About This Vendor
East View Farms is a brand new Wedding Venue located in the Shenandoah Valley. The barn sits in the middle of a 45 acre, peaceful, private, and rural property. Mountain views and rolling hayfields provide a beautiful setting for your special day. This beautiful barn was built in 2019 by the hands of its owners. It was constructed with a rustic, yet elegant feel. When designing the barn, every detail of a dream wedding venue was kept in mind. Facilities and Capacity East View Farms accomodates a maximum of 200 guests. The barn is 4800 square foot with a covered front porch. Inside you will find the bridal suite, groomsmen suite, kitchen, and two large guest bathrooms with 4 stalls in each. The bridal suite and groomsmen suite each have their own bathroom, shiplap detail, and a large vanity/bar for getting ready. The kitchen has a commercial size refigerator, a commerical size sink, and a prep area. There are a couple different scenic locations on the property to choose from for your ceremony. Whether it may be by the pond, in the woodsy area, or on the patio next to the barn for a mountain top view, the choice is yours! Services Offered Couples have access to a variety of services such as, day of coordinating and cleanup. Event items are available for no additional cost. These items include tables, chairs, whiskey barrels, whiskey barrel cocktail tables, an arbor, a rustic bar, drapery, lighting, and much more. Outside vendors may be used. Location Nestled between Charlottesville and Harrisonburg, East View Farms is less than 5 miles off of Interstate 81 at the Woodrow Wilson Parkway Exit 225.

This venue was better than we could have ever imagined for our wedding day!! We knew it was perfect from the moment we met with Emily for a tour! The property is absolutely stunning and Emily and the owners are incredible! They went above and beyond throughout the entire process to make our wedding day so special. They were always available to answer any questions we had, were so accommodating, and provided great resources for vendors in the area. The weekend wedding package also includes so many wonderful things! We have received lots of compliments from our guests about the beautiful location and how much they loved the venue! We could go on and on about how perfect this venue is and are incredibly grateful for Emily, Pam, and Chester- they are truly amazing! We HIGHLY recommend booking this venue for your wedding!!

We had our wedding at East View Farms and we are so happy that we chose this beautiful venue. Pam and Emily answered any questions we had. Pam even hung our neon sign for us after it kept falling! We appreciate their help. This venue really tied together the vision that we had for our wedding and we couldn't be happier.

Where do I even start! This was the first place that my daughter and I toured. We toured several others, but my daughter ALWAYS went back to East View Farms. It was one of the best decisions we have ever made. Emily was the best to work with and answered any questions that I had. 24 hours before the biggest day of my daughter's life, we received an email from our shuttle vendor that they would not be able to accommodate our wedding. As you can imagine, panic set in. I automatically called Emily to ask if she knew of anyone and she immediately started making phone calls for me. The owners Pam and Chester also got involved. I don't know what I would have done if it wasn't for Emily/Pam/Chester (and my wedding coordinator) pulling together and coming up with a solution!!!! I got to really talk to the owners when I was picking up all my items on Sunday morning. What fantastic people. Every single guest (150+) could not believe the beautiful views, the big airy barn and all the extra touches that my daughter did to make her wedding day so special. THANK YOU Emily, Pam & Chester for one of the best days of our lives!!! I could not have asked for anything better. Wish I could afford a wedding every single weekend at the venue :)!!!!!

East View Farms was the very first venue I looked at. Right when I saw East View I just had this feeling then Emily just was the icing on the cake and sold it for me. I tried touring other venues but nothing compared to East View. Now fast forward and I had my wedding here this past weekend… and WOW. I’m truly speechless with how beautiful this venue is. From every little detail in the barn, to the absolutely STUNNING views and how amazing Pam, Chester and Emily are. 24 hours before my wedding the shuttle company I had canceled on me. Pam immediately started calling and driving places to help me find another shuttle… and of course we got it figured out because of them! Pam, Emily and Chester are the most personable, friendly and helping people. They are truly just amazing people inside and out. I can’t say enough nice things about this place. This venue is truly just an overall win. I can’t wait for my wedding pictures to come in. This venue truly made my wedding a fairy tale and because of that I will always be beyond grateful. I would highly highly recommend this venue to absolutely everyone!

East View Farms was a fantastic wedding ceremony and reception venue! The views are spectacular and the scenery is unparalleled. Our wedding guests raved about how beautiful the setting was. The barn is very modern rustic and is absolutely gorgeous. Its open air design made it so that even though our wedding was in July it was not swelteringly hot. We chose to have our ceremony down by the pond which was absolutely stunning. All tables and chairs were provided and the provided arbor was lovely. It has so many options for ceremony spots and the ability to accommodate many layouts in the barn for the reception depending on the size of the wedding. It is nice to have the option to have the venue the whole weekend as well. This place was a dream and well worth the price paid! Want to get married here again and again and again.

Highly recommend the clean up package which is offered, it makes it so easy after the big day! The pond was a great backdrop for our ceremony. The venue offers many complementary decorations, which saved me time and money since I did not need to go out and buy my own signs, table linens, tables, and chairs. Also, we used East View's preferred venders list to find our caterer and DJ, who are both top notch!! Thank you, Emily and Pam, for everything that you did to make our day so memorable!!

Our wedding was truly the best day ever! I am so glad that we chose this venue for our wedding. It is a brand new venue and you can still smell the fresh wood when you walk through the doors. It's heavenly! I fell in love with the rustic beams throughout and the elegant feel from the lighting and drapery. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous, we had the best day getting ready. Our ceremony was by the water with a tree-line that provided shade over half of our seating which was perfect! The barn has giant doors that slide wide open which gave our guests the most beautiful view during dinner and dancing! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for their dream wedding venue at an affordable price!

Our wedding was truly the best day ever! I am so glad that we chose this venue for our wedding. It is a brand new venue and you can still smell the fresh wood when you walk through the doors. It's heavenly! I fell in love with the rustic beams throughout and the elegant feel from the lighting and drapery. The bridal suite is absolutely gorgeous, we had the best day getting ready. Our ceremony was by the water with a tree-line that provided shade over half of our seating which was perfect! I would highly recommend this venue to anyone searching for their dream wedding venue at an affordable price!
