I can only say positive things about Brianne, Kelsey and the Diamond Mills team. Thank you for making our wedding a night to remember. Everything flowed so smoothly and the staff were very kind and professional. We were so relieved knowing the Diamond Mills was an all-inclusive venue and the food was delicious. It was a bonus that we were able to rent out the top rooms to host our Tea Ceremony prior to our ceremony/reception. For our ceremony and reception, we chose the ballroom, and our guests were shocked when they walked out onto the patio for our ceremony to see a waterfall. Thank you Diamond Mills for making our night run so smoothly and making my wedding vision come true!

I can only say positive things about Brianne, Kelsey and the Diamond Mills team. Thank you for making our wedding a night to remember. We had our wedding in June at the Saugerties Steamboat Co. location and it was everything we could have wanted. Brienne and Klaudia were fantastic to work with and were with us every step of the way, helping us to organize, plan and execute our wedding. The venue itself was was gorgeous and when some rain changed course right before our wedding, the Diamond Mills team was supremely efficient at getting everything and everyone moved inside for our ceremony (the team is seriously great at executing a rain plan). In addition, the culinary team at Blackbarn knocked our socks off, and were very accommodating with some of the requests we had to make for guests’ dietary restrictions. All-in-all, we’re so happy we got married here and will treasure those memories forever.

We had our wedding in June at the Saugerties Steamboat Co. location and it was everything we could have wanted. I truly cannot put into words just how amazing Diamond Mills is!! From start to finish Brianne & her entire team, along with the Blackbarn staff went above and beyond to make our wedding special. Take us back!! We had such a memorable day for our wedding and Diamond Mills was a big reason why. We planned our entire wedding (200 people) in all of three months and Brianne worked so closely with us from start to finish to make sure the day was perfect. She was very responsive, consultative when we needed advice, and quick to action. We got married in the ballroom and it was a beautiful venue. The food was also excellent. It was way above what you would expect for a wedding and all of our guests had nothing but positive things to say. They loved it! We would highly recommend Diamond Mills to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue!

Take us back!! We had such a memorable day for our wedding and Diamond Mills was a big reason why. She was very responsive, consultative when we needed advice, and quick to action. We got married in the ballroom and it was a beautiful venue. The food was also excellent. Diamond Mills was absolutely stunning. The natural beauty of the waterfall from the Esopus River makes for a breathtaking back drop. The food is all made fresh to order for your guests. We really valued that they have a season menu so we weren't just choosing the typical wedding steak, fish, vegetarian options. The Wedding team is very helpful for all your questions. They make the process easy with on site coordination. If you don't have the budget for a planner you will still feel supported by the venue team specifically Brianne because she is the best! She has many years of experience under her belt so is happy to give tips and options based on what she has dealt with. She also is just the sweetest and most flexible human. .The getting ready space at the hotel is gorgeous and everyone is so helpful. Terry at the Hotel helped us with booking rooms and making sure our guests were comfortable. We also hosted the farewell brunch and the waiters were all professional and friendly! They helped us use our flowers from the wedding and put them on the tables for decor!DREAM WEEKEND.

I wish we could go back and do it again! Bri and Kelsey were amazing. They were there for us every step of the way! We chose to get married on the terrace, overlooking the waterfall. The food is probably the best wedding food I have ever had and you get so many options! From start to finish it was the most perfect day. The staff, especially Brianne and Kelsey, were absolutely fantastic to work with. From day one with each of them it was evident that they are pros in their field and know what needs to be done and how to do it. It was wonderful to work with them and watch the conversations we'd had discussing what we envisioned come to life before our eyes on our special day. The day as a whole was perfect, I wouldn't change a thing, and a big part of that was Diamond Mills. It started with the wedding parties getting ready there before going to the location of the ceremony (off premises). It was a beautiful foggy morning and with the waterfall outside it felt and looked straight out of a fairytale. The getting ready pictures came out beautifully in both rooms upstairs and the first look photos with my family on the deck of the ballroom are some of my (bride) personal favorites from the day.The food was amazing! The staff and space were exquisite and it all felt so lovely leading up to and the whole of the special day. Once the day began we didn't have to worry about anything, Brianne and Kelsey and their staff took care of everything. From the band getting set, the cake being delivered, to everything in between. If anything went wrong we weren't privy to it as everything seemed to go on without a hitch. The unveiling of the reception area after cocktail hour was completed was such a magical touch. The windows and deck were crowd favorites. Our guests have commented time and time again since that day, that it was the most fun reception at one of the most beautiful venues they'd ever been too. We couldn't agree more and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a space. They do a beautiful and professional job that results in being able to enjoy your special event without any outside concerns. We are looking very forward to visiting on our one year anniversary and reliving the magic as much as we can.

She provides her honest professional options and reminds you of small but important details that would otherwise be overlooked during the planning stages. Brianne really was a life saver throughout the whole planning process! I was certain everything would run smoothly on our wedding day because of her. Brianne, thank you!!!!!Kelsey helped us on our wedding day- she is great!! She made sure our night ran according to the plan and helped me greatly during a dress malfunction. Kelsey was readily available throughout the entire wedding day which was super helpful! Thank you, Kelsey!! Booking a hotel block was quite the headache. Some staff at the hotel are difficult to communicate with and were unprofessional at times. However, this would not take away from my recommendation of using Diamond Mills for your wedding day. The venue and property are absolutely gorgeous! We got married on the balcony overlooking the waterfalls. Our pictures came our gorgeous. My daughter and now son-in-law were married at Diamond Mills in November. From minute one we all knew Diamond Mills was the perfect venue for the wedding. After meeting Brianne and Kelsey we were certain this was THE place! Every detail was tended to in a punctual, professional manner and my kids fell in love with the venue and its beauty upon seeing it, too. The entire staff deserves kudos for a job well done. Brianne and Kelsey helped me with every aspect of the planning and always calmed me when I was unsure or pointed me in the right direction when I needed guidance. The venue has the unique combination of unsurpassed natural beauty, elegance, charm, location and convenience. We also required a venue that could accommodate a fairly large number of guests. Diamond Mills fit the bill on all counts. The hotel, Saugerties Steamboat Co., the Tavern and the ball room worked for us and all our weekend events. The rave reviews continue to come in months after the event. Absolutely the most wonderful setting and place for a wedding. Kelsey, Brianne and the whole staff made Emily and Josh's wedding simply perfect in every way and eternally memorable. I give them my highest and most heartfelt recommendation. And I am grateful to have found this amazing venue and its people! Simply THE BEST!

