Couples can choose to exchange vows in the sanctuary of the Brick and Timber Chapel, surrounded by giant pine trees and laden with fragrant jasmine. Immerse yourself in nature with an alfresco reception in the Starry Night Meadow surrounded by song birds and butterflies. We had our dream wedding here on 10/28/23 and the Trademark team made it even better than expected. We originally worked with Titus Cannon for our first two planning meetings who was super calm and knowledgeable and was always there for when we had any questions. Thank you Titus! We then had a change in our coordinator for our final planning meeting due to a scheduling conflict and she ended up doing our day of coordination. Her name was Bernadette Monnet and she blew our expectations out of the water! The day of our wedding she handled everything and always made sure things were running smoothly and that we were taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares that your wedding day is special and runs smoothly. We also want to shout out our bridal assistant, Stefanie, who always made sure we had what we needed and was a stress reducer throughout the day. Our guests were so happy with everything as well and we couldn’t have asked for a better day. Thank you!!

I highly highly recommend considering Trademark Venues when looking for a wedding venue. I toured 4 of their gorgeous venues and fell in love with Ethereal Gardens. It was everything that I imagined and more for my wedding. I booked the venue about a year out and worked with Amy Hayashi who was our planner/coordinator that came with the venue. She was so wonderful to work with and made a lot of the process easy and seamless. On the day of she made sure everything we had discussed was set up accordingly, ensured timeline was followed and made sure me and my husband were well taken care of all day. The trademark staff were also great and very professional.I can't say enough things about the beautiful venue itself. There are so many options with your ceremony and reception. We had our ceremony under the Woodland Grotto which was what initially drew me to the venue in the first place. It was truly a dream come true. It's been a month and I constantly think of the wedding daily and how I wish I could relive the day. I will let the pictures speak for itself.

Leaving this review in hopes it will help someone else in the future who is thinking about booking this venue or working with Trademark(TLDR: don’t do it).Overall, this venue advertises that they come with a planner but this is NOT delivered and you can tell these people put together so many weddings that this is just another day for them, not personal ,and minimal effort was put forward by the entire team and this venue is not worth the price tag / false promises that you likely will fall in love with from the detailed website, pictures, or your first meet with your “planner”.Overall, of course we enjoyed our wedding day - it was our wedding day ! And the grounds were beautiful.That’s about where my positive remarks end.Our planner(Jeselle - ask for someone else if you are assigned her. She will put forth minimal effort, expects to get by with friendliness and smiles if you know anyone like this and then hand you her suggested tip schedule at your last meeting which I would argue is the only detail she actually cares about), poor communication for the entirety of the process right up until the end. I felt like I was filling her in on details she should have been aware of or tackled even at our last planning meeting . She gave the photographer the wrong time for photos and we thus missed our process photos entirely. Her poor communication cost us $2500 & stress on the day before and actually on my wedding day(florist literally had to barge into suite to try and work out details that she only got from my planner on the day of wedding ) bc she did not communicate well with the florist regarding the # of candelabras/centerpieces that were actually available for table setup/available decor ( we were short on day of wedding but we had to pay for anyway ).During my rehearsal dinner my florist called me repeatedly and said “I apologize but I just can’t get a hold of your planner Jeselle despite multiple attempts” and had to discuss w/ another person at Trademark where she discovered the venue didn’t even have the number of centerpieces we had discussed/paid for and had paid my florist to make arrangements in and rent candles from(nonrefundable).My florist , DJ, cake person , AND photo bus rental people AND string quartet ( that’s pretty much everyone ) each said they could not get a hold of Jeselle THE WEEK OF OUR WEDDING .This venue advertises that a planner and coordinator is included but should not.I truly planned and orchestrated my whole wedding.She also forgot to set up the second “welcome\" sign we paid hundreds of dollars to have printed at the road as we had discussed and brought by the day before .Regarding food, multiple guests complained there was one piece of bread for a table of 8 people and when they requested more were told there was no more bread (once you find out what you’re paying, this is just not acceptable ).While getting ready in the salon, my fiancé and I were both told someone would be stopping by every 30 mins but an hour and half went by at a time w/ no one checking in and we had to EMAIL our planner for drinks which was very odd since we couldn’t have her number . Right down to the details on the wedding cake she didn’t catch that the WRONG NAMES were placed on our wedding cake toppers or think to check with us. Like I said , you’re anonymous and just another paycheck to these people . Everyone remembers their wedding day fondly regardless, but we both agree we 100% would NOT recommend Trademark to a friend.

