Drakewood Farm is a venue located only 15 minutes from downtown Nashville in Goodlettsville, Tennessee. It features a mansion built in 1850 that sits on 40 acres of farmland. Couples will be able to choose from multiple indoor and outdoor options for their celebration. Drakewood Farm provides the ultimate country setting with three barns, a pavilion, and a mansion in the background. Facilities and Capacity Couples can invite up to 175 guests at this vintage venue. For your ceremony, you can choose between the following: Wedding in the Woods, the Love Barn, or the I DO Barn. Each setting provides a rustic backdrop as you exchange your vows. For your reception, the site offers a 4,000-square-foot pavilion. It features gorgeous drapery and an ornate chandelier. Services Offered This-award winning venue offers couples all-inclusive packages to make their wedding dreams come true. Their amazing staff will provide you with custom-designed menus, floral arrangements and decor to bring your vision to life. Drakewood is amazing! From the venue itself, to the most friendly and phenomenal staff- our wedding was incredible! We are from NJ and had a small elopement and the only thing I would change is that I’d make it a full wedding with reception and all because we didn’t want to leave! Otherwise- I’d do it the same way all over again! The staff does great work, still obsessing over my florals, photos and video and our family and friends are still raving about our day! 10/10 highly recommend!

This is perhaps the easiest review I’ve ever written. Drakewood Farm was the most perfect wedding venue that Andrew and I could have picked. Not only is the entire property gorgeous, but the team there made our planning experience so easy and our wedding day absolutely seamless. We were having a destination wedding, and were planning this day all the way from California, never having seen the venue in person until the week of the wedding. You could say that we were nervous. What if the place wasn’t as pretty in person? What if our vision didn’t translate well over email and things weren’t how we envisioned them? As soon as we saw everything and met the Event Manager, Aubrey Doyle, and the rest of the team in person, our concerns melted away. Not only did they understand our vision, but they executed it perfectly. On the day of, we didn’t have to do or think about a single thing. We brought some of our own personalized decor, and we barely even had to explain where we wanted them or how to set them up. The Drakewood team just GETS IT. They handled every aspect, and did it all in-house. The decor, the catering, the florals, the DJ… Aside from alcohol delivery for the bar (which they helped with) and a photography and videography team, we didn’t have to hire any outside vendors. Thinking about how stressful a wedding day can potentially be, compared to the complete absence of stress that I felt on mine, lets me know for sure that we chose the right venue. Everyone there was so kind, so helpful, and absolutely professional. I couldn’t recommend them any higher! ❤️

Aubrey, Olivia, and the Drakewood team were amazing. We chose Drakwood for our destination wedding because of the proximity to Nashville and the beautiful venue space. Aubrey worked with us to find the perfect date that fit our limited availability, which was not an easy task. We received great support from the staff and Aubrey made every effort to make sure every detail was executed properly. We did not have to worry about anything on the day of which was amazing! We loved the team and highly recommend the venue for brides/couples looking for a more hands off planning experience.

Drakewood is the most perfect all-in-one wedding venue!! Planning our wedding with them was so easy and fun. We had one planning meeting in which we just had to pick out our favorites over everything - from plates/glassware to dinner food to cake - they take care of (almost) everything!! There were just a few things we needed to take care of, like the alcohol and photograph, but it was really nothing in comparison to what Drakewood took care of! When we talked about flowers and cake decorations, I showed them pictures from Pinterest in hopes of giving them ideas, but they said, \"Oh yeah we can do that!\" aka they can literally make your Pinterest dreams come to life!!! On our wedding day, we could really tell all the thought and effort that was put into every little detail and making sure it was what we wanted. Also, everything went SO smoothly - there were literally no hiccups!! It all ran beautifully. They are so nice and will take care of everything for you, without feeling frazzled at all! They are an extremely well-oiled machine. Even my guests (who were with us the whole week before the wedding) noticed how we were not stressed out at all (including the day of) because we were so well taken care of by the Drakewood staff!! We will never be able to thank them enough for giving us the beyond perfect wedding day!

Stop all your searching right here and book Drakewood Farm! Arline felt like family from our first viewing of the venue all the way down to planning and the day of the wedding. I am such an over planner and I’m so thankful for everything all of their staff did to take some of my stress and planning off my plate! Aubrey was my coordinator and she felt like a friend that I could check in on what my vision was and trust that they would bring it to life. I cannot tell you how many compliments I received from my guests telling me it was the most beautiful venue, the most fun and definitely the best food they’ve ever had at a wedding. My videographers said in all honestly the food was hands down spectacular! I could write on and on about how every detail they pay attention to is worth every penny, but just one look at this place and you’ll understand!

