I don't know where to start - I had the perfect wedding and it wouldn't have been possible without the staff at EAQ! There aren't enough positive things I can say to fully describe how wonderful our experience was. From the initial planning stages to the food tastings and vendor connections to the onsite day of coordinator, we had someone assisting us every step of the way and overseeing the festvities to make sure everything was perfect. I love that they offered a basic package that could be adjusted and embellished to fit my vision as well as how up front they were with pricing and contract procedures - we knew exactly what to expect and they delivered on it 100%! I highly recommend EAQ and their can-do minded staff!!

I couldn't wait to write this review!!!! As a newer local in Las Vegas, I didn't have many friends to get local vendor recommendations from for my wedding. EAQ had good reviews on the knot, and we had good first impressions upon our visit. And let me tell you, IT EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! Our contact for most of the planning process, Joey, was exceptional. She responded to all of my various inquiries in a timely manner and was super helpful and accommodating, even at the end when I got a little more needy and plans changed a few times. She covered everything from top to bottom and didn't miss a beat. EAQ coordinated with our vendors (cake, floral) so everything on the day-of played out seamlessly and without needing my help or attention.Our day-of coordinator, Daisy, was also exceptional!!!! I didn't know what to expect as far as day-of help, but Daisy took phenomenal care of us from beginning to end. It is very clear that her (and the rest of the staff that took care of us) have done this many times. Not only was she extremely helpful, but she was very friendly and fun to have around as well. Darren, the in-house EAQ DJ, was ALSO top notch!!! Again, did not know what to expect as I didn't seek him out myself, but man was he the best. Not only did he take my million specific requests and make them all happen, but he made the night incredibly fun for everyone there. The coordinators, DJ, bartenders and wait staff, set-up and tear-down crew, and all the helpers behind the scenes... these people truly made our day perfect. Our guests couldn't say enough good things about this experience, and neither can we!We love you, EAQ!!!

Great venue and awesome staff to work with, on the day of my wedding (July 27,2023) they took phenomenal care of me. I booked the ceremony only package and had to pay the extra for a rehearsal; I was under the impression that the rehearsal would have the officiant present which he was not. Besides that one let down I would recommend this venue to anyone getting married in Las Vegas!

This is our experience at Emerald at Queensridge (EAQ)⊠Our wedding planners name was Joey, she was awesome! Any time I had a question or concern she was very informational and helped us so much. She made planning our wedding easy and fun! Joey helped my husband and I with ideas and the vision I had in my head of a perfect wedding happen! Our day of coordinator, Devin was nice, funny, and listened to every request we had! He also kept things running so smoothly and organized, there was never a time I was looking for him that I couldnât se him. The bridal suite upstairs was beautiful and just the perfect space for any bride and her bridal party to get ready for the day. We got there as early as they allowed us to which was 3 hours before! The suite was setup with a blue tooth speaker table, couches, high top table, 8-10 vanity areas for hair and makeup, two huge bathrooms, and closet with a safe (for personal belongings) and a decent sized balcony. We felt so at home using the bridal suite! For the reception the servers and wait staff were on top of everything at dinner/also after dinner. Darren the DJ/MC (heâs the preferred vendor at EAQ). Super friendly and very outgoing, he kept everyone on the dance floor all night long!! Pastor Pete (preferred vendor for EAQ) was fantastic, he arrived early to explain to us how the ceremony was going to go! Also Pastor Pete is from Chicago and at least 80% of my family that was there for our wedding is from Chicago, so that was a big plus for us! This next the part I had no idea about until a lot of my guest told me about it afterwards⊠The sound system in the courtyard was not working or something because not everyone could hear everything during the ceremony, they could only hear the music for the ceremony as we walked down the aisle. But the courtyard for the ceremony was absolutely beautiful and spectacular. I didnât pay the additional expenses for more decor outside and I was absolutely happy with the âincludedâ for decorations for outside. Beautiful! The reception room is pretty and spacious. Having my wedding at EAQ was definitely a dream come true for me⊠Food- My husband and I barely ate(I know this happens often because everyone comes up to the table to congratulate you and your significant other) But our guest were all satisfied with the food. Our overall experience with EAQ was amazing and we are grateful to have been able to share that with our friends and family here. I will highly recommend EAQ to everyone/anyone I hear say that they are getting married. The reason I gave 4 out of 5 stars is because I wish all my guest were able to hear the fully ceremony not just the music. Otherwise it would be a 5 out of 5 stars.

Amazing location that was very helpful with finding local vendors that handled the things they couldnât do! My only complaint was that they said they wrapped up my cake slices from my plate that I didnât get to eat at the end of the night (way too busy!!). However, the box only contained bottom scraps of my cake that were not the pieces from my plate, which was a flavor Iâll never get to try now that I live out of state.

Pros:Beautiful ceremony/reception area and bridal/groom suites, contracted officiant was excellent, DJ was beyond excellent, great food, service to my wife and I at reception was great, awesome bartender, Bree Romero our coordinator was fantastic and always very helpful with everything we neededNegatives:You will be nickel and dimed for even the most minor upgrades, we were told using vendors that were not contracted with Emerald were ok to use but our vendors we brought in were treated rudely, we were severely rushed after ceremony to take pictures and effected our outcome of photos, grooms suite needs more mirrors and staff started tearing down tables and decor during reception before our last song was even in processSo overall this is not a positive review or a negative review but we fell the need to share the pros and cons of our entire experience here at Emerald at Queensridge

It is difficult to put into words how happy we were with our experience at Emerald at Queensridge (EAQ). We are not local, so planning a destination wedding COULD have been a headache. This was never the case! Joey was our wedding planner and made things simple, fun, and manageable (the way wedding planning truly should be!). We did all of our planning meetings over Zoom, and we never felt like we werenât connected even though we were thousands of miles away. Email correspondence was always lightning fast which was so appreciated. Joey helped us define our vision, and do it in a way that still fit our budget. EAQ is a family ran business and that is very important to me and my husband. We had personal touches and care that we never would have gotten at a larger more corporate venue. Additional staff shoutouts: Daisy, the day of coordinator was my legitimate savior from start to finish on wedding day. My manicure that I just got done a few days before completely chipped on multiple fingers. In passing I showed Daisy at our rehearsal, and the morning of wedding day she had the perfect matching nail polish for me that she brought from home. Besides that, she was calm, efficient, and friendly. I truly felt I could lean on her throughout all of the wedding day craziness. -The bartender was fantastic. We were nervous that only having one bar inside would lead to long lines given our large guest count (~140 people). We did end up adding an additional bar outside in the courtyard to help keep the lines short. Iâll tell you thisâthe additional bar was not necessary! The bartender and staff work so quickly inside that there was never a long line! We were so grateful. -The servers and rest of the wait staff were super friendly and efficient. -Darren the MC/DJ is THE MAN! Him and Daisy worked so well together and so well with me and my husband throughout the night. There were some timeline issues that had me stressed out and required us to make some changes to the reception schedule in real-time. This was no one at EAQâs fault at all, but Darren knew that these changes in timeline were stressing me out, and he offered solutions and tweaks to our reception schedule that allowed me to enjoy the reception the way I wanted to. Not only does he get the party started, and keep the party going, he also was another great support for me and my husband throughout the night. Venue: The courtyard is stunning. Period. It has the best views of the Red Rocks, and it looks beautiful at every time of day. The sound system in the entire venue is great. I was worried that guests would not hear the pastor at the ceremony since they sit a little farther from the alter. Not the case at all!! Everyone could hear everything and the music for the ceremony sounded great as we walked down the aisle. The reception room is nice and spacious and the lighting in the room is so romantic. We added on the tri-level candles on the speaker box and stair case and they were so worth the price!! It really was a dream. The bridal suite upstairs is the PERFECT spot for a bride and her party to get ready for the day. Set with blue tooth speakers, couches, high tops, stations for hair and makeup, two bathrooms, and a balcony. We were so comfortable all day!! I am running out of characters but additional thoughts: I barely ate but everyone said the food was good! (Especially the ham). We are forever grateful to EAQ for helping us have the best day of our lives!

