Situated on 46 acres, Edlynn Farm highlights the beauty and charm of the Pacific Northwest, offering unobstructed Mount Rainier views and picturesque scenery year-round. This family established, owned & operated Christmas Tree farm is a labor of love and we are delighted to share our special place with you.
Our 7,000 square foot vintage barn was designed to be the perfect backdrop for any event â from the most formal to the most casual. The barn features dramatic 30-foot ceilings, beautiful natural light for photography, heated concrete floors and handcrafted farm-inspired finishes by local artisans. Edlynn Farm can accommodate up to 300 guests,
The classic white farmhouse that flanks the barn was designed for wedding parties to use to get ready on the big day. Featuring two separate getting-ready-spaces, as well as a common space living room and kitchen, we hope that the bridal cottage will feel like your home-away-from-home.
As we built the Farm, we took time to carefully consider each detail and our goal is to provide the couple with the wedding of their dreams.
I LOVE Edlynn! Aanya and Kelley were wonderful to work with and have a beautiful venue! Quick on responses and very accommodating. The venue is absolutely gorgeous and we received so many compliments from our guests. The bridal cottage is perfect with a separate space for the bride and groom to get ready, along with a kitchen (utencils and plateware not included) to prepare your snacks. The barn has a full catering kitchen for vendors to prepare and the barn itself was top notch! Absolutely gorgeous. This venue was my absolute dream and has a beautiful view of the mountain right outside the patio with a perfect place to hold your ceremony. I cannot say enough great things about this venue and the owners. Reviewed on 19-09-2023

We loved having our wedding at Edlynn Farm. The location and set up is absolutely gorgeous! The bridal cottage was so useful the day of the wedding and it was so nice to have a kitchen set up for snacks while getting ready. The staff was very communicative leading up to the day of the wedding. While it does not affect my review in any way, let it be known if you book here that cell service is spotty at best and there is no Wi-Fi available. I honestly think you can work around this but it is helpful to know in advance for those booking in the future. Overall we were very happy with this venue and felt our wedding went extremely well. The weather the day of the wedding was rainy and they easily accommodated having both the ceremony and reception within the barn space. The transition from one to the other went smoothly. I would recommend this venue to others! Reviewed on 24-10-2023

The venue was beautiful, and the perfect view of Mt Rainier was breathtaking. The wedding party cottage was clean and comfortable also. Staff were communicative and friendlyđI'm giving 4â for a few reasons. For how new and luxurious the venue is, having no wifi is a big inconvenience. There is very little reception, and it's hard to contact people when there isn't any. A few of my guests missed the ceremony because of it. And the cottage has no AC. It was so hot and we were sweating off hair and makeup before we were even dressed. The other reason is the rock that is used as the road. You can't avoid walking on it, and I had a really hard time walking on it, and I wasn't even wearing heels. Can't imagine what my guests were dealing with. Also, obviously, bugs are inevitable out in the grassy areas, but they were creeping into the cottage as well. Had to kill a few spiders right next to my stuff, and I'm terrified of them. đ All in all, I still recommend this venue. Its so beautiful and my guests were so happy with it too đ Reviewed on 16-10-2023
Kayla Angiono(bride)4 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 10-02-2023 Edlynn Farm is an absolutely gorgeous venue where my husband and I had our February 2023 wedding. Edlynn Farm was our dream venue and we were so happy with our choice to get married there. On the administrative side, my advice for couples looking to book this venue would be to thoroughly read the contract. The administration at the farm made a few attempts to change things regarding our event, such as bar close time, that we had not agreed to in the booking of the venue. We were given push back until we referenced the contract, at which point the venue manager agreed to honor what was in writing. We also had booked a rehearsal the night before our wedding. The rehearsal was scheduled for 4:30 and venue staff had our guests sit outside the locked gate in cars out on the main road until EXACTLY 4:30 before they unlocked the gate...so if you have a rehearsal here, don't show up even a minute early. Additionally, the venue does not have any wifi or cell service, which made communications with vendors on wedding day difficult. As long as you can agree with every point in the extremely extensive rulebook that the venue requires couples stricly adhere to, Edlynn Farm is pretty much a dream venue. Reviewed on 01-03-2023

