Located in Farmingdale, NJ, Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club is an elegant wedding venue nestled on over 350 acres. Inside and out, the country club and surrounding property offer stunning settings for “I dos” and their festivities. This sophisticated venue is known for its welcoming and amiable ambience and the staff are dedicated to making each wedding celebration a success. Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club offers a combination of luxury and authentic warmth. The team here aims to create an atmosphere that makes the venue feel like another home. Featuring overnight accommodations, exquisite dining experiences, as well as golf courses, tennis facilities, and more, the club provides members with numerous amenities. At Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club, up to 600 individuals can come together to celebrate a couple’s matrimony. After the ceremony, guests can adjourn to enjoy a delectable cocktail hour before the reception. With water features and thoughtful landscaping, the manicured grounds offer plenty of photo opportunities. The spacious ballroom provides an ideal space for dining and dancing and with a champagne entrance, a soiree is sure to leave a lasting impression. This country club also offers the option of an impressive Viennese hour. Dressing rooms are available as well as the Savannah House, which has four guest suites. The event’s meal can be served in a variety of ways with a large selection of menu items for couples to choose from. Only one event is held here per day, allowing the team to devote their full attention to the soon-to-be-weds’ occasion.

Where do I start with Eagle Oaks?? This was the last venue we toured. My daughter and her fiancé really wanted to have their wedding down the shore. The wedding ceremony was at St. Catharine’s in Spring Lake, so we were looking at venues in the area. We weren’t thrilled with the choices. My mother’s neighbor told her about EO, so we went to check it out. Wow, what a find! I didn’t even know that it existed. It is tucked away in Farmingdale, but what a gem it is! The venue and grounds are gorgeous. My daughter got engaged in 2021 and we booked with EO that summer for a 2023 wedding. Jim O’Neil was our events manager for the first 18 months of the engagement and then Amanda DeSarno took over when Jim retired. Both were incredible. Everything was wonderful. The food was outstanding! From the cocktail hour to the dinner to dessert. The staff was so friendly and helpful. We also booked the 4 suites at the Savannah House for 2 nights. It was great to have the bridal party stay together the night before the wedding. The accommodations were top notch. I can’t say enough about EO. We are so grateful that we found them. My daughter and SIL had a beautiful wedding. A day we will never forget! Thank you EO!!

Our entire experience with Eagle Oaks was top notch. Our guests are still raving about the stunning Glass Conservatory, delicious food, and incredible service. From the time we booked until the day of our wedding, we knew we were in the best hands. Amanda, George, and their entire staff were so helpful and made our day so special. The Savannah Suites were extremely convenient, clean, and beautiful. We could not have had a more perfect day. Thank you so much!

Had my wedding here in June 2023 and it was the night of our dreams. I cannot recommend Eagle Oaks enough.Elizabeth, Gina, and George specifically went above and beyond to ensure the night ran as planned and were professional, kind, helpful, and just an overall joy to work with.The food is abundant and phenomenal and the new glass conservatory is STUNNING. The grounds are beautiful and spacious and make for incredible photos. Our immediate also stayed in the Savannah house (4 rooms on the grounds) that were beautiful, spacious, and clean.

The service at Eagle Oaks was nothing short of exquisite. From the wedding coordinators being amazing with communicating with me to the day of my wedding with the most wonderful maitre d’ helping us get ready for our big day! Everything was perfect and exactly what we wanted for our special day.We chose to do a European style reception with a cocktail hour. Every station of food was delicious, and I may have had the best sushi of my life at my wedding. The food was exceptional and our guests are still talking about it! Not only did we have our cocktail hour and reception there but we also had an after party. Eagle Oaks put together an after party with pickings food and service that kept the night alive.

Eagle Oaks could not have been a better venue for us. As a couple that loves golf, elegance, and beauty, Eagle Oaks was all that and more. Jim O'Neil is unbelievable to work with - very accommodating, responsive, thoughtful, and detail-oriented. The staff is so on point, and takes care of all your needs the day of. Our guests were blown away by the grounds, the views, the food at both cocktail hour and at dinner. There are so many fun things that this venue includes like the cake, the ice sculpture, and the sparklers entrance that makes your day so special and unique. I will always think back on our day at Eagle Oaks with nothing but the greatest memories.