Our wedding planning process was so easy at Emerald! We wanted a beautiful outdoor ceremony location with indoor reception and this was perfect. The planning process never felt overwhelming thanks to Emerald providing us with a comprehensive checklist of decisions we needed to make, offering a great list of recommended vendors, and being super responsive to all questions. Bree was amazing to work with during our planning and we can't thank Jasmine enough for her time and attention day-of. 100% recommend!

Our wedding planning process was so easy at Emerald! We wanted a beautiful outdoor ceremony location with indoor reception and this was perfect. The planning process never felt overwhelming thanks to Emerald providing us with a comprehensive checklist of decisions we needed to make, offering a great list of recommended vendors, and being super responsive to all questions. Bree was amazing to work with during our planning and we can't thank Jasmine enough for her time and attention day-of. 100% recommend!

Emerald at Queensridge does not care about you as a bride or groom. They added so much EXTRA STRESS to our day that could have been avoided. It started off with the fact that they not only had another wedding the day of ours, but they also scheduled a rehearsal with another couple in between. They did not allow any vendors to come set up until 3:45 for our 6pm wedding. When my bridal party and I arrived at 4:15 nothing was ready. My parents, sisters (who were bridesmaids) and other family members had to help set up because guests were beginning to arrive and the room was still not ready. We signed a paper and agreed to a $500 fine if we brought outside alcohol, yet when we arrived in our bridal and grooms suites after pictures, we didn't have the \"complimentary beverages\". After the ceremony, during the cocktail hour outside, the staff started to take away the ceremony chairs while our guests were still outside. They were going in front of the pictures over and over again. Fast forward to the end of the night, immediately after the last song, I asked for a final drink and the bartender told me no and started cleaning up. Also, at the end of the night, we were expected to bring everything home. When I asked if I could leave one sign and come pick it up in the morning, I was told it may or may not be there in the morning. Lastly, two days later when we were going through all of the stuff, we had noticed we never received the forks that we had eaten our cake with. When we called Emerald at Queensridge to see if they had found them we were told \"one of your guests must have stolen them\". Emerald at Queensridge takes absolutely no responsibility for their lack of care about you and your event. It is really sad that the above events overshadow the things that were great in the day. Their bottom line is money and they don't care, just as long as they get their money.

My wife and I want to start by saying if we could give more stars we absolutely would! We would give 10 stars, 50, 100! The entire process with Emerald has been phenomenal. From day ONE, Bree stole our hearts, she has the BEST response time EVER when you have a billion questions like I do and is always smiling and happy. Very knowledgeable and professional in every way. I thought she was our \"assigned\" coordinator but she wasn't but assured me we were in good hands. Then we met Daisy for our \"DAY OF\" coordinator and OH MY GOODNESS! Just when you think it couldn't get any better, it DID! Daisy was SO hands on, so amazing, so kind, so so helpful, so funny, so PERFECT. She handled everything so well, even if there were small issues (donuts for our beautiful donut wall were dripping ) it was handled BEFORE it was even brought to my attention~ By the end of the night we felt like we made a new friend! Kids aka the wedding party loved her also and we just wish we could do the whole day over again. Everyone from the DJ, Bartender, event staff, and owner made our special day unforgettable and we couldn't be happier to share this memory with great people. They do this everyday for a living and still make YOU a priority. THE BEST!

This venue was beyond beautiful and really exceeded my expectations. Our wedding was 1/16/22 and we had never even seen the venue before going so the planners did an amazing job in helping us feel comfortable, utilizing video chats, and planning everything for us so we could just show up! The bridal suite was exceptionally great, the food was amazing, and the staff were truly so nice and happy to help. I even got complements on the preacher we used through them!

Living in California, we were faced with venues not able to give us the wedding we had envisioned. I dreamed of a nighttime ceremony that didnât have to end before 11pm due to noise ordinances. I wanted a venue that gave magical romance and just a fun experience for all of our guests. From day 1 of reaching out their customer service was outstanding. My contact person during the entire planning process was Bree. She is amazing! I was kept on schedule and always had my questions answered. She saw that all of my wants and requests were handled and kept in touch enough to keep my stress at bay. The day of my wedding I was assigned Daisy as my day of coordinator/ contact. She was my fairy godmother in every way possible. She made sure all vendors were accounted for and that everything for our wedding ran smoothly. Our wedding ran as close to perfect as it could be and I owe most of that to EAQ! The vendors we chose were off of their preferred list and they were also just as amazing. The DJ was the best MC and kept the night on schedule. He played the best mix according to our suggestions. The staff was all incredibly nice and professional. If you are looking to get married at the most gorgeous venue with the best food and experience for you and your guests, chose Emerald at Queensridge and I promise you will be so glad you did! Thank you so much EAQ for making our special day absolutely perfect. Joey did an amazing job helping us plan our wedding from start to finish. The entire team at EAQ did an incredible job during our wedding. Our wedding turned out absolutely perfect and exactly the way that I had envisioned it. Daisy and Mary were absolutely amazing and the entire team was so well coordinated and organized. The bartender was super awesome and the DJ was on point. There were a couple songs that was not correct but he got 99% of the songs right. There is absolutely nothing we would change. We are so glad we chose a Emerald Queensridge to celebrate our special day. For the value you get and the price you pay, I highly highly recommend! Thank you so much again.

EAQ is the BEST and the staff there are absolutely wonderful and went above and beyond to make sure that our wedding was everything we had hoped for. We are Las Vegas locals and this venue was our first choice. Bree Romero, our planning coordinator, was super helpful in the months leading up to the big day and was always available to answer and questions that we had. Our day-of coordinator Daisy was top-notch, she was always there if I needed her to help with my train, hold my bouquet during our first dance, and provided words of encouragement right before I walked down the aisle to help calm my nerves. She also was nice enough to make sure that we had a to-go plate of food in hand because we were so busy greeting our guests that we didn't get a chance to eat any dinner. DJ Darren was awesome, and he kept checking in with us throughout the night to make sure the flow was what we wanted, and also kept the party going. The bridal suite is fantastic and has everything you need to get ready. All of our guests kept commenting on how great the food was, and how nice the ballroom looked for our reception. I really can't say enough about this venue and the staff there, their professionalism and attention to detail really make all the difference in making sure you have the wedding of your dreams.

