Looking through reception venues can be a difficult task. Ideally, you want a place with beautiful scenery, a great staff, and amazing food. That's why couples looking for wedding reception venues end their search at DiSalvo's Station. Since opening our doors in 1990, we've helped countless newlyweds put on unforgettable events. Patrons love our award-winning Italian cuisine. Our rates are surprisingly competitive, and we'll give you an unequaled experience. Whether you need a place to host your reception or a place where you also need to host your ceremony, you can trust us to accommodate your needs. We also specialize in micro-weddings suitable for up to 50 guests. Your dinner would take place in our Prima Classe 1930s Dining Train Car and your ceremony and/or cocktail hour would take place outside of the train car in our cobblestone courtyard. All of our packages include full set-up and clean-up, food and bar services, and Furniture and dinnerware rentals. We also feature Joey D’s Cigar Bar in the downstairs area of our building, which you are welcome to use to continue your celebration after your reception ends upstairs — and Michael will also assist throughout the entire planning process including being here your entire wedding day.

We could not have been happier with DiSalvo’s on all levels: the look and feel of the space, the food, and especially the service. My wife and I live out of state and planned our reception almost entirely by e-mail. Mike was immediately responsive to our every query and was collaborative and gracious with his ongoing assistance. On the day before the reception, my wife and I set up our decorations—on the day of the reception we were delighted to discover that the DiSalvo’s staff had put extra sparkle-lights in the one spot we felt was “missing something” — and that they had tweaked the standard recipe of our signature cocktails to add some festive champagne. The staff assisted with our clean-up and was accommodating at every step. Both our families said they had never been to a better wedding. And the price was about half of what we would have expected for a reception of this quality. We give DiSalvo’s our strongest recommendation!!!

Disalvos is the most unique and cool venue! I was adamant that I did not want a “boring” conference room or banquet hall for my wedding. This was absolutely perfect. Many of my guests commented that this was the coolest reception that they had ever been to! All the different rooms and artifacts create such a cool atmosphere and give the guests things to look at/talk about. Working with Mike was a breeze, and he quickly answered every single one of my questions and paid attention to every detail to make the day perfect. The food is amazing. Very reasonably priced as well.

I can not say enough wonderful things about DiSalvos! Mike- the venue coordinator was great in answering all of our questions, helping us plan and acting as a day of coordinator. The staff was lovely and very responsive to our guests, especially during cocktail hour and dinner. The food was amazing- portions were very generous. The venue was gorgeously decorated for our christmas time wedding. We even held our after party in the cigar bar downstairs at the venue- the men played pool and were able to smoke cigars- they loved it!I loved having our wedding at DiSalvos!

This is a very beautiful and unique venue! It is located under an old train station and the inside is decorated nicely with an Italian and train station vibe. We worked with Mike, who was great and made our reception planning go so smoothly. The food here is absolutely amazing as well.

If I could give them more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. Mike,the wedding coordinator, was amazing! He answered all of my questions in a timely manner and was willing to go above and beyond to give me everything I wanted to make my day special.The venue was amazing and had the vibe we wanted for our wedding. Mike from DiSalvos helped make our son’s wedding a smashing success! The atmosphere is both formal and eclectic as it is a historic train station. Active trains passed overhead during the ceremony which took place under a tent on the property making for a magical setting. The food is well awarded and every guest enjoyed their dinner selections. The appetizers were beautifully presented via butler service. The full service open bar was staffed by true professionals as were the dining attendants and the entire staff. Everyone went out of their way to make the day extraordinary. In addition the venue has a beautiful original cigar bar complete with red velvet furnishings where we hosted an after reception party completing a very special day! We couldn’t have been more pleased with Mike and DiSalvo’s Station!

Let me start by saying how BEAUTIFUL this venue is. There are not enough words in the English language to describe how wonderful the staff was, which includes servers, bartenders, and everyone else in between, they all worked so hard to make sure everyone was comfortable and had what they needed to enjoy the night. Mike and his team at DiSalvo's went above and beyond any expectations that I had while looking for a venue. Mike responded to every email promptly, and answered every crazy question my bride mind could think of, he walked us through every step of the way, and put any COVID scares right out of my mind. I couldn't be more grateful for the kindness they have shown. Mike has been in this business a long long time and someone with knowledge of the littlest things, like how to cut the cake when you're super nervous and everyone is watching you, on your side is something to be happy about. My nephew was the only child at the wedding and we arranged some of his favorite tea to be put behind the bar, so when he wanted something to drink he didn't have to have water or soda, well every time he went to the bar Jeff, the bartender, would see him walking up and hed grab a tea from the fridge and open it and hand it right to him, even if he was busy!!! Just great people that really took care of us. Thank you guys again for making our day so special!!

