Facilities and Capacity The EAA Aviation Center can accommodate up to 800 wedding guests in its indoor and outdoor event spaces. For an intimate ceremony, consider the picturesque Fergus Chapel, located next to a private pond. Or maybe your style is the popular Nature Center Pavilion, located in a wooded area and featuring overhead doors to let in the sunshine. Couples may host their wedding reception underneath the wings of world-famous aircraft in the EAA Aviation Museum, the spacious Eagle Hangar, the historic Founders’ Wing, or the beautiful Fergus Plaza overlooking Pioneer Airport. Services Offered The EAA Aviation Center is the perfect venue for engagement parties, bridal showers, rehearsal dinners, wedding ceremonies, and receptions. The event management team helps ensure your big day is a grand success by taking care of all the details, including barware, glassware, flatware, linens, and china for all events hosted within the facility. Kelly did a great job coordinating with all of our vendors and for the helicopter entrance. We had very little to worry about leading up to and the day of which made everything very enjoyable. We booked the Fergus chapel for the ceremony and Eagle Hangar for our reception. The venue itself is amazing and all of our guests were blown away by how unique and beautiful everything was there. We were provided an event coordinator who was amazing and took all the worry away before and during the event. They have worked with many vendors in the area and once you have your vendors booked, EAA takes care of coordinating a lot of the details so you do not have to go back and forth. The venue fee may be expensive to some but it is well worth it for a venue that is so unique and the quality of service you will receive from the event coordinator.

Our guests loved it, the Eagle Hangar was so beautiful, and the EAA staff couldn't have been more helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process.

The reception site was in an aviation museum. We had the whole museum to ourselves! The site was one that was unique and we had countless comments on what a great idea it was to hold the reception there and how wonderful everything was. The staff was great and worked to get us everything we wanted. The ambiance and lighting was wonderful. And the fun unique setting will have lasting memories for many people.;It looks expensive on the surface but trust me it's worth every penny!

Amelia Abraham Twing (Coordinator) Thank you for considering EAA as your wedding venue! My name is Amelia Abraham Twing (I recently added the \"Twing\" after my wedding this last August!) and I am EAA's Senior Event Coordinator. I've helped couples plan their big day (as well as many other types of events) for five years. Because I recently went through the process myself, I love helping couples through the wedding planning process. It might be a bit overwhelming, but that's what I'm here for! When you're planning your wedding, I help with all things venue related. I'd love to get to know you and your fiancé!
