Located in Harrisonville, MO, Enchanted Acres Wedding Venue is a garden venue for weddings and nuptial events. Nestled in exotic vines, towering trees, and bright-green botanical gardens, this hidden gem is an ideal place for intimate "I dos" in the very presence of Mother Nature. Enchanted Acres Wedding Venue is a large and lush event facility with a capacity of 200 guests and various spaces for happily ever afters. You and your soon-to-be spouse can exchange vows on the property's endless golden grasslands or at The Courtyard, an outdoor area fitted with a romantic arbor and auditorium-style seating for a magical ceremony. As guests wait for the wedding festivities to begin, they can take a calming stroll around the premises, venture around its glistening ponds, or take in the sweet scent of its local flora. Once the clock hits party time, everyone can retreat to the Reception Gallery, a spacious barn-turned-ballroom draped in twinkling lights for a festive feast and first dance. The Reception Gallery also features a full-service bar where you can stock your favorite refreshments, a catering kitchenette for the freshest food, restrooms for quick touch-ups, and a complete heating and air-conditioning system for all seasons. The Enchanted Acres Wedding Venue staff will do their very best to give you and your love a memorable experience. With all-inclusive packages, they give you your dream wedding at the right price. An onsite event planner also comes fully prepped with all the resources you need to pull off a fabulous extravaganza. The venue also allows outside vendors of your choosing, making sure to fulfill all your wedding wishes.

Enchanted Acres met every expectation we had for our wedding day. It’s gorgeous outdoor space, reception building and open vendor policy was just what we were looking for! They offer different packages with the flexibility of picking exactly what you want plus extras. We chose the simplest of their packages and added on the day of coordinator. Our coordinator was unavailable and Melissa, the venue manager, took on this role. Huge shout out to her for ensuring our day was perfect! She planned our day out down to every detail and took charge the whole day. It’s exactly what I needed to be stress free because I knew the day was in good hands. Melissa also helped us donate leftover catering to help feed the homeless. Greg and Melissa were easy to work with and good with communication. 10/10 recommend Enchanted Acres for your wedding venue!

We had our wedding here last week. It was AMAZING! Weather was perfect (This was a big concern for us). But the owner and staff assured us that everything would be perfect and it was! We booked the Diamond Package, and everything from the DOC to the decor was done very well.Absolutely the best day ever, my wife and I couldn't imagine a better venue and a better day! I recommend this venue IF the kinks with amenities are worked out and Mariah/MJ is NOT your day of coordinator.The venue itself is incredible. Greg (the owner) is awesome and was super accommodating, worked with us with payments which was such a relief. Melissa, (the venue Manager) was great and super accommodating as well, was receptive to our less than ideal feedback the night of and took responsibility for the issues we had, despite none of our issues being directly her fault. Melissa also made a lot of really great changes to aesthetics of the venue in the year between booking and our big day, which we appreciated!What soured this venue for us was the day of coordinator provided by the venue, MJ. She was so overly concerned with sticking strictly to the schedule, my wife and I feel like we were robbed of a little small moments that we were in the middle of with various guests and family members. She lied to us about at least one thing, which leads me to believe there were probably other things she wasn't truthful about. She knew about the cookies we had for wedding favors ($500 in custom designed cookies), and let staff put them under the dessert table without consulting us for a plan for them because \"there wasn't enough room\

Truly a magical place. We loved it! My partner and I had a hard time finding a gay-friendly place within our budget, and NGL we were a little hesitant of Cass County. But Enchanted Acres is a diamond in the rough! Very accepting, very friendly.

Greg was so helpful and attentive the whole day, I couldn't have made it through the day without his help. They made my dream wedding come true, even with the pandemic. The staff, Anna and Mariah were amazing! They were so helpful and attentive the whole time. The venue was beautiful, the room was very spacious and they let us decorate however we wanted; no other venues we looked at allowed us to do our own thing. We had to move our original date because we were scheduled in April right when things got crazy with the shut-downs. Greg was very understanding and very helpful through the whole process, finding us a new date, and even canceling his own vacation to help us have the wedding we wanted! I am enchanted with Enchanted Acres!!

