Devil’s Ridge Golf Club was the perfect spot for my wedding! My husband and I got married October 29th, 2022. Living out of state I was worried but Shannon made everything so easy! She was there through the entire process. There are endless amount of things that I could say about Shannon, the staff & the Golf Club in general! The food was so delicious, I still can’t get over the Salmon! Our day turned out so perfect! I was so stress free the entire time planning for this day! I would highly recommend to anyone!

Devil’s Ridge is a beautiful venue and although it rained we were given many back up options that were equally beautiful. Devil’s Ridge is a beautiful venue and although it rained we were given many back up options that were equally beautiful. We had our wedding in June 2022 and Devil's Ridge Golf Club was the perfect venue for us. The course was absolutely beautiful and perfect for a variety of pictures at different times of day. It was a lot of fun (and stress-relieving) to ride the golf carts for our photos. The venue itself is also beautiful with the huge windows overlooking the hills of the golf course. The food was fantastic and the guests all had a lot of fun!Shannon Card was our event coordinator from Devil's Ridge and, honestly, her involvement warrants its own paragraph (at least). There are many beautiful, great venues, but Shannon is what really sold us on this venue. Just by talking with her for a short while on our tour, she made us feel very comfortable with the whole process and her experience, expertise, and passion for her profession was abundantly clear. Throughout our planning process, Shannon was incredibly helpful and would respond so quickly at all hours of the day. Shannon became an essential part of our wedding and my wife and I were always at ease knowing that she had our backs.We would highly recommend this venue (and Shannon) to anyone looking for a gorgeous place to host any event!

Devil’s Ridge is a fantastic place! The course is beautiful, the clubhouse epic, and the service top notch. We had our wedding at Devil’s Ridge and it was fantastic. After the first two coordinators we worked with unexpectedly left the position, Shannon Card came in and literally made our event the best it could be. Originally, we planned to have our wedding in May 2020. With the Covid-19 lockdown and restrictions, we unfortunately had to postpone to September 2020. Then again, with the restrictions on events in September, we decided to move our date to May 2021 – basically we planned a wedding three different times! Shannon and Devil’s Ridge were as accommodating as any venue could be. They switched our date twice with no objection, complaint, or fee, Shannon was extremely open with communication and letting us know what we could and couldn’t do (based on the pandemic restrictions) basically weekly, and when our event finally looked like it could happen, she offered advice, solutions, and novel ways to have as normal of a wedding as possible. She really cared about our happiness and having a bang-up wedding, and for being a venue coordinator and not our wedding planner, she went above and beyond, and always with a smile on her face. Did I mention she answered our emails super fast, even when we sent them on a Sunday or late at night? Our reception happened outside under the epic pavilion, and Shannon and her team did the best job setting everything up for us the day of, letting us store our items days in advance, and securing patio heaters for us to warm up the space on what turned out to be a chilly May day. I’m normally a very neurotic person and worry about everything, so a wedding reception on the outskirts of a pandemic had me on the edge of panic. BUT it was unnecessary, because Shannon and team did everything we asked, and more! Our bartender made sure the drinks flowed fast and smooth, the servers made sure everyone always had the deliciously prepared food in their hands – in fact they were very insistent with making sure everyone was fed, including the bride and groom – and they packed everything up for us and made pick-up super quick, easy, and painless! I could not recommend Devil’s Ridge and Shannon Card as a place to have your wedding more. The inside and outside spaces have a great aesthetic, the people care about making sure your event goes off without a hitch (except for the hitching of the bride and groom), and it was fantastically affordable. If you don’t seriously consider Devil’s Ridge for your wedding/event, you’re doing something wrong! Thank you Shannon and Devil’s Ridge!!!

Devil's Ridge is a hidden gem. Their prices are very affordable relative to other country/golf clubs in the area, but there is no sacrifice of quality or service. We were so happy to have Shannon on our side during the insanity of our 2020 wedding. We ended up only holding our ceremony and cocktail hour at the venue due to COVID, but everything was smooth sailing and I have no doubt our reception would have been amazing as well! For any upcoming brides in the Oakland County area: please, please, please consider this venue! You won't be sorry!

