Eleven Oaks Ranch is a rustic, pastoral venue located in Luther, OK. Family-owned and operated, this ranch is run by a team that will work diligently to make you feel right at home. From your moments spent getting ready until your last dance, the onsite team will go above and beyond to give you a one-of-a-kind experience. Married duo Jaye and Ken Payton built Eleven Oaks Ranch from the ground up, designing each element with soon-to-be-weds in mind. The lush tree surroundings, vibrant gardens, and private location make it ideal for couples seeking a secluded, peaceful place to exchange their vows. With a total of 9,500 square feet of event space, you will be free to use the grounds as your blank canvas. Your day will begin in the spacious get-ready suites, where you can prepare with your respective wedding party in a comfortable, stress-free environment. Your ceremony will then take place in either the indoor or outdoor event space, which both offer a capacity of up to 300 attendees. The main hall's interior sports a romantic aesthetic with exposed wooden beams and elegant chandeliers hanging overhead. Its versatile floor plan also makes for an easy transition from the ceremony to the reception. The outdoor setting includes a rustic gazebo and flourishing greenery as a backdrop for your altar. Your rental package will include 15 hours of exclusive use, giving you plenty of time to enjoy your day to the fullest. The team will provide you with a list of trusted vendors to help you complete your vision. They will take care of setup and cleanup on your big day while you focus on the important things.

Eleven Oaks Ranch was the venue we chose for our wedding ceremony/reception. It was the most perfect night! We barely had to decorate because the venue is so beautiful! We wanted our wedding to be simple and elegant, and this venue helped make that dream become a reality! Jaye and Ken are so sweet, and they are lovely to work with! I am so glad we chose Eleven Oaks Ranch.

This is an absolutely gorgeous venue. There was plenty of space for everything we wanted to do and have. The owner/coordinator Britney was so wonderfully helpful both before the wedding and the day of! Our pictures turned out so beautiful too; it was truly the best day ever.

This venue is spectacular both in its looks and staff. Britney is a rockstar and went above and beyond on our wedding day to make sure it was absolutely perfect. She not only set up everything, but also helped with the coordination of the wedding party & making sure things ran on time. Nothing wouldâve have been as awesome without her!

This venue was hands down one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Itâs so beautiful you could bring no decor and it would still be an incredible wedding!The venue itself is worth it, but Britney, the venue manager, and the staff at the venue were so helpful throughout the process and was there to support us on the big day. Every person on staff was A1, top tier. We felt so taken care of, and they provided so much love and support. Iâm 100% convinced this is the best venue in the state. Pleas book with them, you will not regret it!

Eleven Oaks Ranch is gorgeous. Lots of beautiful trees outside with a wooden pergola for outside weddings, a swing for photos, as well as a stage inside and a huge staircase for that grand entrance! The owner is very accommodating and quick to respond to messages and e-mails. She made time for us multiple times leading up to the wedding to come out and measure, take pictures, and play with the in stock decor items. They have lots of candle holders, wooden slabs, lanterns, greenery, etc which can be borrowed for centerpieces. She also had great ideas for the wedding and for places to eat and stay. The day of the wedding she was there early to help set up and make sure things ran smoothly. It was a top notch experience worth every penny and the photos are beautiful!!

Eleven Oaks Ranch is amazing! The designers of the venue were so thoughtful about every aspect of the ranch. I looked at so many venues and none were as well designed. For example, many venues we visited had tiny bathrooms, lackluster grooms suites, and flimsy chairs. Eleven Oaks Ranch has huge bathrooms - fit for hosting 200 guests. The groom suite is actually large enough for a group of full-grown men, and the chairs they supplied made our larger guests comfortable. Also, there is plenty of parking! I know those are seemingly random details but it is what truly makes this venue stand out from the others. Eleven Oaks Ranch is a perfect combination between the rustic barn look and the sleek modern venues. It's not too country but not too minimalistic. The space is so naturally beautiful that you almost don't need many decorations. However, they have plenty of decor that you are free to borrow! The owner was so kind and worked with me as I struggled to pick between an indoor and outdoor ceremony. She and her staff set up all of the tables and chairs for us which was such a great help. The only things I would advise brides to consider are the sun and the audio system. The main location for outdoor ceremonies may look surrounded by trees but it actually does not get shaded. So for summer weddings like mine, it might be a little toasty. But nothing some water and fans won't fix! As for the audio, I think they had all of the necessary microphones and cables to run music but you might want to double-check that they have everything you need! Overall this is the most thought out and beautiful venue in Oklahoma. 100% recommend!

Eleven Oaks is a beautiful place to have your wedding at. They are so helpful on setting the tables and chairs for you and providing them for inside and out. It is beautiful inside and out. You really do not need a lot of decorations because how pretty it is. It makes a good indoor or outdoor wedding place. The rooms to get ready in are so big and nice you will have plenty of room for everyone to get ready. They also have a kitchen if your not catering to put your food in. You can have your wedding outside and reception inside all at one place or both inside. I enjoyed having my wedding there and working with the people who answered my texts anytime during the day.

