The staff at Embassy Suites was very easy to work with! They were open to my many requests and offered very helpful advice/suggestions. The Windsor Room is beautiful and is perfect for large or small events. Our wedding was very small and intimate. We really enjoyed having the bar and dance floor within close proximity... this made for a very fun DJ interaction with our group!\r\rWe chose the buffet option for our dinner. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect & tasted DELICIOUS!!! Many of our guests commented on the food... they were very impressed by the selection!\r\rOur guests also enjoyed the proximity of the hotel to the Metro station. Our out-of-town guests found it very easy to travel around the area and to/from the airport!\r\rI would HIGHLY suggest The Windsor Room @ Embassy Suites for any event!!! : )

Loved this site because of location and indoor ceremony site; very close to metro and airport. Having the ceremony and reception in one place (and all indoors) was very convenient for guests and we didn't have to worry about rain - and it did rain. I went through 3 different event coordinators during the year from booking the venue to the wedding, which was not enjoyable. The last coordinator that was there when I actually had the wedding was great, but my file was really confusing due to all the hotel turnover and I had to go through every detail line by line in my BEO and linen/chair/china rentals. Overall, great price value and beautiful site - can't beat the location in Old Town Alexandria!
