The Doubletree Suites is an all-suite hotel. Every suite has a living room, bedroom, dressing area. The living room features a mini refrigerator, microwave and a sofa that can be pulled out to a full bed. The majority of our rooms have 1 king bed in the bedroom. There are flatscreen TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Our second and third floor suites have private balconies and our first floor suites have walk out patios. Everyone I spoke to and dealt with up to my wedding event was great! However, once I got to the hotel everything went south. My room was not ready until a half hour after check in time, the timing of my rehearsal dinner was scheduled incorrectly, the bartender at my rehearsal dinner was charging my guests when it was supposed to go on my tab. When I arrived back the night after my wedding, the person at the front desk was rude and unaccommodating. There was another bridal party there who was also having issues. Those that I did work with (Jodi, Tina, and Siani) were helpful and did their best to try to make up for the problems that were out of their control.

We had our wedding here and we couldn't be more happy with how everything went!! Our wedding was affected by the pandemic and the DoubleTree was so patient and understanding with us; we ended up having to change dates and they worked with us on everything. Finally our day came and it was even more perfect than I could have imagined! The venue is absolutely beautiful, the food is fantastic, and Neil was wonderful with helping us plan and setting everything up! We are beyond happy, and highly recommend this venue for events!!!

We had our wedding here and we couldn't be more happy with how everything went!! Melanie made all my wedding dreams come true. When I first inquired about packages and dates I had a lot of unknown variables because my dad was really sick and we wanted to plan a quick wedding to ensure he wouldn’t miss the big day. Melanie worked with our tight budget and gave us options for what we could do at each price point to get the most out of what we truly wanted for our wedding. She was more than accommodating to make everything work for us with the vision we had with constant changes. The day couldn’t have gone more smoothly. The last minute change from outdoor to indoors due to rain went smoothly. The food was amazing. We got amazing pictures indoors and outdoors. The staff made sure everyone was where they needed to be and directed people as needed. The Our friends and family all tell us it’s the best wedding they have ever been to and it will forever be one of the best days of our lives. I really couldn’t have asked for more.

On August 18, 2018 we had our wedding ceremony, cocktail hour and reception with 150 people at the Falls of the Double Tree. First off, the food was fantastic! Best wedding food most guests ever had. They can't stop raving about it. Staff at the Double Tree was great and pampered the bride and groom through the whole process. Everything went so well, we were sorry it had to end that night. Wish we could come back and do it all over again! Melanie Gaffin and her staff at the Double Tree will not disappoint and their prices are very competitive. Book it now!

Both Melanie and Jackie seem to have everything down to science.The food was catered by an outside vendor and the coordination between the caterer and the Doubletree team was as seamless as it could have been.The service was great and the staff was courteous and acted as one Team. Everything we needed was already anticipated and delivered on-time. We never had to ask for anything even once because it was already taken care of. Thanks Melanie and Jackie for making these events memorable.

We had our wedding reception at the DoubleTree and it was nothing short of amazing! Melanie was awesome and made the process so easy! She answered any and all questions we had instantly and I never had to worry or stress about anything! The food was fantastic and the staff was so accommodating. If you are considering the DoubleTree you shouldn’t even think twice but to do it, you won’t regret it. Such a stress free process! Our guests also stayed at the hotel and they were amazed with the rooms. I would definitely recommend the DoubleTree 100 times over!!

My husband and I were looking for a hotel spot to serve as both our reception venue and a place to stay for our guests. DoubleTree had it all. We were so grateful that the Double Tree came with not only a beautiful ballroom, but elegant courtyard for us to take our photos, friendly staff who went above and beyond to make sure everything was as we wanted, open communication leading up to the wedding, delicious food, and an overall all-in-one spot that provided a stress-free and joy-filled day for us. We were married at the Doubletree Suites in Mt. Laurel on June 3, 2017. In choosing a wedding venue, we were looking for a place that was close to our home and easily accessible for out-of-town guests. The Doubletree Suites-Mt. Laurel offered the perfect combination of elegance and convenience that we were looking for. The landscaping and waterfall in the outdoor courtyard provided a picturesque backdrop for our formal photos and ceremony. Following the ceremony, our guests were just steps away from the cocktail hour in the “Garden Room,” which features a patio and lots of natural lighting. The reception in the spacious ballroom was beautifully decorated.Our guests complimented the food and the decor. Having both our ceremony and reception in the same venue, along with the overnight accommodations on site, made wedding planning much easier for us and our wedding more enjoyable for guests. Melanie and her staff were extremely helpful. We highly recommend this venue.