I don't have words to explain how perfect my wedding day was thanks to all the Staff at Emerald at Queensridge.My wedding was right before the Covid-19 shut down and most of my family and friends were coming from Florida and outside the Country. I had a lot of cancelations the week of my wedding but Emerald at Queensridge was very responsive and even helped me the day-of to arrange my seating chart and making my decoration looked amazing so I didn't have to see empty tables or chairs. It was really windy and the weather said it was going to rain but fortunately it was just an early sprinkle and Emerald made sure to clean the courtyard one more time before the start of my wedding ceremony. I can't thank them enough for being so accomodating and sweet. If you are looking for a Venue that makes you feel like a princess and give you a stress-free day, this is the right venue for you!

My husband and I are locals and wanted to pick a very special place to get married. We made a list to check out a bunch of popular venues we found online. Emerald was the 5th place we looked at and even though some of the other places were really romantic, Emerald really stood out. They have a beautiful courtyard for the ceremony and the reception area was just perfect. Immediately after our meeting we went to the car and said that this was it. We made the call the following day and booked it. We were set to marry in April 2020 but due to the global pandemic we had to reschedule for July 2020. With everything happening, we decided to go for it and it was the best day of our lives. Everything went perfect and we did not have to worry about a thing the entire time. We were able to enjoy our special day without worrying about what was happening. The staff made our guests feel safe and comfortable. The wedding coordinator Cicely was wonderful. She kept in contact with us the entire time we planned the wedding and was always there to answer all of our questions and concerns. On the day of the wedding, we had another amazing coordinator Lorana who was just super helpful and super sweet that went over everything with us before each step throughout the night. We also want to thank Shane and Mary for being very helpful and making sure our night was perfect. We couldn't have done it without them. Our DJ Darrin was fantastic. He made sure the guests and of course the bride and groom were having fun. The food was fantastic and everyone enjoyed the Photo Booth. Thank you so much to the wonderful staff at Emerald at Queensridge for making our big day special. Our guests cannot stop talking about what a blast they had. We will never forget it :)

This venue is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are from Hawaii and wanted a wedding in Vegas and this is the exact look I was going for. Being in Hawaii, it was a little difficult to plan everything, but Skype meetings and emails helped a lot.The reason for only giving 3 stars is because of the execution of everything planned.I sent emails back and forth to the DJ and the Minister, but never got a phone call or a Skype call from any of them. It did not seem personal at all. Then after we did the rehearsal of the walk out and everything, the minister still wasn't there. I didn't think much of it because I figured they do the weddings there all the time since they are provided by the venue themself. But when the day came to walk down the aisle and go through the steps that we rehearsed at the rehearsal, it went all out the door. I specifically said I do not want the minister to ask \"who gives this woman to be married to this man?\" but she asked that question. Then we rehearsed to be UNDER the microphones so that our guests could hear our vows and the minister stopped us before we got under the mics. How is it that everyone is on the same page EXCEPT the minister. That really bugged me that our guests did not hear our vows.Then with the MC/DJ, we received a packet in email to complete which we did. Then when it came day of wedding, the MC/DJ seemed really confident in what he was saying and what not. But, during my first dance with my husband, he cut off the song mid song....We had a choreographed dance to our first dance and he could obviously see that, but then he cut it off in the middle of the song. He didn't even fade it out, he just abruptly cut it off. We had a grand finale to our dance that we didn't even get to do. Then for the reception dancing at the end, he played full songs and didn't mix up any songs or make it more fun. Also, he asked me what songs to play and I specifically told him 90s, 2000s, and now. he played some kind of jazz ballet music that I did not like at all. I know it was requested, but I didn't agree to any of those songs to be played. Then, with our coordinator, we told them that we wanted our 3 cases of champagne bottles chilled for when we leave the venue to get on our party bus. They said it would be chilled and when we left the venue and got into our buses, the were NOT chilled. So we had to drink warm champagne or put champagne in a cup with ice.I felt as if my husband and I communicated everything we possibly could to everyone we needed to, but it just wasn't executed the way we wanted it to. Everything was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed ourselves, but those little things could've been prevented. I still would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married in Vegas. It was a one of a kind venue

This venue is absolutely beautiful. My husband and I are from Hawaii and wanted a wedding in Vegas and this is the exact look I was going for. Being in Hawaii, it was a little difficult to plan everything, but Skype meetings and emails helped a lot.The reason for only giving 3 stars is because of the execution of everything planned.I sent emails back and forth to the DJ and the Minister, but never got a phone call or a Skype call from any of them. It did not seem personal at all. Then after we did the rehearsal of the walk out and everything, the minister still wasn't there. I didn't think much of it because I figured they do the weddings there all the time since they are provided by the venue themself. But when the day came to walk down the aisle and go through the steps that we rehearsed at the rehearsal, it went all out the door. I specifically said I do not want the minister to ask \"who gives this woman to be married to this man?\" but she asked that question. Then we rehearsed to be UNDER the microphones so that our guests could hear our vows and the minister stopped us before we got under the mics. How is it that everyone is on the same page EXCEPT the minister. That really bugged me that our guests did not hear our vows.Then with the MC/DJ, we received a packet in email to complete which we did. Then when it came day of wedding, the MC/DJ seemed really confident in what he was saying and what not. But, during my first dance with my husband, he cut off the song mid song....We had a choreographed dance to our first dance and he could obviously see that, but then he cut it off in the middle of the song. He didn't even fade it out, he just abruptly cut it off. We had a grand finale to our dance that we didn't even get to do. Then for the reception dancing at the end, he played full songs and didn't mix up any songs or make it more fun. Also, he asked me what songs to play and I specifically told him 90s, 2000s, and now. he played some kind of jazz ballet music that I did not like at all. I know it was requested, but I didn't agree to any of those songs to be played. Then, with our coordinator, we told them that we wanted our 3 cases of champagne bottles chilled for when we leave the venue to get on our party bus. They said it would be chilled and when we left the venue and got into our buses, the were NOT chilled. So we had to drink warm champagne or put champagne in a cup with ice.I felt as if my husband and I communicated everything we possibly could to everyone we needed to, but it just wasn't executed the way we wanted it to. Everything was beautiful and we definitely enjoyed ourselves, but those little things could've been prevented. I still would recommend this venue to anyone who is getting married in Vegas. It was a one of a kind venue

