From bartending to cleaning services, they will be on-hand to coordinate your celebration from start to finish. A variety of event items can be provided, such as gold Chiavari chairs, banquet tables, and full-length table linens. For those who drive, complimentary parking is available in the venue’s garage. You don't just rent their spaces, you also get your own Event Manager to guide you through the entire process. Trust me, not all venues off this service. You can't go wrong when choosing to work with this incredible team!

As a wedding planner I thoroughly have enjoyed working with the staff at Empire Room. The support they provide on the day is unmatched, the space is gorgeous, and their on-site coordinator is very communicative and collaborative. Highly recommend for an Omaha venue.

Professionalism - 5 Stars. Katie and her team made this entire process so smooth from initial planning to the big day. The staff the day of the wedding were so helpful, and Attitude on Food delivered the best meal and service we could ask for!Venue - 5/5. Beautiful by itself with an lovely reception area, a bar area that will sell you on the venue the minute you walk in and a fireplace that made for the perfect ceremony backdrop. Location - 5/5. Walking distance to a Marriott hotel (takes 1 minute) and several bars and restaurants to entertain your guests the weekend of your big wedding.

If I could give the Empire Room more than 5 stars I would do so, from our first visit to the evening of my daughters Dec 2022 wedding reception ever person I worked with was so helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to make this a special evening.

AMAZING VENUE!!!! We originally picked this venue because of the 1) very communicative and kind staff, and 2) the fact that the venue was already so gorgeous that we did not need to decorate it much. And wow---we were right in choosing this venue. We had the best reception and were so happy to work with Magdalen!!

We loved having our wedding at the Empire Room! We had our wedding ceremony inside and then flipped the room for our reception. It was by far the best venue we looked at. It is elegant and tasteful and doesn't portray any certain style. It's beautiful and can easily be transformed to fit any bride's wedding day vision! We also loved the location! It is in a beautiful part of Omaha and we loved that there were hotel accommodations within walking distance. Dallas is the wedding coordinator and she is awesome! She is easy to work with, knowledgeable and flexible. She was accommodating to us not living in the city and we met several times over zoom. Dallas communicated with our wedding planner and worked with her for day of coordination, which made our wedding day flow so smooth. We would highly recommend the Empire Room and their staff!

We were married here on 12/5/2020, and I could not rave anymore about how amazing the team was and our wonderful our experience was. The entire team took such great care of us during the entire planning process, big shout out and special thank you to Dallas! The venue is beyond beautiful, we received so many compliments on the entire evening. We also appreciated it being in a great location close to hotels + bars. Book with them!

This was the first venue I toured and I couldn’t stop thinking about and booked it a week later. It’s the perfect mix into elegance, romantic while being a blank canvas for you to decorate on your own. This venue is a dream. The team that helps you plan are friendly, proactive and very help. The venue is huge and has such a great layout to make your day run smoothly. Highly recommend the Empire Room!

We had the pleasant opportunity to work closely with Beth Rehr and her team of professionals at The Empire Room. Planning a wedding in 2020 is certainly challenging yet Beth collaborated on all the logistics making the Wedding Welcome Party so memorable. Creative and determined, Beth Rehr is a team player and common sense leader. She quickly comprehends challenging situations and finds ways to celebrate.The Empire Room team readily cooperated with our vendors (audio/visual, catering, beverage, security, rental, parking, staffing, floral, and decor). The Empire Room is simply a lovely space to celebrate life’s special times. Thank you.

Booking the Empire Room for our wedding reception was the BEST decision we made while wedding planning! Dallas and Robert are absolutely amazing and they did everything to make sure our day was everything we imagined.We had the unfortunate reality of having to change our date due to COVID-19, but Dallas was wonderful and made sure we still had the reception of our dreams. She was so supportive during the uncertain times and when we selected the new date, did everything in her power to assure us it was all going to work out!The Empire Room is an absolutely stunning venue that can be transformed beautifully for every occasion! The white walls, chandeliers, and large dance floor lend themselves to the most gorgeous events!I wish we could relive our wedding again and again and each time would hold it at the Empire Room.

One of the best vendors I got the privilege of working with for my wedding. Dallas and Robert were so accommodating and had my back through all the stresses of planning and planning again during a global pandemic. They really worked hard to make everything perfect for our special day. They are both so easy to talk to and helped in any way they could. I would highly recommend the Empire Room for your next event.

Everyone we worked with at Empire Room was absolutely amazing!!! The service we received throughout planning our wedding and on our wedding day was incomparable. We were lucky enough to have our ceremony right there inTurner Park. The venue is absolutely breathtaking. I would 100% recommend Empire Room to any couples looking for a wedding venue! The Empire Room is absolutely AMAZING, and hands down the best venue in Omaha! I am beyond thankful that my husband and I found the Empire Room to have our wedding reception. Not only is the space stunning, but everyone on the staff is fantastic. Fortunately, we had the opportunity to work with Dallas, and she is exceptional! She was extremely communicative, accommodating, and so kind! I truly felt like she wanted to assure that our day was perfect, and she made sure of it! Every detail came to light, even down to the day of the wedding. Everything went smoothly, and was more than perfect! The day was more than I could have ever asked for, and I would highly recommend the Empire Room!

Everyone I worked with at Empire Room was amazing! The venue is absolutely stunning! The only decor I brought was center pieces and I really didn’t need that many of those even Bc the place is already so beautiful and classically elegant! From the staff I got to work with for catering, Save The Date, to the bar staff, to Dallas Beams.....everyone was so accommodating and helpful! My guests loved our wedding and loved the Empire Room! I would absolutely 100% recommend The Empire Room for weddings of any party venue!

The Empire Room Omaha is by far the best reception venue in the Omaha area! The venue, owner, and staff are all unbelievably remarkable!First, the venue alone stands above all others we looked at. The finishes are all of the highest quality. The furniture fits in perfectly. And the several chandeliers are to die for!Nick, the owner, was amazing! Not what you would expect from someone that owns several spaces around town. He took the time out of his day to answer all of our initial questions and give us a tour (at least 3 different times!).Finally, Dallas and Robert, the on-site staff, were both an absolute joy to work with! Dallas was communicative, accommodating, and highly knowledgeable. She eased any concern we had and made sure our reception was flawless. Robert, the manager, went above and beyond all of our expectations. Any time we needed anything throughout the evening, he handled it immediately. Several of our guests even came up to us to let us know how incredible he was.We highly recommend the Empire Room Omaha to anyone looking for a beautiful venue and a wonderful client experience!

Amazing venue! The day of our wedding went so smooth. The manager of the empire room kept everything running the day of and even helped set up and take down the ceremony space in the park ( since it was raining off and on that day) great venue and fantastic management to work with when planning your wedding.