We got engaged in November of 2021. This was the first venue we went to for a tour and needless to say the only! We met Brianne first and although we had expressed interest in the Boathouse, she took us on a detailed tour of the two sites at the main venue. We ultimately decided on the Boathouse because it fit our rustic theme perfectly. From there we started working with Kelsey who was so amazing to work with! Everyone ways amazing at Diamond Mills and the Boathouse! Brianne and Kelsey knew all the great spots to take photos! We did our first look by the waterfall and stopped traffic on the bridge leading to the Boathouse because we were told everyone who gets married at Diamond Mills has to take a photo of the bridge! Kelsey and the team did a great job decorating the space based on the vision we had! We did a buffet style dinner and everyone raved about the menu we chose! We can’t say enough amazing things about Diamond Mills! It truly is a beautiful space with an amazing team!

The venue itself is absolutely beautiful and full of character, needing little decor other than florals. We were so pleased with the ease of the planning process and had the best time at such a unique venue! While we initially chose it for the stunning waterfall view, delicious food, on-site hotel and charming town, we were so grateful for the amazing team who helped us along the way—especially Brianne and Kelsey.We used multiple Diamond Mills sites throughout the weekend, from our Friday night boathouse bash, to our Saturday evening wedding, and finally our late-night drinks at The Tavern. We had a creative vision, with lots of ideas that we wanted to bring to life. Brianne always greeted these with openness and positivity, trying to figure out how she could make them happen, rather than saying no. She and Kelsey also made things easy to coordinate from a distance (we live in New York City).The team also made our day run smoothly, and we knew there’d be nothing for us to worry about. Brianne always greeted these with openness and positivity, trying to figure out how she could make them happen, rather than saying no. She and Kelsey also made things easy to coordinate from a distance (we live in New York City).The team also made our day run smoothly, and we knew there’d be nothing for us to worry about. We got married at Saugerties Steamboat Company in October, and our friends and family are still buzzing about it! Not only was the venue beautiful, but our venue coordinator Kelsey executed our vision for the decorations far beyond our expectations. She even had our favorite pumpkin beers ready for us after the ceremony - such a lovely surprise! The venue was everything we were hoping for: the courtyard where the ceremony took place was beautiful and doubled as a perfect outdoor hangout area during the reception, complete with a firepit. Kelsey and the other SSCo. staff were friendly, efficient, and attentive, even bringing us plates of hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour to make sure we didn’t miss out on any of the delicious food in between spending time with our guests. We are so, so happy with our decision to get married at Saugerties Steamboat Company!

Oh my goodness, there is so much to say about how wonderful Diamond Mills is!! We were married at DM on Saturday November 13th 2021 after working with them for around 30 months (what a time lol!). From our initial meeting with Brianne, we were in love with the space and how amazing and helpful she was. DM was the first venue we looked at and after looking at three others that weekend we knew DM was the perfect spot. Just from how knowledgeable and how friendly Brianne was and how she anticipated questions we didn’t even know to ask! As we were traveling from out of state, I loved the fact that everything could be in the exact same location. The Venue, Hotel and Tavern being so close sold it for me, who doesn’t want to be able to just walk over to the ceremony instead of having to figure out timing or travel.We were one of the wonderful couples who had to postpone due to Covid and never at any point did we have an issue dealing with DM. At every point Brianne and Bethany were so helpful and so caring in dealing with the problems many of their couples faced. We had our tasting during the point of not knowing if we would postpone or not and they worked with us. My MIL was actually there and thought Brianne and Bethany were our friends from just how lovely they were to talk to! The wait was worth it because our day was incredible!! Even planning through a pandemic and through distance it was never a hassle. I asked the most random questions and was always given a timely and helpful response, it was such a pleasure every time I had to communicate with someone at DM.The space is absolutely amazing from our initial arrival at the Hotel everyone was in love with the view of the falls. The rooms are gorgeous, the ballroom is spectacular, the staircase was incredible for pictures. Everything came together wonderfully even though we had to move our ceremony inside due to rain. I was worried since I had loved the outside terrace, but the inside ceremony was so intimate and beautiful I think I loved it even more than our original plan.The staff, oh my goodness, the staff is amazing! We had never been to a wedding where so many people complimented on how amazing the staff were! Seriously every server and bartender I interacted with I was amazed with how helpful and caring each of them were. We knew we had loved Bethany and Brianne, but to know that each and every member of the staff and the banquet manager, Ryan, were just as lovely and amazing to deal with as they were made me so relieved and happy that we had chosen DM. The food… oh boy don’t get me started on how amazing the pumpkin ravioli is! We had our tasting in July of 2020 and I dreamt of the food since then. Our cake was amazing! Cocktail hour was great, everything was so good and wonderful. One of our groomsmen was a chef for years and he was insanely impressed by the mashed potatoes!Every single detail was perfect. Every part of the process of wedding planning with DM was stress free. I loved the homework packets and checklists that they gave us, it was so easy and helpful in making everything come together. They were amazing in creating the most amazing wedding for us. If you are looking for the most amazing venue, I would absolutely recommend DM. Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was amazing. Everything was delicious. I could go on forever about how perfect my wedding was and it is thanks to the wonderful people at DM and I cannot thank them all enough!

