A dream wedding venue! We loved everything about the space (rooftop, courtyard, main space, bridal suites) - you really get the best of all worlds. The blank space itself is really beautiful and made it easy to build off to make it our own. It's a perfect location with lots of restaurants and hotels nearby. Our guests loved the neighborhood and how easily accessible / explorable it was in proximity to the venue. Terry and team were always quick to respond and helped answer all of our questions . Our wedding was really a dream come true and I can't recommend Dobbin St. enough!

A dream wedding venue! We loved everything about the space (rooftop, courtyard, main space, bridal suites) - you really get the best of all worlds. After visiting all the loft space in NY/CT that could accommodate our date and number of guests we decided to go w Dobbin St. Their space is beautiful, the pricing is clear and no bs of âadminâ added fees and it was the best decision. Terry and his team were a pleasure to work with from the beginning. Our wedding day was beautiful and they worked well with all our vendors. Really recommend this venue and their team.

Dobbin St is hands down the most beautiful venue I've ever seen! The entire space is beautiful, from the inside, the roof, and the cute little courtyard. We worked with a few people during our wedding planning process, but everyone at Dobbin was so helpful, especially our planner Raquel! Wedding planning is naturally a nerve wracking experience, but Raquel made the process so stress free! I can't recommend this venue enough!

Dobbin St is hands down the most beautiful venue I've ever seen! The entire space is beautiful, from the inside, the roof, and the cute little courtyard. We worked with a few people during our wedding planning process, but everyone at Dobbin was so helpful, especially our planner Raquel! Wedding planning is naturally a nerve wracking experience, but Raquel made the process so stress free! I can't recommend this venue enough!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dobbin St! We loved the venue and our guests really enjoyed having the ceremony on the roof where they could see the skyline with the sunset in the background. The reception downstairs was incredible, and all of the recommended vendors did great. Most of all, we loved the Dobbin 360 experience. Raquel was an amazing help and truly made our experience a dream come true. We highly recommend choosing Dobbin St. for your wedding or event!!

We had a wonderful experience working with Dobbin St! We loved the venue and our guests really enjoyed having the ceremony on the roof where they could see the skyline with the sunset in the background. The reception downstairs was incredible, and all of the recommended vendors did great. Most of all, we loved the Dobbin 360 experience. Raquel was an amazing help and truly made our experience a dream come true. We highly recommend choosing Dobbin St. for your wedding or event!!

Dobbin St was everything we could have dreamed of! The team was so helpful throughout planning during Covid and Raquel jumped in at the last minute as our coordinator. She was amazing and everything went off without a hitch! The vendors they recommended were all incredible and it was clear they have a good relationship with these vendors. When it seemed that our videographer was not going to show up, Raquel hit the ground running, calling up her contacts in the industry to get us a plan b if needed. The space is gorgeous and I will never forget the absolutely breathtaking sunset views from the rooftop during our cocktail hour. We cannot recommend this venue enough!

Dobbin St was the perfect venue for our early October rooftop brunch wedding and I couldn't recommend it more highly! Because of Covid, we were very focused on finding a venue that would allow us to host 70-ish guests comfortably fully outdoors, and the Dobbin St rooftop was ideal. Everyone we worked with at Dobbin (with an extra special shoutout to Raquel, our Dobbin St 360 coordinator) was awesome and really went above and beyond to bring our vision to life. We ended up tenting the roof at the last minute and bringing our planned furniture setup in the courtyard indoors because of rain, and everything still went off without a hitch. We also had a morning ceremony and brunch reception, and the Dobbin St team had no trouble coordinating our atypical timeline. The venue itself is lovely, and a great clean slate to make your own. Having the client suite was another really great perk. There's a private bridal area where I was able to do hair and makeup and get dressed, and another separate area where were able to sign our ketubah and marriage license. Both are furnished beautifully and make for great photo ops. The courtyard is adorable and ended up being perfect for our first look, but you could easily use it for a photo booth, lounge area, or whatever else you can dream up. Our whole wedding felt like a dream and it was amazing to actually see all the details I'd been imagining and trying to describe for months come to life. Highly recommend!

