Tony and I tied the knot at Eagle Brook Country Club on October 27, 2023 and I have to say it was the best experience we could’ve hoped for! We booked our venue a year in advance, got the gold package planning for 150 guests max. Jasmin made sure our wedding was beautiful, ran on time and allowed us to truly enjoy our day without a worry! We had an outside ceremony (in the freezing cold) it started raining mid way through but we were able to still have some stunning pictures and our guests enjoyed it! EVERYONE LOVED the food!! Anytime we’ve gone to weddings, the food hasn’t been the greatest, it’s sometimes undercooked or bland but our food was delicious! All our guests made sure to tell us the food was amazing, they’ve never had any like it. We decided on the Tuscany Chicken and Filet Mignon duet and the Veggie lasagna (vegetarian) for our main meals and people were wanting seconds of both! The drinks were also amazing! Everyone kept grabbing our signature cocktails (which was included in our package) I could keep going on and on BUT bottom line is… Eagle Brook Country Club is the best venue for any event. They’re super accommodating, staff is very professional/ friendly and helpful, their pricing is fair and they don’t randomly upcharge. Jasmin was amazing and if you have the chance, definitely work with her!!! -D+T

We had our wedding here on 9/30/2023, and Jasmin was AMAZING. We were on time the entire night without ever looking at the clock- and our guests couldn't stop raving about the food and drinks! The waiters brought our appetizers to the bridal suite while we were doing my bustle to make sure we didn't miss any of the food! They were flexible and easy to work with the entire year of planning, and I cannot recommend them enough! This was the first venue we toured, and are SO HAPPY we selected them for our wedding :)

I worked with Jasmin and she is both a joy to be around and excellent at her job in every way. Because of their professionalism and expertise, my wedding was perfect.The space is gorgeous and the food is FANTASTIC. The actual product they give you is nothing short of perfection.They are very flexible, kind, and do good business! We actually had to postpone and reschedule the wedding and they worked with us every step of the way. I don't think any other venue would've pulled this off so elegantly and easily.Do not HESITATE to have a wedding here. I am so, profoundly glad we did!

My daughter got married June 16 at Eagle Brook Country Club. Our experience from the first time we walked into the venue for a tour to the very last minute of the reception was amazing. Our coordinator, Sue O’Sullivan was so wonderful. She was extremely organized and attentive to every detail. She was always available to respond to our texts, calls, or emails and made sure we were comfortable with all of our decisions and choices leading up to the wedding. She even met me the morning after to pick up our leftover decorations. Our guests raved about the beautiful ceremony and reception spaces as well as the delicious food. Brandon and his team of bartenders and waitstaff were great! They made our guest feel very welcome and attended to our needs during the entire reception. I highly recommend Eagle Brook Country Club for your wedding ceremony and reception. And be sure to ask for Sue-she is the best!!

We had our wedding on June 3rd, 2023 and it was truly the best day of our lives!!! The Eagle Brook venue and staff was incredible all around. I can’t say enough great things about the whole process. Jasmine was our day of coordinator and she absolutely KILLED IT!! She was so attentive and made sure both bride and groom were taken care of throughout the day and on schedule. Taylor was amazing as well as we communicated with her a lot prior to the day of!! We were overwhelmed with how many guests said that it was the BEST wedding food they’ve ever had and some said the best steak ever period. Everything went so smooth I would not change a single thing about the day!! We are so beyond grateful and now have this beautiful memory that will be in our hearts forever!! So thankful for everything Taylor and Jasmin did for us! They were a dream to work with, over communicated, Jasmin made sure our day went by flawlessly, and you can tell they really cared that the day went well. We toured a lot of venues and none even wanted to provide the flexibility that Eagle Brook did. Food was a bit delayed, but they opened the bar on time anyway. All other venues said no matter what if a delay happens on their end they do not open the bar during dinner and that cuts into your bar time. Eagle Brook didn’t do that. And when there was a very small delay Jasmin was right on it and helpful. The venue spoke for itself. I went pretty minimal with decorations, but because of Jasmin’s work and just the overall look of the venue it looked better than I could have dreamed. We also got dozens of complements on the food which with a wedding that’s hard to do. I’d 100% recommend this venue to everyone. I’d choose them again a million times over.