We had never been to a wedding where so many people complimented on how amazing the staff were! Seriously every server and bartender I interacted with I was amazed with how helpful and caring each of them were. We knew we had loved Bethany and Brianne, but to know that each and every member of the staff and the banquet manager, Ryan, were just as lovely and amazing to deal with as they were made me so relieved and happy that we had chosen DM. The food… oh boy don’t get me started on how amazing the pumpkin ravioli is! We had our tasting in July of 2020 and I dreamt of the food since then. Our cake was amazing! Cocktail hour was great, everything was so good and wonderful. One of our groomsmen was a chef for years and he was insanely impressed by the mashed potatoes!Every single detail was perfect. Every part of the process of wedding planning with DM was stress free. I loved the homework packets and checklists that they gave us, it was so easy and helpful in making everything come together. They were amazing in creating the most amazing wedding for us. If you are looking for the most amazing venue, I would absolutely recommend DM. Everything was absolutely perfect. Everyone was amazing. Everything was delicious. I could go on forever about how perfect my wedding was and it is thanks to the wonderful people at DM and I cannot thank them all enough!

WOW! Diamond Mills is absolutely worth the five star rating. Our wedding was on 10/23/2021 so all the details are fresh in my mind. I will start by saying that our original wedding date was May 8th, 2021, but due to covid, we had to push it back, which looking back was a win-win for us. The venue at Diamond Mills is situated right on the Esopus creek and during the fall, you can see the leaves changing, Our pictures came our beautifully at such a gorgeous venue. Secondly, Bethany and Brianne are Heaven-sent. Literally every single question I had was answered so efficiently via email or phone. Bethany was always accessible and always kind. I'm sure I was overwhelming her with questions and concerns in particular about covid precautions, but she never showed any frustration. The point is...planning a wedding is not easy in general, but with Bethany and Brianne, it IS easy! I truly admire their work ethic and I'm so thankful for every thing they did for us. At our rehearsal dinner and the wedding =, we had guests comment on how well-run the entire event was. We even had friends there who were getting married elsewhere a couple of weeks after us and the first words out of their mouths were, \"I hope our event coordinator is as amazing as Bethany!\". The attention to detail had me feeling cool as a cucumber on my wedding day, when in reality, I am usually one to be anxious. Bethany and Brianne utilize a \"homework packet\" that makes sure that everything is set up the way you want it on the day of your wedding. I knew going into it that we were all on the same page, including the vendors. Another reason why I loved having our wedding at Diamond Mills is because it is right in the village of Saugerties and close in proximity to many other hotels if you have a lot of guests coming from out of town. Bethany and Brianne can definitely suggest hotels, shuttle companies, and other vendors as they have worked with many and are extremely familiar with the area. We had our wedding in the Grand Ballroom, which is a beautiful room and can be decorated any which way you choose. Though we decided on the ballroom, we also checked out the Tavern and the Steamboat and I loved both. Diamond Mills can work for any style wedding for that reason. The food was INCREDIBLE. Our guests were blown away and so was I. I know that often times, brides and grooms miss out on the food because we are so busy chatting with guests, but there was a server there who let me know that he would personally make sure I got every single hors d'oeuvre and he did not dissappoint! Lastly, the rooms are just gorgeous and we stayed in the tower suite after the wedding. It was easily the nicest hotel room I have ever had the pleasure of staying it - plus, the view was breathtaking! I just felt so cared for every step of the way and I cannot explain how much that meant to me. It was a beautiful experience every step of the way. Bethany is such an asset and perfect for her role at Diamond Mills. I would also have to say the same about Brianne and Ryan as well. These ladies are on top of their game! If you are looking for a beautiful wedding in the Hudson Valley, then the Diamond Mills is definitely your place! Love them and can't wait to head back for our 1 year anniversary!

My wife and I got married a month ago and had our reception at Diamond Mills. We couldn’t be happier with the way everything turned out! The building is beautiful and the view of the bridge/river is amazing and made for some really great pictures!Our guests were blown away by how good all of the food was, which was no surprise. We went for two tastings and it was honestly so hard to make final menu choices because everything was so good!! I am a big hockey fan and I asked if they could make a custom Stanley Cup wedding cake. Not only did they agree to do it but they did an awesome job and it came out amazing. I can’t say enough how amazing Brianne and Bethany were. We had to cancel twice because of Covid and they were there for us for all of the ups and downs. They are both so sweet and kind and truly a pleasure to work with. Bethany must have answered a thousand emails from us over the last two years and she was always very prompt, thorough and super helpful! She always has a smile on her face and she was a calming presence when the Covid stress got overwhelming. She made everything go smoothly on the wedding day. I can’t say enough how much we loved working with her and how great she is at her job!!Our experience at DM was overwhelmingly positive and I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a wedding venue!

I don't even know where to begin with Diamond Mills. DM was maybe the third venue we considered and saw after we got engaged and it was instantly the obvious choice. Being from Saugerties, this was the favorable option as far as being close to home. My husband and I both agreed that Diamond Mills would be the perfect venue, but it wasn't until the planning process that we truly saw the worth and value in what we'd chosen.Bethany and Brianne are the backbone of a wedding at Diamond Mills, and if they aren't the strongest backbone you'll ever find!! I don't know how Bethany does it - she fielded and responded to e-mails from me consistently - usually riddled with questions or worry - and she did it with such grace. Having her there the day of was an absolute blessing and pleasure. When it came time for her to leave at the end of the night I didn't even want her to! I'd rather she stayed and joined the fun! The beauty of Diamond Mills is above and beyond, but the operations and the ebb and flow of everything truly stands out and will leave a mark on our wedding day memories. The food was fantastic, as expected, and we kept the tavern bar open after our reception for people which was a huge hit! The bartender was incredible and the option to continue the fun in a more intimate way at the end of the night was perfect. We stayed at the Hotel that night, as well, which was incredible and the front desk receptionist that night, Sara, was an angel! I could go on and on and I want to, but I'm afraid I'll get carried away. All in all, we've been wishing to go back all week. Diamond Mills is the place for sure!