Everything about our wedding at Eagle Oaks was absolutely amazing, and we can’t recommend them enough!! I worked with Jim leading up to our wedding, who was fantastic. My fiancé and I live out of state, so he was incredibly responsive to all our questions via phone and email and he was flexible with meeting with us when we were in town on random weekends. The food was phenomenal, and we’re still getting compliments about the cocktail hour! Melissa, Oscar, and the rest of the staff were also wonderful and constantly checked in on us and brought us food and drinks throughout the night. If we could give them more than 5 stars, we would!!

The staff at this venue are experienced, focused, and prompt. Eagle oaks provided the most professional staff imaginable with excellent service throughout the entire day. The presentation and food was top notch and the bar service was also high level, leaving allguests satisfied. I got married at Eagle Oaks in October 2021. After going to many, many weddings in the New Jersey area, I already knew I wanted to get married at Eagle Oaks before even getting engaged. Their property is gorgeous and the cocktail hour, ceremony and reception rooms are beautiful. I worked with Helena and Nato for my wedding and they were simply fantastic - always responding promptly to my emails with any questions I had (and I had a lot!) and were super organized during the planning process. On the actual day, everything ran so smoothly and I didn't have to worry about a thing. The bridal staff - especially Melissa, Jordan and Sue - were incredible. After taking pictures outside, my dress got a little dirty and Melissa and Jordan saved the day cleaning it 30 minutes before the ceremony - all with a smile on their face! Helena and Nato even helped me plan a brunch the day after for the guests who stayed over. My guests are still raving at how beautiful the wedding was. I couldn't recommend Eagle Oaks more for any event you are planning. Choose them - you won't regret it!

From the moment we walked on site and started talking with Jim, one of the wedding coordinators, we knew we’d be in great hands. We initially chose this venue back in the Fall of 2019 and Jim made the planning process incredibly stress-free. He made sure we were at ease with the plan for our big day and was incredibly responsive whenever we had any questions. Our original date was September of 2020, so when COVID came around he was very understanding and flexible around our plans to reschedule for the same weekend in 2021. When it came time to finalize plans for our reception this year, he was very flexible around some requests that we had and handled everything leading up to our date.The execution day-of was nothing short of spectacular. Throughout the day the entire team (Katelyn, Sue, Oscar & Melissa) made sure that we had everything that we needed and got everything set up for us behind the scenes. 30 minutes before our ceremony was set to start, and a storm front moved in way faster than expected, they turned on a dime to set up the ceremony inside and ensure that we still had the setup we wanted! The rest of the reception was great; the food was on-point, they did a great job with out cocktail hour, and they ensured we were well fed throughout. Overall, we couldn’t recommend Eagle Oaks enough!

Though we originally planned to have our wedding in June 2020, Jim and Eagle Oaks were supportive and flexible as we navigated the ongoing pandemic. They always kept in touch and kept us updated to any changes. Jim was so responsive and made this process so much easier.The grounds are absolutely gorgeous! We had a perfect July evening, and Jim and the entire staff kept the night running smoothly and seamlessly. The food and presentation was phenomenal - we are still getting guests gushing about it! They were also very flexible when we needed to move our ceremony on-site. The bar was always packed and everything exceed our highest possible expectations! Also huge shout out to the amazing chef who made the best sea bass anyone has ever had! And another shout out to Jordan, who was the perfect bridal/groom attendant and assisted our photographer with the best locations and with keeping us on schedule!We could not imagine celebrating anywhere else and we cannot recommend enough having your special day here!

