wedding her, David, and Toutou put all of their effort into making it so we could have our dream wedding and making us feel like we were the only wedding they were hosting. We were originally a 6/27/2020 wedding but because of COVID plans changed. Dell-Lea was very proactive in communicating with us and the other couples about what restrictions they needed to follow. Despite a global pandemic not being covered by the Act-of-God clause, Dell-Lea offered a full refund to couples that canceled and offered to honor 2020 prices for couples that rescheduled to 2021. It wasn't something they had to do, but rather something they chose to do and shows how committed they are to their couples. Speaking of prices, we visited other venues that charged far more than Dell-Lea but offered far less. This is one of the few places where you really feel like you are getting more than what you pay for. We ended up rescheduling for 6/27/2021 and could not have been happier about how things turned out! Everything was beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and Ashley helped make sure everything went perfectly to schedule. Our guests gave us nothing but compliments and many of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We cannot recommend Dell-Lea enough!

It wasn't something they had to do, but rather something they chose to do and shows how committed they are to their couples. Speaking of prices, we visited other venues that charged far more than Dell-Lea but offered far less. This is one of the few places where you really feel like you are getting more than what you pay for. We ended up rescheduling for 6/27/2021 and could not have been happier about how things turned out! Everything was beautiful, the food and drinks were amazing, and Ashley helped make sure everything went perfectly to schedule. Our guests gave us nothing but compliments and many of them said it was the best wedding they had ever been to. We cannot recommend Dell-Lea enough!

If you are looking for a wedding venue, look no further! Dell-Lea was everything we had hoped for and expected and then some. My husband and I are SO beyond happy with how our wedding turned out! We started planning the wedding before COVID 19 at another venue but everything was going downhill and was so complicated. We toured the Dell Lea and immediately knew that we were going to change venues. Toutou took care of EVERYTHING. All we had to do was pick out our cake and our napkin colors, as well as food we wanted for our guests. It was so relaxing the day of. I was stressing out about the day because I thought I wasn't going to be able to enjoy it. My husband and I were able to relax and we enjoyed our day so much. I could not have had a better day. I will recommend the Dell Lea to anyone that asks me, time, and time, again.

We just got married on 9/5/20 and we couldn't be happier with Dell-Lea! Being a bride during covid was incredibly stressful but Ashley (the coordinator), David and Toutou (the owners) kept us updated throughout everything and worked with us every step of the way with updates/changes needed to adhere to the state requirements. We had an original guest count of 200 and considering we have a large immediate family it felt almost impossible to be able to have a wedding at 50% capacity so we thought we would have to cancel/postpone our wedding. Fortunately, thanks to David and Toutou's determination to make our wedding day everything we had hoped for, they were able to get a large tent for us to rent so we could have up to 156 guests. We were beyond thrilled and thankful for this and although it made more work for the staff having to go back and forth between indoor/outdoor locations, they all did a wonderful job and made it look easy! On top of all that the venue is absolutely stunning inside and outside and all of the food was incredible! People have still been raving about the venue and I would 100% recommend this venue to anyone!

After picking a potential wedding date (6/6/2020), our first decision when planning our wedding was to book Dell-Lea. Early on in the process, the coordinator, Ashley, was responsive and extremely helpful. And then COVID hit! The day after the state shut down, I emailed our coordinator asking about cancellation policies. Instead of an email, I got a personal phonecall from David and Toutou, the owners, who walked me through our potential options if COVID continued. (Spoiler: it did). Once the shutdown was extended into May, I was contacted again with the option to cancel, reschedule, or hold a microwedding. We chose to postpone to August. After a small hiccup in securing a new date, we were able to move forward with 8/14/2020. Again, throughout this entire process, Ashley was incredibly helpful, responsive, and very polite when reminding me about updated timelines that I was definitely missing. When we had last minute guest list changes, even up until the day of the wedding, Ashley was working non-stop to make sure each table had the right number of seats. In addition to having the best food I've ever had at a wedding (seriously, put the butternut squash ravioli on your menu. We paid slightly more to replace the lasagna as the vegetarian buffet option and do not regret it one bit), Dell-Lea has beautiful grounds. We got our pictures back today and I'm sad that we didn't take even more time to explore to get pictures by the pond, on the wagon, in front of the house - seriously we could have been taking pictures for 3 hours and would have barely made a dent in the number of beautiful locations on this property. If you are looking for a venue with food, bar, ceremony, and reception all on site, this is the one you want. Dell-Lea is gorgeous, the staff are all friendly, and every single person there worked hard to keep us safe. Of our 40 person wedding, no one got sick. Dell-Lea was upfront about the costs and fees associated with our wedding (which was much appreciated) and continued to send us updated receipts when we changed from Saturday to Friday and dropped from 100 people to 40. Every single attendee from the wedding has raved about Dell-Lea. This was the perfect place to get married, and I am thrilled that they were a part of our big day. Do yourself a favor and contact Ashley ASAP!