She was always responsive, warm, and professional, as was her staff. The ballroom is beautiful, and our guests are still raving about the food. Twice we’ve hosted our family’s three-day reunion event at the Doubletree Suites in Mt. Laurel, NJ–most recently in July 2015, and prior to that in July 1999. Each time our group size approximated 100 guests, and on both occasions we were very impressed with the superior level of service and quality accommodations enjoyed during our stay. This newly renovated all-suites resort-like hotel with sprawling, well-manicured grounds, breath-taking waterfalls and comfortably appointed sleeping accommodations has been the perfect venue for our intimate family gatherings! The event spaces are spacious, attractive and very well maintained too!!\r\rMost important to us, however, has been the consistently great service received!!! The entire staff was professional, friendly, and genuine in their effort to ensure that our event/stay was pleasant! We owe special thanks to Deborah O’Connor (our Catering Director both times) for presenting us with great catering options that fit within our budget, and for gently guiding us–from beginning to end–to another very successful event!!! We received rave reviews about the great tasting food and service at our banquet– kudos to the chef and Lynn Darrah! And last, but certainly not least, the “cooked-to-order” breakfast service in the new Redz Restaurant was a wonderful way to start each day!\r\rGreat hotel, great event, great value! My husband and I had our wedding at the Doubletree Suites Hotel in Mount Laurel. Our experience was incredible! Debbie & Jackie went above and beyond to accommodate us and exceeded all of our expectations! We worked with Debbie for our reception needs and then she put us in touch with Jackie to help us with our rooms for our guests. We worked very closely with Debbie and built a great rapport with her. Debbie is great at what she does and did a great job making our Wedding Day Very SPECIAL & UNFORGETTABLE! The servers, bartenders and other staff of the Doubletree that assisted us were very friendly & accommodating as well. It was not only special for us but for our guests as well. We could have not been more pleased with the way everything turned out. It was PERFECT! Everyone loved the hotel and the fact that they didn’t have to drive after the reception. It was decorated tastefully and it looked absolutely beautiful! All of our guests raved about how delicious the food was so compliments to the Chef! Our family and friends told us it was one of the best weddings they have ever been to! The day went PERFECT. The Doubletree did an AMAZING job and definitely surpassed all of our expectations. THIS WEDDING VENUE IS A BRIDE'S WORST NIGHTMARE!!! The \"wedding coordinator\" for the hotel was the most disorganized, withdrawn, UN-Coordinated, rude, and unprofessional individual during almost the entire process from start to finish of planning and carrying out our only special day. At first she was pleasant and promised us the moon & stars but once I signed that contract I had to consistently stay on top of her to keep track of the items she promised us which ultimately created even more work for me to do. The hotel did not want to include a food tasting, we had been told to go to their restaurant at our expense so finally 2 months before our wedding we received a food tasting. She kept trying to change the linen colors & try charging me about a month before the wedding. The rooms for our guests were given away and the front desk was extremely rude about it except for 1 gentleman who was very nice. Then at the wedding, she wore a white looking outfit which I felt was disrespectful, lost me in a hallway so the ceremony started late, never lined up the bridal party, they had issues setting up the dance floor so the reception started almost 45 minutes late, SEATING CHART CHANGED W/O MY KNOWLEDGE!!-my parents & entire bridal party were stuck in the corners and back wall on the other side of the room away from us!, SHE LEFT US at 8:30pm right as we were about to be announced-(she was our maitre de WHO IS NEVER SUPPOSED TO LEAVE!), we had also been assigned 2 captains which we never saw during the night except we saw the one during cocktail hour and at the cake cutting (she was extremely nice) but that was it, they almost cut out my father/daughter dance if I hadn't said something & found my Dad so that was late, dinner wasn't served until 10pm & the food was WRONG-supposed to be mashed potatoes w/filet but it was rice and the chicken was supposed to be chicken caprese but was baked with gravy, they never got us for the cake cutting so the groom was in the bathroom while our song was playing so the dj had to play it a second time until we found him, one of the bartenders broke all of the glasses so drinks were served incorrectly, we got locked out of the arbor room with our stuff in it Twice, and most importantly they RAN OUT OF ALCOHOL 1 1/2 hrs before the wedding was over (How does that happen?!?!). There were more issues but I won't have enough room in this review to list them. This venue is clearly not capable of handling a wedding function and I will NEVER have another event here ever again. I am disgusted with how the entire night was late & running behind and yet conveniently enough they end the night at precisely 11:30pm so we lost so much time! They could not get the job done properly and I am extremely disappointed with the service especially considering the amount of money that was paid. There are several employees in this hotel that should not work in the customer service industry. The only nice things that I will say about the event was that they did do a beautiful job with the decorations (most of which were mine that I supplied) and the actual hotel itself was very nice (once my guests actually received their rooms that they were supposed to have). The food at the wedding was very good, even though the dinners were WRONG, but then the breakfast the next morning was not very good at all…it was gross actually. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get married.

Then at the wedding, she wore a white looking outfit which I felt was disrespectful, lost me in a hallway so the ceremony started late, never lined up the bridal party, they had issues setting up the dance floor so the reception started almost 45 minutes late, SEATING CHART CHANGED W/O MY KNOWLEDGE!!-my parents & entire bridal party were stuck in the corners and back wall on the other side of the room away from us!, SHE LEFT US at 8:30pm right as we were about to be announced-(she was our maitre de WHO IS NEVER SUPPOSED TO LEAVE!), we had also been assigned 2 captains which we never saw during the night except we saw the one during cocktail hour and at the cake cutting (she was extremely nice) but that was it, they almost cut out my father/daughter dance if I hadn't said something & found my Dad so that was late, dinner wasn't served until 10pm & the food was WRONG-supposed to be mashed potatoes w/filet but it was rice and the chicken was supposed to be chicken caprese but was baked with gravy, they never got us for the cake cutting so the groom was in the bathroom while our song was playing so the dj had to play it a second time until we found him, one of the bartenders broke all of the glasses so drinks were served incorrectly, we got locked out of the arbor room with our stuff in it Twice, and most importantly they RAN OUT OF ALCOHOL 1 1/2 hrs before the wedding was over (How does that happen?!?!). There were more issues but I won't have enough room in this review to list them. This venue is clearly not capable of handling a wedding function and I will NEVER have another event here ever again. I am disgusted with how the entire night was late & running behind and yet conveniently enough they end the night at precisely 11:30pm so we lost so much time! They could not get the job done properly and I am extremely disappointed with the service especially considering the amount of money that was paid. There are several employees in this hotel that should not work in the customer service industry. The only nice things that I will say about the event was that they did do a beautiful job with the decorations (most of which were mine that I supplied) and the actual hotel itself was very nice (once my guests actually received their rooms that they were supposed to have). The food at the wedding was very good, even though the dinners were WRONG, but then the breakfast the next morning was not very good at all…it was gross actually. I absolutely DO NOT recommend this hotel to anyone looking to get married.
