Jackie Hogan(other)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 16-10-2021 I am MOB . This venue and the people that work there are Awesome. They were very helpful with finding other vendors in the area since we were having a destination wedding. The venue has gorgeous views for a outdoor wedding and the indoor area can be decorated beautifully. We also found this venue to be very affordable compared to others in the area. Sara Krall(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-08-2021 Shaun, the Pavilion manager, was helpful throughout the entire process and on the wedding day. She was communicative and responded to the many questions I had promptly. She has a great attitude and went above and beyond. She saved the day on our wedding day - a rental place failed to deliver chairs and she stepped in and figured out plan B and got chairs delivered in time! My now husband forgot his shirt for the wedding and she actually lent her husband's shirt to us! She was on the phone communicating with vendors that morning and early afternoon to make sure it happened.Eagle Vail Pavilion was the perfect venue. It was spacious and a lot of indoor and outdoor space. It is beautiful with all of the grass, the pond, the deck, and the flowers. Guests loved the venue as well. Plenty of space to move around and play games out in the grass and cocktails on the patio. It is close to Vail too, only about a 10 minute drive. Reviewed on 17-08-2021
Christina Robison(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 26-06-2021 EagleVail Pavilion was the PERFECT venue for our wedding! We planned and re-planned our wedding a few times during the pandemic, and we finally landed on the EagleVail Pavilion which easily flexes to accommodate a large or small guest count. Our final guest count was 40 people, and we used two long banquet tables for the reception seating. We had our ceremony outdoors on the grass. Shaun Histed, the pavilion events manager, was so easy to work with, quick to respond via email or phone, kind and helpful when other vendors fell through. We adored working with her! The pavilion itself is absolutely gorgeous during the summer, with huge potted plants on the deck and the beautiful Colorado sunsets. Highly recommend this venue - and the price can't be beat!!! Christina Lango(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 12-04-2012 I had my ceremony and reception at The Eagle Vail Pavilion. I was very pleased with the Venue site. The grounds are breathtaking and provide for an amazing backdrop. This Venue does not provide any services, but does provide a list of recommended vendors. If you do Not want a cookie cutter wedding, this is the place for you!! The Venue allows you to bring in all of your own vendors, which allows for you to completely customize things to your taste! The best part about that is the abilities to bring in your own alcohol, this perk alone can save you thousands! I would highly recommend this Venue, It privided the perfect space for the wedding of my dreams. Reviewed on 05-10-2017
Raissa Wilkes(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 24-08-2013 I had my wedding reception at the Eagle Vail Pavilion and it was absolutely perfect. The building has recently been renovated and it looks great. The space is slightly smaller than your other options in the Vail Valley, but it accommodated our group comfortably (128 total) and the outdoor areas were a huge hit. We had yard games out on the lawn and there were people out there all night. The large patios were also a great place for people to hang out. The value of this venue compared to other venues in the area is incomparable. Reviewed on 19-09-2013

Rebekah Zenor(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 11-06-2011 Eagle-Vail Pavilion is all self-service, which we just my caterer set up and shut down (they only provide cleaning, but all tables and chairs must be put away), but it's a great price and such a lovely venue. The cherry blossoms are great in June, the HUGE wrap around deck and sliding doors on either side make for a nice open-air atmosphere. They have tables and chairs you can use, so that's nice too.\rIt is looking a wee-bit delapitated, but no one noticed when everyone is there, also they're planning a renovation soon. Amy Mihalik(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 05-09-2010 We loved having our reception at this local community pavilion. The building was fresh and the perfect size for our 120 guests. There are sliding glass doors on 3 walls that look out onto a pond and mountain views. It is located right on I-70 so it's very convenient, and you never hear the traffic. VERY affordable and classic Colorado! Reviewed on 12-10-2010