There aren't enough words to describe how perfect our experience with the Dell-Lea was. My husband and I got married On October 18th. From the beginning of the process back in January, they were so responsive, and were so accommodating to my crazy bride mind! I love the owners, they almost made us feel like we were coming into their home to get married. You can see the pride they take in their space- it shows in every detail. Ashley, the coordinator, was FANTASTIC. she was on top of everything via email and so quick to respond. For the day of, she took care of my family, kept us on track without being pushy, and made sure every tiny thing went perfectly. I know they have 3 weddings there a weekend, but Ashley made us feel so special. She brought a tray of drinks and appetizers to my husband and I as we were getting our pictures taken outside after our ceremony so we didn't have to miss out! appetizers are my favorite food :)On top of having David and Toutou and Ashley being incredible, the space itself and the location is breathtaking. No one could stop talking about how beautiful it was. My husband and I always wanted to get married in the foliage and this was the PERFECT spot for that. And you know what they say about wedding food? well, this wedding food is amazing. The roast beef, the crab rangoons, the squash- all of it. *chef's kiss* They also were so accommodating to the 2 guests that had gluten allergies; they brought out gluten free plates for them and offered them sorbet while we were cutting our cake. The drinks too, were fantastic. They thought of everything. So to the staff (who were all so lovely), David and Toutou, and Ashley- were are eternally grateful to you for exceeding our expectations. If we could do it all over again we would! and no where else but the Dell-Lea. THANK YOU THANK YOU. You are etched in our hearts forever!

I know they have 3 weddings there a weekend, but Ashley made us feel so special. She brought a tray of drinks and appetizers to my husband and I as we were getting our pictures taken outside after our ceremony so we didn't have to miss out! appetizers are my favorite food :)On top of having David and Toutou and Ashley being incredible, the space itself and the location is breathtaking. No one could stop talking about how beautiful it was. My husband and I always wanted to get married in the foliage and this was the PERFECT spot for that. And you know what they say about wedding food? well, this wedding food is amazing. The roast beef, the crab rangoons, the squash- all of it. *chef's kiss* They also were so accommodating to the 2 guests that had gluten allergies; they brought out gluten free plates for them and offered them sorbet while we were cutting our cake. The drinks too, were fantastic. They thought of everything. So to the staff (who were all so lovely), David and Toutou, and Ashley- were are eternally grateful to you for exceeding our expectations. If we could do it all over again we would! and no where else but the Dell-Lea. THANK YOU THANK YOU. You are etched in our hearts forever!

People told us it would be the best day of our lives and Ashley, Toutou and David truly made that a reality! The grounds are unbelievably beautiful and perfectly manicured, and the barn provides a perfect setting for a rustic yet elegant backdrop for a NH wedding. Aside form the perfect scenery for our special day, the staff made us feel so comfortable and really were on top of everything! I didn't have to worry about anything during the day and I could focus on my guests and enjoying the wedding! David and Toutou were amazing and Ashley made sure that everything was perfect for us! They even made picking up decorations and leftover food the next day easy and stress free! My son and daughter in law were married 9/14/2019 at Dell Lea! It was perfection from beginning to end! Planning with Toutou was a pleasure she made everything so simple and pleasant. She answered every question we had and we were never ever rushed. The venue is beyond beautiful, the food was delicious and Toutou kept everyone moving along like clockwork but you rarely saw her, she was amazing and so accommodating ! I found Dell Leaâs prices to very fair as well! I hated for the night to end! It was a magical night ! Thank you Toutou!