Our wedding reception on 5/15/21 at Disalvo's was magical from start to finish! Our guests cannot say enough about the atmosphere and elegant details of the train station to the amazing staff and delicious food. The second we walked into DiSalvo's, we knew we were going to have our wedding reception there. First of all, Mike (the event coordinator) is AMAZING. If you have your wedding there, Mike truly goes above and beyond for you. He was in constant communication with us in the months leading up to our wedding, he answered all our questions promptly and thoroughly (even on Sunday nights at 11pm!), and was always very kind and patient with us and our families. Whenever we went in for meetings, our tasting, and to set up, Mike was always there and Joey (the owner) checked in on us and treated us so well. The staff is also incredibly kind and helpful. We cannot say enough good things about the people at DiSalvo's!We rented out the whole restaurant for our December wedding, and found we didn't have to do much in the way of decorations--the whole place was already decorated for Christmas with twinkle lights everywhere. It's a unique venue with vintage character, and provided the festive, fun atmosphere we had envisioned. Since there were Christmas parties the Thursday and Friday before our wedding, all we had to do was show Mike and the staff how we wanted everything set up, and they did the rest. It really took a lot of the stress out of setting up for us. We also had a live band--Mike was so helpful ensuring that we had enough space and that everything would be set up correctly.The day of the wedding, the venue looked amazing and everything went perfectly (minus the fact that we did run out of Miller Lite, but we can't fault DiSalvo's for that--our crew likes to party!). People couldn't stop talking about how good the food was, how cool the venue was, and how much fun they had! Those were the most important things to my fiancé and I in planning our wedding reception, and DiSalvo's gave that to us. If you are looking for a unique venue with great food and people who go above and beyond for you in planning your big day, this is the place!

After my fiance and I got engaged in December 2017, we only visited one potential reception venue--DiSalvo's! Upon stepping inside and meeting with Mike, the Wedding Coordinator, we were certain we had found \"the place!\" Not only is the setting beautiful, requiring only minimal outside decorations, but the food is incredible! We were shocked to discover how affordable the venue was! Mike was extremely accommodating and helpful--he alone is worth the cost of the venue! When we came in a few times for meals prior to the wedding, he was kind and attentive to our families, which made them so happy! He always went out of his way to come say hello, and no matter how many emails I sent with questions he answered quickly and patiently. We came to set up for the reception the Wednesday evening before, and Mike was there to assist. He made the process so smooth, and his vision for how things should be set up was incredible, too! What could have been a stressful night ended up being a lot of fun!On the day of the wedding, Mike again came through. Despite a few last minute menu change requests/cancelled guests, things were handled perfectly. Mike was patient with all guests, and helped ease tensions when we were late coming from photos off-site for the start of the reception. We believe we were provided a few extra food items in the cocktail hour, too, as a result, which is also amazing! Further, because we had so many out of town guests Mike asked his staff to set up the cookie table for us, which is not normally included, and restocked it throughout the reception. Staff also helped with cleanup, and packed everything up for us to easily pick up the next day. I am thrilled that we chose DiSalvo's--Mike truly made our day special, and I will never forget it. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a wedding venue, and look forward to many meals in the restaurant in the future!

Staff also helped with cleanup, and packed everything up for us to easily pick up the next day. I am thrilled that we chose DiSalvo's--Mike truly made our day special, and I will never forget it. I will recommend them to everyone I know looking for a wedding venue, and look forward to many meals in the restaurant in the future!

I can't say enough good things about DiSalvo's Station! The staff (particularly Mike) is extremely attentive. For example, months before our wedding my now husband asked if he could have roasted potatoes made just for him. Time went by and we didn't think of it or mention it again, but on our wedding day, a bowl of roasted potatoes just for my husband was placed in front of him! The attention to detail that Mike has is amazing. The food was absolutely delicious. The ambiance was so inviting, romantic, but yet super fun. All around, DiSalvo's was the perfect place for our wedding reception!