I truly cannot say enough about how incredible Eagle Oaks is. The course and venue are not only stunning, but the team is the best. We worked with Eagle Oaks for two years, having to postpone our wedding three different times because of COVID-19. Their event coordinator Helena was so accommodating and kind throughout the entire process. On the day of, Helena, Brian (the maitre d), Melissa (the bridal attendant), and the rest of the staff made everything so seamless and perfect. They did not miss a detail or a beat, ensuring both of us, our families, guests, and bridal party were taken care of. They even cut a hole in the cap of a water bottle and stuck a straw in it so I could have water without messing up my lipstick and put ice on my back because it was 90-some degrees. I cannot recommend this venue enough.

Our wedding was scheduled for May 2, 2020... just in the middle of a pandemic.. so we had to re-schedule. Eagle Oaks was SO accommodating and made sure we got another Saturday date at no extra cost (believe it or not other venues were charging for couples to keep Saturday's which doesn't make any sense if that's what you booked in the first place). Anyway, Jim was our wedding coordinator and despite Eagle Oaks never having to have a full outdoor reception before, him and Brian (our Maitre D) made sure everything went off without a hitch. We had 138 guests (down from the 226 we were supposed to be if everything were normal) but still a rather large wedding especially considering the circumstances. Nearly every single one of our guests reached out to me either during or after our wedding to let me know how much fun they had at our wedding and how beautiful the venue was... and most importantly to me, they RAVED about the food which is a huge part of why we booked Eagle Oaks. Our wedding day was hot and pictures got to be unbearable, when I tell you that Brian was out in the heat with a fan under my heavy gown, a napkin to blot my forehead and an ice cold bottle of water, I am not kidding. (He also held my flowers for me and gave me a ride on a golf cart so I didn't have to walk in the heat LOL). Melissa was our personal wait staff for the day and she was INCREDIBLE. Anything we wanted or needed she was there in a second with it. If I had a strange request, she didn't bat an eye she just did it. She really treated us like royalty and it did not go unnoticed. I would recommend Eagle Oaks to anyone who's looking for a venue that is beautiful, classy, but also knows how to party, and has an abundance of incredible food and drinks. They were a dream to work with even in the middle of a pandemic, I can't even imagine how smooth the ride would have been under normal circumstances. Our wedding was scheduled for May 2, 2020... just in the middle of a pandemic.. so we had to re-schedule. Eagle Oaks was SO accommodating and made sure we got another Saturday date at no extra cost (believe it or not other venues were charging for couples to keep Saturday's which doesn't make any sense if that's what you booked in the first place). Anyway, Jim was our wedding coordinator and despite Eagle Oaks never having to have a full outdoor reception before, him and Brian (our Maitre D) made sure everything went off without a hitch. We had 138 guests (down from the 226 we were supposed to be if everything were normal) but still a rather large wedding especially considering the circumstances. Brian, Helena, Melissa and the rest of the team were beyond helpful and were always there for whatever we needed as we were planning and, especially, on the day of our wedding! The ENTIRE staff went above and beyond to make sure all of our needs were met and that we, as well as all of our guests, were well taken care of! Our guests had the most incredible time, as did we, and raved about how delicious the food tasted (EVERYTHING WAS AMAZING!), how impeccable the service was and how gorgeous the grounds and reception room itself was! Everything from the ceremony, to the cocktail hour, to the reception room was absolutely beautiful! We got ready at Eagle Oaks in the morning and could not have been pampered more by Brian, Melissa and the rest of the team! We ended up having our after party at Eagle Oaks as well which was JUST as amazing as the rest of the night was! The entire day was truly a dream and we could not be happier. We only wish we could re-live the day all over again! :)