This review is so overdue, but we had the BEST, most magical wedding day and we credit so much of that to Diamond Mills. We met with Brianne in 2020 (the weekend before the world shut down) and were immediately impressed with the organization and attention to detail. Brianne made us feel like we were the only couple she was planning for. After touring a few other venues we decided that Diamond Mills had everything we needed and they really set the bar high. We took a chance in an unpredictable world and set the date for 2021. Bethany & Brianne did a wonderful job keeping us updated as we navigated a rollercoaster of added and dropped Covid regulations for the year leading up to our big day. We are so thankful to say that by the time May 30th rolled around we were able to have the most perfect day. I can't even brag about Bethany enough for her day-of assistance. We made a game day decision to relocate the whole ceremony inside due to rain and she perfectly re-decorated the new space. Then she hand-crafted some extra boutonnieres on the spot, while also making sure both groom and bridal parties had sufficient bar snacks. She was everywhere! But I could really brag about all of the staff. Numerous guests raved that the bartender memorized everyone's drink order after just one visit (110 guests), custodians helped us pack up the next day, the security guard helped us find some lost cell phones at 5am. The entire Diamond Mills staff just lives hospitality!So incredibly thankful for these ladies on our best day. Our over the top happiness is evident in every photo.

Bethany, one of the venue coordinators, was so wonderful to work with - her patience, constant communication, positive attitude and helpfulness (she knows all the best restaurants/bars/local vendors!) really helped us get through all the ups and downs of planning a wedding over the past 1.5 years. Bethany & Brianne guided us through every aspect of the wedding planning and helped make it as simple and streamlined as possible with organized excel sheets.We had our rehearsal dinner at the Steamboat Saugerties Co. with dinner, live music, and lawn games on the waterfront under the string lights. Our wedding day in the ballroom was more beautiful than we even imagined (many guests told us it was the most beautiful wedding location they've ever been to), and we never once felt rushed or out of the loop with the wedding day timeline. The event manager, Ryan, was so attentive and did an amazing job of coordinating both parties after-hours. The after party in the Tavern next door was the perfect way to end the night with more music, food and drinks, and a staff that could handle a big crowd!We loved the convenience of having our families and close friends stay at the hotel and we received glowing reviews from all of our guests about the rooms. Plus, the Esopus Suite was the ideal place for the bridal party to get hair & makeup done. We can't say enough good things about our experience and we highly recommend Diamond Mills for your wedding!

We've reached out to several DJs and photographers - each one knew and loved Bethany and Brie. This detail is often overlooked, but so crucial as it made us as a couple feel confident that everything would go smoothly, and it did! We knew our wedding day was going to be beautiful, but we had no idea how fun it would be! The day was filled with endless delicious (top-notch) food and beverages, music and dancing. Brie and Bethany not only accommodated all our needs, but went above and beyond with all requests. As the mother of the Bride, I couldn’t have wished for a better wedding for my daughter! From start to finish, Diamond Mills made my daughters’ wedding truly a dream come true. Bethany and Brianne are amazing at what they do. They are professional, knowledgeable and beyond helpful especially during difficult times. My daughter had to move her wedding date twice because of COVID and Bethany and Brianne made the whole process seamless. They were in constant contact with my daughter, alleviating any stress she had. The Grand Ballroom, where we had the wedding, offers the most spectacular views of the Esopus creek and waterfall! As guests lingered out onto the huge terrace overlooking the Falls, which lighted up at night, they couldn’t help but marvel at the stunning beauty of it. But the true star of the event I must say was the food! Our guests said it was the best wedding food they have ever had. The bartenders made amazing drinks and wait staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The night started and ended perfectly. The next morning we treated some guests to Brunch at The Tavern. Another great culinary experience! The lemon blueberry pancakes were to die for! I am beyond happy with the entire experience. If you are looking for a wedding venue in the Hudson Valley area, with a great staff who knows how to give that personal touch, this is the place for you. You won’t regret it!!!!

Planning a wedding is hard enough to begin with but being a bride during the pandemic was something I thought would be extremely challenging. This was not the case thanks to Bethany and Brianne at Diamond Mills Hotel. They supported us as a couple from day 1 and worked with us every step of the way. We ended up having to push our wedding date and then cut down our guest list to have a more intimate ceremony because after all that planning we just wanted to be married. They helped to ease the difficulties by having conversations and providing us with a variety of creative options to make our wedding dreams come true. The wedding day was extremely smooth and everything I ever imagined. The attention to detail and making sure we had everything the way we wanted it was impeccable. While it wasn’t what we originally planned for our big day, I am so happy that we chose Diamond Mills because without the support, I don’t know how we would have done it. I look back on our wedding day and it still is the best day of my life during a very hard time. From the planning, to replanning, food choices, day of details, room set up, ceremony ideas, service,etc. I am so impressed with Diamond Mills and would highly recommend for any future bride and groom. We are thankful to have been married at Diamond Mills and will forever hold that day very close to our heart.

I live in NYC and wasn't sure if they would be able to live up to my expectations but it was even great than I could have imagined. Diamond Mills was an incredibly perfect venue for our wedding! I cannot give them enough stars or recommend them enough! Our guests are still raving about it! Brianne gave us all the time we needed to tour the venue options and answer questions prior to booking. She even agreed to add chicken parmesan to our menu (the groom’s favorite!) Once we booked, Bethany took over to help us plan our event every step of the way. She may be the most valuable part of the Diamond Mills experience. Any time I was stressed about something, Bethany made sure it was okay. I really credit her with making our day everything it was. She literally watches over and carries out every single detail. Everyone in our entire bridal party was blown away by how efficient, fun, and on top of things Bethany was. She is AMAZING and makes sure everything is the way you imagined. She goes above and beyond anything you’d expect an event coordinator to do. Also, Bethany worked seamlessly with our vendors (we used their recommended vendors - Cynthia Starr Photography, Jade DJ Entertainment, and Cherry Brandy Design - highly recommend them all!)The day of our October wedding, it rained... but it did not spoil our day at all. If anything, everyone worked even harder to make up for the rain. We chose to rent a tent and heaters so that we could still have our ceremony outside. I’m so glad we did. Our pictures still capture the bridge and waterfall, exactly as we wanted, and our guests stayed dry and warm. Luckily it stopped raining later in the night so we were able to get an outdoor photo. Our guests were so impressed by the beauty of Diamond Mills. The breathtaking waterfall, grand staircase, and open spaces photograph beautifully and provide plenty of space for all of the guests. The bathrooms are huge and so nice (way better than anywhere else I’ve been)! You don’t want your guests spending the night waiting in the bathroom. Our fall details looked gorgeous is their neutrally decorated ballroom. I also loved that the bridal suite and boardroom are upstairs and away from guest traffic. The food was delicious! So many people ordered chicken parm, which the groom loved! Most wedding cakes are dry and tasteless, but our cake was sooo good. I really wanted to eat the top layer when we came home (I didn’t!). Multiple people have told us how much they enjoyed their dinner and actually ate the cake!Overall, in addition to us, our guests had an amazing time and keep telling us that we had the best wedding they’ve been to. We wouldn’t change a thing! We love looking at our pictures and reliving our day. And I miss working with Bethany! We wouldn’t change anything about the entire experience (except maybe the rain)! Thank you Brianne, Bethany, and the entire Diamond Mills team!

