The venue was wonderful! They made sure we had everything in place to create a fantastic reception! From start to finish, they were on top of everything throughout the reception. They kept the party going along with all the events of the reception.

I had my wedding reception here, and it was PERFECT! We met with LaNita a month before the wedding to plan how the night will go, and she coordinates the whole night to make sure everything goes exactly as planned. They made sure we were on schedule and even had staff dedicated to providing us with drinks the entire night. The venue is also very beautiful, and the food is fantastic! If you want a venue that has everything in one, choose Elegant Affairs.

Very organized and great to work with! Their coordinator is on point and great to work with. Our guests had an amazing time and they helped take away some of the stress of the events by having the decorations, catering, and DJ on site.

Elegant Affairs truly made our night one to remember. Everything was taken care for us. Mrs. LaNita and Mr. Darren were so kind and reassured me that my wedding night was going to be easy and stress free, which it was. Thanks to them! We have received so many compliments about the food being amazing and the venue being absolutely beautiful! The dj did great too! We loved every minute of our wedding night. Thanks to the wonderful staff at Elegant Affairs!

We have received so many compliments about the food being amazing and the venue being absolutely beautiful! The dj did great too! We loved every minute of our wedding night. Lanita and Darren definitely know their way around weddings and receptions! We wanted a place that would take care of everything, and Elegant Affairs was the perfect choice. They were easy to talk to, very knowledgeable, and ready to assist in any way! We even ordered our wedding invitations through them. They had it all covered on the day of our wedding, and seamlessly bridged between myself, family, and all of our vendors - florist, cake, photographer, videographer, photo booth, ice sculpture, live band, limousines, everything! They even set up our engagement photo table and memory table for our grandparents exactly as I had asked! Not to mention the value for the money spent. My parents are still raving about how well they did their job, and many, many guests have complemented as well. I would HIGHLY recommend Elegant Affairs!!

Elegant did a great job. We had one mishap during the ceremony. I would suggest placing the marriage license downstairs instead of upstairs. The hall is spacious and beautiful. All and all everything turned out great.

They took care of everything. I did not have to worry about time scheduling or anything they took care of it. We had a guy following us around during the wedding making sure we always had a drink in our hands. They took the stress off of the wedding day.

My ceremony was beautiful despite being delayed due to the Minister performing a funeral 45 minutes away. During the ceremony, the DJ was NOT in sync with the coordinator. Some members of my wedding party walked in without music. Speaking of music, we turned in a list of music to play during the reception only two or three songs off that list was played. We didn't get the chance to toast not even my father who PAID for the wedding. He specifically asked that the lights be left turned all the way on so the the video wouldn't be dark that was also ignored. Both my cake and my Husband's cake was delicious, the food was pretty good as well. I'm disappointed with my overall experience with Elegant Affairs. I came back home to get married and chose Elegant Affairs because of the well respected reviews of others. I know the name speaks for itself but the service I received was poor. However, we made the best of what we had. \rSigned,\rBride from out of town

We chose to book our wedding ceremony and wedding reception at Elegant Affairs in Gonzales,La, and we could not be more pleased. It is a family owned business, and they were all very caring and truly happy to serve our every need. From set up, to the beauitiful cakes, the Dj, etc. They let you know from day one that they are devoted to your special occasion, and they proved that to us during the entire wedding process. They were phenomenal! I would recommend this venue to EVERYONE looking for a stress free, beautiful wedding.

For my wedding, we really had to watch the budget. We shopped all around and the looked into Elegant Affairs. The price was incredibly reasonable and the service was top notch. They had a HUGE set menu, the location is already beautifully decorated (so I didn't have to pay a florist to decorate it), and their price even includes BOTH CAKES and a DJ. I can't brag on their staff enough. They were so helpful and wonderful! For a guest list of 170 the price was around approximately $6000 (And that includes all the above!) Best reception ever and best money spent!!

This was a wonderful one stop shop! We used this venue for our ceremony and reception. Price included wedding and grooms cake w/a DJ. They have got weddings down perfectly.
