Melissa and her staff at DoubleTree were outstanding to say the least. It is a big day and you are nervous to leave it in the hands of anyone. They went above and beyond to take my vision and create it into a reality! I never felt like I couldnāt communicate what I wanted, all the way up until I walked down the aisle the staff supported me and communicated every step of the way. Iām so thankful I trusted in them for our big day and actually quite sad that itās all over. I look forward to having them host another event in my future. Thank you to Melissa and all the staff for creating an exceptional experience, one that I will remember forever!

Melissa LaNasa at the DoubleTree worked with me the whole time I was planning my wedding. She paid attention to every detail I wanted and made sure day of that she didnāt leave until it was perfect. This is the most amazing venue. My friend also got married here and had an amazing experience as well. I also stayed two nights and they made our whole stay special and the room was great. Canāt say enough good things about this hotel and its staff.

We can not recommend the DoubleTree and their staff enough for Weddings. We had a great experience there for our July 2023 wedding. The staff was amazing and made sure everything was as perfect. All of the staff, especially Melissa, were very quick to respond and always did everything they could to accommodate our requests. The day turned out perfect, there was seriously not one issue! So many of our guests gave us compliments on the food and staff. We were able to get everything we wanted for a pretty reasonable price compared to other venues in the Buffalo area. We were also able to use their Hospitality room to get ready in and have a casual after party in. This was great because it did not clutter up our Hotel rooms!

The double tree was beautiful and the staff was amazing! Not one question unanswered! Nothing we wanted was a problem for them to bring to light ! Melissa and Rhea helped me deal with my crazy wild bridal party and making sure the day was perfect and I canāt thank them enough. The staff at the reception was exceptional ! They made sure we had everything we needed and wanted and a great time. They even left us a little surprise in our suite at the end of the night. They ate hugely recommend!

Absolutely AMAZING!! I had my rehearsal dinner held here and I would try to book every event here if I could. The staff went above and beyond to make the experience special. Wedding planning with Melissa was a breeze as she was so kind and calm throughout the process: promptly answering questions large and small, expanding the room block, coordinating with vendors, clarifying timelines, etc. She left no stone unturned transforming the ballroom and patio into a beautiful, welcoming space for everyone to enjoy the night. Melissa and the DoubleTree were absolutely amazing. They helped every step of the way and were so accommodating when we had to schedule twice. I canāt say enough good things. Our day was perfect and thanks to the staff for setting up and making sure everything ran smoothly. They were kind and attentive all night!

Had our ceremony & reception here! Melissa & Andrea were amazing! A huge fear for any bride is any day-of mishaps, but Melissa made everything run so seamlessly! She decorated the cascades room even better than I had envisioned! Andrea made sure to check in with us during the reception to make sure all of the food & bev were up to par (which, omg, they sure were! The prime rib was amazing!) We had an amazing time and would recommend anyone looking for a wedding venue to give Melissa a call!!

Had our ceremony & reception here! Melissa & Andrea were amazing! A huge fear for any bride is any day-of mishaps, but Melissa made everything run so seamlessly! We booked with the DoubleTree in September 2020 for our October 2021 wedding. From the first tour to the day after, Sarah or Melissa (the event coordinators at the venue) took amazing care of myself and my husband -- and everyone else involved with our wedding. They answered all of my questions expeditiously, were able to provide me with advice when I needed it, and took care of every detail. Everything was preplanned and followed closely, and the whole team ensured everything for the whole week surrounding the wedding went off without a hitch. Plus, you really do get an amazing value for your money. We checked out other venues where we felt we'd be paying a ridiculous amount of money for nothing -- and with the DT, we felt like all costs were justified and totally convenient to us and our guests. They made sure my wedding was everything I wanted and planned it to be, so I am incredibly thankful to them!

Heartbreaking- I will stick to the facts:Served us the wrong chicken dinner. We went for a tasting and they served us a different chicken dinner! Ran out of two kinds of beer-our guest were going downstairs to purchase beer!!! Served can beerWe had people that didn't show to due being ill. They took the dinners away. We paid for the 10 dinners-our guests asked for the dinner and they refuse to leave it on the table. In the end, I asked for the dinners and there were no were to be found. Had to ask for more cheese and crackers-not even half of our guest had cheese and crackers. Pass around platters were far and few between. Not once did any server come and ask how our dinner was? or if we needed anything.The support staff was very nice-clean-politeHeartbreaking!After much going back and forth we were given a minimal refund. I did read a review from 10/21/2021-it is favorable, I am hoping that they corrected the situation for other couples. I am truly heartbroken!