Trademark Venues was the best company to work with when it came to planning and carrying out our dream wedding. We got married at Ethereal on August 24th and had the best day ever! Our coordinator/planner Amy was there for us every step of the way in the months leading up to the big day. She is super sweet, very approachable, frequently communicated with us and responded to all of our emails and questions in a timely manner. She was very organized and detail-oriented. We had so much fun picking decor, designs, and food for the big day with their client privilege program and food tasting event. Amy made sure to be in communication with our vendors prior to and during our wedding which was extremely helpful.On the day of the wedding, EVERYTHING went smoothly because of Amy and the amazing Trademark team, and even if something didn't go according to plan I probably have absolutely no idea because Amy took care of everything. Everyone working at the venue that day brought my wedding vision to life and truly made that day about me and my husband. Everyone constantly checked in on us and our wedding party, offered us water and drinks, made sure we were on schedule, and reminded us to just have fun and soak in every moment. Our wedding was better than anything I could have imagined/planned and it was because of Amy, the Trademark staff, our vendors, and everything in between!!

We are extremely happy we picked Ethereal Gardens as our wedding venue. The setting is truly idyllic. The gardens are beautifully maintained and the \"grotto' where we had our ceremony is the most unique venue we could have imagined. Trademark were great to work with. Angel was our wedding planner and was exceptional leading up to the day and also on the day of in ensuring we didn't need to stress. They provide great catering options which took a huge variable out of the equation for us and the bar packages were great as well. They also have a great preferred vendors list which made the vendor selection process simpler for us. If we could have our wedding again, we wouldnt change a thing about the venue. it was perfect and we highly recommend trademark venues and Ethereal gardens as a venue.

We recently had our wedding at Ethereal in July 2023. We were so happy with how smoothly everything went. Stephanie our coordinator went above and beyond to make the day perfect and help our details all fall into place. We were also so grateful for the help from April the bridal assistant the day of. Our guests would not stop raving about how beautiful of a wedding it was and how much it shows that the staff worked their butts off to make it wonderful! It was the most perfect / most magical day.

We recently had our wedding at Ethereal in July 2023. We were so happy with how smoothly everything went. Our wedding was absolutely PERFECT!! My husband and I are still in complete awe about how amazing and stress free it was to plan our wedding with Trademark Venues. I kept talking to other friends who were getting married at the same time and they were completely stressed out trying to plan a wedding. It made me feel like I was miss something but the staff at Ethereal Gardens made it so easy for me. Our wedding planner, Amy Hayashi, was fantastic! We couldn’t have done it without her. She was so quick to respond to my hundreds of silly questions. My husband and I would visit the venue when we had the time and we actually ran into Amy a few times and she always took the time to talk with us and walk around to answer more of my many questions. The food is absolutely delicious too!! I had so many of my guests asking for the recipes because they were in love with the food!Thank you Amy and everyone at Trademark for making our dream a reality!!

Ethereal Gardens is a beautiful venue with everything you could ever want! From the lush gardens to the updated facilities. Everything is top notch! But the REAL magic is the staff. Amy is an incredible coordinator. As a bride I had so many things coming my way. I felt so much anxiety to have my big day. But all of that went away once Amy took over. She was like a fairy godmother to my fiancé and I. Anything question we had, there was a rapid response. Any concern we had, she found a solution. She is truly what makes trademark special. The support far exceeded our expectations!

We had our wedding in October at Ethereal Gardens and it was absolutely magical. Seriously, our wedding turned out better than I imagined. This is such a romantic venue while being private and quiet. We received so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the venue was. Trademark did an excellent job of making our dream wedding come to life, taking care of us, and doing all of the special touches that made our day unique. And the food was delicious! We first saw this venue in the summer of 2020 and it was worth the 2-year wait to have our dream day here.