Our date was originally in May, but since that was too close to the quarantine, they let us move the date to July (for free!). I wanted a spring wedding to get all the first blooms of flowers, but luckily Enchanted Acres is so gorgeous all summer long! We still had natural flowers in mid-summer. The staff is super friendly, and you can't find a cheaper venue that is this accommodating! 10 stars!! Thank you so much!

The grounds of this venue is beautiful! There were many beautiful places for photo opportunities. The outdoor ceremony space is perfect and needs very little decoration. The seating has a slight grade so everyone seated has a very nice view. The reception space is nicely laid out. We had a food truck that had a great spot to park and serve from just outside the reception space. The manager and the owner were very helpful and accommodating. We booked in the winter and he encouraged us to come back to check it out closer to our date. The communication was very open and he always responded to all of my emails and phone calls immediately. Overall, the space exceeded my expectations.

These people are so nice! They took care of everything we asked, and went above and beyond to make the day a special one. I fell in love with this venue and am so glad we chose it for our wedding. The memories and pictures turned out so well, I will truly treasure them forever. And it wouldn't have been possible without the awesome owners and staff.

We just got marreid here in August. My wife's dream wedding was in a garden/woods type outdoor setting. Enchanted Acres could not have been more perfect. You are in a secluded garden with flowers, vines, old trees, and song birds everywhere. It was so natural and pretty, she loved it from the moment we got out of the car to tour. They have multiple decks and patios to enjoy the scenery and outdoors. The biggest perk I thought was the all-inclusive package, we did out entire wedding for under $10k because of their diamond offer. They took care of all the major services and it all went super smooth. My wife didn't have to plan anything except the timeline, but they even helped with that too! Instead, she got to focus on the fun stuff like her dress and the table decorations. Perfect day. 10 out of 10 would recommend this venue to anyone wanting a nice, relaxed, intimate wedding.

We booked super early with this venue, as our date is going to be popular and had already lost another venue. I'm glad we lost that other place because this ended up being something special, for a great price. I had a hard time finding pics that really gave a view of the place and think that a walkthrough video/tour would be a great asset, as it is quite an expansive area, but was glad I came out to give it a look. Greg has been super accommodating as far as our budget, payment, etc. I appreciate working with someone that understands the added value of outstanding customer service. Hopefully they don't get too frustrated with my demanding self as our day draws nearer lol!

TWO WORDS - Decoration Package! Got it, loved it. Greg and his team made having a wedding SOOOO easy. We booked the Silver Package with the decoration option. They did all of our tables with awesome centerpieces and table decor, and I didn't have to do any of it! My wife was freaking out about how to get matching table decor and how much it would cost, and what if we couldn't sell it after the wedding. So we called and added in the Decor Package and it was done. Freak out, over. If you want a stress free wedding, you can't go wrong with Enchanted Acres!

The day of, Katelynn (the venue manager) was crazy awesome! She thought of all the little things to make our party even better. She helped us with our decorations, brought drinks out to us and our families while our photographer was taking group pictures, and popped out of nowhere with a tissue for me right before my maid of honor's speech, just to name a fraction of things she did for us. This place felt so right for us and we can't thank you guys enough for everything!!