We had our wedding at the DoubleTree and it was perfect! They turned the banquet room into our dream wedding! We used the black table cloths and rose gold runners and they were gorgeous! Sarah helped me plan every step of the way and helped calm my nerves as was needed. The staff took great care of us making sure we ate and always had a drink and beautiful spaces for photos! Our hotel room was perfect as well and we had a beautiful tray of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne waiting in our wedding suite! Only suggestion would be to not book any families near the bridal parties rooms lol. 10 out of 10 would recommend for your wedding or function!

We can not say enough about how great the staff at the Doubletree were. From Sarah working her tail off to make our day special during these crazy times to the restaurant crew who put together a wonderful meal. Everyone was friendly and helpful. We loved working with everyone so much that we will be back for a part two next year. Pre-covid and post-Covid Sarah worked with us every step of the way to get us exactly what we were hoping for, for our special day. Even on the day of the ceremony there was a decor mishap due to the wind, and Sarah worked her magic so that we didn't even notice! Would recommend the Doubletree over and over again!

This year has brought on a lot of change to the wedding industry and I am so thankful we chose the DoubleTree and Sarah B for our big day. We had been planning our wedding for two years and Sarah and her team helped us still maintain some sense of normalcy leading up to our 7/11/2020 wedding. From the start, we received excellent advice and service from Sarah. She went over every aspect of our event and helped us plan out our dream wedding Even through this pandemic, she was by our sides and helpful in every way possible. We were unable to have the reception we planned but due to COVID our reception wasn't allowed at the time, but Sarah and the DoubleTree staff helped us have the ceremony we had dreamed of. We can't thank them enough for the support and help they provided us. We have attended other weddings at this venue and it does not disappoint for a guest point of view. If you are looking for a beautiful venue with staff who truely cares about making every vision you have come to life, chose the DoubleTree. The entire event space is beautiful and can fit any theme or style you are going with. After looking and meeting with staff at 10 different venues, we knew immediately after our tour, the DoubleTree was the best decision we would make for the wedding. We look forward to the next event we can plan here!

Double Tree is by far the best place to have your wedding!We had our ceremony and reception there and both rooms are absolutely beautiful and elegant. We LOVED the high ceilings and the view of the water off the balcony in the reception room!The food was delicious and we cannot say enough about the staff!Sarah and the rest of the Double Tree staff went above and beyond what we could have ever expected for our wedding day and the whole planning process.There are no words to describe how caring and helpful Sarah is! Her heart is 110% in her profession! She answered every question we had within minutes of us e-mailing her and she just did everything she possibly could to made our wedding the wedding of our dreams and make it so that we had nothing to do or worry about for the actual day of the wedding!It was so nice to know everything was taken care of by the staff so we could just focus on enjoying the special day.Our guests told us over and over again all night how perfect everything was and how amazing the staff was to them! They absolutely loved it all!If we had to choose all over again, we would choose Double Tree every time! The whole experience was just perfect!We soooooo highly recommend!! <3 <3 <3

We had well over 100 people stay to the very end because of this. Sarah.... is literally a wedding angel! I told her my dream and she made it happen. She is sooooo amazing to work with, and always replied you any and all emails sooooo fast, even on time off. I delivered my decor (tons of it) with post it notes of what I wanted, when I walked into my reception I was stunned at how perfect it was and what an amazing job the staff did. Not to mention, my drink was never empty. A staff member was always so close making sure I had no needs or requests. Iāve never been treated so well in my life! I highly recommend the Double Tree!