Where do I even begin! My husband and I could not be happier with our choice to get married at the Diamond Mills. From our very first meeting to the wedding weekend itself, everything was amazing. As people who love a good excel spreadsheet, we were immediately impressed when Brianne presented us price breakdowns of all our options. We were able to customise our package and got everything we wanted! Bethany is an angel, and made the planning process seamless. It was absolutely stress free, and we already miss working with her! From dealing with crazy relatives, to helping fix my dress bustle when it ripped mid-reception, she was a total professional, and incredibly sweet. Their preferred vendor list was equally amazing, and it was great to have a team that worked so well together. Our guests are still raving about our wedding night, how beautiful the venue was, and how much fun they had! We can’t wait to come back for our anniversary next year, and we love giving recommendations to friends getting married in the area! Our only criticism is for the Hotel and the Tavern, which have separate management from the wedding venue team. While the food is great, the service at the Tavern is incredibly slow. We had heard this before going and hoped for the best, but everyone was right. It took far too long for anyone to even approach our table, and we’re very patient people! The service at the hotel was not very accommodating when it came to our hotel block. My father in law booked his hotel rooms for Friday and Saturday night when we first set our date. Somehow they messed up the reservation and they booked him independently for Friday night and then for Saturday night. When he called the hotel the week before the wedding to make sure his reservation was set, they realized the mistake and were somehow unable to adjust it. He had to check out the morning of the wedding from his Friday night stay and then check back in again to stay Saturday night. This was the last thing he needed to be worrying about on the day of his son’s wedding, and they made no effort to resolve the issue. We were very disappointed in the lack of service and professionalism on such a special day, especially for a very important part of our wedding.But I want to end this on a high note. Despite the criticism for the Tavern and Hotel, we are so happy with how our wedding went, and will continue to sing the praises of Bethany, Brianne, and the whole events team - we’re always going to be your biggest fans!

The moment we met with Bethany to take the initial tour, we were instantly impressed with the Diamond Mills. Even on a rainy day, the venue was absolutely beautiful! Bethany was so wonderful to work with. We were living in CA the entire year leading up to our wedding and were never concerned about a single detail! The food was incredible and our guests kept commenting on how rare it was to have excellent food at a large wedding. We also opted to have a morning after brunch at the Tavern, which was a great way to say goodbye to our guests. Bethany did such a wonderful job with our decor. I really did not have a great vision in mind and she made it all more beautiful than I imagined! She also kept the day running very smoothly and we never had to worry about a thing. Lastly, we were also able to design our cake in great detail and it was so amazing (and very delicious). We highly recommend booking the Diamond Mills Hotel!

I honestly don't even know where to begin to describe just how incredible our wedding reception was at Diamond Mills. When we first met with Brianne to learn about weddings at Diamond Mills, we knew we were going to be in good hands and that we were going to have the most incredible and special day. Brianne and Bethany took care of us from beginning to end. There easy to fill out homework packets helped us make sure we had everything we needed ahead of time. They planned the entire timeline for us, were there to meet months ahead, were there the days before when we had to drop off our stuff and were of course there the day of. They were so flexible with everything, they arranged our decorations for us and made everything look better than we ever could have imagined. It was also incredible because even though many others have been married their before they allowed us to put our own touches on things and made us feel so special that it felt as though our wedding was so unique. The staff all around was incredible from not just the event coordinators but also the waiters, bussers, bartenders and chefs. The food was absolutely incredible from the appetizers to the cheese spread to the outstanding entrees and of course the delicious cake. Our guests are still raving about the food, drinks, the staff and of course how beautiful the location was. The amazing balcony overlooking the waterfalls is just the most perfect place for cocktail hour and pictures. The ballroom was so incredibly beautiful. I also have to mention how great it was for our bridal party to have the bridal suite. We also did an after party at the Tavern which was awesome because we had our guests just walk right next door and keep the party going. Then not to mention the hotel being situated right there which allowed our guests the comfort of walking right upstairs when they were done. We absolutely loved every second of it from working with Brianne and Bethany almost a year ahead of time, to the dinner tasting which was incredible, to the planning, and then the whole day of. We couldn't have asked for a more perfect place. If you want to have your wedding at a location that your guests will love, that you can turn into your own unique day, that will put your mind at ease and give you the most incredible day, you have to choose Diamond Mills!

Wedding planning is stressful? I really wouldn't know due to the wonderful and helpful staff at Diamond Mills! Brianne and Bethany were amazing to work with. While they are both fun and have a great sense of humor, they are also caring, patient, and conscientious individuals, who can seriously get down to business, are great at what they do, and can make magic happen. No question seem to bother them, they were always available to talk, and were both so knowledgeable about how to have the smoothest running wedding possible, without sacrificing any beauty. I strongly believe that the day of my wedding was so stress-free because of these two! I really had nothing to worry about during the months leading up to the wedding and the day of! The waitstaff was also amazing. Our guests cannot stop talking the service they received during our wedding. They all rave about how nice the waiters were and how delicious their meals were. One aspect that stood out to our guests the most was how friendly and quick the bartenders were. With a guest total of 135 fond drinkers, there was never any lines at the bar. Our guests also still talk about how our red velvet wedding cake was one of the best cakes they have ever tasted! Everything left to Diamond Mills to handle was simply done incredibly on their part. My husband and I couldn't be happier with service we received here. We would highly recommend this venue to anyone!