I would like to personally Thank Abby for all her hard work. she made my Dream wedding happen. She was dealt with a very difficult task and in the end gave me a flawless Dream wedding. Abby and the rest of the team went above and beyond to make everything perfect. The golf course was beautiful. I had my ceremony and reception all on site. We are SO happy we chose to have our wedding ceremony and reception at Devils Ridge! Everything went perfectly!! Shannon is the BEST venue coordinator. She responds at lightning speed at any time of the day to even the smallest question we may have had. The pricing at this venue can't be beat.. to the point where we got worried it may be too cheap and the event would suffer. This is NOT the case. Everyone had a great time, the food was delicious, and the event ran VERY smoothly.I would recommend this wedding venue to anyone that asked!

I cannot rave enough about this venue and their staff! My husband and I live in Columbus, Ohio. We decided to get married in Michigan to be closer to our families. It was difficult to find a venue we loved for a fair price. We asked our families to help us search for the perfect venue. We turned down a good amount of venues before finding Devil's Ridge, and I am so glad we did! Shannon is the Events coordinator and she is absolutely fantastic!! She is extremely sweet and knows what she is doing! Shannon and her staff made our wedding day PERFECT, even though it rained like crazy! They put so much thought into every little detail and it did not go unnoticed. Our guests loved the venue, the food (omg! YUM) and the service! She was very accommodating to my crazy schedule and flexible with me with last minute changes. I would get married here again and again. Thank you Devil's Ridge, and Shannon, for a dream wedding! XO

From the moment I reached out for information I knew I was going to love Devil's Ridge. Shannon was so accommodating from the very beginning! My husband is active duty military and works odd shifts and Shannon waited until after hours to meet with us! Most other places I talked to told me unless I made it by 4pm they couldn't meet with me and I really wanted my husband there. Our first meeting was beyond my expectations. The grounds were beautiful and the packages were really reasonable. Shannon didn't pressure us to put a deposit down and even gave me advice on vendors without committing to her venue. She impressed my mom which is a task all in itself! After a week we decided that we couldn't go anywhere else and put a deposit on our date. For the next nine months Shannon became my lifeline! Anything I needed she was able to help. It got to the point where she would check in on me if she hadn't heard from me! She helped carry part of my burden with wedding planning and I don't know what I would've done without her! She was prompt with emails and I mean prompt. If I emailed her after business hours and didn't get a response back that same night it was unusual and came with a unnecessary apology. Our food tasting was amazing! I didn't want to stop eating! The rehearsal was flawless and she even had our room arranged so I could see how perfect it was going to be! We had some hiccups with the bridesmaid dresses the day of and amazing Shannon was sewing in the bathroom to help fix the straps! She helped everything run smoothly the day of even though my Mother In Law was determined to make her life difficult! Shannon was even waiting with a drink of our choice after the ceremony to take with us for pictures! The food was delicious (from the few bites I actually ate) and we got nothing but compliments on the food! Shannon even packed a sweets to go box for me since I knew I wasn't going to get to eat any of the pastries! Everyone that came to our wedding was in awe of the beautiful room, food, service and view. (I definitely recommend getting the portable dance floor). I only have one regret and that is I didn't get to hug Shannon at the end of the night! If I could go back I wouldn't change having my wedding at Devil's Ridge! It was the best experience I could've hoped for! I really believe Shannon is a miracle worker! If you have not called her yet you should!!

We just had our reception at Devil's Ridge last weekend (10/11/2014) and it was absolutely perfect! Shannon the Banquet Director is the best! She helped me so much during the entire planning process. All of the staff there are professional, and there to help! I am so happy that we had our big day at such a wonderful place with such wonderful staff! I would recommend, and actually have recommended Devil's Ridge to anyone who if looking for a beautiful place for their wedding!

We just had our reception at Devil's Ridge last weekend (10/11/2014) and it was absolutely perfect! Shannon the Banquet Director is the best! She helped me so much during the entire planning process. All of the staff there are professional, and there to help! I am so happy that we had our big day at such a wonderful place with such wonderful staff! I would recommend, and actually have recommended Devil's Ridge to anyone who if looking for a beautiful place for their wedding!