We had such an amazing wedding at Eagle Brook and we could not have picked a better venue!!We are SO thankful to the staff for making it the most perfect day. Melissa and Taylor were awesome to work with and made our wedding planning process go very smoothly. Melissa was a big help in the start of planning and Taylor helped pull all of the details together. Taylor was a wonderful help to ensure everything was perfect leading up to the wedding and we loved how hands on she was the day of our wedding. Eagle Brook is beautiful and the golf course is absolutely stunning. The patio and large windows give the best backdrop. We loved Eagle Brook for the elaborate wedding packages. Having the food, drinks, cake, linens, chairs, etc. included in the package was a big win. Our wedding planning process felt stress free because we had minimal additional vendors outside of Eagle Brook. The food was absolutely delicious. The appetizers during cocktail hour were delicious- we loved the grilled cheese and tomato soup and the coconut shrimp. The dinner meals were amazing and we were very impressed. Our guests are still raving about our wedding being one of their most favorite wedding, and we have to thank Eagle Brook for that! We could not have imagined our big day any other way!

We had the BEST wedding at Eagle Brook Country Club. We had both our ceremony and reception at the venue. Their wedding coordinators are fantastic and the venue is gorgeous! Without her, the day would not have been as amazing and beautiful.We heard nothing but AMAZING reviews from all of our guests. We continue to receive texts and calls weeks after our wedding telling us how amazing the venue and service was. The patio was a HUGE hit with our guests as well. If you are looking for a gorgeous venue with a great patio and an awesome venue coordinator, this is it. A HUGE THANK YOU to Taylor for everything, you are the best!!

Sue, one of the event coordinators, is an absolute superhero!!! She helped me plan the event from start to finish, was always readily available when I had last minute questions or changes, and really made a personal connection with me. Sue absolutely went above and beyond for me EVERY step of the way! She was on top of it with all of my vendors and covered every detail with a fine-toothed comb. Without Sue, my day would not have been as perfect as it was. Even though it rained on my special day, the ceremony and photos were beautiful! Sue again saved the day calling my vendors and coming up with a plan B before I could even think about taking care of it. The banquet person helped set up Thursday (so sorry I can't remember his name - but he was excellent)! Joey was my banquet captain on the wedding day and he was nothing short of AMAZING as well!!!!! I heard nothing but RAVE reviews from every single one of my guests! Matter of fact, guests were still calling us and numerous family members the days following to talk about how excellent the service and food was. No complaints here! Such a good value for everything in our package. Typically when you go to a wedding, you don't remember the food or service, but it was literally the highlight of everyone's evening. The bartender was excellent too, and I loved that our open bar package included things like Cosmos and Long Islands - many wedding bars will not accommodate. Too bad weddings are a one time thing because we'd love to get married again at Eagle Brook! Thank you to Sue, Joey, the excellent bartender and the equally amazing kitchen and banquet staff who made this the absolute BEST WEDDING (I know I'm biased but this really was)!!!

Matter of fact, guests were still calling us and numerous family members the days following to talk about how excellent the service and food was. No complaints here! Such a good value for everything in our package. Typically when you go to a wedding, you don't remember the food or service, but it was literally the highlight of everyone's evening. The bartender was excellent too, and I loved that our open bar package included things like Cosmos and Long Islands - many wedding bars will not accommodate. Too bad weddings are a one time thing because we'd love to get married again at Eagle Brook! Thank you to Sue, Joey, the excellent bartender and the equally amazing kitchen and banquet staff who made this the absolute BEST WEDDING (I know I'm biased but this really was)!!!

Eagle Brook is an amazing venue and Taylor was the best wedding coordinator I could have asked for not only the day of our wedding but all the months leading up to it! We had so many last minute changes due to guests not being able to make it and she made everything work for us. Taylor made our lives a lot easier. The venue itself is GORGEOUS and the food is amazing. We got so many compliments on the food and the scenery. I don’t think I’ve ever had better wedding food than I did at our wedding. Everything was perfect and we could not have been happier with how our day went!!

We also were able to use the course for photos and they turned out so well!!! The reception went great, the food was AMAZING! We had so many compliments from guests about the food, bar, and service. I was worried with having a 200 person wedding the food quality wouldn't be great, but it was honestly so good and tasted just like it did at our tasting!! I really recommend this venue, it made our wedding exceed our expectations.

