Eberly Farm is a wedding venue offering couples an unforgettable country celebration in Wichita, KS. Set on the banks of the Cowskin Creek, this rustic venue combines an idyllic setting with amazing service and modern facilities. Couples can celebrate in harmony with nature, whilst being only a short drive from the city’s bustling downtown. The owners of Eberly Farm have been welcoming groups to its vibrant woodland and rolling fields for over five decades. Guests can explore the many trails on offer, taking in all mother nature has to offer in peace and tranquility. Couples seeking an outdoor ceremony have multiple sites to choose from, each as beautiful as the last. The outdoor stage offers the best of both worlds, sheltering guests from the elements under its magnificent latticed roof. Alternatively, the lodge presents a charming indoor setting for a large celebration, with its timber-frame and high ceiling. Moreover, the lodge is climate controlled, meaning that guests can get down and have a good old time without breaking a sweat. Eberly Farm’s staff are attentive professionals who strive for each event they host to be as perfect as the farm’s natural surroundings. Couples will be supported throughout their wedding journey by an expert manager. A bar-service is also available to get the party started and includes everything from house beers to cocktails and wines.

Venue with lots of outdoor space. Pretty log cabin style indoor area. Bar staff included with venue fee. I cannot recommend this venue due to difficulty to work with management. The coordinator (and owner) criticized many of my choices and involvement of family in setting up and doing diy reception decor. Also many guests came to me after the event to complain of her unpleasant attitude for the reception. She will push for her decor packages, that end up being (for me) more expensive than doing diy. If you’re looking through the photos on social media of decor, note that she posts photos of things that are not rentable. Every piece of decor at mine was diy but there are photos on the pages advertising decor bundles for a perfect day. This venue also decorates for holidays, so I ended up with a bunch of Christmas trees and snowflakes in my photos.

We booked Eberly Farm as our venue prior to its sale/change in ownership, so we were nervous to see how this would play out as our wedding day approached. This ended up being the most unexpected blessing we could have asked for! They were quick to get in touch and answer our questions--we were pleasantly surprised to learn that in addition to new owners, there were new services available! Unfortunately, we had already purchased our decorations (this was not a service the previous owners offered), but we were able to use a couple of things here and there. I think this is amazing for future couples and definitely something we would have utilized if it had been an option originally. Everyone was so kind, and they took a lot of stress off us and our families by coordinating pretty much everything! They even helped pack everything up and into vehicles, which really blew us away. The property is beautiful--we got our dream October wedding, and I really do feel like we got more than our money's worth. If I could do it all over, I would book Eberly Farm hands down, again and again!

They made our day super stress free I would DEFINITELY recommend if you are looking for a place you don't have to decorate a bunch, with lots of space, and you have the venue helping every step of the way, such as setup and teardown of your event at no additional cost. They made everything stress free even with the pandemic!

The venue was beautiful. Their was a lot of natural foliage and the day of the event the owner and staff were so helpful. We were able to have the ceremony outside and the reception inside which was exactly what we wanted. The venue also has a kitchen and caters which is amazing and one less thing to worry about, plus you get a discount on your rental if you use them for your meal. My only complaint was that there seemed to be disconnect between staff which led to us paying for some fees we did not know about until last minute which kind of stressed me out. They were minor things like cake plates and forks which we were told were free were going to cost us, charges to ice the wine for our toast, and something so minute that I cannot even remember. We were also told that we were supposed to have a day of coordinator from the venue but they were not to be seen. We had a small COVID wedding so this was not that big of a deal (only close friends and family) but if we had the bigger wedding we originally planned for this would have been a really big deal breaker since that was something that sold us on this venue.

Eberly farm was gorgeous but the best part was the staff. Mrs. Snow was absolutely amazing! Everything went so smooth and perfect and anything that we had to ask last minute for they got it taken care of right away and didn’t give us a hard time about it. We planned our wedding from Florida and they were very accommodating with working with us and we weren’t able to taste the food beforehand but was surprised with how good it was. Almost everyone that was invited to our wedding came up and told us how great we did with picking the place. Mrs. Snow also made it a point to come up to me and compliment how I looked and how everything I had planned turned out. I honestly don’t think things would have been nearly as great if it wasn’t for their help and kindness.

Had our son’s rehearsal dinner here. We wanted to include relatives and friends who were not in the actual rehearsal so that there would be more time to visit before the big day. It was a large group and would have been impossible at a restaurant. Eberly Farm was perfect! They provided a great venue, food and everything we needed! Our big group had a lot of fun! I highly recommend them!

It was a large group and would have been impossible at a restaurant. Eberly Farm was perfect! They provided a great venue, food and everything we needed! Our big group had a lot of fun! Overall I was very happy with Eberly Farm. When I first booked my wedding, I was told that we were responsible for taking down our decorations, they would clean take care of the cleaning. When we left, the building looked great. Trash was thrown away, there weren't any messes on the floor, etc. A few days after the wedding I was notified that we would not be reimbursed for the $300 security deposit and one of the reasons was because of \"excessive cleaning\". So, just a head's up that you should definitely make sure you leave it looking like it did when you got there.

Eberly farm was a beautiful venue for a wedding. The staff at Eberly farm were very helpful throughout the process. They were very easy going & straight forward & very helpful! The food was AMAZING!, the decorating package was very worth it and the venue speaks for itself. The staff made everything that much better though... You can't take home your leftovers and you have to purchase their expensive set-ups package if you want liquor. You don't have a choice. Also, charged for excessive clean up even though everything was left better than when we got there. Gorgeous outdoor area though.

They understood our budget and goals -and even made suggestions to help stay within our budget (even if it did not benifit them). Staff very friendly during the evening and kept the place clean during dinner service.

Eberly Farm has the most amazing staff that are willing to work well with you. Not only is their staff great, but the food was just to die for! And there was plenty of it! The outdoor ceremony was absolutely beautiful and then the reception inside was just gorgeous! I loved the outdoorsy - log cabin feel!

So my wedding was March 26th 2011 and it was going to be outside however the weather didnt work with us and eberly farms got the inside to look great in no time at all. over all its a great place to have your wedding if your worried about the weather

The space is beautiful! We knew we wanted outside, but had the same concerns that everybody does: bad weather in Kansas. The ceremony space is covered, and they had back up plans for everything. Susan Eberly was our main contact and everything was smooth! It was such a relief to feel like everything would be taken care of. Rather than have our family running around trying to cut the cake and clean up, Eberly took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. The location was beautiful and the staff was wonderful!

The space is beautiful! We knew we wanted outside, but had the same concerns that everybody does: bad weather in Kansas. The ceremony space is covered, and they had back up plans for everything. Susan Eberly was our main contact and everything was smooth! It was such a relief to feel like everything would be taken care of. Rather than have our family running around trying to cut the cake and clean up, Eberly took care of everything that needed to be taken care of. The location was beautiful and the staff was wonderful!