We are so happy that we went with Dell-Lea for our wedding venue on 8/17/19!! The venue was absolutely gorgeous inside and out. We were in love with the view and location the second that we saw it. Toutou and Dave were very friendly and helpful from the start and quick to respond to any questions that I had. Ashley was our event coordinator and I am so grateful for her! From the details meeting to the rehearsal to the day of. She was very organized, kept us on schedule and helped everything to move smoothly so that I had nothing to worry about. Our flower petals went missing right before the ceremony and she was able to find purple rose petals that were left over from a previous wedding ceremony and also called my florist to see if she could find the petals. Between Ashley and my florist they were able to create a new batch of flower petals for the girls to throw down the aisle. I appreciate that she was quick to think of a solution. The food was delicious and the selection at the bar was great! The bartenders are also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I would recommend this venue to anyone looking for an affordable venue without sacrificing quality!

Planning a wedding from 2,000 miles away is no easy task. In the few days I was in NH in the fall of 2018, I visited Dell-Lea in my search of the perfect venue. Not only did Dell-Lea have the best and most beautiful WOW factor, but they were conveniently located and checked off all my boxes. From the start, Ashely was absolutely amazing to work with. When I say I had a million questions, I mean it, and she answered every single one. She went out of her way to reassure us everything was ready to go and she made sure our day was absolutely amazing. We did a lot of planning and chatting through email which was perfect since I couldnât be there in person. When it came time for our wedding day, everything was perfect. The ceremony, cocktail hour and reception were all well planned and executed and the staff at Dell-Lea are by far some of the most kind individuals I have ever met. Our day was more than amazing and with Ashley and Dell- Leaâs help, my dream wedding day finally came true. Our guests are still raving about the beauty of the venue, the food and drinks, and just how much they enjoyed our wedding. I hands down would recommend Dell-Lea to anyone, whether they live in NH or not.

Dell-Lea is 100 steps above the rest. My best friend had her wedding here back in August 2018 and there are not enough good words to be said about the venue and the entire staff and owners. Everyone was so welcoming and accommodating. The venue is beyond gorgeous and so charming. The service is top notch and very professional while still feeling like family. From only a guests stand point, I can truly tell you this place is a hidden gem. My friend and her husband had the wedding of their dreams because of the love and care of TouTou and her staff.

I have a brother who has autism and Tourette's syndrome and Toutou made him feel so calm and at home at Dell Lea that he was able to get through the wedding with ease- she even made him some extra crab rang goons when he found out they had all been eaten. Most importantly, she made the day run seamlessly and she was involved in every aspect of the night moving smoothly. She kept us on time and made sure we knew where we needed to be. Stop your search for the perfect venue and book with Dell-Lea Weddings. I can't say enough amazing things about Dell-Lea. We got married here on July 21, 2018; this place is too amazing to keep a secret! Dell-Lea is perfect if you are looking to enjoy the beautiful outdoors but also be able to have a comfortable and elegant indoor reception. Dell-Lea offers picture perfect views and backgrounds with perfectly manicured lawns and gardens. This venue took our guests breath away both inside and out. The inside is a spectacular mix of rustic elegance that is the perfect amount of cozy but classy. All our guests could not stop raving all night about how beautiful everything was and \"Where did you find this place?!\" Air conditioning for a July wedding was a must for us but we still got to enjoy the wonderful outdoor space while being comfortable inside with big picture windows to see out. The owners David and Toutou and their wedding coordinator Ashley work hard to make sure every bride and groom has the perfect day. They are skilled at being on the sidelines making everything run smoothly but also being there for whatever you need. They are very responsive and everything went so smoothly with their help and organization including all pre-planning and the day of coordination. I can confidently say we never could have afforded our dream wedding with 175 guests if we hadn't found the Dell-Lea. Their prices are incredibly reasonable and the food and drink were delicious and plentiful. They are absolutely worth every penny and you will save thousands compared to similar venues offering food for double the price. We are so happy we found this hidden gem and could not have had a more perfect experience working with the Dell-Lea.