Nothing but MAGIC. Every little detail was planned to perfection, and absolutely stunning. Every person involved at Drakewood becomes like your family, and it is clear they are family to each other. They make every detail perfect, and made us feel like the most important couple. The venue is the perfect combination of indoor and outdoor space, and creates a photographers dreamland for amazing shots. I put my entire vision in their lap and they brought every inch of it to life. My coordinator Aubrey was spectacular, professional and made me feel right at home. We couldn’t recommend Drakewood and their staff more.

We loved our special day at Drakewood! We wanted an intimate ceremony with just immediate family and their micro wedding package was perfect. I highly recommend an all inclusive wedding venue if the idea of wedding planning gives you a lot of dread and anxiety. The two hour planning meeting reduced so much stress, that I was actually able to enjoy the months leading up to my wedding. The wedding coordinators were wonderful and answered my emails very quickly. The venue handled catering, decor, flowers- literally the only thing I had to focus on was finding a wedding dress. Drakewood is beautiful, with multiple ceremony and photography locations around the venue. The only negative experience I had was not with Drakewood, but with the photographer (Ace Photography) they have as an optional add on in their micro-wedding package. I got married in December and I am still waiting to receive all of my photos. The communication with them has been incredibly poor. I would recommend finding another photographer in the Nashville area. Other than that, I can not say enough good things about the venue, the staff, and the ultimate value of a micro-wedding at Drakewood.

If you're looking for a venue that has it all, Drakewood is the place for you! Our wedding package included pretty much everything we could have possibly needed: ceremony & reception decor, catering, cake, floral arrangements, a whole house for our bridal parties to get ready in, a live musician for the ceremony, a DJ for the reception, bartenders, and so much more. It took one planning session that was about 2 hours long to go over our Pinterest board/vision for our wedding day and to choose our food menu. The only big things we had to worry about on our own was stationery, alcohol, and our wedding attire. The team at Drakewood was so fun to work with and made sure we had everything we needed to make our day as relaxing, fun, and beautiful as possible! Special shoutout to Bekah for being the best day-of coordinator ever!

If you are looking for an all-in-one venue that has amazing options for an outdoor or indoor ceremony, gorgeous/natural scenery as a backdrop for photos, and a team that will go above an beyond to make your day perfect and stress-free, then Drakewood Farm should be your venue! When looking for a venue, we knew we wanted an option that spoke to our roots – Drakewood has small town charm just minutes away from downtown Nashville and is a great option for couples who appreciate all that nature and the outdoors have to offer. Even the reception venue, which is an extension of the barn, gives you the perfect balance of embracing the natural scenery with floor to ceiling windows that can be pulled open all while providing a roof over your head. No need to worry about planning a “rainy day” tent. This was also one of the few venues I looked at in the Nashville area that had both a bridal and groom suite on site for the entire wedding party to get ready.If you are looking for a planning and a design team that you can trust to take care of all big planning steps and small details, go with Drakewood! We were able to describe and share a few pictures of the vibe we wanted for our wedding and Leann made our vision come true and then some! From the florals, to the color palette, to the design details. Everything was absolutely perfect. And they have great relationships with vendors from catering, to cake/baked goods, musicians/DJs and so much more. If you have an idea, they can recommend a vendor partner. Unlike some of the other “all inclusive” options in the area, you have the flexibility of choosing from so many options from design to vendors so you are able to truly make your wedding your own.We had the not so fun task of planning our wedding during a global pandemic. The team at Drakewood Farm went above and beyond our expectations to be flexible with the constant changes in plans and implementation of COVID safety protocols. Major shoutout to Heather for holding our hands every step of the way. And for keeping us, our guests, and all staff safe.Our wedding ended up being the BEST day, even if there wasn’t a global pandemic. And we have Drakewood to thank for that. We cannot recommend them enough.