Wedding planning is stressful? I really wouldn't know due to the wonderful and helpful staff at Diamond Mills! Brianne and Bethany were amazing to work with. We had our wedding at the Tavern at Diamond Mills. Brianne gave us the tour and we knew right away that Diamond Mills was the venue for us. From there we were in touch with Bethany who was an absolute pleasure to work with. She was our wedding coordinator and was professional, patient, kind, helpful, and extremely responsive. Bethany and her team set up the venue perfectly. She made the whole planning process easy, from start to finish. The venue was gorgeous and provided the perfect winter wonderland setting we envisioned. The price was reasonable, staff was great, food was excellent, and the wedding was perfect!

Choosing Diamond Mills as our wedding location was the best decision we ever made as a couple! From the very beginning of the planning process, Bethany and Brianne were friendly, attentive, and accommodating for the vision we had for our big day. We loved the outdoor ceremony space on the back terrace that flowed into an inside/outside cocktail hour and finished with a beautiful reception in the ballroom. We also wanted a venue where we would be the only wedding in that specific part of the site so we wouldn’t have to share bathrooms, hallways, etc. The space was truly ours. In addition to its perfect Hudson Valley location, we were drawn to Diamond Mill’s package & food offerings as we knew that a big cocktail hour was important to us. We settled on the Diamond Package which gave us the best offerings of high-quality food, in-person action stations, personalized signature cocktails, top shelf spirits, and excellent customer service – our guests were blown away and raved about how great it was! The reception dinner choices, cake, and Viennese table were out of this world. The bacon wrapped filet with crab meat was the best meal of my life – and yes, as the bride, I ate dinner! We also appreciated the following aspects of this location: convenient and abundant parking for guests and shuttle buses, the upstairs bridal suite which served as a pre-wedding wedding party room and a quiet escape for my husband and I during the actual event, beautiful indoor ceremony location options (if needed), and the beautiful bathrooms! It may be silly, but we’ve been to too many events where guests are sharing toiletries and waiting in line for bathrooms with guests of other events. I could even fit in the stalls with my dress! We can’t thank Bethany, Brianne, and their team enough!

Diamond Mills was the perfect place to have our wedding. From the moment we arrived we knew it was where we wanted to have our wedding. After meeting with a Bethany we stopped looking at other venues and booked our date! The whole experience from start to finish was beyond pleasant. Bethany and Brianne were so helpful with all of our needs. They were easy to get in touch with and responded to all of our emails quickly. The day of the wedding everything was set up perfectly. The waterfall and bridge view were breathtaking. The service was excellent and all of our guest could not stop talking about how amazing the food is. It’s very rare to see every plate cleared at a wedding, but at Diamond Mills the food is so good you can’t stop. We were told from the beginning something always goes wrong and to just let go and enjoy the day, fortunately absolutely nothing went wrong, we had the most pleasant and perfect wedding.

MAGICAL. That’s how I explain my wedding at the saugerties steamboat company. From the second meeting Brianne and Bethany, it was like an aaah moment! We were so thankful for the both of them!! These women are there to help you with every single step of the way! We were lucky enough to work with Bethany for the most part of our wedding!! She is just a gem! An absolute hardworking, determined and an awesome chick! She will make you feel like she’s been your best friend for years and knows exactly what you are looking for! Bethany does her job so darn well we hope to have her help with another event in the future!! The venue itself is straight out of a magazine! Between diamond mills and SSBCO, there’s a beautiful wedding venue for everyone.Looking back on that day I would never change a thing. Everything was PERFECT! The hotel was beautiful, the reception venue was jaw dropping. My husband and I have nothing but great things to say about Diamond mills and the Saugerties steamboat company.Thank you to all of the hardworking staff that made our whole weekend there a weekend we will never forget!

My husband and I got married in Saugerties in May 2019. We had the reception at Diamond Mills and the experience couldn't have been better or easier. The venue is a really beautiful place - our guests loved taking pictures on the patio with the beautiful waterfall and the creek in the background. Moreover, Bethany and Brianne were instrumental in making our wedding run as smoothly as possible. Even though they must coordinate several events throughout the course of the year, they made us feel like our wedding was a priority and really helped us every step of the way. It made planning a wedding for 150 people way, way easier, and for that alone I would highly recommend Diamond Mills as a great place to host an event. We look forward to coming back for dinner at the Tavern on our one year anniversary.

Diamond Mills was the best choice . We live near Beacon Newburgh and DM was by far the most affordable ! We’ve spoken to several guests at our wedding and usually guests say oh the venue was beautiful but food wasn’t great etc . But Diamond Mills blows everything out of the water . I promise your guests will love everything about this venue because ours can’t stop talking about it STILL ! I will be honest , we had a little hiccup in the beginning with room blocks because they were transitioning between staff but DM did everything and more to make the situation right with us ! Our wedding coordinator was Bethany and OMG ! Give that girl a raise she was absolutely perfect , I didn’t worry about one single thing on the day of my wedding and trust me there were a lot of dynamics to worry about lol . I honestly cannot suggest this venue enough ! Everything about them was perfect they were so respectful , polite , friendly just really the package deal ! I’m also going to add because I couldn’t find info on this when I was searching but please give your servers a little something extra ! They are super hard workers especially at DM and it literally would make their night I’m sure . I know your spending a lot but a little extra thought goes a long way and I know this because Diamond Mills really put extra thought into my whole wedding and I truly believe they did that because they wanted too not because they had too !! I can't recommend this venue enough. Not only is it absolutely beautiful but Bethany and Brianne were a dream to work with. We got married at the Saugerties Steamboat and worked really closely with Bethany. She was super organized, really calming, and friendly. Throughout the process, Bethany was super transparent, helpful, and super quick to respond to any questions. They made sure everyone in my family was taken care of, and were all around just amazing to work with. They really worked with me and made sure that my vision became a reality. Bethany made sure everything went smooth the day of which made me feel at ease. I would choose Saugerties Steamboat again and again! My wedding was the most beautiful and best time of my life and I owe a lot to the team at Saugerties Steamboat!!!