This venue is fantastic there is a large attractive cocktail area that leads into a beautiful ballroom and outdoor patio was attached with nice heaters to allow gas to have even more room to celebrate. it was a December wedding and the room was beautifully decorated with holiday decorations and a huge gorgeous tree ! nice touch . Boulevard Wedding Concrpts did a gorgeous job decorating the room for us. The room was stunning. The chef Mike and his assistant QUan prepared phenomenal hors dāoeuvres and entrees of steak ,stuffed chicken and egg plant . All of which were delicious.The displays were so attractive. everything was served it a perfect temperature. The waitstaff was exceptional especially Andrea and Jill . The staff served 200 Dinners in 45 minutes that allowed us to get the party rolling even sooner . Every commented on how delicious the appetizers and meals were and that made us so very happy.And lastly Sara Bubar, the wedding event manager was superb!! We loved working with her and she made everything flow seamlessly! She is a consummate professional! I would highly recommend this venue

The wedding coordinator Sarah Bubar was nothing but the best! Always made us feel so welcome and that she had our best interest at heart. I would recommend DoubleTree to anyone looking to get married or book an event! We couldnāt be anymore pleased with the professionalism and how well we were treated with DoubleTree!! The chef and cooking staff also created a delicious menu for our reception!

Everything was phenomenal for my wedding day. I fell in love with this place the moment I stepped in the ballroom and seen the outside patio with the view of the water. It was the most AMAZING venue but the staff was incredible as well. Everyone was very accommodating during the entire process of planning with what I wanted and all my vendors. Sarah and Melissa from double tree were a huge part of my wedding experience helping me every step of the way. They make it like your the only wedding they are coordinating even though they have many going on! They pay attention to every little detail as if it were their own wedding. As well as the entire Double tree staff, from the Chefs who let us basically create our own menu, (everything tasted amazing we got many compliments) the servers were very professional and always doing something. Andrea the banquet manager always was checking on my husband and I. Even the front desk was super great to us making us super excited and giving us cookies! I mean I just canāt say anything better about the double tree staff. The main ballroom is HUGE . We had many vendors that really made it come to life the way we wanted. Boulevard Wedding Concepts was a huge part with our gold candelabras. Thank you to Tracy for doing a wonderful job! And The Wedding Agent, we rented a gold baroque chair for our sweetheart table and it really made the room. Everything was just beautiful. Our DJ, P Nasty from Niagara Falls who crushed it on the dance floor. Our photobooth by Moving Music was a huge hit and they even put together an awesome book for you to keep if all the pictures taken. There was soooo many amazing things we had thank god for our photographers by John Mcdonald Photography and our Videographer Love N Pixels for capturing every single moment perfectly. Whenever I was unsure of things, Sarah would always give me her professional opinion to help us make decisions on things (napkin colors, up-lighting colors, etc.) One of the things that my husband, family and I appreciated the most was that we were able to drop off all of our decorations/supplies several days before the wedding and we did not have to do anything more. Sarah and her crew took care of everything, and they did such a great job decorating! We received so many compliments about the food, drinks, dancing, and outside area. All of our guests were so impressed with everything throughout the entire night. Again, we could not have been happier and would recommend anyone have their wedding at the DoubleTree. The food was amazing, guests were coming up to us after dinner telling us how good their dinner was. It rained and we were unable to use the patio for our ceremony, but Sarah and her staff made the reception room beautiful for our ceremony. Itās hard to choose what to say about the DoubleTree because absolutely everything was amazing! To start, the banquet room is absolutely gorgeous. The Hilton provided so many uplights which complemented all our other decor. Our guests loved the outdoor patio, something a lot of other venues lacked! Being able to walk to our suite before and after our reception was so convenient and our guests were happy that they did not need to drive after. The food was incredible! There were so many different options. Being able to taste everything earlier in February at their āyearly couples tastingā was so much fun! Our guests raved about the entrees! The appetizers, extra desserts, and late night pizza were also a hit. The chefs, Mike and Quan, let me and my husband customize our own meal. They met with us months in advance and went over every food detail. I was able to get the exotic strawberry salad that I really wanted while our guests got Caesar salad! And my husband and I obviously got the filet:) My friends and I love lemon deep eddys vodka. The staff worked with me so my favorite drink could be served and even set up a signature drink in honor of our hedgehog āOreoās Old Fashionedā. Heather and Lisa did a great job serving our rowdy crowd and ensuring I always had a drink!I think the best part about the Hilton was how friendly and supportive the staff were beginning to end. Sarah won us over in the beginning and she did not disappoint! I had no idea how important having an amazing contact person is, but when I was planning, I soon realized how blessed I was having her! I definitely emailed her over 40 times- Sarah answered every single email promptly and cheerful as usual. I changed the location of our dance floor a total of 5 times- Sarah was always supportive and prompt in sending me new diagrams. When I dropped off our many boxes filled with centerpieces and decorations, Sarah and the other amazing staff members (Andrea, Lisa, and Melissa) reassured me that they would take care of everything. They set everything up so beautifully and even took it down and packed it at the end! Seeing her on my wedding night was so surreal because I feel like she was just as much part of the planning process! Sarah is truly genuine, and it is obvious she loves working with people. I never imagined a wedding so amazing. Numerous guests told us this was the best wedding theyāve ever been to (and I know theyāre not just saying that). The Doubletree by Hilton is easily becoming the best venue in Western New York thanks to the beautiful renovated hotel, great location right on the Niagara River (which was awesome for pictures), amazing food, and staff that will go above and beyond to ensure every couple has the wedding they always dreamed of.

