Planning a wedding is hard in itself, but planning one during a pandemic just adds a whole other layer of complexity we did not foresee. Working with Doubletree through this pandemic was the least of our worries. They were super flexible and understanding of the circumstances. We're so happy we were able to safely celebrate at their venue. Our coordinator, Yelena, was always there to answer any of our questions and concerns. We were all navigating this whole new normal together and she was happy to assist or find answers for us. I highly recommend them. But if you do, be prepared to be asked by your guests if there will be Doubletree cookies. It's a must!

Wanted to give a groom’s perspective on Doubletree Monrovia. My (now) wife and I chose Doubletree because we liked the location, the clean, modern decor, and the price that was within our budget.\r\rBut Elvia, the catering manager and your liaison to the hotel, is the reason we are reviewing Doubletree. Elvia is excellent. She answered our email and phone questions quickly and took them seriously, even as we grew increasingly frantic as our day approached. We could tell she wanted to make sure we were going to be happy on the wedding day and she tweaked things until it was how we wanted it. She really knows the Doubletree grounds and what ideas work well there. What struck me in particular was that she didn’t just agree with everything we said - she sometimes suggested alternatives if there was another idea that worked better. We learned to trust her experience, and she saved us from making the wrong choice more than once (in particular, with table layouts and DJ), things we didn’t fully realize until we looked at it in retrospect!\r\rMy wife and I both thought the Doubletree staff were reliable and helpful leading up to our wedding, and on the day, they unobtrusively made everything just work. There’s already so much to think about on your wedding day - my wife and I didn’t have to worry about Doubletree coming through for us, and it was definitely worth it.

We used this venue for our wedding reception (July 6th). Words really can't express how happy we are with the service we received. Elvia and Karen helped us along the entire planning process. They also recommended many of the vendors we ultimately used as well. On the day of wedding, things went smoothly; and our guests had a great evening. We definitely felt well treated by everyone we interacted with, and knew we had made the right choice. We and our guests had a great time and honestly couldn't ask for anything more. Definitely should consider using this place: great venue, good food, and great staff who truly will work with you to make the evening shine.

I recently had my wedding reception at the Double Tree hotel in Monrovia, Ca. Everything was well organized from the very beginning. I worked with their even coordinator from the booking of the venue until the day of the wedding. I had specific instructions on how I wanted things set up in the venue and they did a fabulous job of following through. Everything from sign-in tables, table numbers, to party favors. They were extremely organized, friendly, and very professional at all times. The ballroom, the lighting, and dance floor is all very elegant. The food that they have is amazing. All of guest raved about how great the room, service, and food was. I would definitely recommend this venue to all future brides.

I had my wedding reception at the Doubletree. They were very amazing! I was mainly coordinating with Karen and she was super friendly and very helpful. She was very quick to respond to emails and always made sure that everything was going according to plan.\r\rThe food was delicious! All the guests were raving about the food. The staff were all very friendly and always on hand. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and with the package we purchased, they included a cake from one of their outside vendors, and we got to stay in the bridal suite and it was beautifully decorated and luxurious.\r\rI had a great experience with Doubletree by Hilton Monrovia and I would definitely recommend them to anyone that is looking for a venue for their wedding!

After searching and searching for the perfect wedding venue that was both beautiful, and within our budget, we came across the DoubleTree Hotel in Monrovia. It was recently upgraded with a very modern decor that made it a little gem in the San Gabriel Valley. I can't thank the venue coordinator, Elvia, enough. She was fantastic! She answered all our questions, made sure we stayed within our budget, and made sure that everything went as planned.\r\rEverything was beautiful and couldn't be more happy with the way things turned out. All the unlimited DB cookies were an added plus.