Had such an amazing wedding at queensridge! Everyone was super helpful and kind. It through me off a little when I found out my day of wedding coordinator was someone I did not meet until the rehearsal. But Zeta was amazing and helped with everything I needed. She even cried during one of the speeches and seemed to genuinely care about us as individuals. She definitely made me feel special. Brides, this is one of the most important decisions of your life. You will spend as much money as a brand new car costs. Really know what you want, do your research and make a very careful decision when signing a contract for your venue. The one thing this venue has going for it is that it is an absolutely beautiful ballroom, beautiful outdoor ceremony space, and it has the best bridal suite in town. Your guests will love it and your pictures will come out great. They offer all inclusive packages that include your food, alcohol, dj, photographer, cake. Please note, the photographer PRESENCE they provide is included but any pictures you want whether digital or print costs extra so keep that in mind when calculating your costs. The cake included is SHEET cake. We paid extra to have a real wedding cake. If you are a low key bride, then this will be a good venue choice for you. If you are interested in something more special, more customized, or if you want to bring in your own photographer or DJ or other outside vendors, this might not be the best place for you. Fyi, you cannot just hire any vendor for décor, everything must be done through their rental companies, and at an upcharge. The bridal suite is amazing, but keep in mind they typically have two weddings a day, so while you think you will be able to get your hair and makeup done in this amazing suite, you will really only have it for a few hours as the previous wedding is wrapping up. We had to have hair and makeup done elsewhere and limo to the venue with enough time really to get dressed before pictures. It was still nice to have a place to get dressed and take a break when needed.The food included is average. If you are looking for a more gourmet meal, it will be at a significant upgrade. I wanted veggies added to the meal, but that was going to cost me $500 extra dollars so we skipped it. I already paid $400 extra to have pre-ceremony cocktails, $1,000 extra for appetizers, and $500 extra for late night snacks, $500 for an extra 30 minutes to the reception, $600 for a normal wedding cake. The biggest problem is the extra charges will change your \"affordable package\" to much more, so really think about what you want, look at the costs, create the total, and then compare apples to apples when selecting a venue, not apples to oranges. If you want candles on your table, that is $5 a piece extra, and you cannot bring your own real candles. If you want special linens, that is $20-$30 extra per table, and you cannot bring your own or rent them elsewhere. While I am overall happy with my wedding, going back, I probably wouldn't choose this venue. If you are a low-key bride and are ok with a basic wedding package in a beautiful venue, then this will be a good decision for you. If you want a more customized wedding with outside vendors and outside décor, think twice. If you still decide to go here and have outside vendors/elements, 100% hire an outside planner to ensure your evening goes well. I did not do this as they assured me I didn't need to, and this is one of my BIGGEST REGRETS! You need someone working for you 100%, not just the venue catering coordinators.Remember, once it's over, you CANNOT RE-DO IT, and don't expect anyone to really be sympathetic or understanding to your disappointments. As excited as you are when you are planning your wedding, and as beautiful as this venue is when you walk in, this is one time where you have to be super careful with your decision.

Literally the best decision I've ever made was picking this venue. I found it after my first venue fell flat 4.5 months before my wedding date. From start to finish, Cicely (sometimes Bree also!) helped me with any and everything, answered all my questions and the questions I didn't think of, and was there for me throughout the entire planning process. Email responses were FAST! My family raved about the venue from the organization of the ceremony to the delicious food and cake that was served. DJ DARREN IS AMAZING!! (we shared a love for Prince and other music) He also was accommodating with last minute changes to the music the day of. Kitza (sorry if misspelled) coordinated with ease and was always lending a hand with decorations. Both her and Darren exceeded beyond my expectatins! 2 total gems to this venue!! The bridal suite is everything you could ever dream!! * The only drawback I have is charging kids for open bar pricing when soda and juice is already included in the base price. Their reason was they only count the seats filled for this which to me is a poor excuse considering the employees can clearly confirm how many kids you have at the ceremony that are filling seats and not utilizing the alcohol. But despite my personal concern, I would definitely book here again for our 20th anniversary!! I will never forget EAQ and their staff -- The Hamiltons #8.18.18

If I ever hear that someone is planning to get married in Las Vegas, I am going to definitely recommend EAQ! The venue alone was absolutely perfect for my wedding vision. The entire planning process was easy and flawless which was perfect since we were planning from out of state. Cicely helped us with all of the details and always found ways to keep my nerves under wraps when I started to get anxious. She listened to my vision and helped bring it to life. The final presentation far exceeded my expectations. The entire staff on our wedding day, special shout out to Zita, kept everything running smoothly. From start to finish, they made us feel like royalty. Whenever a question arose from guests, Zita immediately ran it by us because she wanted us to know and remember that this was our day and it was to go as we had envisioned. The price we paid was remarkable for the experience we had. Our guests and wedding party continue to talk about how much fun they had and how organized and beautiful it all was. It truly was a dream come true. My only regret is that we did not extend our reception time simply because I did not want the day to end. I wish I could relive every moment of it over and over.

I just had my wedding there June 4th. It was so magical. It was a night wedding and so beautiful. Bre was so helpful and made everythign so easy and smooth. This was also one the of cheapest venues that I found, but the quaility was awesome. All of my guest were amazed on how beautful it was. The dressing room is so beautful as well.

My only wish was that the photobooth attendant was a bit more active in telling guests to write messages in our book, she was very softspoken. FYI the cake cutting faux experience was too funny because we didnt actually cut anything! The venue said we would cut a special piece out of the back of the cake but what ended up happening was that we just pretended to cut the hard plastic cake and then pulled the pre-cut piece over to us to eat, HAHA!

We recently got married here. This is our experience. We toured several venues in Vegas before we chose Emerald. This venue is beautiful and it fit our guest count well. Initial meeting was with Bree, she was spectacular and we were sold. Emerald allows monthly payments, other venues require fewer huge payments. That was a plus for me. We booked our date a year ahead. Most communication was via email and it went smoothly. Cicely did most of the planning. She did an amazing job. She really made sure every single detail was taken care of. We went all out on our wedding, upgraded everything! Another reviewer complained about them nickel and dimeâing. Well every venue does that. You want a nice wedding but donât want to spend the money? Good luck with that. Emerald has a base package that includes all the basics needed for a decent wedding. It might not be glamorous but itâll suffice. On our big day, everything was great with only minor hiccups. Non Emerald vendors we used: photography, videography and flowers. Everything else was all Emerald. It was all GORGEOUS! All our guests said how beautiful everything was. Our day of coordinator was Zita. She did an amazing job! 10/10 for her. We were worried about the food but everything tasted great! There was plenty of it as well. Wait staff was very attentive and friendly. DJ was great as well except for a few WTF songs that were played. A few complaints...the sound system during the ceremony was bad. A few guests said they could not hear us during the ceremony. The processional music was way too low. Our recessional song didnât play until we were halfway down the aisle. Plus it was low too. Later on in the night, we went outside for photos and now the music is loud. WTF? Biggest complaint of the night, the bartenders were awful. Several guests complained to us afterwards saying they were rude and stingy with the alcohol. We upgraded to the highest alcohol package and feel we did not get our moneyâs worth. I would say the bar needs improvement. Bree, Cicely, Zita, DJ, Chef and all the servers gave us their all and did a great job but all their hard work went down the toilet because of incompetent bartenders that couldnât serve alcohol that we paid for! Sad actually.Everything else though, almost perfect. I would highly recommend Emerald for your wedding. Come with a big budget though because you get what you pay for.

I was recently in a wedding that took place at this venue. The courtyard and reception were both decorated BEAUTIFULLY. Unfortunately, no one bothered to noticed that during the ceremony, the speakers weren't on. They also let it slip the special lighting the couple paid for (roughly $500). The chicken served was RAW. We learned this after cutting into to feed to a 2 year old. The \"cold stone\" ice cream bar was not what they sold it (for a big price tag) to be. It was one melted lump on ice cream on a plate that got toppings dumped on it. Not to mention, the staff took home the wedding cake that they did not pay for. The top layer wasn't even offered to the couple to save for their one year anniversary. On top of this all, the party wasn't allowed to go in and bring decorations the night before. So hours before it was a scramble putting those out. We the wedding party arrived to finish getting ready, we had to wait because the previous wedding was still in the suite. It was assumed we would be fed while in the bridal suite, we weren't. The worst part of all was the coordinator, Pam. Never have I ever experienced someone so rude in the hospitality industry. She was snappy with the family and wedding party. She yanked many arms so that the girls would \"position the bouquets\" in the right area. She did not listen as we told her that certain pictures would mean a lot to our families. Instead she rushed us out. As a coordinator, you should be warm and friendly and do anything to make the couples day special. I have nothing but negative things to say about this lady. Many things went on behind the scene that upset the couple and their families.