We had specific bar requests at the last minute and were told it was not a problem. Everything went beyond our expectations, my favorite thing that the double tree does is the food tasting for all events. When researching venues, we toured several different locations, and Sarah, the Coordinator, was amazing from the first moment we met her! From the start she was hospitable, patient, friendly and thorough. Throughout the entire planning process, Sarah was extremely punctual and quick to respond to emails, very patient and detail oriented in answering my many questions and concerns, and she made the entire process go as smoothly as possible. Having someone as professional and kind as her really goes a long way during what can be a very stressful time!Overall I appreciated that the venue offered a lot of flexibility with decor and meal options- the Chef was very friendly and eager to deliver our unique preferences. So much is included or can be made available with their packages- and you definitely get a lot for the price- not to mention the beautiful balcony off the ballroom that is such a great entertaining space.All of the hotel staff were very accommodating and professional to our many out of town guests, and during the reception the banquet staff were especially attentive and friendly to my husband and I- along with all of the other guests. I was beyond impressed with the service we received! There are not enough words to explain the AMAZING staff at the Doubletree for our wedding day on June 22, 2019 and the amazing day that we had because of them. One of the main reasons we picked the venue was because of the amazing wedding coordinator, Sarah Bubar. When we met her we just knew she was going to make our day everything we dreamed it would be and she did not disappoint. She was always available to answer any questions we had leading up to the event and was there to make sure our wedding day went without any glitches. The place looked absolutely stunning and the service was more than we ever could have imagined. The food was absolutely incredible! We have received so many compliments after our wedding on the service and the amazing food, and that it was the best wedding our guests have ever attended. Thank you so much to Sarah Bubar, Banquet Manager Andrea and Executive Chef Mike for truly making our dreams come true!! We cannot wait to plan our next even at the Doubletree by Hilton!!

As Chandler said about the gum he got from the VS model in the ATM vestibule, this venue was PERFECTION. Every detail was exactly as described and discussed since day one. Questions were answered by the awesome Sarah Bubar almost as quickly as they were asked. Pricing was exactly as quoted with zero surprises. Andrea, the Banquet Manager, sat and discussed allergy issues with us extensively in the middle of the tasting event months before the wedding. We had numerous people in the wedding party and a multitude of guests with life-threatening allergies - peanuts, tree nuts, fish, eggs, dairy, gluten - she addressed each one and advised of all options with knowledge and complete understanding. If we could do it over again, our choice would be the same; the ballroom was beautiful, the entire staff was helpful, and we couldnāt have asked for anything better.

Sarah was amazing. The ballroom and reception was incredible. Beautiful new building with large ballroom and large balcony patio was perfect for our summer wedding. Sarah was with us from the day we looked at the ballroom for the first time until the end of the night and even the next week to follow up. Consistently followed up with our many emails. Food was delicious from appetizers to dinner and with a wedding of 224 people it was served all at the same time! Everyone of my guests continue to rave about their great night. My review could never do Sarah or the reception any justice, it was just so great.

