Our all-inclusive facilities have everything you’ll need to make your wedding day perfect. We are Lancaster County's MOST unique hotel wedding venue and a recipient of The Knot's 2022 "Best of Weddings" award. From Bridal Shower to Farewell Brunch, we have the accommodations to host every wedding related event right in one spot! Our onsite Victorian-Style Chapel is the perfect place to host your ceremony or you can opt for our plush green landscape on 17 scenic acres for an outdoor ceremony. Indoors, we have two Ballroom choices with seating for up to 500 guests. Your guests can have a weekend away when you set up a Hotel Room Block during your wedding. DoubleTree Resort by Hilton, Lancaster, is a full-service wedding venue that is available for hosting bridal showers, engagement parties, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. On your wedding day, the venue will provide audio equipment, tables, upgraded Chiavari chairs and floor length Premier table linens and napkins. We got married a few weeks ago at the DoubleTree and our guests are still raving about our venue! We had a very large (375 guests) Indian/American fusion wedding that had events on three days and the DoubleTree was truly flawless throughout the weekend! Jamie was our main point of contact throughout the months-long planning process and was always incredibly gracious, responsive, understanding, patient, and friendly. With a wedding this size and bringing in two different cultures, we had a lot of special requests and Jamie and her team were able to accommodate every single one of them. Jamie was so thoughtful with all the planning leading up to our big weekend and paying attention to every detail, and it showed. We truly could not have asked for a more perfect, flawless day and Jamie and team were a HUGE part of that. We had our ceremony and reception in the same ballroom and it required the room set up to be flipped very quickly, and the team did it in no time. They made sure my husband and I got dinner before anyone else and check in on us several times throughout the day to make sure if we needed anything. We knew we were in good hands heading into the weekend, but Jamie and the whole team really blew us away and exceed all our expectations. We are eternally grateful for all that they did to make our wedding so incredibly special and better than we could've ever imagined. We're so thankful we got to be part of the DoubleTree family for our wedding and couldn't have asked for a better venue to celebrate in!

I worked with the event coordinator, Jamie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very big rehearsal dinner and I could not find a venue. I talked to Jamie and I had it at the Palm Court in the Hilton. The room was nice and the food was great. I highly recommend the staff and this venue for any occasion.

I worked with the event coordinator, Jamie. She was so helpful and knowledgeable. We had a very big rehearsal dinner and I could not find a venue. I talked to Jamie and I had it at the Palm Court in the Hilton. The room was nice and the food was great. I highly recommend the staff and this venue for any occasion.

It was such a blessing to have our wedding ceremony at Willow Valley Chapel and cocktail hour/reception at Doubletree Resort by Hilton Lancaster. Our first impression in meeting Doubletree’s venue coordinator, Jamie, was that she was very confident in her work but did not necessarily listen intently to the vision we had for our wedding. At first, communication was quite slow—but shortly before our event, with the efforts of our offsite wedding planner, things improved. Throughout the process, Jamie insisted our wedding day would be perfect, and dismissed our worries along the way. Thankfully, the faith she had in her team worked in her favor, and Doubletree did not disappoint! We worked with Britney in group sales to reserve rooms for our bridal party. She was helpful, courteous, and patient as we decided how to best accommodate our guests. Britney was just the sunshine we needed when other wedding tasks were beginning to feel cumbersome. Her sweet demeanor and positive attitude are certainly an asset to this venue. Front desk employees graciously distributed hotel gift boxes from the bride and groom to all guests in our room block. They showed enthusiasm about helping our guests feel welcome. Set-up/clean-up crew (Brian, James, Justin, Sam) prepared the Terrace Room for our rehearsal dinner and worked tirelessly to clean up Friday night events in preparation for our Saturday wedding. They meticulously set up our tables in both PA Ballroom and Palm Court, with special attention to a unique sweetheart/head table set-up. When we recognized them for their efforts, they were appreciative and humble. The serving staff led by Tony was top notch! He was extremely professional and personable, checking in on us throughout the meal to ensure we had everything we needed. The staff was efficient in delivering passed hors d’oeuvres, salad, entrée, dessert, coffee, and late-night cookies and fruit. The chef is clearly a culinary expert, as alongside his talented staff he prepared the most delicious menu for our wedding. Our menu included: (hors d’oeuvres) chicken cordon bleu bites, crab dip, bruschetta, shrimp cocktail; garden salad; (choice of) beef tenderloin with bordelaise or chicken caprese; mashed potatoes and steamed carrots. We also had a late-night snack of Doubletree cookies and the most beautiful assortment of fresh fruit. Many of our guests commented about the freshness, presentation, and taste of the food. Everything was high quality, and we could tell it was prepared with care and love. From an early morning start of getting ready in the Terrace Room, to a picturesque ceremony in the Willow Valley Chapel, to a wonderful cocktail hour and reception—everything about our day was memorable and perfect. While we would like to award Doubletree Resort by Hilton Lancaster five stars, interactions with the venue coordinator were stressful and the lack of communication was disheartening, causing us to withdraw one star. However, with all dissatisfaction aside—we are most grateful to the Doubletree team for working to make the wedding a day we will always remember and a beautiful start to a wonderful life together.