Let me begin by saying this venue is beautiful. The grounds are magnificent and your photographs will be amazing. Jim O’Neill is so easy to work with. He will bend over backwards to make sure every detail of your special day is in place. Jim put my daughter’s reception together in 3 months. I emailed him explaining that my now son-in-law was informed that he was to be deployed at the end of the year. He and my daughter wanted to get married before he left. Jim made it happen without missing a beat. He even made sure we had a food tasting even though there were none scheduled from the time we booked and the reception. A chef, a mater’d and a server gave us a 5 star reception. The food was amazing. Choosing our favorites was so difficult because everything was delicious. During the reception and for this entire week our guests have been raving about my daughter’s wedding. The food was delicious and the staff was very professional. I cannot say enough about Eagle Oaks as a wedding venue. From the very start of our wedding planning journey, Helena was there to answer every question and every email super quickly, walked me through every process, and made sure I had all the information I needed. The tasting was so good, went so smoothly, and made us even more excited for our big day. My Maitre' D, Brian, was unbelievable. From the night before our wedding at our rehearsal to the day of, he was there to keep everyone in order, make sure everything was decorated and put together perfectly, coordinated all of my vendors coming to set up the day of, and even had someone bring the groomsmen gifts over to the rehearsal dinner restaurant ASAP when they were left at the venue. The whole day, he was right there to make sure we never went without champagne or drinks, drove us all around for the perfect scenery for our pictures, and made sure the entire day went smoothly and I did not have to worry about a single thing. Our bridal attendant, Melissa, was out of this world!!! From the time my bridal party and I arrived at 8:30 am to the very end of the night, she always made sure we never had an empty glass, that we had enough food and were eating throughout the day and that everything was set up perfectly (she used a yard stick to set up my place cards in perfect lines.... to a person with OCD like me, that's amazing!!) . She knew what we needed before we realized we needed it and I really felt like a princess the entire day. Our food was delicious, our cake; gorgeous (and also delicious) and each space of the night was more beautiful then the one before it. They even had a HUGE (and I mean HUGE) bottle of wine for guests to sign from Eagle Oaks, which was the sweetest surprise and such a good keepsake for our home! The most romantic fall wedding we could have imagined and so much more. When we first saw the room, I cried. We wanted it to be moody, romantic, over the top, 19th century banquet-like. Picture Beauty & The Beast meets Edgar Allen Poe. Lucky for us, Eagle Oaks had just upgraded its decor (new chivari chairs), new cocktail hour look (hammered steel serving stations, candelabras made of crystal) and a Viennese hour/ after party that had people in awe. Our guests are still telling us it was the best wedding they've been to (and we've got some discerning friends and relatives!). Eagle Oaks goes MANY extra miles to make sure you have nothing to worry about - the food was plenty, the staff so generous and accommodating. We got ready in the on-site Savannah House suites which was SO worth the extra spend (you get 4 private hotel- like rooms to yourself in an entire house on the grounds!). The guys enjoyed the Library in the main clubhouse (such an old world smoking room vibe). Our entire team from DJ/Video (Off Beet), Production/Design (Collectives By Diana), and florist Ivie Joy brought the whole vision together, and it was captured perfectly by Twisted Oaks Studios. Eagle Oaks Country Club exceeded all of my wedding day dreams .. not just for me but for my husband and entire family. From the first day that we went and sat with Jimmy to the final moments of wrapping it all up and ending our perfect wedding. Each and every employee, staff member and attendant was spectacular. Jimmy, Brian and Melissa were amazing. They were there for us from start to finish, making sure we had everything we needed at all times. So many people said \"make sure you eat on your wedding day because we didn't\" ... both Melissa and Brian made sure we ate just as well as everyone else and the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still raving about it! They took every single think we wanted and asked for and made it even more than we wanted. The room was spectacular, the food was even better and it truly was a magical night. Myself and my father both have allergies and the food for us was made especially to satisfy our needs. Even my wedding cake was made with a small top that was dairy and gluten free! I was actually able to eat my own wedding cake!!! It ended up raining on our wedding day until the ceremony began but our ceremony still had to be inside ... it was better than ever. The room was intimate .. the guests were even closer and never once did I stress or get upset over the fact that we were inside. It was absolutely beautiful. Our pictures had to be inside as well .. but that was okay because the inside was JUST as beautiful as the outside. As we begin to look back over our pictures and our video and we continue to think back on our special day, we could not have made a better choice. If I could go back and redo my wedding day over and over again I would. It was absolutely amazing. I cannot thank Eagle Oaks enough for helping us produce the most amazing wedding day ever and our families and friends cannot stop talking about it!