We had our ceremony and reception at Devil's Ridge on 9/6/14 and it is by far one of the best choices we made during the entire wedding planning process. It is absolutely beautiful there so that peaked our interest right away but after meeting with the Director, Shannon, to speak with her about possibly having our wedding there, we were sold! Shannon was professional, honest, attentive, kind, and I could go on and on. Throughout the whole planning process, she was readily available to answer any questions or offer opinions so when the wedding day arrived, I was confident that everything was handled and it was! Our wedding day was perfect! I have received so many compliments on what a beautiful wedding it was and how fantastic the food was. We decided to upgrade and get the Prime Rib and it was worth every penny! \r\rI looked at a lot of different options when trying to figure out where to have our wedding and Devil's Ridge was the perfect fit for us. I think their prices are very reasonable. It was a set price per person that included everything. There weren't any sneaky hidden fees at all. I would highly recommend Devil's Ridge & Shannon to anyone and everyone, I honestly couldn't be happier!\r

I had both my ceremony and reception at Devil's Ridge this June. It was amazing! Everything went so well! They helped coordinate the entire day and I did not have to worry about set-up or take-down at all. The food was wonderful! I was a little nervous because we decided to do buffet style, but everything was warm and tasted delicious!

Thanks to Devil's Ridge banquet coordinator Stephanie our daughters wedding was everything a parent could have dreamed of. The chef is the best, I'm still getting complements on how PHENOMENAL the food was. \rMy thanks to Stephanie Brad and the remainder staff of Devil's Ridge.

We could not have been happier with having our reception at Devil's Ridge. The banquet coordinator Stephanie is absolutely amazing. She is so knowledgeable and full of ideas and went above and beyond to make everything perfect, we can't say enough about her. When we walked into the room it looked absolutely amazing thanks to Stephanie and the staff. The food was delicious, we have not had many great meals at weddings but the food at Devil's Ridge was amazing, the guests are still talking about it! It was hot and delicious, the chef is awesome and really takes pride in the food he prepares. Everything about the evening was perfect and went smoothly, we had nothing to worry about, it was all taken care of behind the scenes. I can't tell you how much we loved Devil's Ridge, and how much they worked with us to make sure everything was absolutely perfect. Stephanie and Brad are just amazing and so easy to work with.. We had some unique requests and they were able to make everything happen! You can tell they really care about your big day and want to make it special and perfect, it is not just another wedding. Also the golf course is beautiful, there are breathtaking views that are great for pictures. The prices were fair and affordable and their wedding package includes a lot of things that other venues do not include. You will be very happy if you choose to have your wedding here. We did not have our ceremony here but there are lots of options for that which are beautiful. Overall we were very impressed with everything and highly recommend Devil's Ridge to anyone planning a wedding :-)

Devil's Ridge was absolutely wonderful in helping me plan both my ceremony and my reception! Everyone was always friendly and everything that I wanted or needed was done for me. The scenery was perfect as the leaves were just starting to change, the food was fantastic, and all of my guests raved about the amazing time that they had! I would recommend Devil's Ridge to anyone looking to have a beautful wedding at an affordable price!

I was absolutely in awe when I walked arrived at Devil's Ridge the day of my wedding. When I walked into the Oakwood Room, I was speechless. It was perfect! The linens, the room, the service. I had nothing to worry about. The staff at Devil's Ridge did an exceptional job in every way they could to make sure our wedding was that of our dreams.

Some people were skeptical of my choice in using this location. Although off the beaten path, that was part of the charm. It was a little oasis in the middle of \"no where\". The staff was extremely helpful and the place looked gorgeous once we set up the tables with all the linens. We used the Oakrigde Room, usually set up as the grill in the club house. Although it looks rough when not set up, it looked amazing with our linens and flowers, and the odd wall paper seemed to disappear from view.\r\rThe guests loved the food. There was so much and it was great tasting too. Having a plated dinner, made things easy for our guests and felt more formal.\r\rIt may not have been the beach wedding I dreamed of, but I wouldn't change a thing. It was great.\r\rOnly thing that I would watch for, is the location the wedding party gets ready at. I suggest sticking to the bridal suite downstairs, it seemed more airconditioned than the offices we were in.

Everything about the venue itself was great. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. The only things that upset me was that I had candles that were part of the guest gift, and the staff went around and lit all the candles without asking me. I didn't want the candles lit because I wanted my guests to be able to take them home. Also, not all of my guests got cake brought to their table that wanted it. Other than those two small things, the place was terrific.

Everything about the venue itself was great. The staff was very friendly and the food was fantastic. The only things that upset me was that I had candles that were part of the guest gift, and the staff went around and lit all the candles without asking me. I didn't want the candles lit because I wanted my guests to be able to take them home. Also, not all of my guests got cake brought to their table that wanted it. Other than those two small things, the place was terrific.