The Staff at Doubletree - Lancaster was professional, polite and very helpful. But, the real difference was how they all made us feel wanted and noticed. We were made to feel like family. I cannot recommend this place enough. It should be your \"go to\" place for weddings and special events!!

We made a trip up the day prior to the rehearsal dinner (Wednesday) to drop off hotel guest welcome bags and the front desk staff was so helpful in taking, storing and explaining how guests would receive.The following day (Thursday), we (the parents of the groom) arrived a bit early. We requested an adjoining room with our daughter who had her three children with her and not only was that arranged, but we were able to get checked in early, quickly and without any issues. (and of course with yummy cookies) That evening was the rehearsal dinner. We had to be at the venue for the rehearsal at 6pm and were worried about what time we could get into the Terrace room to allow us enough time to decorate prior to leaving. The front desk staff was so kind in finding out all of the information we needed and were able to get us in in plenty of time.When we arrived at the Terrace room decorations in tow, the banquet staff were setting up. I asked if they minded if we started the decorating while they were setting up and they were so kind even helping us with a few things!At the dinner on Thursday evening, the setup was beautiful, the food was perfect, and the staff (Troy, Olivia, Connie and a few others who unfortunately I did not get their names) were BEYOND accommodating, approaching us often to make sure everything was going well and that we did not need anything. To say the dinner was a success doesn't give it justice!The bride's family hosted a brunch the morning after the wedding and again the staff were overly accommodating! The food was perfect and it was decorated nicely. My husband and I travel often. We tend to stay mostly at DoubleTree's and are Hilton Honors members. I can't remember staying at a hotel where everyone from front desk staff, to cleaning staff, to banquet staff were friendly, kind and helpful at every turn!The management of the hotel are obviously doing something right! Please let your staff know that they are all doing a terrific job!Thank you Jamie, and all again for making our stay and event a great memory!Shirl T

Our guests ravedddd about how jaw-droppingly beautiful and elegant the ceremony and reception were. Also, the food was incredible and the alcohol was reasonably priced. One of the biggest reasons why we chose Doubletree is because of its transparent and affordable pricing. With other venues, it always felt like they were \"hiding\" their pricing. But with Doubletree, we knew what we were paying for, and we were able to choose from a range of affordable packages that included all of the necessities such as meals, table linens, table numbers, etc. Additionally, we loved the fact that Doubletree has a list of preferred vendors, but they allow you to choose your own vendors without any extra fees. Jamie was amazing to work with. She really listened to us and made sure we had the wedding of our dreams. We wish we could go back and relive that day. Thank you Doubletree and staff!

We absolutely loved working with the DoubleTree during our wedding! Nearly everything was provided: a taste testing, breakfast and lunch for the bridal party, table numbers, linens, a rehearsal dinner, clean up, a chapel, music for the ceremony at the chapel, and room blocks! Jamie and Michelle were so easy to work with and very accommodating. They were even able to coordinate getting us an ice sculpture! The wedding day could not have run smoother, and we highly recommend working with this vendor.

We absolutely loved working with the DoubleTree during our wedding! The Double Tree staff was amazing from start to finish. In addition to the gorgeous Palm Court venue for our reception, the Willow Valley Chapel was the perfect location to host our ceremony. The venue was the perfect spot for our wedding. The food was amazing, the ceremony on the green was amazing, and the reception in the palm court was amazing. The staff and servers were helpful and professional every step of the way. 10/10 would recommend having your wedding here! The communication and last minute adjustments went smooth and the venue was extremely helpful. We got engaged early and booked about 18 months in advance and that lead to some confusion with menus and options, and because our wedding was so far away communication could’ve been a little better early on in the process, but I also understand that weddings and coordinating have been extremely challenging due to the pandemic. That would be my only suggestion :). More/better communication between booking and the last month before the wedding.

Our experience working with this venue was outstanding, from the planning process up until the morning after at the farewell brunch. The food was delicious- many guests commented on how much they enjoyed their dinners and said that they nearly licked the plate clean. The staff are experienced, helpful, and friendly. However, we took off one star because couples should know that there is quite a bit that you'll be fully responsible for-- such as decor set up (center pieces, special table items (i.e. memory table) , table numbers, seating cards/charts, etc.) and tear down-- Therefore we chose to hire a third party coordinator. This helped the day run even more smoothly. This venue was perfect for an incredible, memorable and gorgeous wedding weekend.