- [ ] We had our wedding at ethereal gardens after rescheduling three times due to covid and if was absolutely worth the wait!! Since January of 2020, we have been working with trademark staff and have been impressed by everyone. Several months before our November 2022 event, we began working with Marissa McNamera and we absolutely hit the jackpot. She is everything a bride dreams of in a wedding coordinator. She is professional, patient, calm, flexible, and her attention to detail is unparalleled. She thought of things I never would have and communicated thoroughly and frequently throughout the process. On the day of our wedding, Marissa was so calm and collected. She navigated obstacles with our timing and a few guests with ease. She managed our timeline and communicated with vendors to ensure that everything went according to plan. Trademark and ethereal gardens staff executed a perfect event under Marissa’s direction. They managed all of our logistics- vendors, decor, setup, and cleanup seamlessly. We had been living in a newborn fog with our 6 week old baby, and I had 100% confidence that with Marissa leading the way, our wedding would be everything we hoped for. I cannot thank her enough for an unbelievable day!!!

She managed our timeline and communicated with vendors to ensure that everything went according to plan. Trademark and ethereal gardens staff executed a perfect event under Marissa’s direction. They managed all of our logistics- vendors, decor, setup, and cleanup seamlessly. We had been living in a newborn fog with our 6 week old baby, and I had 100% confidence that with Marissa leading the way, our wedding would be everything we hoped for. I cannot thank her enough for an unbelievable day!!!

I want to thank our team at Ethereal Gardens and Trademark Venues for helping make our wedding day absolutely perfect. Planning a wedding can be super stressful, but each person we worked with truly did their best to make things smoother for us. Granted, there were a few minor rough patches here and there but in the end it all worked out perfectly. It's definitely not a cheap venue to book, but you do get what you pay for!One thing I do wish could have been different was I wish we had more time in the girls and guys ready rooms. We both felt like we didn't get to actually hang out in them and had to immediately get dressed and start taking pictures. The guys room in particular is epic but there just wasn't enough time to fully enjoy it. I would suggest allowing the use of those rooms at least an hour earlier than currently. That was the only part of the day that felt a bit rushed.I recommend talking with your coordinators over the phone or in person rather than email, but either way they are very responsive and helpful! A special shoutout for our coordinator Marissa, who was just a delight to work with and be around. She impressed me so much with how she handled everything. She made sure everything went off without a hitch and on the day made sure my new wife and I were fully taken care of. She brought us food and drinks when we needed them and made sure we got to use our photo booth before it closed. Countless examples of how amazing she was.Another shoutout to the bartending team who helped make a custom drink we wanted to share with our guests. It was a big hit! We truly had the best day of our lives at our wedding at Ethereal Gardens. We felt supported by the venue and our coordination team throughout our planning. Like many other couples, we had to postpone our wedding a year from its original date. Our day-of coordinator, Amy, was connected with us from the beginning and always helpful, professional, and excited to work with us to solve potential issues and ensure everything ran smoothly. The venue is gorgeous. Though the weekend event packages are pricey, there are many key pieces already included that helped alleviate a lot of additional costs & coordination, such as catering and decor (including tables, chairs, flatware, all that good stuff), with some well-designed specialty items that can be rented at an additional fee. They require you select a DJ from their list of approved vendors, but otherwise you are able to bring in any other vendors you'd like. We loved that many of our vendors had worked weddings at Ethereal before, so they were comfortable with the layout (there's so many different spaces to do things!) and staff coordination. Our day went by without a hitch - Josh and Amy made sure we didn't have to stress about any of the minor details and just enjoy our time with our family and friends. Our guests are still raving about how much fun they had and what a cool venue it was!All in all, we really loved working with the Trademark staff and would recommend Ethereal highly. Ethereal Gardens is absolutely amazing! I'm SO beyond happy that we chose Ethereal Gardens as our venue for our wedding. It was actually the only venue that we toured - but I fell in love right away! I mean the venue is BEAUTIFUL. Flowers and greenery everywhere! There's also a bridal suite, a separate SALON, and a gentlemen's lounge to get ready in - and they were all decorated SOOOOO cute. When I started my initial search for wedding venues, I did a lot of cost comparisons in terms of what is included in the package and what things you may need to outsource and estimated how much the total cost of the wedding would be and I truly felt that Ethereal was the best option because they offered a killer package! You really get a lot of value for the price. I mean, they offer farm to table food (which was actually really delicious & all our guests commented on that), furniture (e.g. farm tables, cross-back chairs, etc.), a wedding decor catalog (with some decor included in the package price like the lanterns and geometric centerpieces), a coordination team that works with you throughout the process to build your timeline, review design details, and all that, a bridal assistant on the day of your wedding, and so much more! It was really helpful to have everything basically all inclusive. OF course, you still need to secure your DJ, photographer, florist, officiant, & all of that, but they also give you a list of preferred vendors to help with your search!The staff at Ethereal Gardens was so easy to work with. We had three different coordination meetings throughout the planning process. Our coordinator was always available to answer any questions that we had over email (and trust me, I had a lot of questions). She was just so helpful throughout the whole process, including the day of the wedding. She really kept things moving according to schedule - as well as the other day-of staff. Everyone was really great to work with. They were friendly and really had the logistics down to a tee, which helped ensure that everything went smoothly and that our guests felt welcomed and knew what to expect/where to go - from arrival to the venue to the ceremony area, from the ceremony to cocktail hour, from cocktail hour to the reception, and even with our grand exit! Our wedding was absolutely perfect. We had a ton of guests comment on how beautiful the wedding venue was and how good the food was too! I highly recommend this venue to anyone that is looking! You will not regret it!