Me and my fiancé wanted a barn wedding if it wasn't going to be a destination wedding and when we came to do a tour it was beautiful their was so much land on the property and the inside of the venue the wood was beautiful( apparently these owners David and Toutou are much better than the old ones also ! the old ones scared my florist ;( so she was very happy about these ones!) Also a huge plus was that this venue literally provides everything for you linens, catering, tables and chairs and they include the cake and they do a ceremony on site ! Which makes everything so much easier I can't tell you how many venues I researched and found that they didn't include ANYTHING. No one had to drive to another site for photos and then the reception it was literally all right there which made it so much easier and painless. On my wedding day I had no stress everything was perfect as it should be the owners were incredible and helped with everything I don't regret a thing!...⊠P.S they allowed me to be fly in on a helicopter for my entrance so you know they have to be the guys to go with ;)

The best venue. Right when my husband and I walked the grounds we fell in love. The pricing was unbeatable and the food was spectacular! Guests are still calling and saying how great the food was! The owner Tou Tou was so helpful and accommodating! Ashley is an awesome coordinator and made sure everything went off without a hitch! I canât say enough great things about this venue!!! Guests were blown away and are constantly telling us it was the best wedding venue theyâve seen!!!

The best venue. Right when my husband and I walked the grounds we fell in love. The pricing was unbeatable and the food was spectacular! Guests are still calling and saying how great the food was! We fell in love wil Dell-Lea the first time we visited the venue. The owners make the entire process fun, easy and stress free! Every detail is accounted for, even the things you would never think of yourself! The venue is beautiful, the food is wonderful and the entire atmosphere is absolutely perfect. There are countless beautiful spots for photos and we have not stopped receiving positive comments from guests about how much they loved it!

We had the PERFECT day at Dell Lea. Dave and Toutou, and the Dell Lea staff were amazing hosts. Everything was smooth, calm, and organized. As a bride, I felt like everything was under control, and I was very relaxed.What we love about Dell Lea: the perfect views, the spacious (and CLEAN) barn, the food, the roomy dance floor, and the value. We feel that we had a gorgeous big wedding on a small budget. We did use some decorations, but the space is so pretty that it doesn't need much.We had an outside ceremony, our reception in the barn, a buffet for dinner, cash bar, and a DJ. Everything was timed and coordinated perfectly, and everyone had a great time.We are so grateful to have learned about Dell Lea, and can't wait to spread the word.Thank you!

If I could give this place no stars I would, this is by far the worst venue I have ever been too. Don't get me wrong the property is beautiful and it was nicely decorated, the staff was awful. The waiters and bartenders were absolutely nasty, we were called outside for pictures and we had all just gotten drinks put them down on the table and when we got back the table was cleared, someone went to the manger to say something to see if we could get the issues resolved and the drinks replaced and she replied \" I can assure you none of that happened my staff wouldn't do that\". We were also were called to eat and the second we sat down the same woman came to the table and told everyone if they were going to want more food to go now she was going to clear the buffet opposed to every other table where a nice gentleman approached everyone asking how they were enjoying there meal etc. The staff then refused to clear the table because of the prior incident and left us with piles of dishes and tried to bring more plates with the cake on it. Once again someone went to the manager to see if we could get the table cleared and she was once again awful and rude, we tried to get the managers name to speak to the owner after and she refused to give it to us. The venue also sticks to a very strict timeline and you have no say, the bride and groom had finished taking pictures and weren't allowed to come in yet because it wasn't time according to the venue, after everyone was in seated there were long silent gaps because the dj was not allowed to start music yet and they had to control the order of everything.... Stay far away from this place if you want your guests to enjoy the wedding.

We had our wedding here earlier this month and we could not have asked for a better experience with this venue and staff! Toutou was amazing and accommodating to all of our requests. She helped to keep me calm through the rehearsal and day of and I greatly appreciated that. We got so many compliments on the food and staff which was great. This is a very affordable and beautiful venue and I could not recommend this venue enough!