The Eagle Brook Country Club is a beautiful venue! The outdoor ceremony location, cocktail space, and dining room were all exactly what we wanted. The bartenders were all amazing and multiple guests expressed how fantastic they were throughout the night. The food was delicious and we heard multiple times it was some of the best wedding food. When we first toured the space with Melissa we knew right away it was where we wanted to get married! Our overall experience was great, but there were moments of stress and frustration leading up to the wedding and during the actual wedding. We initially worked with Amanda when we booked this venue. 3ish months out from our date we sent her a couple emails but didn't receive a response. Finally, we were informed that she no longer worked at the venue and we had a new coordinator, Sue. We were disappointed when we found out that Sue started several weeks before and she hadn't reach out to us to introduce herself. At the beginning of our experience we were told that the staff would do anything and everything to help keep us from stressing out over big or small details. Unfortunately, working with Sue did not live up to that expectation. Booking with Eagle Brook was initially a no brainer, but if we had to re-do the process we're not so sure.

They held the date we wanted, while answering all of our questions with grace. We (my husband, my parents and in-laws), all walked out of the tasting full - and RAVING over the food - & the food was just as good, if not better, the day of. My cousin told me it was \"the best steak he ever had\" after the wedding.Setting up/tearing down wedding day: Eagle Brook allowed us to drop off our decorations early, and pick it up the next day. They had set up everything BEAUTIFULLY and had everything in the bridal suit packed up for us to pick up the next day. Truly just took the stress of this off of me, and it was every thing I envisioned. The attention to detail was amazing, Amanda and Melissa both put there heart and soul into the room to make my dreams come to life.Amanda, Melissa and the rest of the Eagle Brook staff were absolutely amazing to work with. Our wedding was the absolute best at Eagle Brook better than we had ever planned or expected it to be. The wedding event planners both Melissa and Amanda were so helpful and were truly there for every step of the way for us. With all the changes that had to happen due to covid and bad weather both Melissa, Amanda and myself and husband rolled with every punch that was given to us. We ended up having to have two ceremonies and both Melissa and Amanda made each event for us so intimate and special and stress free. They were both always a text message away for me and became more of a friend than our event coordinator we loved how close and personal they made our wedding they truly do cared to know about every unique detail about our wedding. I love how great they coordinated with our other vendors to make sure they stayed on the same page and took all that stress off our plate. The staff and service was nothing but excellent, all of our guests kept saying how amazing the food was and probably the best they have had at a wedding. Their chef is awesome and the staff is so friendly and well rounded eagle brook is the exact service you want for a wedding. We could not have asked for a better ceremony and reception because of both Amanda and Melissa. Thank you for being there every single step of the way our bridal party and families loved both of you. Eagle Brook Country Club is a beautiful place to hold both a wedding (my son had his wedding here in 2012) and a 50th Wedding Anniversary (our celebration was Friday, September 13). The layout is perfect - the entry and cocktail room open to the Ballroom which opens to the patio. My son had 400 guests at his wedding and we had 100 - and the room accommodated both groups equally. It is spacious yet comfortable and inviting. The grounds are beautiful and we had the fire pits going on the patio which our guests loved as they could dance or just relax and talk. The food was outstanding we received so many compliments and the staff is amazing - Amanda and Melissa were there every step of the planning as well as that night to ensure it was perfect. I highly recommend this venue.

We are so unbelievably happy with our decision to get married at Eagle Brook! Melissa and Amanda were outstanding. They were so flexible with everything from the booking process to decoration setup. All of the staff at our wedding were dependable, efficient, and pleasant. In looking at a bunch of different country clubs in the area, Eagle Brook is the only one that has it all. Even though they get a ton of weddings booked throughout the year, the venue only books one wedding per day and our wedding got so much individual attention throughout the entire process. Our daughter had her wedding reception at Eagle Brook last Saturday and it was absolutely perfect! On the day of the wedding Amanda ran around making sure every detail was perfect. After each course Amanda checked in with us to make sure we were happy with everything. Amanda was also checking in with our daughter to make sure she was happy with everything. We all loved all the food! Amanda led the wedding party and photographer out on the golf course in golf carts and showed them where to take the best pictures. Most guests stayed until midnight. Our guests kept telling the bride and groom (and us) that this was the best wedding reception they had ever attended. The venue was gorgeous and the reception exceeded all of our expectations!

We all loved all the food! Amanda led the wedding party and photographer out on the golf course in golf carts and showed them where to take the best pictures. Most guests stayed until midnight. Our guests kept telling the bride and groom (and us) that this was the best wedding reception they had ever attended. The venue was gorgeous and the reception exceeded all of our expectations!