I remember the day my husband and I stepped foot on the Ethereal Gardens campus. We had already toured a couple of venues, but we hadn’t yet had that feeling of, “this is the one.” We drove up the hill with no expectations. As we walked around, we were silent. The beauty had taken our breath away. We thought to ourselves “this has to be too good to be true, no way can we afford this place.” Nonetheless, we decided to meet with the coordinator who was there, Hayley. Hayley, you were the first person we met, and you won us over. You were kind, communicative, and EXCITED FOR US! We had just met you, and you wanted to know everything about our story. Trademark made our budget work with our guest count and we were ready to plan our July 2020 wedding. Then COVID hit. Michelle, you were there to answer my countless concerned emails, calls, and texts. You understood our pain and worked to update us frequently. After rescheduling and having a small wedding during COVID at a family friend’s house, we were still kept in the loop. We knew we wanted to celebrate with our friends and family, at the place that we fell in love with. Meanwhile, we were spoiled with AMAZING client events/date nights that my husband and I got to look forward to every month. Even if we had to miss one, the team made sure to put together a “to-go” kit so we could still have a date night at home. As our anniversary celebration got closer, Amy, our coordinator kept detailed notes about the many changes we had made over the year of planning and re-planning. She was patient, understanding, and friendly to the family and friends she got to meet throughout our planning process. On our “wedding day”, Amy and my bridal assistant were attentive to my needs. They were great about keeping me on my timeline, without stressing me out. They knew it was a day to have fun and celebrate and they made sure that happened no matter what. I truly was able to enjoy my day without knowing about bumps along the way. Trademark truly was a dream come true to work with. And I am so thankful to have been able to celebrate at such a beautiful place. We fell in love with the venue and loved using the outdoor lawn as well as the woodland grotto. So unique and beautiful. Angel was our coordinator and he was so attentive and day of was amazing. We had a few hiccups during covid with communication as we had a bunch of different coordinators due to furloughs but in the end it all worked out and Angel was wonderful. The food is also amazing and everyone at our wedding said it was the best wedding food they had ever had.

