• Introduction o Elegant Events hall is a "One Stop" shop for wedding, receptions and events, located in heart of the low country, Beaufort South Carolina. The venue has hosted parties, proms, class reunions, family reunions, conferences, baby showers, and other events. Our tagline is "where all events are fun, fabulous, and elegant". • Facilities and Capacity o The venue's four building complex consists of the hall, welcome center, Bridal Suite, and an office. o The main hall is over 5,000 square feet, with over 4,000 square feet of banquet space, plus a prep kitchen, a buffet room, bathrooms, and a loft. The hall can seat over 240, with a large dance floor. o The welcome center is used to receive guests upon arrival to events o The Bridal Suite has two rooms for the bridal party, a kitchen, and a bathroom o The office serves as both a business office and event preparation room. o The venue can host wedding ceremonies inside, and seat over 200 guests in the courtyard outside o The welcome center is also used for small events, meetings, parties of 40-50 guests, baby showers, etc. • Services Offered o Inside/Outside ceremonies o In-house planning o In-house decorator o In-house rentals (linens, centerpieces, interior decorations) • Optional Services (can bring your own) o Bar o Catering o DJ • Other o Free onsite parking o Free Wi-Fi o Sound systems o Servers • Benefits o "One-stop" solution with everything in one place o Onsite ceremonies o Three all-inclusive customizable packages o Venue provides the setup, breakdown, and clean up o You don't need a planner or decorator (included in packages) o No deliveries or returns o Worry free o Stress free