Our dream venue and dream wedding come true with the help of the one and only Kevi who has been there for my fiance and I through each step of the long and arduous planning process. She has been incredibly helpful in helping us with our wedding vision and answering our millions of questions with incredible patience and kindness! The venue itself is so beautiful and allows each couple to make it their own. I personally love the mid century modern type feel of the venue and the intimate secret garden courthouse that is so romantic and customizable. The rooftop is of course what sealed the deal for me and my partner. Highly highly recommend!! And infinite thanks to Kevi for your guidance through the process and making our dreams come true!

I cannot say enough great things about Dobbin Street! They are incredibly organized and prompt with all responses, and were able to ease any concerns I had while planning a wedding during COVID. Kevi has been particularly helpful and understanding throughout the planning process (thank you!). The space itself is also beautiful. The rooftop is spacious with views of the city, and the indoor areas are the perfect blank slate to decorate as you like. Highly recommend!

My wife and I got married at Dobbin Street on Sept 30 and cannot express the gratitude we have for the team here. They were extremely easy to work with, responsive, willing to meet with our caterers and flexible in every way. The bartenders they hired were VERY generous with the pour and made amazing drinks. The venue overall is beautiful - simple, understated, and charming. Thank you so much for everything and apologies for the delay in writing a report - I swore I wrote one ages ago but apparently was still drunk.

Enormous thanks to the entire Dobbin St team for being a critical part of making our wedding the best, most memorable experience ever! Our wedding here was way more magical and kickass than we ever imagined! My husband and I got married in July 2017 and everything about this space, the team, and coordination process is awesome. I *highly* recommend Dobbin St as an event venue.Leslie, Sally and the Dobbin St team are a total joy to work with, professional, and respond quickly to inquiries with really helpful information. I appreciated how they also proactively reached out intermittently throughout my wedding planning process, like with info about upgrades to the space (which were fabulous!), recommended vendors, suggestions and regulations for setting up and using space, etc. They have exceptionally high standards for events in their space and want to make sure you and your event team have all the info you need in advance, which you can really appreciate as a client and when this is one of the biggest personal life events ever. The team were always so welcoming, cooperative, and collaborative with me, my vendors, and very accommodating and welcoming when my parents were in town and wanted to do a site visit, or if I needed to come by for measurements. When I wanted to customize the bar menu a bit, even though they have standard packaging, in the end they were super helpful in finding a solution that worked well for us and our guests. They are also quite fair and timely when it comes to communicating limitations and whatâs not possible in the space. We really appreciated that!Months later, we still get so many compliments about how cool and how beautiful our wedding venue was. The design elements are so modern, attractive, perfectly minimalist but with very cool, clean design punches here and there; there is so much personality without being overbearing. We enjoyed planning the decors and playing off the pre-existing, beautiful designâlike the amazing first floor courtyard with crawling vines and the and the relaxing mezzanine spaces! We appreciated that we didnât have to approach the venue like a total âblank slateâ and could make use of the venueâs âBrooklyn rawnessâ at the same time. The built-in Bose sound system is perfect for dance parties with DJs; the sound is fantastic. The space was just so fun to work with and lends itself to great photography too. Thank you Dobbin St team for working with me as you did every step of the way. I would do it all over again with you guys! Deepest gratitude: thank you, thank you!!

I cannot put into words how wonderful Dobbin St was! We held the ceremony and cocktail hour on the roof and reception downstairs in the main space & garden. Having these separate spaces for different parts of our wedding was key. We even had our own private floor that overlooks the main scape for family members. The venue also took care of the bar packages and were flexible with the two wine substitutions we asked for. There were different price levels you could choose from so you can definitely find a package that meets your budget.

Amazing venue with an Amazing view of the city! The staff was so professional and easy to work with. The venue itself is fairly new so it was a nice change for our guests to see somewhere different. The space itself is minimal, which we preferred because we could really make it our own, but they do have a cute little welcome table we used, outdoor string lights (on the roof and the garden) and two bars that were on wheels so we could put them wherever we wanted. We separated the two so we could make room for the band! Also there was some lounge furniture upstairs in the bridal suite and the client suite but we kept it there for family.

Dobbin St was FABULOUS to work with! Their staff was above and beyond accommodating, and did everything to make the evening gorgeous and perfect! The venue is so charming and beautiful too, they have an AMAZING rooftop deck with a great view of the city. I could not recommend Dobbin St more as a venue for a wedding or any event!
