Elks lodge 639 has two very nice banquet rooms (and a more private block building with a deck on the lake) available for minimal rentals on a first-come first-served basis.The upstairs banquet room can accommodate up to 145 persons while the downstairs banquet room will accommodate up to 325 persons. Each banquet room has a wooden dance floor, a bar, and a "million dollar" view.

We actually used the Elk's Lodge in Jackson, MO. It was a great location, good parking, plenty of space. They were very helpful and friendly every time I talked to them about the space. We rented it Friday and Saturday so we had an entire day to decorate. Total cost was only $500! We had seating for about 240 (with no dance floor) ad everyone got very comfortably. Overall we were very happy and so glad that we were able to use this location for our reception.

The view overlooking the lake was breathtaking:) The night of the reception the staff was outstanding! The food (mashed potatoes kettle cooked beef salad mixed vegs etc) was awesome!