This venue is gorgeous! We wanted an outdoor ceremony option and they recently (May 2017) added a new pergola just off their golf course and did a beautiful job. The reception area is stunning and you have a separate area for cocktail hour and also access to a terrace right off the ballroom. Melissa and Amanda are just amazing to work with. Pre wedding if there was something I was unsure of they would offer suggestions and were very responsive whenever I reached out. The also have an extensive list of preferred vendors which really helped me out with the rest of my planning. For the rehearsal and day of they kept everyone organized and on schedule including all the vendors. I didn't feel like I had to worry about anything because I knew they had everything under control which is something every bride wants on her special day. It was the best day of my life and Melissa, Amanda and Eagle Brook had a huge part in making our day so special. Highly recommend for ceremony and reception venue.

I honestly cannot say enough great things about Eagle Brook Country Club and the staff! To say our wedding was perfect would be an understatement. Melissa and Amanda were absolutely wonderful! From the very beginning, they both went above and beyond to make sure our wedding day was perfect. They were EXTREMELY helpful, professional, accommodating, responsive, the list goes on! Throughout the entire process, we felt like our wedding day was just as important to them as it was for us!! Planning a wedding can be very stressful but with the help of Melissa, she made everything absolutely perfect and made sure every detail was exactly what we wanted! I honestly could not have planned the day as perfectly without her help! We visited a lot of other venues and I could not be happier with our decision to go with Eagle Brook. The outdoor ceremony was gorgeous on the greens overlooking the golf course. Our cocktail hour was perfect on the terrace... and of course our reception was flawless. The servers and bartenders were professional and accommodating to our guests. The food was five-star. And once again, Lindsay was there to help with anything I needed. For example, one of our guests brought a date that he didn't RSVP for and Lindsay was quick to jump in and take care everything for me. I could go on and on. Overall, I look back at our wedding and could not be more thrilled. It was more than I could have ever imagined and would recommend Eagle Brook to anyone and everyone.

We had our ceremony and reception at Eagle Brook Country Club. The ceremony was flawless, and the reception was no different.\r\rThe room was exactly how I had pictured it. The coordinator over at EB kept diligent notes and asked a ton of questions to get to know us. She has clearly done this before because everything was awesome. Not a SINGLE thing went wrong that day. After the ceremony we went out to take pictures on the golf course and she kept time for us so we could be back in time for dinner to begin. \r\rThe food was absolutely incredible! It's been 4 weeks and my friends and family are still telling me about how much fun they had and how that was the best food they've ever had at a wedding. The menu is customizable to your needs and they're very good about food allergies. They only ask that whatever escort cards you have that it has the meal choice on it. How easy is that? That was actually fun for me to figure out how I was going to do that because it can be anything as long as you tell them! They set everything up so nicely and I only gave her a vague direction on where everything should be. I wasn't terribly worried about that part, but it still looked awesome! We rented a photobooth through our DJ and Eagle Brook had no problem with it. They gave the spots where they usually set that kind of thing up in, and we went from there. \r\rI'm serious when I say not a single thing went wrong that day! Everyone had a wonderful time, and they're honestly still talking about it! I left Eagle Brook a VERY happy bride!

Do NOT have your wedding reception here. They told me I would be the only wedding, but then allowed another member wedding on the same night at the same time. My wedding was short staffed. We had to flag people down to get any help. The groom had to get a chair for a guest who was missing a chair. They forgot to decorate the outside before we arrived. Luckily we got there early to take pictures and were able to tell them to decorate it. They didn't allow the guests in the reception hall right away like we had discussed so the elderly members of my family were not able to sit down like we had planned. I met with the coordinator multiple times and sent many emails before the wedding to make sure everything was correct and they still messed these things up. I tried to contact the general manager multiple times and left voice messages after the wedding and they never called me back. I loved the space, but HATED how I was treated and how things were handled on my wedding night. I spent a lot of time looking up reviews and this place did not meet its reviews.

My husband and I fell in love with Eagle Brook Country Club from the moment we saw it! We knew that we wanted to have our reception at their beautiful venue. We were looking for a venue large enough to hold 300 people, that was beautiful, and had great food. Eagle Brook delivered! \r\rFrom the first time we stopped by the place (without an appointment or anything), the staff we met were incredibly nice and accommodating. They even sent us home with extra dinners from the wedding they were doing so we could try their food! Once we decided to book with them, that never changed...we had two separate tastings and countless meetings with Michelle to make sure everything was just perfect for our special day. \r\rMichelle Danielak, the Catering Director at Eagle Brook, is just the most wonderful person in the entire world. My husband and I had pretty lofty goals and expectations with regards to our wedding reception, and she really went above and beyond to make all of our dreams come true! She's a dream to work with: incredibly responsive, exceedingly organized, polite, respectful, and wonderfully accommodating. I could not ask for anyone better and 110% recommend working with her!!!! Eagle Brook, if you are reading this review, that girl is gold, and I hope you treat her as such. \r\rThe only two downsides to having your reception at Eagle Brook are 1) the cost (it's a little pricey, but hey, perfection has its price!) and 2) the fact that not everyone is like Michelle. While Michelle was so amazing to work with, she did have two assistants that filled in on her absence (she was on maternity leave for part of my engagement) that just did not live up to her in any way, shape, or form. It was difficult to get responses from them, and they weren't able to make things happen the way Michelle can...so if you decide to have your special day at Eagle Brook, I would definitely make sure that Michelle will be there! \r\rBest of luck, brides! : )