It was one melted lump on ice cream on a plate that got toppings dumped on it. Not to mention, the staff took home the wedding cake that they did not pay for. The top layer wasn't even offered to the couple to save for their one year anniversary. On top of this all, the party wasn't allowed to go in and bring decorations the night before. So hours before it was a scramble putting those out. We the wedding party arrived to finish getting ready, we had to wait because the previous wedding was still in the suite. It was assumed we would be fed while in the bridal suite, we weren't. The worst part of all was the coordinator, Pam. Never have I ever experienced someone so rude in the hospitality industry. She was snappy with the family and wedding party. She yanked many arms so that the girls would \"position the bouquets\" in the right area. She did not listen as we told her that certain pictures would mean a lot to our families. Instead she rushed us out. As a coordinator, you should be warm and friendly and do anything to make the couples day special. I have nothing but negative things to say about this lady. Many things went on behind the scene that upset the couple and their families.

However, the DJ (Darrin) offended one of my guests about her weight ... which was completely inappropriate. This particular guest was also my boss. I also had to seek out the minister - I was told he would reach out to me but he never did. I called him the night before my wedding and gave him explicit instructions of what to say and not say. He also spoke with my husband the day before and spoke to both of us before the ceremony to ensure he knew what to say, but during the ceremony he completely butchered everything we went over and said inaccurate information about our relationship. I even corrected him during the ceremony. Despite those two occurrences, it was a beautiful wedding and the staff was fabulous.

This is where you want to get married, trust me! My husband and I could not have imagined a more perfect day and it would not have been made possible without the helpful staff of Emerald at Queensridge! We worked with Cicely throughout the entire process and the whole time she makes you feel so special. You honestly feel like the only bride she is working with. I had a pretty clear idea of what we wanted but Cicely was always ready with tips and tricks to truly elevate everything to the next level. We also had to postpone our wedding date at one point and everyone was just so helpful. I honestly will truly miss going to Emerald for the planning meetings! I also need to mention all the attention to detail. My husband has a dairy allergy and his entire meal was made without dairy and that was so thoughtful. We also had 3 vegan guests and they were provided vegan meals. Lastly, I HAD to have a straight head table however there were 22 of us in the bridal party. I explained how important this was to me and Cicely made it happen! It looked amazing!! The entire staff is great. Pam is an absolute angel. She is truly the bride whisperer! Always there exactly when you need her. Truly an amazing venue. Great location, tasty food, top notch entertainment and easy, stress free feel throughout the entire process. I just had my wedding here and I LOVED every minute of it!! I had the pleasure of working with Cicely during the planning process. She was so helpful as I was making my choices and made great suggestions when I didnât know what to do. I changed my colors about 4 times, yet she was so patient with me every time. She thoroughly explained things at every step of the way and made sure I felt comfortable with my choices. She really was great to work with! They also offered a food tasting because I couldnât decide on my dinner choices and I was able to talk to the head chef personally to make changes to the marinade on one of the entrees. TALK ABOUT BEING HELPFUL AND ACCOMMODATING!!!! Pam was our day-of coordinator and boy was I glad of that! From the rehearsal, we could tell she would have the boys in line! (something that was very helpful) She communicated with my people what exactly was needed and what was expected; that really made me feel at ease because it was one less thing I had to worry about. On my wedding day, Pam jumped right in and facilitated EVERYTHING. AND she remained calm through all my last minute decisions, which helped me to remain calm and rational!! At one point she asked if I also wanted rose petals on the tables and I just said to her, âCan you decide what looks better? I trust youâ and that was it! (I am completely OCD, especially on my wedding day, so it just goes to show youâŠ) I unfortunately ripped my dress at point before the ceremony, but Pam was right there to sew up the rip and send me right along. Throughout the night, she kept checking in to see how we were doing but not in an annoying kind of way. I would turn around and she was there, ready to assist! I started to worry at the end of the night about centerpieces and clean up and she told me to âenjoy the party, Iâve got it!â She was seriously like a fairy godmother!! I couldnât be more pleased with how the night went!!Alicia was our photographer and she really is like a ninja! She was everywhere with her assistants, taking pictures, and she knew how to set up shots so they wouldnât miss a moment. I was AMAZED!! I head from my guests that she must have taken almost a thousand pictures!! HAHA! I canât wait to see all the beautiful pictures!!DJ Darrin was WONDERFUL!!! He kept the party going and kept checking in with us to make sure the music was on point! Some of us forgot how to do the cupid shuffle, so he helped us out by jumping on the dance floor to lead us!! HAHAH, so much fun!! He was funny and entertaining all night long. He really made the night a great time!I loved every moment of my wedding. But a few complaints came in afterwards, no biggie, but still. I guess the guests couldnât hear us during the ceremony, so they missed all of our vows. That was unfortunate because my husbandâs vows were pretty funny! Oh well, we will have to catch it on the video. Also, during the reception, one of the guests wanted to add a seat to the table. When she asked one of the wait staff for help, she was told, âlooks like you got itâ and walked away. WOWâŠIâm glad I didnât hear about this during the wedding! All in all, a FABULOUS time was had by all. So this made for a very happy bride!!

I am so happy we chose Emerald at Queensridge for our wedding venue. Their staff is amazing and incredibly patient. Throughout the planning process, they were so patient and understanding of all of my questions and changes. I never felt that I was burdening them with my inquiries. Bree and Cicely were so great to work with. Pam, our day of wedding coordinator was AMAZING! Everything went so smoothly! Pam and her team made sure everything went just as planned. The bride and groom never usually get to eat at weddings, but Pam made sure we were fed and hydrated throughout the ceremony and reception. I felt so at ease knowing she was on top of everything. Even my husband brought up wonderful she was. Emerald's wedding packages are affordable and the extras that you can add onto the package are great. They really let you add your own personal touches to your special day. All of our guests LOVED their food! We selected the Asian Flank Steak and lemon chicken breast along with other sides, and everything was so delicious! I wish I could relive our wedding day all over again because from start to finish, the whole day was just beautiful. Thank you Emerald!

As a long distance couple, we never stepped foot in the Emerald until the day before our wedding. With the support of Wedding & Event Specialist Bree, our year and a half of planning occurred through phone, skype, lots of emails and pictures. Bree was amazing and helped us with every step. She even gave us suggestions for local restaurants to have our rehearsal dinner. She responded to every email within hours and always had great advice and suggestions. She was not at all pushy regarding upgrades and kept our budget in mind when helping us plan. The Emerald was a brides dream. My bridal party and I had an amazing morning getting ready in the gorgeous and huge bridal suite. Our wedding day was prefect. Venue was beautiful. Staff was top notch. Every Bride should have a Pam as part of their day. The food was wonderful and the DJ kept us on the dance floor all night long. We had 86 people fly to Vegas to be a part of our day. We wanted to make sure they had the best time helping us celebrate our wedding. Since the wedding, weâve had so many guests tell us it was the best wedding they ever attended. We are thrilled that Emerald is where we got married!