My sister had her wedding here last weekend, and it was absolutely beautiful. The grounds are lovely, and the kind of place I would have enjoyed taking in, and receiving peace from, if I had had the time to sit. I was on the go with preparations most of the day. One of the things that impressed me most was the way the owners and manager made themselves available. We knew exactly what the expectations were for how we could do what we wanted to do on the grounds, and what was allowed. Caitlin, specifically, gave so much support. I haven't been to many weddings at all, so I really had no idea what I didn't know, or hadn't thought of. I had a rough schedule of what I needed to do and when, and when I showed it to her, she offered to do herself what could be done behind the scenes. She asked what we wanted through the day when she noticed it hadn't been thought of, or that I didn't have it written on the schedule. Suggestions were never pushed, only offered. She was near the entire day, but never intrusive, and that was greatly appreciated as I didn't have to go far for answers. The only time she made herself known to the guests was when it was time for the send off, when we were about to hand out sparklers. This was also preferred, as she made very clear where and how to do it safely, not only for the grounds, but for the bride and guests. There was just the right amount of professional presence and support, without interference, from the management and ownership, and it was a beautiful day. I can't think of anything I would have wished to have happened differently. Easily, happily, at least a 12 out of 10.

Awesome venue, loved the scenery and pond. Wanted to get married in the woods, and this was perfect! Loved the open vendor policy, and the owners were very helpful and accommodating.

This is a little piece of country heaven! The scenery is beautiful and has lots of opportunity for amazing photos. The reception hall can be customized to exactly what you are envisioning with plenty of space. And Greg and Teresa are awesome to work with.

Good friends of ours got married at Enchanted Acres a few months ago and the venue was phenomenal. Weather didn't cooperate the whole time, so the indoor portion was perfect until the sun came out for pictures...and what gorgeous pictures they were! The husband and wife owners were extremely hospitable and flexible to the brides (always) changing needs! Have recommended this place to multiple loved ones!

Updated after wedding: Enchanted Acres was absolutely amazing. I was married there last month and the owners did everything in their power to make sure I had the best day ever. I said from the beginning, I was going to have an outdoor ceremony rain or shine. As fate would have it, it was pouring down rain all day. This didn't phase Greg. He never once tried to talk me out of it and even set up the bouncy castle so we could take a couple pictures on it. Greg and Teresa were also very accommodating through the whole process. We visited the venue several times before deciding and after we decided, my whole design crew came by multiple times to make sure everything was perfect. Since we didn't get a beautiful sunset on my wedding day, Greg even offered us the chance to come back out there when the weather is nice. I really couldn't have chosen a better venue. I haven't even mentioned how beautiful the whole place is. Despite the rain, we still were able to get incredible images. It's really hard to take a bad picture in that place. Everything is so gorgeous! Thanks Greg and Teresa for making my rainy wedding dreams come true!Original review: I absolutely love Enchanted Acres. As a photographer, it lends a perfect background for breathtaking photographs. The owners are incredible. I can't wait for my own wedding there next October.

Enchanted Acres is just that, Enchanting. There are beautiful trees, flowers and plants around the venue that give it a wonderful country feel. I'm sure it is beautiful all times of the year. There is a beautiful blue pond right next to the venue that will make for great pictures. I love that there are options for the ceremony. You can choose to have the ceremony in the venue or just outside. If you choose to have the ceremony outside, there is an arch that is covered in greenery, helping minimize on decorations. There is plenty of room to add chairs for the ceremony as well. The inside of the venue is beautiful. There are open ceilings which make the space look very large. They add wonderful ambiance to the space. There are 2 bathrooms, so that will be great for guests. The bar is out of the way, leaving plenty of room for tables and the dance floor!

Beautiful Venue; Owner is a great to work with. If you want a country feel with all the amenities this you'll find it. Great value for our $$, and significantly better pricing than comparable places in the KC Metro.

Meet the Enchanted Acres Wedding Venue Team
Greg and Teresa (Owner) Greg and Teresa Snow are the owners of Enchanted Acres Wedding Venue. Together, they manage the property and events as owner/operators. As a special bit of trivia, they were the first newlyweds to celebrate a wedding at Enchanted Acres! When we got married, so many places had so many rules that we felt like we couldn't have the wedding we wanted. That's why at Enchanted Acres, we pulled out all the restrictions. You can have your wedding, the way you want it, with no fees or penalties. We love helping happy couples begin their lives together, and start their own Happily Ever After!