When we selected Ethereal Gardens for our wedding we did so via FaceTime from over 200 miles away during a pandemic. The first time we got to see the venue in person I had tears of happiness and relief stream down my face. We selected the Grotto for our ceremony and it was like a wedding right out of a fairytale. The food was delicious and everything flowed seamlessly.All that being said, the day was an absolute success because of the staff and their attentive and friendly attitudes. The real Rockstar of the day (and most days leading into the wedding) was Emily. Any questions I had during the planning process? Emily had the answer. Freaking out about how to get my elderly Grandmother around the property? Emily handled it. Making sure I was hydrated and eating, Emily. Need a Tylenol, help fluffing my dress, nerves before \"I do,\" all Emily. She is the person you want on your team on your wedding day.Oh and don't skip the tasting prior to your wedding. It's a super fun date night and the food selection is out of this world!

We have nothing but good things to say about Ethereal Gardens. The venue is absolutely beautiful and our guests loved it. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Having access to their entire team of wedding coordinators took a ton of stress away while still allowing us to customize our day. Emily was our main coordinator and she was very professional and extremely well organized. She catered to our every need throughout the day and everything was set up just as I imagined it. All of my signs and décor were exactly where I wanted them, flowers moved from the ceremony to reception flawlessly, and everything was repacked back up just as it had arrived. She took excellent care of us and we didn’t have to worry about anything at our wedding. Thank you again!

We have nothing but good things to say about Ethereal Gardens. The venue is absolutely beautiful and our guests loved it. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating. Having access to their entire team of wedding coordinators took a ton of stress away while still allowing us to customize our day. Emily was our main coordinator and she was very professional and extremely well organized. She catered to our every need throughout the day and everything was set up just as I imagined it. All of my signs and décor were exactly where I wanted them, flowers moved from the ceremony to reception flawlessly, and everything was repacked back up just as it had arrived. She took excellent care of us and we didn’t have to worry about anything at our wedding. Thank you again!

Ethereal is the most beautiful venue! I got married May 8, and all the flowers were grown in and gorgeous! So many guests complimented the venue and said it was the prettiest location they'd seen. Everything was set up nicely and the staff really knew what they were doing. When my husband and I arrived there were no complications and when we left everything was ready for us to collect. We loved that the venue contained multiple different areas for pictures and ceremony and from the moment my husband and I stepped foot on Ethereal we knew this was our venue. The staff were all amazing and Amy, our coordinator went above an beyond to make sure our day was perfect. We both had people helping us and our bridal party throughout the day so we never wanted for anything. The food was also incredible! Through the pandemic, everyone has been helpful and flexible with our changing dates. The venue is also so inclusive that we didn't need to involve hundreds of vendors. The trademark staff provided a list of DJ's that have worked with them previously, so we just needed to find a photographer, hair/make up, flowers, and desserts. This really cut down on prices since all the small details can add up. We are so incredibly happy with everything Ethereal!

We loved the venue; we knew we wanted something with a lot of open space to roam and run around (we had a lot of kids at our reception). The grounds are beautiful, flowers and plants galore. The bridal and groom suites are so much fun, we made use of the showers and poker table. The coordination team was great, very responsive and helpful. We had Anne and then Amy as our coordinators and both were wonderful. I felt like I didn't have to worry about anything on the day of. Most importantly, the staff who waited on us that night was so great! We and our guests had the best time!

This wedding venue is very very beautiful, it’s one of the reasons I booked it. Love the decor, outdoor setting, and location. The other reason I booked this venue is because of the fact that they provide a day-of coordinator. It’s included in your event package. I was very very disappointed in my coordination team. I understand that times are tough, especially with covid and because of lay offs, but my day-of coordinator stressed me out horribly right before my ceremony.There was an issue with my event insurance. I’ll be completely honest, this was something I completely forgot to do. Missing it was my fault entirely. As a covid bride, I had pushed back my original wedding, planned ANOTHER back yard wedding, and then re-planned the one for February. I was a bit stressed and forgot about event insurance...Instead of bringing this up during my final meeting, my day-of coordinator brought it to my attention 30 minutes before my ceremony time. While I was waiting, completely dressed, and practicing my vows... And instead of providing a solution, she simply said “there’s a problem, did you do this?”. I said no, and she just stood there. Did not reassure me that we could solve the problem. Did not reassure me that “the show could go on”. Just walked away. THANK GOD my maid of honor works in insurance and made a call to her company ASAP. But we were scrambling to pay, and find the insurance needed up until 10 minutes before the ceremony. Honestly, I was in full hysterics. The stress of this whole wedding finally hit me. It was NOT what I needed on my wedding day.

