Dillon House is a mansion and wedding venue located in Topeka, Kansas. The facility was originally constructed by Hiram Price Dillon as a home and entertainment space for him and his family. Since then, it has become a rare survivor of the local elite pre-World War I residential neighborhood, and still retains its Italian Renaissance-style architecture. The details designed by the original owner have been carefully restored and enhanced, and make stunning backdrops for photos. The craftsmanship of the mansion is captivating, and your and your loved ones are sure to enjoy the endless possibilities for exploring. Facilities and Capacity You and your partner get to enjoy the First Floor of the mansion. Whether you are looking to have a large Social gathering of up to 250 guests or a more intimate reception dinner of 150 or less, you will be cared for by the hardworking staff. Throughout the celebration, you and your loved ones can enjoy the views of the newly remodeled Kansas State Capitol, the European stained glass, and the grand staircase. WiFi and parking are available, and Dillon House is wheelchair accessible. Services Offered Dillon House is happy to host wedding events of all types, including your ceremony, reception, rehearsal dinner, bridal shower, and engagement party. For the more private couple, elopements are also welcome. All-inclusive packages are available, and a preferred list of caterers can be happily supplied. On the big day, the on-site staff can provide setup and cleanup services to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Lighting and standard sound services can also be included. Let's see if I can put into words just how fantastic the Dillon House is... This was the first venue we visited on our search, and we knew immediately that it was perfect. The staff provided us with ALL the information and pricing up front, and we enjoyed how helpful and transparent their services are. The venue is also gorgeous, and you barely need to decorate to make it perfect for an event! The ladies that work there provided me with stellar vendor recommendations, helped me plan a perfect reception from 16 hours away, were super flexible with our set-up, and were extremely helpful and courteous during the reception. I would recommend Dillon House to anyone.