All with thanks to the help of Helena and Brian and the lovely pastry chefs who made sure every detail was to perfection! We saved the top of our wedding cake, and just opened it up one year later and it tasted the same as it did the day we said I DO! We can ONLY recommend this venue as the best in NJ! As it truly is. From soup to nuts everything was just amazing. The food to this day has been talked about at every family and friend function. That it’s the best they EVER HAD! And truly it was. The filet mug on and Chilean sea bass was perfection. The Cocktail and Venetian hour was amazing. We can’t thank them enough for such an amazing day with an amazing staff that helped it all get along without a glitch! My husband and I cannot thank the staff, particularly Helena and Brian enough for making our day perfect. Our guests continue to talk about how perfect the venue was for our wedding! From day 1, Helena, the Event Sales Manager, made sure that no detail was left to chance and that we had the wedding we always envisioned, even with so little time to re-plan. She was responsive, accommodating, and helped make our day truly special. Brian, the Maitre d', went above and beyond the day of the wedding; he made sure that every single detail was perfect and even gave my husband his personal Red Bull when he was getting a little tired in the middle of the wedding. Our wedding at Eagle Oaks Country Club was a dream come true. Helena, our event coordinator, went over and above to help fulfill a perfect wedding day for my husband and I, our families, and all 230 of our guests. Helena's professionalism and attention to detail was amazing! We stayed with our bridal party in the suites on the property the night before the wedding and got ready in those same beautiful suites across from the cabana pool area. Melissa was our bridal attendant assigned to us for the weekend. She waited on us and spoiled us all weekend long. She made us feel like we were very important guests at a high class resort. The food was exceptional, we still have guests telling us it was the best filet mignon and sea bass they have ever had. The filet mignon was steakhouse high quality! We added on the Venetian hour and it was worth every penny, the presentation and choice of tasty desserts is amazing! I forgot to mention, the grounds are gorgeous and were the perfect backdrop for outdoor cocktail hour dining and for amazing photos. Please don't hesitate to have your wedding here at this magical country club, your dreams can also come true!

We had the most amazing experience from start to finish with eagle oaks as our chosen venue. It was not only beautiful but so accommodating and spacious for our 300 guests. We have received so many compliments on the venue itself and how the night went off without a hitch. Helena was very easy to work with and helped make our day as special and \"us\" as Possible. Brian was a huge help and took care of everything the night of the wedding. The food was AMAZING. Guests are still raving about it. Eagle Oaks Golf and Country Club could not have done any more to accommodate us for our party, which was August, 2015! We had the most elegant party, as the grounds and the facility are so breathtakingly beautiful. Besides, fabulous florals created by floral designer Cindy Hubeny, Eagle Oaks met and exceeded all of our wishes in creating an exquisite affair.\rThe waitstaff--every one of them were professional.\rThe food presentation was spectacular! And the food itself, was served by the staff like it was an intimate dinner for 4--yet we had well over 140 guests! \rDuring that evening and still today, our guests commented on how beautiful and wonderful the party was and how much fun they had! Could we ask for anything more! Bravo!\r