The DoubleTree and all of its staff were just amazing! We recently got married here and spent the weekend at DoubleTree. This was a destination wedding for us, Sarah and her team made everything so easy for us through email, phone calls, and as soon as we arrived just handled everything. They were very welcoming, kind, punctual, and organized. The whole weekend went by without one problem. We were able to have everything we needed right in one spot.. Rehearsal Dinner, multiple cocktails and dinners etc. at their Parkway Prime Restaurant right inside the hotel, which was perfect as well! I would highly recommend booking them for your reception but also as your hotel accommodations, dinner, whatever you may need, they are worth it!!

My husband and I had a Star Wars themed reception since we got married on May 4th, and they put the room together so beautifully that it wasn't corny at all. I cannot explain how wonderful Sarah and the staff at the DoubleTree by Hilton Niagara Falls were before, during and after our wedding. Through our planning process my husband was deployed and Sarah answered every one of his emails/questions promptly. It was amazing how easy she made this planning process. Every idea that we came up with, she checked into and made happen. From getting us growlers to serve one of our favorite beers in and and allowing us to bring in our favorite hot sauce for the chicken wings. The professionalism, communication and attention to detail was flawless. It is amazing how everything comes together at the end. I had the wedding of my dreams and Sarah, Melissa, Andrea, Tricia, Warren, Casey and those whose names I am forgetting I apologize and thank you from the bottom of my heart. Even the day after our wedding I was continuously greeted with smiles and asked how everything was. Our wedding guests had only good things to say about the staff and their stay. They loved the view, pool, awesome cuisine and short distance to see the Falls. Not to mention the warm hot cookies at the front desk. I wish my wedding night would have never ended because of how wonderful the DoubleTree was. I look forward to many more stays there and being able to thank the staff for making my wedding day the best one ever. Sarah (the wedding coordinator at the Double Tree) is an absolute saint !!! She really cares about her bride and groom and goes beyond her job to help you. She answers at all hours, helped me find my vendors, was professional and made sure everything was perfect all while being the sweetest person ever. The entire staff was always friendly and everything was done perfectly the night of the wedding. The food was delicious and the venue is newly renovated. Everything went smoothly with our room block and all of our guests were happy. I would highly recommend the double tree for weddings, showers, holiday parties, ect. :)

My husband and I had a FANTASTIC experience with the DoubleTree, Niagara Falls NY for our wedding. First off, Sarah, the coordinator and lifeline for you while you plan your big day, is amazing. Sarah was there to answer every question I had, from when we toured the venue right up until the day of the event. She finds ways to work with you, and since she is a recent bride herself, she doubles as a resource for everything. Sarah alone is worth having your wedding here!All of the DoubleTreeās staff was superb. Our servers and bartenders were awesome- the food and drinks were great (not a small feat for a wedding with 300 guests).The guest services staff at the front desk was always helpful and always offering up their delicious chocolate chip cookies. I came to the hotel to drop things off at 11pm the night before my wedding, and they were so willing to help. The team decorated the ballroom to look exactly how I wanted it- I didnāt really give too specific of directions, just told Sarah and her team to use their judgement, and they totally knocked it out of the park. I will be honest- I wasnāt totally excited about having my wedding reception in a hotel ball room..that actually was exactly what I said I DID NOT want before I picked a venue. I wanted wood and exposed beams and lots of character- but ultimately, it was more important to my husband and I to have our wedding in the city we are proud to be from than to go elsewhere for the aesthetics of the room. When I snuck down to see the room before the reception began, I was at a loss for words for how beautiful it looked. It was absolutely perfect and I would not change a single thing- not even for exposed wood beams. The outdoor patio with heaters and bistro lights was magical for our November wedding- and the view of the rapids was beautiful tooI canāt say enough good things. If I could have my wedding here over 1000 times again I would. It was my perfect day, and I owe a lot of that to Sarah and the rest of the staff at the DoubleTree.

If you're looking to host a wedding in the Niagara/Buffalo area then please check this place out! I loved so much about this venue but the best part of it all was the flexibility YOU as the customer has. Many venues make you use preselected services and vendors and make you work on their time schedule but not here. Everything was completely \"customizable\". You certainly get what you pay for here. The food is excellent, there are SO MANY helping hands, and the wedding coordinator Sarah is the best to work with!! I have no regrets and would recommend this place to anyone. You also cant beat the stunning view of the water from the rooms and the patio! Thank you for making our Hallowedding so perfect!