EXCEEDED ALL EXPECTATIONS! Such a beautiful, elegant and truly memorable venue for a wedding. The grounds were beautifully manicured and picture perfect for our outdoor ceremony. The property was large enough that you felt like you were alone in the woods. The building is stunning -- amazing wood features, dramatic chandeliers and a fireplace. There were photo opportunities everywhere. Social media savvy brides take note: ALL of your photos will be Instagram worthy. The building layout was ideal for the caterers and bar staff. The bride and her party enjoyed their own suite, and the groom and his party were set up nicely with theirs. We had the venue for the entire day so never felt rushed. It was really the perfect place for our gathering. But I must also mention the outstanding owners. A crowd of relatives flew in from all over the country to decorate the venue for my daughterâs wedding and Jaye and Ken graciously dealt with all of us. They were pleasant and present and but never intrusive. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our wedding experience. I cannot recommend this venue enough, I wish I could give it ten stars!

The bride and her party enjoyed their own suite, and the groom and his party were set up nicely with theirs. We had the venue for the entire day so never felt rushed. It was really the perfect place for our gathering. But I must also mention the outstanding owners. A crowd of relatives flew in from all over the country to decorate the venue for my daughterâs wedding and Jaye and Ken graciously dealt with all of us. They were pleasant and present and but never intrusive. It was clear that they genuinely cared about our wedding experience. I cannot recommend this venue enough, I wish I could give it ten stars!

We had a great experience at Eleven Oaks. The venue is beautiful and the owners are very accommodating. If you have a vision for your wedding they will do anything they can to help that come true. They also have items you are able to use for your wedding and help with setting up chairs and tables before you arrive. They are able to take away some of the stress of the day. I would recommend Eleven Oaks to anyone looking for a venue!

Eleven Oaks was such an incredible venue!! Having a couple acquaintances who married here, we knew we were getting into something good. But they surpassed eve our high hopes! We canât imagine having had our wedding anywhere else! The place is beautiful, gorgeous grounds and elegant indoor rooms with so many great spaces and amenities. Jaye, the owner, was excellent to work with - communicative, warm, flexible, and consistent! When we were on the fence about an indoor/outdoor ceremony due to weather, they worked with us to figure out a good start time and a back-up plan for heat or rain, even giving us until the day before to make the call. We ended up having the most beautiful (still a bit warm) outdoor ceremony, with the July sun setting behind the trees, birds and cicadas singing away. It felt like such a sacred space and we couldnât have done it without Eleven Oaks! Thanks so much!

This venue was not as good as we hoped because of the service. My wife and I got married here June 15th 2019 and absolutely were in love with the aesthetics of the venue when we came in. We initially knew the woman who was \"running\" the venue so that built a trust for us that we knew we were getting the right people in our corner for our wedding. However, this did not stay for long. Our friend who was running it relinquished power to another couple who owned the venue and we attempted to build that trust with them as well. My wife communicated to me multiple times about how inflexible they were to her, and how she asked for things and they came back on their word less than a week later. This only got worse on our wedding day when they made the entire day very difficult for my mother-in-law. She is a kind lady and they pushed her around and didn't treat her well. I would not recommend this place to friends, family, or others because they made our wedding experience much more difficult than they should be. I hope the service improves otherwise their will be many more reviews similar to mine that appear.

June 13th at 9:45pm my new husband and I left our wedding. As we drove away I burst into happy tears exclaiming \"I have dreamt of this day since forever and it was better than anything I could of hoped for!\" Having my wedding at Eleven Oaks was the absolute best decision I made for our celebration. The venue itself is gorgeous. It is simply magical how the sun can shine through the trees and the area(inside or out) just brings such a sense of peace (especially during a pretty overwhelming and sometimes stressful time...am I right ladies?!) The owners Jaye and Ken are outstanding! I can not stress this enough! They work with you ,check in on you and truly just want to make this the best day for you. I really did not come across any staff in my search for a venue that even said they would be on the grounds and be as helpful as they were the day of the wedding. I'm just so thankful for the blessing that is Eleven Oaks and want to tell the world to hold all of their important and happy celebrations there!

Our daughter got married at Eleven Oaks Ranch on 5-18-19 and I cannot say enough good things about this place. It is a beautiful setting that made for a beautiful ceremony and reception, but the most important part for me was how wonderful they were to work with. Ken and Jaye were amazing! I know I sent Jaye a million emails with so many questions that kept coming up. She answered quickly and never seemed to tire of answering my questions. The day of the wedding was stormy and crazy. Our daughterâs dream was to have the wedding outside and if possible that was still what she wanted. We talked with Ken and Jaye about the time it would take to ârushâ and set up and they were willing to wait with her until the very last minute. The rain stopped, everyone worked hard and fast to get set up and she had the wedding she dreamed of. They were also a great resource for vendors that were all amazing. Thank you Jaye and Ken for being the best and help us make Shelbyâs wedding exactly what she dreamed of! You two were amazing!

The wedding of my dreams!!! I can not say enough nice things about this venue. First off, Jaye and Shawna are some of the most genuine,kind, thoughtful ladies. I love, love, love that Eleven Oaks is individually owned and operated. These ladies take pride in this wonderful venue and it shows. Upon declining, they were not very nice to us saying, \"You have a god life.\" I'm sure if we were to be paying them the $6500 just for the space in off season, we would have had a much better experience. Jaye and Shawna were AMAZING! We got married 2/25/18 and they did everything they could to accommodate us. From letting us in at 7 am (early Sunday wedding) to helping with set up and extra decor, these women are phenomenal. Very personable. They love getting to know each and every one of their couples and are so genuine. The venue itself is so beautiful, we hardly decorated a thing. I highly recommend this venue - it will not disappoint!