I can't say enough kind words about either of these ladies. Bree was so very helpful in our understanding of options, always fast to respond and easy to reach. She is a dream for a bride planning their wedding solo! Pam was as dedicated as the wedding party to making sure the wedding day went as smoothly and as perfect as possible. She answered questions, helped us with any and all small needs and was just reassuring that she had everything taken care of. The bridal suite was large enough to where all 8 girls, our stylists and visitors had enough room to spread out and relax before the wedding. The groomsmen enjoyed their suite with games and drinks as well. The venue was absolutely beautiful. All the decor came together and we were lucky enough to have a sunny day that just gave everything a glow. The DJ provided by the venue was great as well. He made everything flow so well and helped get people out and dancing which was something we were worried about. He met with myself and my husband separately before the ceremony to make sure everything we wanted was on his list. The bakery recommended through the venue was also excellent as was all the food. We had many compliments on how great everything tasted. The chocolate fountain and pasta bar were both huge hits! I don't have a bad thing to say about the entire day. I would recommend this venue and their staff ten times over!

We were traveling in for the wedding from Southern California so having everything in one package was much easier for us. From the first time we went to E@Q, we could tell that Bree, our pre-wedding planner, was awesome (even before we booked the venue). After booking our venue we had a 6-month, 90-day, and 30-day meeting. At each meeting Bree put us completely at ease and made sure everything on both their end and ours lined up and ready to go. After a while it felt like going to visit a friend!Our wedding was everything we could have hoped for; even now, over a month after our wedding we still have people coming up to us telling us how great our wedding was! Pam, our day of coordinator, was amazing as well. The way she effortlessly made sure everything was in place was quite amazing! My hubby and I are both laid back people so we wanted our wedding to reflect that. It perfectly reflected our personalities from the DJ to the photo booth (which was a huge hit!). We did have a tight budget (we wanted to spend more on our honeymoon, Paris and London) and I was so surprised that we were able to have the wedding we did on the budget we had. All my guests commented on how relaxed I looked at the wedding and it's honestly because I didn't have to worry about anything. The Emerald staff was very easy to work with and had suggestions for all of our needs. I live out of town, so we would do meetings over the phone, which was very simple and convenient. My wedding at Emerald was flawless. Everything from the decorations, music, and food was perfect. All my guests commented on how relaxed I looked at the wedding and it's honestly because I didn't have to worry about anything. The Emerald staff was very easy to work with and had suggestions for all of our needs. I live out of town, so we would do meetings over the phone, which was very simple and convenient. I highly recommend Emerald at Queensridge to anyone, local or out of town. Very well done.

She took care of every one of my needs and concerns. \rThe food was excellent, and our guests LOVED the chocolate fountain. \r\rDJ Darrin from High Flyin' Entertainment was also excellent. His feel for the vibe in the room was excellent and his choice of my music selection was timed perfect. His execution of everything else was awesome. \r\rOverall, I felt like I had the perfect fairytale wedding from the twinkle lights, the sparkler sendoff and thanks to the help of the staff at Emerald at Queensridge.

This venue and staff really knocked it out of the park! I got married on March 29, 2015 and cannot commend Emerald at Queensridge enough. Pam, our day-of coordinator was absolutely phenomenal. She did not miss a beat, communicated efficiently with all of our outside vendors, and made the whole evening go without a hitch. She was there whenever she was needed and acted quickly. Cicely and Bree helped us plan all of the details from start to finish and helped us attain all of our wishes within our budget. They were always a phone call away and offered some very valuable suggestions to help make our tables in the reception pop! They even let us attend 2 different tastings and had the chef specially make something we wanted to try from the menu so we could more accurately pick the food for our wedding day. The DJ, bartender, and wait staff were all excellent. Food was absolutely amazing. Their cake vendor suggestion was perfect. Set-up and breakdown was made so easy and all guests were treated with the highest hospitality. They truly made my dream come true on my wedding day and I cannot thank them enough.

My wedding day was the best day of my life, and my husband and I agree that Emerald at Queensridge had a huge role in making the day so perfect! I honestly felt like a princess. Our wedding in Las Vegas was a destination wedding and we were going into it without ever seeing the venue. Well, the venue and staff surpassed my expectations. It was an absolutely gorgeous venue! So romantic, classy and elegant! Guests continue to tell me how beautiful they thought the venue was, and I couldn't agree more. \r\rLeading up to the wedding, I would communicate with Cicely about the details and what to expect and what I envisioned. She was such a joy to talk to and was always quick to reply to my numerous emails! I always felt like I was in good hands when dealing with Cicely. Mimi was our wedding coordinator during the rehearsal and the wedding day and she was fantastic! Very calm and collected and a true professional. Ladies, you also get a personal attendant on your big day! My attendant was Gabby and she was very helpful and sweet. The DJ was also amazing. We provided a list of music for him and he followed the list all night, even including some special requests of ours of music from the east coast of Canada that we were pleasantly surprised that he played! I could not be happier with the staff! \r\rThe staff made the day move along flawlessly and I can't thank them enough. They really take care of every worry so all you have to do is enjoy your day! The venue is breathtakingly beautiful and I cannot imagine my wedding anywhere else. I would highly recommend this venue to any bride. Thank you for everything Emerald!!

When you look up this venue online you see a gorgeous outside ceremony with a spectacular, fun-filled reception area. When you watch a video of this venue you see nothing but bliss. I saw the price and said no-way am I paying that much but my then future husband said letâs just go look at it. I got their and fell in love!!! We ended up booking them and I can honestly say it was a rough road with them. They are nice people but everything is extra, from the colored ribbon on each chair to a colored rose ball down the aisle. The starting package is very bare and was not explained to us when we signed the contract so when we were told it's $3.00-$7.50 A PERSON for ONE hor' derve we were shocked. You would think with the amount we were paying it came with a selection of hor' derves. The one thing that got me the most was the 100 guest count which is false advertising its 98 guest count and you are a guest at your own wedding. After paying over $13,000, due to all the \"extras\" I wanted I was told that they don't count the bride and groom as being at their own wedding and all the money we paid to just book the venue doesn't pay for our food and drink. After paying $100+ for each additional person past the 100 we thought we could have I was then told at my 30 day my FH and I are also a guest at our own wedding and I had to pay for us to be there as well. \rThese are a few of the frustrations I felt people should be aware of but don't let them detour you from visiting or booking this venue because let me tell you the day of my wedding was SPECTACULAR!!!! It was everything I dreamed and worked so hard for!!! I had people telling me it felt like a million dollar wedding which makes me feel so good inside. My husband and I ended up being pleased with the final product.\r

Some of the options are a bit overpriced however, like the up lighting. I purchased it anyway and it created a beautiful ambiance. The food was delicious and the photo booth was a big hit! Definitively recommend it!