From the moment we called DiSalvo's when we were still exploring different venue options, Mike (the events manager) was responsive, easy to talk to, and exceptionally kind. After reviewing their menu and pricing--which are both excellent--we decided to visit DiSalvo's in person, taste the food, and discuss our options for the wedding. We were blown away by the space. So unique and so beautiful. I am still getting complimented on the choice of venue by guests at our wedding. No matter how far along in the process we were, Mike was incredibly helpful. He talked to my parents, my wife's mother, all the vendors and made everything so easy come wedding day. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. The Cigar Bar underneath the venue is a fantastic way to keep the celebration going after the reception ends, and our guests absolutely loved it. It makes for great photo opportunities too. I'd give Mike 10 stars out of 5 if I could. You will not regret booking your wedding at DiSalvo's.

Disalvo’s Station is a hidden gem in the little town of Latrobe PA. The banquet space is very unique as it used to be the train station. There is a train car within the space that is a perfect place for a cookie table and for small tables for conversation OR for additional seating. My daughter’s wedding had 125 guests but it could have held more. Michael, the manager and event planner was responsive to our every need during the planning process. His staff is well trained and functioned during the event like a well-oiled machine. Our guests all said they enjoyed the food as well. It was served hot and delicious. If you’re looking for wedding venue different from all the banquet halls and hotel ballrooms, this is your kind of place. Also very affordable versus other venues.

This was the first place I looked at, and I honestly don't know why I looked at others. My husband and I were long distance (across the country), and I was facing the prospect of doing a lot of the \"on-the-ground\" planning on my own. Enter Mike at DiSalvo's. I consistently joked that he was one of the main reasons I kept my sanity toward the end of the wedding planning process. He responded quickly to emails (even when I chided him for responding on his day off), he worked with us when we were having some budgetary issues, and he was present for everything the week of our rehearsal dinner and wedding. The rest of the staff at DiSalvo's was also incredible. They were super helpful when we were setting up our centerpieces (they were all different movie-themed, so it was a process) and were efficient in every way imaginable. Over the course of the year, my husband and I went in to have tastings, enjoy a romantic dinner after a rough week, and by the time our reception rolled around, we not only knew we could trust in the competence and expertise of Mike & the staff, but we also actually felt like they CARED that we had a wonderful wedding reception that we would remember fondly and that our guests would talk about long after the wedding was over. When I was seeking a place for our wedding reception, I wanted to be sure that we found a place that was unique, reasonably priced, excellent food, and a competent staff. A lot of the other places I looked at were too banquet hall (same old same old), they nickel & dimed for seemingly everything, or they made me feel like I was LUCKY that they would even deign to consider hosting our wedding reception. DiSalvo's did whatever they could to make sure that our reception was perfect. They switched out some wine selections for us, even using a wine that we had enjoyed when we went for our tasting. They handled anyone with food allergies (so we wouldn't have one more thing to stress about), and the food we selected for both our rehearsal dinner and reception was beyond amazing (get their risotto!!!! wow!!!) If you're looking for a place with amazing food, awesome people, staff that goes way above & beyond the call of duty, very reasonable pricing (especially compared to the places that \"specialize\" in weddings) and a unique venue for your reception, make this your first and last place you look at.

Amazing!!! My wedding was like a dream. We worked with Mike and he made me feel so special. My wedding was absolutely amazing because of every staff member. If you are looking for a unique intimate setting this is your place. My favorite moment when my wedding party was walking out of the tunnel and a train was above us the sound was like out of a fairytale. Please check out this venue!!!! You will not be disappointed if I could give it 10 stars I would!!!

From the moment we walked in, we knew that our reception was going to be at DiSalvo's Station. We fell in love instantly with the interior and the comfortable feeling. We had a wedding with around 80 people, and it was a perfect restaurant! The stuff is very helpful, and the manager Mike was just great! They have a lot of experience with hosting weddings and they did everything to meet our needs. I would definitely recommend DiSalvo's as the best place in Latrobe and around to have the reception!

The staff at DiSalvo's was wonderful. They took excellent care of all of our guests and bridal party making sure we didn't have to worry about anything except being there. The atmosphere is wonderful if you're looking for a different feel for the wedding. I would recommend it to anyone!