I can't recommend this venue enough. Not only is it absolutely beautiful but Bethany and Brianne were a dream to work with. After our beautiful wedding, I just kept saying \"I want to do it again! I want to have another wedding!\" And if we could, I wouldn't change a thing! Diamond Mills, Brianne, and Bethany were a dream to work with. From our first meeting, my husband and I were confident this would be our venue. They have a beautiful ceremony and reception space, attached tavern and restaurant, and hotel rooms -- really convenient for our guests who were traveling. Their rates and options are clear cut and reasonable - they had a wonderful book with everything outlined clearly and they either stuck to that information or gave us improved options! Brianne was a pleasure to work with initially; after touring the venue and speaking with her once we booked it! From then on, Bethany was our contact person and day-of coordinator and was truly a dream to work with. She's bubbly and friendly, but more importantly, knows what she's doing and is extremely competent and professional. When my husband and I had any ideas we got an immediate \"Yes, sure, we can do that!\" Everything was just easy! On the actual wedding day, everything ran smoothly. Brianne and Bethany and the rest of the Diamond Mills team coordinated with our vendors, taking care of everything behind the scenes. I am a micro-manager by nature, but this day I felt completely comfortable surrendering all control to the wonderful group of professionals at Diamond Mills. Food was wonderful, drinks were flowing, and we had the best day! We really give Brianne, Bethany, and Diamond Mills credit for that!

There is not one bad thing that I could say about Diamond Mills and the entire staff! From the moment my husband and I stepped into the door and speaking with Brianne and Bethany, we knew we wanted to have our wedding here. Bethany is truly amazing. She answered everyone of my emails and million of questions. She set up our wedding venue exactly how I envisioned. Our wedding day and every day leading up to it was nothing but amazing. From the initial meeting to the food tasting to the day of our wedding everything went perfect. The food on our wedding day was exceptional, we had so many guest compliment that. The venue itself is just so beautiful. The staff at the hotel was nothing but accommodating. We had the best day ever and the best decision we made was getting married at Diamond Mills. My husband and I can’t wait to have dinner in the tavern again over the summer! We can’t thank you guys enough for an amazing day!

My husband and I were searching for a wedding venue for several months before finding Diamond Mills - a venue that has everything a bride could hope for. The hotel rooms for friends and family are stunning. The Saugerties Steamboat venue is idyllic and incredibly romantic - the perfect setting for a wedding. Our wedding was on March 2, 2019. We had a perfect dusting of snow to beautifully complement our winter wedding. From start to finish, the planning and day-of coordination were expertly managed by Bethany and Brianne. Any questions we had were answered with a warm, yet professional, quick reply. Any issues that arose were handled promptly, and we were completely satisfied with the assistance we received. They are wonderful, dedicated people, and were a true pleasure to work with. Other things I appreciated about our experience with Diamond Mills, and why I would recommend it: The venue is so adaptable to the size of your wedding. Whether you want a cozy, intimate reception or a big, loud one, they have the space or they can scale it down. The food is exceptional. From the simplest menu selections to the most elaborate, their offerings are unique, delicious, and presented beautifully (I’m still dreaming about the short rib). The hotel is beautiful, comfortable, and so convenient. The bathroom floors are heated! Our guests loved staying there. The Tavern was also a perfect location for our rehearsal dinner, and again the menu was so customizable. The selections all sounded so great, it was hard to narrow it down.As I now know from experience: your wedding WILL fly by. Nothing can prepare you for how quickly the weekend/the day goes, so remember that nothing is more valuable than your time. Spend as much of it as you can enjoying your wedding. Diamond Mills was so convenient for us and our guests. And lastly, the waterfall is undeniably magical.

Where do I start? I cannot say enough positive things- Bethany and Brianne and the entire team at Diamond Mills are amazing. When we were looking for our venue we toured several places and we were met with the same scripted speech from everyone- none of them made us feel unique or special (and let's be honest, when it comes to your wedding you want it to be exactly that) until we met with Brianne. She made us feel so comfortable, patiently gave us a tour while we asked lots of questions and took lots of pictures, and showed us how many things could be customized to suit our wishes. She was quick to respond to follow up emails and sent us an enthusiastic congratulations when we booked our date. We knew that this was the perfect place for us. Leading up to the wedding, working with Bethany was dream. She is incredibly organized, attentive to detail, and professional. Bethany was in constant communication with us. She never seemed overwhelmed or bothered by our questions and requests and always got back to us with a quick reply. We presented several challenges as we booked both the Tavern and the Steamboat Company for our special day, only to complicate it by having it in the middle of winter. The team was on it! They made sure fireplaces were lit, heat was turned up, and coats were checked. They worked hard to set up our decor- we didn't need much, the venues are already gorgeous on their own- and make sure everything was perfect. There was not a single moment where I felt stressed or worried about everything getting set up how we wanted it. During the reception, Bethany did a great job at keeping everything on schedule. Dinner was amazing, the cake came out perfect, and we really got to enjoy our wedding the way it should be- not focused on the timeline and making sure our guests were being attended to. We could trust that that was all being done for us.Bethany is one of the most genuine people I have had the pleasure of working with. I could not recommend Diamond Mills enough. Even our guests are still, a month later, talking about the fabulous venue and how great our wedding was! I truly believe that I would not have had even close to an experience as amazing as this if we had chosen any other venue.