We were married here on June 1st and I don't even know where to start on how great this place truly is. We began our journey here in August. We first met our coordinator Kelsey, and she is a huge asset to Emerald! Kelsey made our experience so painless and easy. She was extremely knowledgeable and very kind and patient with us since we are extremely indecisive and there are so many options to make your big day absolutely perfect! Aside from the phenomenal Kelsey, every other member of the staff at Emerald was just as wonderful. We were told we could come in for a meeting or to look at the venue whenever we wanted and if we had any questions we could call and email as often as we needed to as well. Every time we did have questions they were always answered in a timely manner and explained very thoroughly. \r\rAs for the day of events, it was a little overwhelming but with all the staff on our side it helped the night go by smoothly. The photographers from Cashman were absolutely the best we could have imagined! I emailed Cashman with some ideas that we liked and throughout the night I saw the photographers capturing each picture I emailed. They were probably the icing on the cake because after everything is said and done all that's left are the pictures; so to have such great photographers really made us leave the night excited to see the memories that were captured by them. The DJ was a lot of fun and very helpful getting everyone out on the dance floor. Both our families aren't exactly party dancing people but Andrew, the DJ, definitely did what he could and at one point everyone was out on the floor having a great time dancing to one of those group dance songs. All of his suggestions were on par and I definitely recommend listening to his suggestions before making final decisions. \r\rOver all the night could not have been more perfect. People are still talking about how perfect the wedding was and how amazing the venue looked. Everyone loved the bar, the food, the ceremony and especially the grand entrance into the reception. We could not have asked for a better wedding! Big thanks to Ken, Kelsey, Andrew, our photographers and all the coordinators and planners who were part of the wedding and to everyone who set up as well! You all definitely made our big day the best day of our lives!

Hello. The point of this review is to advise future Brides and Grooms to ask your wedding facility to have your card box (if you are using one) to be placed in a secure area!!! Perhaps near the cake table or at the head table would have been wise... Assuming the facility would do this as a general practice was a big mistake for us! Because of where the facility chooses to put the card boxes (at the entrance near the front doors which are accessible to anyone during the ceremony and reception) we had a portion of our cards containing money, checks and gift cards from family and friends taken from us. The day after our wedding, we had made a list of the guests and gifts. We noticed a large amount of guests that were left unaccounted for, which was very odd. We had checked to make sure nothing was left behind or fell out in the car, etc. and found nothing so we just let it be. The next day, my husbandâs mother had asked what we received from family members and when hers was not mentioned she said I put a card with X amount of money in the card box. That sparked concern for the rest and we had to send out an embarrassing email to our guests saying an incident had occurred and if there was anything that could be stopped or cancelled, please do so immediately. Our responses solidified the fact that the items were in fact stolen. Our wedding party was violated and had to be inconvenienced by canceling checks and for the cash and gift cards, our guests gave their hard earned money to a thief or thieves. A couple of guests actually saw individuals that did not belong with our party and not part of the Emerald staff lingering outside of the front doors, but were not seen after the cutting of the cake, which would have been a perfect opportunity to take our stuff. We filed a police report and notified Emerald of the situation several times and they said they were not responsible, but would be on alert. Since we cannot get our wedding cards and wedding gifts back, at least we can attempt to help others from this unfortunate incident!\r\rOther than that our wedding was fabulous, the photo booth was a definite âmust haveâ and we all had a wonderful time! I would have loved to give Emerald 5 stars, but...\r

The food was excellent, the facility was beautiful and the wedding coordinators Tiffany and Shane as well as the DJ, Andrew, were absolutely outstanding! My experience at the emerald at Queensridge was as close to perfect that a bride could want. I give this venue 5 stars on quality, service, and value. The ceremony site is breathtaking and the reception hall is no exception. The quality of the food is equal to a 4-5 star restaraunt. My guests were bragging about how delicious the food was and the wonderful experience of the entire evening. The service was exceptional. They were all professional and accommodating. We loved our dj Andrew who did a phenomenal job and our coordinator that did such a great job. We truly had no worries the entire night. I would also say that the value of the venue speaks

3.5 stars (but half wasn't available)\rI was the family wedding planner since the couple lived out of the country. EAQ is mainly operated by the owner and her family. This was our first venue stop, and we met with Ken, her son, who was very personable. EAQ is gorgeous with it's round about driveway, foyer, high ceiling, drapes, large salon-like bridal suite, and complete operational bar. After seeing many others, we couldn't stop thinking about what a great impression EAQ made. We just knew we had to book with them. \rFor some reason from the time we booked up until the event (one yr), EAQ had a constant change of wedding coordinators. Thru phone conversations and meetings, I think we met over 7 different people. I wish I had just one or two max. It started becoming annoying having to explain I wasn't the bride but was making all the decisions on their behalf. At one of the final meetings, I was then told that the coordinator that night would be someone else who I had never met.\rThe day of the wedding, I was greeted by this coordinator and introduced to the other head staff. The night went ok but I wish I had a radio to reach the staff as well. I couldn't find the coordinator half the time. \rOverall the venue is amazing. They have a great package. I just wished I had one wedding coordinator all the way to the end of the event.\r

You all made it so beautiful. The moment we stepped into Emeralds we feel in love and had to have our wedding with you guys. We all know we were on a very tight budget and give up some of the details to make my wedding happen at this Venue.I really appreciate you all of you working with us and understanding, you all made our dreams come true and having the BEST Venue we could of. You guys really gave made a 15,000 wedding look like a 50,000 wedding, and that would of not happened with any other Venue in town.Thank you for always being there when we had a queston and working with us to try to get everything I wanted within my budget! You guys did a lot of the planning and behind the sence things and Thank you, every single thing you did was very much appreciated and all the hard work showed on our wedding day!!! \r\rOh My God, the cake was Beautiful!!!!! I was just amazed.. It was EXACTLY what I asked for and we were just blown away and highly IMPRESSED. Everyone on staff gave us the best service and was right there do get whatever was needed!! e had a glitch with roses not getting to the venue and it was handled and taken care of in 5 mins and it was like it never happened. The DJ He just rocked it and provided EXACTLY what I asked for and it all flowed so perfectly. The Bartender interacted with all the guests and had them laughing and really made conections with our guests.The servers that took care of the wedding guests,i have to say they were GREAT. There was not once a dirty plate just sitting there. They were truly on top of it and made sure everything was clean and perfect. \r\rI have to say my wedding was PERFECT and you will not get that with any other venue in town. Once you see this place you will not be able to picture you wedding at any other place in town. EVERYONE of my guest said that when they walked into our wedding it just took there breathe away. It was classy and elegant looking. Even on a tight budget like us you will be able to have everything you wanted out of your wedding because the VENUE just takes over and turns your wedding into a Cinderella fairytale.

We just had our wedding and reception at Emerald- we are from out of town (Portland) and everything was phenominal!! We were able to plan everything via email and the staff was very responsive and helpful! I am a very picky person and had lots of little add ons and special requests so the day of was a little nerve wracking. I was pleasantly surprised that EVERYTHING went exactly how I wanted, the whole day was coordinated flawlessly, the staff was super attentive the day of making sure we knew exactly what was going on and when and we were able to customize how we wanted the whole day and evening!!! Besides the amazing staff, the venue itself is breathtaking! It was beautiful inside and out, we ended up adding the lighting last minute which I highly recommend - it set the mood and made a very romantic setting. The venue was beautiful, the food and cake were delicious, the DJ and photographers were the best- I wouldnt have dreamed my day any other way!! I will continue to rave about this place and recommend it to ANYONE!!! Thanks emerald for making my day a memorable one!

Our wedding day was everything we imagined that it would be, and many of our guests still rave about how excellent everything was! The bridal suite is absolutely stunning and the grooms suite was great especially during football season for all the guys. The staff was absolutely amazing both during the planning process and on our wedding day. We love EAQ and we would definitely recommend it as the perfect wedding venue!