I really cannot say one negative remark about Eagle Brook. The staff did an amazing job from planning the wedding and the day of. The whole atmosphere was amazing and the food was incredible. Appetizers were not being passed. The tables were not being cleared off and were cluttered with food and drinks. The bar service was awful, the same drink tasted different every time, the 7-Up was flat and the one bartender was rude. We had to search out staff to request the garbage that was overflowing in the washrooms be cleaned up. I spent most of the evening going into the kitchen looking for the staff when I should have been enjoying a celebration that took a year to plan!

Eaglebrook is absolute amazing! You can not pick a better venue for the amazing price. It's very affordable but you could never tell. They are extremely professional and cater to all you needs. Overall, we were mostly happy with our experience at Eagle Brook. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful. A week after our ceremony/reception, we heard from several of our guests how extremely RUDE an employee was to them. He even made my husband's 90 year old grandpa (who uses a cane) walk the long way around to the ceremony, instead of letting him cut through the reception area (like they were trying to). I was appalled by this. The same gentleman also gave some of our other guests a hard time about being there early. I'm sorry, but when someone is paying $15000+ to have their ceremony/reception there, the staff should be professional, kind, and accommodating to the guests. The dinner service was very slow...I think they were short staffed that night. The cocktail area is small, and even with 150 guests, it sounded like things got cramped pretty quickly.

We chose Eagle Brook Country Club after researching many reception venues. I couldn't be happier with how our wedding reception turned out! Through the entire process Michelle was there to answer any and every question I had throughout the process and always in a timely manner. We had about 170 people and there was plenty of room for all the tables, portable bar, sweets table, gift table and deejay. The room itself was well positioned and provided beautiful views of the golf course. Above all, the food was beyond AMAZING! Everything from cocktail hour to entrees to desert to late night snack was exactly as we expected from previous tastings. All of our guests are still telling us how phenomenal all the food choices were - which let's face it, food can make or break an experience. And the day of, the staff was very accommodating and seem genuienly concerned about my wants and needs. I would absolutely recommend Eagle Brook Country Club to any bride and groom and will even look to them to host other events I may have in the future! Well worth every penny!

My Bridal shower was held in a banquet room at Eagle Brook Country Club in Geneva Illinois. It was an absolutely amazing bridal shower and all of the guests raved about it. It was a luncheon and the food was delicious. The drinks were plentiful and the waiter and waitress were very helpful and nice. I'd recommend Eagle Brook for showers, banquets and wedding receptions!

Eaglebrook was wonderful to work with and great customer service. The only negative I have is that the soup we tried at the taste testing was not the same that we chose and had at the wedding. Besides that, this venue is a GREAT place to have your wedding.

Staff was professional and took care of us (including the bridal party) at ALL times!! The food was the best meal we have ever eaten, and surpassed our guests expectations! As the bride, I did not have to worry about anything, because everything I had asked for plus more was already in place. If I wanted anything changed, there were no questions asked, and it was done immediately - they even added an extra table during the receiving line for our gifts, with disturbing the bridal party or guests. \rWe honestly were treated like royalty, from the bride and groom to all of our guests. I would highly recommend Eagle Brook Country Club for your wedding or wedding reception, it truly was a dream come true!

When choosing the right place to host the reception, it was important for me to find a a venue that had a professional staff, delicious food, and an elegant atmosphere. Eagle Brook possessed all of these qualities. Immediately after deciding on Eagle Brook Country Club, I was paired with a wedding coordinator who helped me every step of the way, assisting me with the menu and the table linens. From the hor d'oeuvres to the 5-course dinner, the food was amazing, and the servers and staff were professional. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and am very pleased with the way my wedding reception turned out. Thanks to Eagle Brook for providing me with a night I'll never forget!1