Picking a venue for our New Year's Eve date was very stressful for us. We felt alot of other places had staff that were cold, rude & unaccommodating. Not to mention we really wanted to get married on New Year's Eve which made finding a venue within our budget even more difficult. We came across Diamond Mills while spending a weekend in the area for Octoberfest. We stopped by the venue and was introduced to Brianne who was cheerful, warm and easy to speak with. After sitting down with Brianne and taking a tour of the venue, we knew this was the place where we wanted to get married. We loved coming back to Diamond Mills meet with Bethany and Brianne, they made wedding planning so easy and believe it or not - FUN! There is something to be said if the groom isn't even complaining about going to the venue for meetings. We are OBSESSED with the food at the Tavern. We lived for the wedding tastings. Brianne and Bethany was super sweet on the fact that we kept coming back to Diamond Mills to indulge ourselves with tastings. Everthing tasted amazing. Our wedding night was phenomenal!! We got married at the Tavern followed by a reception in the dining room. The staff was top notch!! All my guests were well taken care of with exceptional service. I'm still receiving compliments on how amazing the food was at our wedding. Wedding planning can be a very stressful time but we totally lucked out working with awesome people like Brianne and Bethany and the rest of the Diamond Mills staff who gave us such an incredible experience filled with nothing but awesome memories throughout our planning process. We were so impressed by the team early on that I recommended the venue to my sister who was already engaged and also was having trouble locating a venue. my sister decided to also get married at Diamond Mills in the ballroom the same year! Brianne, Bethanny and the Diamond Mills staff have been such a huge blessing to our family and we can't thank them enough for everything.

We knew we didn’t want to get married in a ballroom, but we didn’t want to get married in a barn either and the SSCo. was the perfect combination of rustic yet formal. Brianne and Bethany were the absolute best to work with, both so down to earth and personable. They worked with us to make sure we stayed within budget and still had tons of options for food, drink, setup and times. Our ceremony was inside upstairs since it was a tad too windy, but the foliage was absolutely stunning the first weekend of November for pictures. It was a little chilly outside, but they had a fire going on the inside fireplace that kept it cozy and everyone flocked to. The cocktail hour was downstairs, and the reception was upstairs again. The room and layout were rearranged so quickly, and the wait staff were so friendly and helpful. We had a buffet style dinner and it worked out perfectly, the food was amazingggg! Later on, we had a fire outside where guests could cuddle up with blankets and had s’mores. Our timeline all day and night was spot on as Brianne coordinated with our DJ to keep everything on track. Overall best day of our lives and we are so happy that we chose SSCo. as our venue!

We just got married at Diamond Mills about a week ago and could not have asked for a better venue. We booked Diamond Mills a year and a half before the big day and Bethany was helpful every step of the way! Her bubbly personality made even the most stressful details seem possible. I honestly didn’t have a single worry on the day of my wedding. Guests and vendors actually commented on “how unusually calm” I was compared to other brides on their wedding days. The food was absolutely perfect. Both Bethany and Brianne were incredibly responsive, answering last minute questions and e mails. Diamond Mills is becoming a very popular wedding venue and appears booked more than it’s not, but the attention you get from the staff at Diamond Mills makes you feel like your wedding is the only one that’s important. This is an incredibly hard to find and desired quality. Guests are still raving about the experience they had at our wedding at Diamond Mills.

My husband and I got married here November 17th and it was an amazing time! We're still talking about it! Overall our experience at the Diamond Mills was the best. Bethany was our coordinator and we couldn't have done it without her. She helped us with all the planning throughout the year and was with us on our wedding day. She just made everything so much easier for us. The staff at DM were all very helpful and great to work with and we're happy we chose this venue. The venue is a beautiful space and with the Esopus Creek waterfall right there it really added to everything. Our guests loved it too and kept asking, \"how did you find this place??\". The food is 5+ stars. Throughout the year we visited Saugerties several times so we ate at the tavern quite a few times and the food is delicious, we've eaten breakfast and lunch here. We felt we were in goods with the food for our wedding..and we were! Our guests enjoyed all the food at our wedding, from our cocktail hour options to dinner to dessert. We had our rehearsal dinner at the tavern and that was also very enjoyable. We also loved our red velvet wedding cake! Is it bad luck to eat the top layer now instead of our 1 year anniversary?? I really want to. This is a great place for all events. Our experience was beyond what we could have imagined and are extremely happy with how everything went that day. Thank you to the DM!!! You will forever hold a place in our hearts.

I cannot even express how wonderful the staff is at Diamond Mills. Bri did a wonderful job at making sure everything we saw for our wedding we could have and Bethany made it all come true. We planned our wedding from out of state, but I grew up in Saugerties and was familiar with Diamond Mills so that helped me be able to have my vision. Bethany was there with us for every step, worry, concern, change in plans. She was there for us and reassuring every want we had was attended to. I’m truly sad our is over, mainly because I miss Bethany so much. You’ll never have a more reassuring team then at Diamond Mills. And did I mention the photos come out amazing!!!

My husband and I got married at the Tavern at Diamond Mills. Everything was perfect and absolutely stunning from our rehearsal dinner at the Saugerties Steamboat Co. to our post wedding Sunday brunch. The Tavern is truly one of a kind, the view of the waterfall is breathtaking and the interior is beautiful. The staff was fabulous especially, Bethany the event coordinator. She couldn't have been friendlier and more professional. She went above and beyond to ensure everything was how we envisioned. All of our guests raved about the food from the cocktail hors d'oeuvres to dessert. So many of our guests told us that it was the best wedding they have ever been to. We couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Bethany (the wedding coordinator that comes with the venue) was AMAZING! A total life saver with everything. She helped my vision come to life. She was professional, great communicator, and very organized. The venue is absolutely beautiful . It definitely does not lack photo ops. Not only do you have all these benefits, the food is DELICIOUS. Even the cake, which was beautiful. I highly highly recommend it. If you want your dream wedding but don't want to sell your kidney for it, Diamond Mills is the perfect place.

Brianne Ebel-Whalen (Events Director) Having grown up in Saugerties, there is nothing more exciting than having the opportunity to plan events and introduce couples and guests to the beautiful Hudson Valley. Throughout my 20 year career in the Event Industry, I have planned and worked more than 1,000 weddings. I love meeting couples and getting to know them during the planning process. Every wedding has something unique and personal about which makes them all so special.