The Drakewood Farm team was beyond incredible. They were incredibly responsive throughout the planning process -which was important for us because this was a destination wedding for us and we only visited the venue once before the big day. Every little question or concern I had was valued by the team and answered in a concise, actionable way. This venue provided everything we could have dreamed of needing and acknowledged my ideas and worked with me as a bride who hadn't dreamed of every detail of the big day my whole life... Heather was so patient and flexible with me when it came to floral arrangements and reception decor (which I didn't want to be decadent or wasteful.. oops). From start to finish, my wishes were always respected and accommodated and the Drakewood team acted as a guide without pushing me. If I thought the team excelled in the planning process, it was nothing compared with their day-of execution. It was as if the moment I needed something, the Drakewood team was ready and willing to jump, only asking \"how high\" before they set off. If something seemed amiss or my face looked concerned for even a moment, the team had already read my mind and was in the process of intervening before I could even ask. They were so willing to roll with the punches, scrap things we had planned for over a year, audible when necessary and reassure me or my family when there was the tiniest doubt. I cannot thank the Drakewood team enough for making our wedding day (and every day leading up to it) the perfect day for us.

My dream wedding came true. LeeAnn and Heather are so easy to work with. They are laid back, but they are so so good at their job. It's amazing how they can take your vision and go WAY BEYOND IT. I wanted a teepee and I can't even describe how it turned out. They love what they do and have so much fun doing it. For example, they said here are your napkin colors, what would you like? We said, \"How many can we pick?\" They said 10. We said ok...and then the design was on. They found a way to incorporate 10 stunning shades into the most sophisticated way. I would do that day over and over and over again. Also, once a drakewood always a drakewood. Their hospitality stretches before and beyond your big day. They offer their grounds to you for engagement photos, or family photos, etc. It's the most beautiful place I have ever seen. Every inch of that property is picture worthy! Missing the Drakewood life.

The moment I laid eyes on this beautiful venue I knew in my heart this is where our big day would take place, and I'm so glad it did. Heather, LeeAnn, and Asia took my dreams and transformed them into reality. They were very easy to work with, and I did not have any stress the day of my wedding. I've always heard of horror stories about the day of the wedding being so stressful for the bride, but I had the most peaceful day. I learned from this experience if you hire the right people you trust to do an amazing job, then you won't worry if it's up to your standards. I enjoyed my day, and spent it enjoying the company of my closest friends and family. They took care of everything. The best part is that it is all inclusive, so that truly eliminates the challenge of finding the right person for music, food, cake, etc. They handle all of the business for you, while you just simply show them your Pinterest Board and talk through exactly what you want. It rained on my wedding day, which was kind of sad as I wanted gorgeous photos outside, but everything on the inside of the barn and reception area were stunningly beautiful, so it still gave me gorgeous photos of our day. Besides my husband, this was the best decision I made for that day.

If you're going to get married anywhere, this is the venue to choose. Our day turned out to be an absolute fairytale. Drakewood takes care of everything- the food, DJ, flowers, decorations, cake, etc... I gave them an idea of what I wanted and they brought it to life. You don't have to worry about setting up or tearing down, they do everything for you. On top of that, the event coordinators are incredibly helpful, responsive, professional, and friendly. They always answered my questions in a timely manner, they made sure everything was taken care of, and on our wedding day they made sure everything ran smoothly. I cannot say enough about this venue. They know what they're doing and you won't regret choosing them.

My husband and I got married at Drakewood in September and it was nothing short of PERFECT for us! When we got engaged, I knew I wanted to get married around the Nashville area because it is close to where I am originally from. However, we lived in Atlanta at the time so I knew we would have to do some long distance planning and it could require numerous tips to Nashville. This is one of the reasons we chose Drakewood! Arline, LeeAnn, Heather, and everyone else at Drakewood went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed without needing to travel all the way to Nashville. You truly got to know these people planning your wedding and they really took the time to make sure they accommodated anything we asked for! The whole process was very easy since we chose one of their all inclusive packages. They took care of everything from the amazing food through Crave catering, the most beautiful flower arrangements, DJ, setting everything up perfectly, and allowing our adorable dog Knox to be apart of the special day. We could not have asked for a more perfect day for us all thanks to Drakewood and the AMAZING people that work there!