Our wedding experience at Eagle Oaks Golf & Country Club was beyond exceptional. Event Manager Helena guided us through the entire process with ease, was understanding and helpful, and couldn't have made our wedding any better! Our maître d' Ed made the entire weekend a breeze. From the Friday night Rehearsal Dinner to the outdoor Ceremony to the Reception, to the Sunday Post-Wedding Brunch, every aspect was superb. We stayed in the Southern Colonial-inspired Savannah House Guest Suites on the country club grounds, which was extremely convenient, especially when getting ready the morning of the wedding. The sunset proved as a beautiful backdrop for our photographers, as did the chandeliers and tapestries in the ballroom, and the Rose Garden for the Ceremony. The entire Eagle Oaks staff went above and beyond to make our big day perfect, and our guests were treated like royalty. We could not be happier and recommend Eagle Oaks to any couple looking for a memorable, magical wedding experience.\r\r**We looked at several venues in Monmouth and Ocean Counties, and Eagle Oaks won our first choice for several reasons:\r1. NOT a \"wedding factory\"-- we were the only event happening, and did not have to worry about hiring security to ensure that no unwanted guests would join our reception.\r2. The food is OUTSTANDING. Our guests are still talking about it. Right down to the cake.\r3. Sophistication: We were extremely turned off by other venues whose decor catered more to Sweet 16's and Bat Mitzvahs rather than Weddings. We loved the classic, patriotic decor Eagle Oaks boasts, especially the American flags and elegant, stunning chandeliers & tapestries.\r4. We could stay on-site. As the bride, I was able to enjoy the Bridal Suite at the Savannah House the night before the wedding, then got ready with my bridal party there the entire day. Incredibly convenient. We gave the other 3 suites to our wedding party who had traveled from Alaska and Washington, D.C. to ease travel woes.

I am so happy we chose this venue for our wedding. The facilities are absolutely beautiful and perfectly kept. I worked with Helena throughout the planning. I worked with Helena throughout the planning process and she was incredibly helpful and accommodating with any requests or questions. On the big day, Ed and his team were like a well oiled machine. Our wedding at Eagle Oaks Country Club was in April. We had a gorgeous day and we could not be more thrilled with our choice in venue! The food, service and attention to detail was excellent. Every guest complimented us on the stellar food and beautiful atmosphere. We did not need to think about anything the day of the wedding because Helena had every detail managed. I would turn around for 2 minutes and have a new drink on my table. Jim was so helpful and made our day enjoyable and stress free! I would highly recommend this wedding venue (especially for a larger wedding). We had 300 guests comfortably at Eagle Oaks. Thank you!

I am beyond thrilled that we chose to have our wedding (ceremony and reception) at Eagle Oaks. Upon arriving it is obvious that the venue is GORGEOUS! The grounds are just absolutely beautiful and immaculately kept. The food was also delicious! Our guests are still talking about how great the food was, many saying it was not like \"a normal wedding dinner\". Everything really was cooked to perfection. I worked with Jim while planning the wedding, and he was so great to work with! He was always responsive, and it was clear that his priority was to make our wedding day exactly what we wanted it to be. I asked a lot of questions, changed some things along the way, and he was always eager to help! The maître d, Ed, was also amazing to work with. He made sure everything ran smoothly the day of the wedding, and everything went off without a hitch. Ed was at our rehearsal the day before, and made sure our ceremony was seamless! Even a few of my bridesmaids (who have been in multiple other weddings) commented on how helpful Ed was day of the wedding. The rest of the staff was also amazing and very attentive; all of our guests were taken care of at all times. Having this amazing staff was INVALUABLE because I was pretty much stress-free that day. So many people commented on how calm my husband and I were, and a huge part of that is because EO staff took care of everything for us! Needless to say, our wedding day was absolutely perfect! Many guests have told us that was one of the best weddings they have ever been to, and my husband and I really had the best day of our lives! Thank you so much Eagle Oaks for making this all happen!\r

We can't say enough great things about Eagle Oaks for a wedding. They went above & beyond. Our expectations of a perfect wedding were completely fulfilled! Jim is great to work with. Always willing to answer our questions and put us at ease throughout the planning process. At our tasting the chef made special items that were not part of the menu based upon ideas we came up with together and we were able to serve that to our guests. The staff is very willing to listen and work with you. The service the day of the wedding was impeccable. There was always someone there if we needed something. It is a stunning facility. The gorgeous chandeliers sold me! They are always maintaining or adding something new. We highly recommend Eagle Oaks for your fairytale wedding come true!

The country club is brand new with a very classy and elegant atmosphere. A balcony with wicker furniture and outdoor ceiling fans surrounds the building overlooking the 18th green and a beautiful bridal garden. The entire country club has a very classy feel to it. The staff was very helpful throughout the entire process and catered to any need we had.