I can't even start to explain how overwhelmed I was when we first got engaged and found out I needed to plan a wedding. When we went to Emerald at Queensridge we fell in love! The courtyard for the outdoor ceremony is picture perfect- literally! The ballroom is just the right size, high ceiling with elegant chiffon draping. They have everything all-inclusive. Officiant, DJ, Cake, Photography, etc! It took a load off my shoulders. I was even in shock to see my fiance at the time sign the papers the same day we got our first tour. He fell in love with the place. From the moment we booked until the day it happened everything was so easy. They give you all of the information you need to do things on your end as well as help them plan your wedding. It was almost too good to be true and most importantly the price was beyond reasonable. My husband and I were the only two funding this event so we did have a tight budget- and lucky for us it was all-inclusive and just the right price!

My husband and I got married at Emerald this past July everything was beautiful but we got the \"wedding special\" and had some add ons(lighting special, photo booth, cold stone, full bar, and some apps) that are very pricey. There were a few things made me upset about Emerald, First with the cake I wanted the bakery to add on some ivy around the cake and they wanted to charge me 400 dollars for the ivy.. I went to my florist and they provided beautiful flowers for the cake but of course I had to pay 40 dollars to have Emerald put the flowers on the cake..Second the photography..out of the thousand pictures taken there were only 10 taken of my parents and my grandparents put together..when we tried to ask them about the pictures their response was how are we supposed to know who the parents and grandparents are? (I thought it was your job but my bad for thinking different) Third.. the DJ..we didn't have the main DJ we had some guy who works with them and he did not know how to keep the party going, going from fast to slow, fast to slow..Don't get me wrong we loved our wedding we and had a blast and will never forget the day but I do believe things could of been handled in a better manor

The staff helped us all the way through from the very beginning of planning to the last minute of the reception. The went above and beyond all my expectations. When all my centerpeice flowers died the day before, I was amazed that they added real flowers to my centerpeices. The DJ kept the party flowing and all my family and friends had the most wonderful time. The catered to all of our needs and customized the wedding exactly how we invisioned it to be. I was happy with my wedding at Emerald. The scenery was gorgeous which was great because I couldn't afford at their prices to add in all the touches they push you to add. Everyone at my wedding said it was a fairytale wedding. It's just a beautiful venue. The only disappointments i had were that they did not put a center piece on the head table. I expected the standard centerpiece and there was none. Also, the package included a bouquet for the bride which they neglected! The photographer had to ask the wedding coordinator where it was and she came back saying we had never discussed it even though it was an inclusion of the package! And I had discussed it with her right down to the colors of the roses if the lavender ones were not available. They did manage to round up a decent bouquet prior to the wedding. And the food was so amazing it really made up for it. Too bad they dont discount or throw in extras for having ~55 guests when the package included 100.

My wedding day was absolutely perfect. The staff was wonderful and kept everything running smoothly. My ceremony was BEAUTIFUL! The reception was just a gorgeous and everyone had so much fun. The photo booth was a huge hit! The DJ did a great job. The food was amazing. My only complaint is that the time seemed to fly by so fast! I would recommend this venue to anyone.

I absolutely loved the venue, and the gentleman who owns it was wonderful to work with. Unfortunately, you do not get to deal with him one on one and the rest of his staff could use some lessons in politeness. Especially his head of catering, Trudy. She was very unhelpful the day of the wedding and actually rude to my Mother. The \"day of\" catering staff was wonderful and Trudy's assistant (who's name I can't remember) was very lovely.

Our wedding was nearly 200 of our friends and family on Memorial Day, and the professionalism and attention to detail of the staff at Emerald's is part of what made it such a great event. The thorough preparation leading up to the event really helped make it such a relaxed day for the bride and I. The ceremony in the garden was beautiful, the photo booth was something different that made the reception more fun, and overall we were just really pleased. I have lived in Vegas for 10 years now and had scouted all the locations, and if you are looking for top notch quality AND good value, this is the spot!

We checked out Emerald at Queensridge, because it looked very nice in all the local wedding magazines. It was very beautiful, green, and spacious. Everything was spacious and modern. The reception hall was huge and the ladies dressing room was very nice. The only reasone we did not go with this venue was because it was very pricey. If you wanted a friday or saturday wedding the prices were ridiculous. We wanted to be able to invite more friends and family for a decent price. We went with Sunset Gardens and had a very beautiful and magical wedding.

Review of Emerald at Queensridge (EQ)\r891 South Rampart, Las Vegas, NV 89145-4826, (702) 242-5700\r\rFrom my very first meeting with EQ to our grand exit and beyond, I have never met such professional, wonderful, genuine, and compassionate people as Renae and Leon of Emerald at Queensridge. I was known as âPrincess,â from Leons first words to his last. During the tour, Leon gave me more information then I could have asked for, and with a bit of humor too! This made me feel comfortable. Every step in the EQ process was done so perfectly, that on my wedding day, I lounged around in the upstairs bridal suite with not a worry on my mind. I was able to enjoy every precious moment with my girls, mom, and kids. Speaking of bridal suite, âWOWâ is the only word that comes to mind. My girls were spaced out with separate vanity areas for getting ready; they had plenty of time and were extremely comfortable. The staff at EQ was there every moment to make sure we had anything and everything a bridal party could ever want. The room was breath taking and the memories created there will never be forgotten.\r\rBeing that we live in Las Vegas, we wanted our wedding to not feel like a Vegas wedding, and EQ was the perfect place. Lots of beautiful scenery, trees, grass, waterfall, and of course the Red Rock Mountains peaking over the backdrop. EQ coordinated a day/night wedding based on the timing of the sun, so I would walk down the aisle in daylight and back down at night. The trees and outside courtyard lit up so elegantly that the final photographs were one of a kind. This would not have happened if Leon and his staff did not care so much.\r\rThe officiant, Rev. Peter Billitteri and the videographer, Afterglow, were more than I could have asked for. As EQs referrals, we got the best rates and most wonderful service, which helped us capture this special day forever. Rev. Peter Billitteri met us in person and customized every word spoken at our ceremony, as well as catered to our uniquely crazy sand ceremony. It was perfect and it was all because of Rev. Peter Billitteri. Afterglow captured every moment on film, and a cameraperson was there no matter what was going on. They were kind, and always asking us for special requests. Unbelievable is how I describe these wonderful people. \r\rThe venue, from the food, dĂ©cor, staff, ambiance, set-up, staircase, and layout, EQ is the perfect place to hold a wedding. Every detail was customized to match our style, personalities and taste. Renae even turned on the green wall lighting to add to the overall elegant appearance of the room, allowing the place to glow even more. It was beautiful, from our appletini green accents, napkins, and centerpieces, to the lighting on the walls, ceiling, staircase, and dance floor. The bartender was perfection and made every guest feel as if they were getting something special. The DJ let us pick every song played from the ceremony to reception and beyond. Because we are a younger couple, most DJs are not used to playing such a wide variety of music, but this DJ pulled it off. \r\rSince photography is the base of EQ, our wedding photos were beyond perfection, with variety and every moment captured as if they never took their finger off the camera trigger. Photos I would have never thought to take were taken because of the creative minds of Leon and his staff.