David and TouTou, we just wanted to thank you from the bottom of our hearts for making our day so special. All of our guests had a great time and admired such a beautiful property. I will admit I was a little worried when we got an email about new owners taking over before our wedding, but I honestly think it was a blessing in disguise. It was such a pleasure to work with you both. We just want to say thank you to all of your incredible staff, everyone was super professional and accommodating and we couldn't have asked for anything more. A hidden gem up in the hills of Chichester. For everything this venue has to offer, the pricing is extremely affordable! The new owners, Toutou and Dave, are such a pleasure to work with. I was nervous at first because they took over the venue just a month before my wedding date and I had been working with the previous owners for the last year. Toutou and Dave did such an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable. You can tell they have a true passion for this. They were both extremely accommodating and were open to all of the ideas I had. I sent over 2 sangria recipes that I wanted to have as signature drinks at the wedding and the bartender nailed it! All of my guests raved about the drinks and the food. I was also nervous about the food because the venue does not offer menu tastings, however the food was amazing and I would advise any future couples to not worry about this at all. Now that it is all said and done, I am glad there was not a tasting because it was one less thing I had to do and worry about. We chose buffet style and there was PLENTY! Many of my guests went up for seconds, which I loved because many other venues serve such small portion sizes. Service, food, drinks, atmosphere, pricing...I have nothing bad to say. My wedding day was exactly what I wanted and more and my husband and I did not go broke doing it! I wouldn't change a thing. Thank you, thank you!

My daughter fell in love with Dell Lea two and a half years ago when she clicked on a sidebar on The Knot. We booked the venue immediately. I was a bit concerned when we discovered that ownership had changed hands, but my worries were quickly eased. David and Tutu, were knowledgeable, amazingly accommodating and calm in spirit, just what a frazzled mother of the bride or bride need. David even changed out the chairs for our 90 guests when he felt, as did we, that the white chairs better fit the decorative feel of my daughter's wedding. I was thoroughly impressed with the beautiful venue, the grounds, the delicious food, but most of all with the kindness of David and Tutu. I would recommend this venue highly and without reservation.

Katrina and Brandon are a great team, and so nice! Katrina made me feel totally at ease with her calm personality throughout the whole process. Brandon went above and beyond the day of the wedding, while it was raining, to check on the outside ceremony arrangement. He checked in with me several times and we waited as long as we could. Luckily, it stopped raining just in time, and Brandon and his team went outside and dried off the chairs quickly. Katrina and Brandon were amazing throughout the entire planning process and the day of! An absolutely stunning venue, beautiful inside and out! The food was amazing (steak tips and stuffed chicken). The venue caters the event. Food prices range from $17-30 per person, a really affordable price for amazing quality. Everything went off without a single glitch! Dell-Lea made my wedding possible. I was able to stick to my original budget and didn't have to cut things off my dream list. My guest loved the place and they are still talking about it. The owners are fantastic to work with and dealt with my crazy paranoid moments. I highly suggest this venue.

We didnât read a lot of reviews of Dell Lea but when we went to visit, we thought it would be perfect for us. Their venue is amazing! We had a beautiful fall wedding and our pictures came out amazing with their property as our backdrop. The function hall was perfect! We saw the venue before they added the addition, and that made it 10 times better! Our guests of 105 fit comfortably and there was so much space. It was great to see the property through the wonderful windows. We found Dell Lea to be the most affordable venue that met all of our needs. We had a buffet style dinner and the food was amazing! They were very helpful when we requested a special plate put aside for a guest with dietary restrictions. They answered all of our questions throughout the process. We are so happy that we were able to have our wedding at Dell Lea because it was a perfect venue for us and our wedding.

Katrina did an absolutely amazing job coordinating things for our July wedding. She was friendly, professional and efficient. The venue is beautiful and the staff is amazing. The value is completely amazing. I would not hesitate booking your event at this venue, you will not be disappointed.

Katrina and her staff were absolutely amazing in helping us with the most perfect wedding! We were able to be one of the first weddings with their new renovations and the place is beyond gorgeous! It fit our vision perfectly! \r\rI can't say enough about how yummy the food was, how great the drinks were, and how helpful the staff is. It's such a perfect setting! \r\rI can't even put into words how fabulous everyone and everything is at the Dell Lea! Amazing! Thank you for a wonderful day that we will never forget!

Toutou Marsden (Owner) I grew up in Lee, NH subsequently moved down to Boston to work and obtained a Masters Degree. After a fulfilling career in the Financial Industry within Sales, Marketing & Project Management, my husband and I decided to go on an adventure of a lifetime with our two kids in the Caribbean. In 2016 we purchased Dell-Lea to achieve our dream of owning our own business. Our fresh new ideas, commitment to customer service, penchant for great food and down-to-earth approach have quickly catapulted Dell-Lea to the short list of sought-after wedding venues in NH.