Overall it was a very great experience. The facility was beautiful, the staff was very friendly to the guest and everything was coordinated to our expectations. It was great to have the wedding chapel on the grounds as it really made it convenient for the guest and the bridal party.

My daughter and son-in-laws wedding went along as planned, there were a few snags, but nothing the event coordinator Jamie couldn't work out. We looked at other Venue's and for the cost and service provided this was the best value. We had the ceremony in the ballroom and reception across the isle way in the Palm court. Both rooms were set up in accordance with what we requested, the color scheme and arrangement's were great. I wanted the wedding to be a day that they could look back on and not have any bad memories. As the Father of the bride that was was my sole job. With Jamie the event coordinator, and Kim the wedding Planner we delivered what I promised the couple. The food that they provided was perfect, how they prepared Beef tenderloin at that scale and cook to perfection was a major task, which they pulled off. The chicken dish was just as good as the beef, for a guest list of 127 they did a great job. The staff even accommodated the vegans and children at the event. I can't say enough about Brian and the rest of the House Services Staff, they we there for every need and helped with out question. We built a custom Arbor for the wedding and they had a room the store it and everything else we had for the event. The Event Coordinator Jamie Ressler-Eckman is a leader on the day of the event. Nothing escaped her, Her and her staff were like a well oiled machine, and had the event on schedule ( as much as the Bride would allow). The Wedding Planner Kim, worked hard to make the setup match what the bride wanted. She did a great job and a big thanks to her. Trust me you need a wedding planner! At the end of the day I was very happy with the entire event. All the guests enjoyed themselves and loved to palm court. The Bride and Broom got married, partied and had a great wedding. I couldn't have asked for more, and Jamie, Kim, Brian and all of the Hilton/Doubletree staff delivered.Thank You all.

Wow! What a beautiful and unique venue and the Catering Executive & Planner, Jamie and her team were wonderful to work with! I am a Wedding Planner and had the pleasure of working with Jamie, Michelle & Mary and their team at the Doubletree in September 2021 for a wedding and they were absolutely wonderful! They took great care of the couple and were extremely helpful to me and my team to help us create a perfect day for our couple! The Palm Court is such a stunning and unique space for an event and really helped us elevate the couples style and bring everything to life! We had our reception outside at the DoubleTree on the green. It was so much prettier than I ever imagined. They had a tent for us with cafe lights strung throughout the tent. The grounds were gorgeous and the lake made for a beautiful background. Jamie was easy to communicate with. I wanted an elegant wedding theme and was still able to have that with an outdoor wedding.

My daughter got married at the Willow Valley Chapel and had the reception in Palm Court at the DoubleTree. Due to my daughter living in Virginia I handled many of the details. Let me just say DoubleTree, as well as Jamie Eckman, the coordinator there that we worked with, were wonderful, as well as all the staff that were involved the day of the wedding! Jamie made sure our vision of the day came true and helped lead us through every step on the way to it. She made sure that the details of the venue were taken care of so that I could relax and enjoy the day. She and the staff not only looked at it as a job but you could tell they cared about us and our event. Examples of the staff's attention to our needs ranged from offering to bring me a glass of wine I liked right after the ceremony when it wasn't with the cocktails in the bride's room and bringing some of the hors d'oeuvres to us at our reception table after cocktail hour since we didn't have any left earlier to quickly bringing us a new blowdryer right before the ceremony when the matron of honor's baby threw up on her and making sure the bride got the right meal when I had mistakenly ordered the wrong one. To summarize, they made my daughter's dream wedding come true and many compliments were received. It would not have been possible without Jamie, the staff and their beautiful venue.

We're having our wedding at Doubletree next May and we're beyond pleased with how wonderful the entire process is going. Christina Hamberger is our wedding coordinator which is who I've been talking to since I first reached out to them. She was so patient and understanding throughout the whole booking process and took the time to make sure all of my questions were answered before making a decision. We're having our ceremony in their absolutely perfect intimate Chapel and our reception in a large white tent outside right beside the chapel with the view of the pond in front. Gorgeous venue, great staff, couldn't be happier!