Chloe Lewis(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 17-09-2022 I don't even know where to start. I booked Edlynn Farm 2 years prior to getting married because I fell in love with the location and feel of the venue and we got married this past weekend on 9/17. There were some contract changes throughout the 2 years as they learned what worked and what didn't and they communicated those swiftly with me which I appreciated. My day went off without any issues and I cannot thank the venue staff enough. The owners are two of the sweetest people! Any idea/vision I wanted they were more than willing to work with me. Our guests were so amazed with the venue as well- and couldn't stop talking about the beauty of it. I will recommend this place time and time again. Reviewed on 21-09-2022
Nancy A(other)3 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 08-07-2022 The setting is beautiful, clean and new, but unfortunately we had a very difficult time dealing with the staff at Edlynn Farm. They did not deliver on several items and became very restrictive about music and use of the property when we did our final walk through one week prior to our wedding. Dealing with Edlynn Farms was the most difficult part of planning our wedding. Fortunate for us we had an outstanding wedding planner who did an amazing job of smoothing things over. James Etherington(bride)5 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 31-07-2022 Oh. My. God are these guys amazing! They carried an insanely busy wedding season (thanks to Covid pushing things back and back) and were still on it and attentive through our big day. This is a family team that hosts ceremonies and receptions on their property, and it is a stunning location. I attended a wedding with a few of my guests in Martha's Vineyard a couple years ago, and they raved about this location more so than that famed area. The backdrop is a looming large Mt. Rainier.Their teams were attentive during, but I only saw them when I needed them. I'm not the type that says employees shouldn't be seen or something like that, but their ability to accomplish everything they did without being a distraction was unbelievable. They operated like a 15 year business, not a 1.5 year family team.On top of their incredible service and overall pleasantness to talk with, they truly offer an incredible package. You get a bridal cottage with one large suite for the bride and her party, and a second good sized room with a second bathroom for the boys. Between is a living space with a kitchen, and this is all right next to the venue itself. The catering team gets use of an almost commercial kitchen with large commercial coolers, an ice maker, large sinks, tons of counter space, and much more, and it is located just outside a door that leads right to the bar. They provide tables (including rectangular ones for buffet/head tables, and round ones for dinner), chairs, an arbor, ample parking, and staff to grab the garbage and help with cleanup etc.I'm sure there's stuff I'm missing as well, but the above should be more than enough to let you know these guys, and their location, should be at the top of your list. Shaelyn Smead(bride)1 out of 5 Rating Wedding Date 14-05-2022 Would NOT recommend Edlynn Farm. Our experience included contract changes, bullying, harassment, and threats from the venue staff, and us potentially having to take legal action against the venue. They are UNPROFESSIONAL, and DONâT CARE about their clients. This vendor ended up being the MOST DIFFICULT out of everything during our wedding planning.1-\tWe got an email saying they were implementing new âguidelines and policiesâ. They said we could no longer have alcohol in the bridal cottage, there were no more alcoholic shots on the premises, there was a multitude of new music standards, and so forth. When we stated that our contract contradicts their new changes, they went as far as saying that they would be happy to reimburse us our money and we can find another venue- 6 months before our wedding!2-\tWe had to get a lawyer involved to look over these new policies, negotiate out new terms, work out an addendum contract, and implement that no more changes would be made without our agreement.3-\tFast forward to a few weeks before my wedding. I am now being told that I HAVE to make a decision on the venue layout. Even though nowhere in my contract does it state that I have to make this decision within a certain time frame. I wanted to wait to see how the weather looked closer to my big day. 4-\tDays later, I am getting harassing emails from the venue saying that if I donât make a decision, THEY WILL MAKE THE DECISION FOR ME. They even went to one of my wedding vendors and told her to make a decision on my behalf. Finally, I told them that the weather looked nice, and that we were going to move forward with the outdoor ceremony. They then NEGATED my plan and told me that it wasnât going to happen. In those same moment, they went BEHIND MY BACK and sent new indoor ceremony layouts (different from mine) that they âliked betterâ. I was floored by this point, I sent them an email stating that none of their behavior was okay, them overruling my decision was not acceptable.5-\tCome the morning of the wedding (8:00 AM), it was cloudy, but was going to be sunny well before my ceremony at 3:00 PM. The owners are now there, and throwing actual fits. They are now saying âthe grass has to be completely dry to set up outsideâ, I felt it myself, it was BARELY damp. Also our contact clearly states that the outdoor ceremony would only move indoors in cases of âInclement Weatherâ. By 10:30 AM it was sunny, and was going to remain that way for the rest of the day. They were STILL FIGHTING US on making it go indoors. At this point, we let it be known that none of this fit in with our contract and we weren't going to take it anymore.6-\tI also found out that they THREATENED a $500 damage deposit for our flower petal toss for our send-off (which was approved several times already, and is used as an âokâ example in their venue paperwork). So my wedding vendor had to literally negotiate with them moment before, say that she would only hand out portion of flower petals, and my wedding vendor would personally pick them up.As a bride and groom, this is the last thing you want to happen. I understand being a new venue has its own learning curve, but it doesnât change the character of the venue staff and the way they handled these situations. Solving any problems should not include threatening, harassing and bullying your clients. I am appalled by their behavior and I encourage every engaged couple to LOOK ELSEWHERE. Edlynn Farm was the perfect location to host my son's wedding. The bridal cottage had everything we could ask for while preparing for the event. We held the wedding outside with Mt. Rainier shining bright in the background. The barn was the perfect spot for the reception on a hot summer day. In addition, the property owners were very friendly and accommodating.