The room was stunning and spacious with a great size damce floor for everyone to enjoy. The staff the night of the reception was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect. They were professional and personable and on top of everything. Andrea, the banquet manager, was wonderful. She was there all night and made sure everything ran smooth. They went above and beyond to make sure the night was perfect. They were professional and personable and on top of everything. Andrea, the banquet manager, was wonderful. She was there all night and made sure everything ran smooth. She checks in with you throughout the night to ensure your good time.I would recommend everyone check out the Double Tree for your wedding and/or reception! And just wait til you try their complementary cookie!

Sarah was so helpful during the planning process and always got back to me right away to answer questions. We also had our rehearsal dinner there which was fabulous and delicious. The day of the wedding Sarah and Andrea and the rest of the staff were on top of every detail...there was nothing I had to worry or think about. During the reception I was approached constantly by guests complimenting the venue and the meal and service. So many people commented on how classy the event was and how well everything turned out. We heard of DoubleTree when they were under construction, so we took a chance and decided to book our reception before it was even finished. And it was SO. WORTH. IT. Working with Sarah was such a breeze, very helpful and accommodating to all our wedding needs and requests... and basically was my wedding fairy godmother! Even the night of the reception, ALL of the staff was so amazing. Everyone was very attentive and really on top of things. Food was great. Beautiful venue. Wouldnāt change one thing if I could. I can not say enough good things about The DoubleTree! Sarah is amazing. We had a very large wedding with over 300 people and she truly did everything she could to accommodate us. Everything we asked for, she made it happen. It was perfect. The outdoor patio is awesome in the summer and our guests could not stop raving about it. We got so many compliments on the venu! Both food and the service were top notch. We had a couple guests say that they have never had such good food at a wedding. I would recommend this venu to anyone!

My husband and I live out of state, but we got married in WNY because that is where most of our family is located. We settled on the DoubleTree for a few reasons. The hotel is clean and modern, the rooms are gorgeous, it is located just a few blocks from the falls, so it was easily accessible for our out of town guests who wanted to do some sightseeing, it was reasonably priced, and the DoubleTree cookies were a nice bonus. The main reason though, was the wedding contact, Sarah Bubar, who, from our first meeting, made me feel at ease that everything would go smoothly even though I was planning from out of state. From start to finish, she and the rest of the staff lived up to that initial impression. Throughout the entire process, they were accommodating and flexible, and patient with our questions and requests. We stayed at the hotel for a total of four nights leading up to/after the wedding and the entire time, the front desk staff was kind and helpful, the restaurant staff was wonderful (and the food was great), and the housekeeping staff was friendly and thorough. As for the reception, Andrea and the banquet staff did an absolutely amazing job. Everything looked better than I could have imagined, and we had so many compliments from our guests about the food and how beautiful everything looked. The service was outstanding, and we couldn't have asked for a better night to cap off our wedding. If we had to do it all over again, we would book our reception here again in a second.

Being that our wedding was on New Years Eve & we had a lot of out of town guests, we reserved a large block of rooms - which are beautiful by the way - so our guests did not have to worry about traveling. Everyone has said how they thoroughly enjoyed the food, the drinks and the entire evening. It could not have been any more seamless without Sarah and the amazing staff! Thank you all so so much for such an unforgettable night!

As the building continued to be built we were elated with the high standards and absolutely amazing staff. Moving past the great planning days to our actual wedding we were nothing short of amazed by the venue, staff and overall event that was put on. Chef Mike and Chef Eric created a delicious and plentiful meal for our guests who are still raving about it. Shrimp, amazing appetizers, a duet entree and late night pizza left our guests full and satisfied. Alexis, the banquet manager created the most beautiful atmosphere for our big day. The room was stunning. Her teams of servers including Emily and bartender Jackie were attentive, kind and sweet. This team also executed a flawless and extremely fast dinner. Everything was cooked to perfection. Cynthia, dealt with a delicate situation with one of our elderly guests impeccably. Every person involved was an asset to the evening being so incredible. Guests enjoyed the brand new hotel rooms and facilities as well as the location of the hotel. I would highly recommend this new venue for a wedding as well as other functions such as showers etc. based on their service, high standards, delicious food and overall hospitality.