Eric and his team did a wonderful job of making it all happen seamlessly and stress free! That large of a room flip could not have been as easy and they made it happen. We also had a day of coordinator and she helped above and beyond which was great! Most of the guests stayed at the hotel and this took the weather and transportation out of the equation. Our daughter was married in the chapel and we hosted a lovely wedding reception in Palm Court a few weeks ago. Our experience with DoubleTree Lancaster was nothing but positive. Eric, the DoubleTree coordinator, was great to work with. He was always responsive and eager to help. The food was wonderful and presented beautifully. The entire staff was exceptional during our rehearsal, the wedding and reception, and during our stay overnight. The buffet breakfast in the restaurant was wonderful as well. Our room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. Our guests loved the venue! We had many guests visiting from outside the area and they loved that they could attend the ceremony, take a short walk to the reception, and sleep in the same place. Quite a convenience! They thought Palm Court was a beautiful place for a wedding reception. One guest even commented that she felt like she was attending a celebrity wedding. We just received our photos and they couldn't be any more perfect! The chapel and willow tree grounds are perfect settings for photos as well as Palm Court. Thanks to all at DoubleTree Lancaster. We had a wonderful experience.

We loved working with Victoria, the wedding coordinator, who went out of her way to answer our questions and make sure we were peaceful with everything. Every employee who we worked with was kind and helpful and made sure we were happy and taken care of. The reception coordinator went the extra step, when he heard that we had a baseball theme, he and his staff took it on themselves to figure out a way to fold the napkins to look like home plate!! And the food was fantastic! We were just so very pleased with the entire experience! And, the fact that it rained on our wedding day, that didn't phase the DoubleTree at all, they had an SUV that they were able to drive me over to the chapel and then drive my groom and I back to the reception so we wouldn't get wet! Top notch service all the way!

From the moment I set foot on the property, I knew this was the PERFECT location for our wedding day. The chapel, the property and the hotel facilities were all GORGEOUS!\r\rDuring our planning process, a few months before our wedding the wedding coordinator left for another opportunity at another local resort. My anxiety started to rise quite a bit, however, one month before our wedding I met with the newly hired wedding coordinator, Victoria. Upon meeting with Victoria, my anxieties quickly disappeared as she completely exceeded all expectations! \r\rOur wedding day/weekend couldn't have been more perfect or beautiful! And a lot of that is thanks to Victoria and the rest of the staff (ie. Nicole- Banquet Manager, DJ-A/V attendant, and Jen Katke-Group Reservations). Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was (specifically the raspberry brie bites, coconut chicken, potato & leek soup, and filet & chicken combo plated meal). The service provided by the banquet staff was top-notch which was just the icing on the cake! I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was but I am running out of room! Future brides, you will not regret choosing this venue for your wedding day!!

And a lot of that is thanks to Victoria and the rest of the staff (ie. Nicole- Banquet Manager, DJ-A/V attendant, and Jen Katke-Group Reservations). Our guests are still raving about how beautiful everything was and how delicious the food was (specifically the raspberry brie bites, coconut chicken, potato & leek soup, and filet & chicken combo plated meal). The service provided by the banquet staff was top-notch which was just the icing on the cake! I could go on and on about how amazing our experience was but I am running out of room! Future brides, you will not regret choosing this venue for your wedding day!!

The location is great! It is perfect for out-of-town and local guests. There are plenty of hotel rooms, and you can even have your guests rooms overlooking the main ballroom (Palm Court). It is also perfect as they have their own chapel, as well as a golf course neighboring the property and a lake with a covered bridge, gazebo, fire pit, and willow trees! Very beautiful! It was perfect for us as we had the ceremony, pictures, cocktail hour and reception, and hotel rooms all in one location. No extra driving or extra transportation fees! Everything is within easy walking distance. If you have handicapped or elderly guests, they can also offer a golf cart service to transport guests. The chapel and ballroom (Palm Court) are also unique-- the stained glass windows in the chapel and the actual palm trees in the ballroom. (Don't let the red scare you!) \rThe service before, during, and after the wedding was great! They were prompt in answering my e-mails-- especially when there may have been quite a few. They were very involved and helpful during the planning and setup stage, as well as during the wedding. They came up to us many times to make sure we had everything we needed (food, drinks, etc). They were also readily available for questions after the day. Very kind and courteous!\rThe food was good for the price. The cocktail hour and appetizers were great!! The dinner was pretty good; you pay for what you get. We were able to mix & match a little bit with our food selections, which was great. The staff were very helpful with this!\rWe had visited over 15 places prior to booking, as we were so indecisive as to where to get married. Seeing all of the other locations and their pricing, they are pretty competitive with pricing. Considering the service and what we ended up getting in our package, we got an excellent price!!\rUnfortunately, we had booked ~8 months prior to our date and during that time they had a change in their staff. Because of the change in staff, a few hiccups did arise-- not being notified of change in coordinator, not knowing about a planned meeting, not having/finding our contract (we ended up having to scan and e-mail it to them), and difficulty with the final billing. They were very accommodating and apologetic when the problems arose and they were fixed quickly. Our suggestion would be to keep all e-mails, paperwork, and receipts just in case!! The business aspect is the only area where there were some concerns.\rOverall, it was a great night-- the service, value, location/beauty surpassed the hiccups we had!