There is nothing that can top Drakewood. They were incredible from the moment we turned into the venue. Arlene and family have done an amazing job of turning this location into a gorgeous fairy-tale venue no matter what your vision. Every corner of Drakewood has something unique and beautiful. It's a peaceful haven away from the Downtown chaos that explodes with character and charm. Every piece of this venue is thoughtful, elegant and romantic with a feel of rustic beauty. (I will note it is very close and extremely accessible to downtown for guests).I knew when I moved here and began my search for a venue that I wasn't a planner. I wasn't the girl who gets a thrill from searching for vendors and spending hours coordinating every detail that goes into a wedding. Drakewood DOES. IT. ALL. Everything. Decor/floral/catering/DJ/Coordinating/Cake even a photo booth. Everything can be customized to your taste and they embrace creativity. You don't have to worry about a thing, and I didn't, not once. I knew I was in the best hands and that no matter what, I would walk into that venue on my wedding day and it would be incredible.I was right.Our coordinators/planners/extraordinaire's LeeAnn & Heather are no doubt the best and most talented individuals. Heather made all of our communication seamless and worked with us throughout the whole planning process and was flexible with any and all requests. We had one planning meeting where we got to try everything, go over all of the details decorations/florals/food etc., and they took it from there.They offer multiple ceremony sites, we chose the woods with the comfort of knowing that if there was any inclement weather, the barn would be a fantastic back up plan. Fortunately for us, the weather was in our favor. The ceremony site was unreal. I felt like I was walking into a dream.My husband and I didn't have a particular vision, Drakewood threw out an idea and we were in love with it. We trusted them to run with it and it was above and beyond what I could have imagined. What LeeAnn and team created for our wedding day was nothing short of spectacular. I can honestly say, it was the perfect day.I can't thank them or recommend them enough. My day was flawless, my worries were none and my heart was so full and we have them to thank for it all.

I coordinated a time to tour the venue with Heather, the event manager. When I arrived at the venue, there was no one to be found. She never showed up, and didn’t answer my calls, emails, or texts for the 30 minutes that I was waiting. The venue layout is confusing , and there isn’t a front office in which to wait. The property itself is pretty, but nothing to write home about. I definitely wouldn’t trust this venue with planning my wedding!

Where to begin... the venue is amazing! The staff go above and beyond to make this day perfect. If you want that country/rustic wedding but still close to the city, you have to check out Drakewood. I live in California so I was a little nervous about planning cross country but they literally take care of almost everything (they are all inclusive)! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. Leann and Heather didn't miss a detail and kept the evening going. The food and cake were delicious. The DJ they sent us was great. The florals and decorations were absolutely beautiful and they did an amazing job setting up everything up. If rained my day off so I had to use to the indoor venue, beautiful barn with draping and lights, but everything was still perfect! I honestly can't say enough good things about this place and staff. LOOOOVEEE!!!

I cannot put into words just how happy I am with my choice to go with Drakewood Farm for our elopement! Since we were traveling to Nashville from about 4 hours away, all of the planning was done through email, phone, and Pinterest. They were always quick with responses to my questions and blew me away with how perfectly the brought our vision for our day to life! My husband and I agreed everything was absolutely perfect. The venue is absolutely breathtaking, with the perfect mix of woods, rustic, and glam for our tastes. We had our ceremony in the secluded wooded area, and our meal and cake in the barn, as well as gorgeous pictures taken by their amazing photographer throughout the property. Everyone made us feel so welcome and comfortable, as if we were being taken care of by family. Our meal, which we totally left up to them, lol, was perfection. The cake was some of the best cake my husband and I have ever tasted! Even the officiant they arranged for us was beyond amazing and suited our personalities and what we wanted perfectly. They truly cared about making our day special for us and assisting us in every way, and made us feel like family. If you're thinking of getting married in the Nashville area this venue is a MUST see! We feel truly blessed to have the opportunity to work with them to create our best day ever!

Dakewood Farm is a beautiful venue itself, but the amazing staff is what really makes the experience worth it! We chose Drakewood partially because we felt that we were dealing with people that would treat us like their own, and they lived up to that and then some! Doug and Arline were fabulous and LeAnn and Heather made sure everything was smooth sailing on the day of! I couldn't have Pinterested anything more beautiful and I received SO many compliments from our guests on the food, staff, and decor. The all inclusive package made it so easy for me to plan our wedding from 3 states away, and the constant contact with the office staff made getting questions answered so easy! I would highly recommend Drakewood Farm! Our special day was absolutely beautiful!

Drakewood made our wedding day beyond perfect. Every single detail was amazing. I got so, so many compliments on everything put together, as well as the venue. I would recommend them over and over for anyone interested in a destination wedding. They made our wedding day everything I could've ever imagined it to be, and more! Thank you thank you thank you!!!

Drakewood Farm went above and beyond to make my day perfect. It was exactly what I wanted and everything went off without a hitch. We loved our perfect day and Drakewood was the perfect venue for us. The house and barns made a beautiful backdrop for our day! Each vendor inside my all inclusive package did a wonderful job! The decor was Pinterest perfect, the catering was delicious and the flowers were gorgeous! They made sure that every detail was so true to my personality. Several of my guests have told me that it was the most beautiful wedding they had ever been to. And it definitely was to me and my husband!