Ok so let me be honest...I am very picky! I had fallen in love with Rancho Las Lomas early on but when I found out their price tag I was completely turned off. But let me tell you I am a firm believer in everything happening for a reason. One of my bridesmaids was getting married too and had booked Green Gables and told me about their sister venues. After visiting over 25 venues (my husband is a champ!), these venues were the last ones we visited. Trust me, you will not be disappointed! The amount of perks you get with booking at this venue does not even compare to some of comparable outdoor venues. They even give you a day of personal assistant, a wedding coordinator (that includes 3 meetings leading up to the day) and quick responses over email. In addition to that, they have lots of places for the ceremony location; we chose the barn which was so perfect. The cool thing about these venues is that many of the centerpieces are also included within the price which is one less thing you have to worry about. The day of my wedding we had access to a beautiful salon where I was able to get ready in and the bride and groom suites were just breathtaking--see it to believe it. If you're thinking about Ethereal, you will not be disappointed. It is an absolutely stunning venue. I would recommend that if you get married during the winter months, pay the extra and get heaters. We did not expect rain and it was definitely cold so we could've used heaters. Other than that, everything was perfect. Oh and did I mention they even have client \"privileges\" events at Ethereal which include anything from Dance lessons to making a a wooden guestbook...all FREE. They even provide you and your guest with drinks and appetizers . I mean what venue does that?! Let me tell you that every friend and person I have recommended to Trademark venue has booked, because it's that good.

This venue was perfect for our vision of a nature-y wedding and having our ceremony and reception in one place. There are so many different locations at this venue to choose from for ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception, which makes it very unique and not feel like a single venue. The getting-ready rooms are gorgeous and intimate, and there are so many cute spots for photos. The food was great and the wedding planning team is incredibly helpful. They created a special vegan-only menu for us, and it was delicious! Karissa was our day-of coordinator, and she kept everything on time and running smoothly. I don't know how we would have gotten through the day without her help!Everyone kept commenting on how gorgeous the venue was, and we couldn't have been more happy. The only downside is that you can't get into the getting-ready rooms until 3pm, so we got mostly ready elsewhere and just got dressed there which worked, but it would have been fun and perhaps a bit less stressful to spend more time in the rooms.

Everything during the wedding fell into place and being that this was a wedding for 275 people I am beyond impressed / happy with this team! The days after the wedding I can happily say everyone we talked to had an incredible evening (including us), we even heard things like “this is the best party I have ever been to.” Throughout the whole process the Rae, Anne and of course Angel were amazing to work with, they were responsive, catering to every questions / request we had. On top of the amazing service the actual venue itself is beyond beautiful. It’s a stunning place that will leave you breathless every time you visit. Had my wedding at this venue on Nov 2nd, 2018. My fiancé (at the time) and I were living in Utah and planning for 13 months from afar until a month before the wedding when we moved to San Diego. Honestly, we were stressed with a destination wedding in the beginning. We looked into this company heavily to make sure we were in good hands prior to leaving our deposit. We chose to get married on a Friday because it was way more affordable and it ended up being great because our family was in town for the weekend anyway. We ended up having a rehearsal on Thursday and wedding on Friday and then we all hung out Saturday and some flew out on Sunday but some stuck around, it was great! They had a team of coordinators which turned out to be a really good thing because we were always able to get in touch with someone when we had questions from Utah. The planning was easy and the team was very efficient. While it was challenging getting all of our special little items from Utah in one car, we were able to accomplish this. As far as the wedding day I could not begin to tell you how amazing the staff, Decatur, the venue was stunning! There has to be 1 million twinkle lights in this place my wife and I will cherish every moment and especially the pictures we got of all of our family together in one place! We still get compliments about how this was the best wedding that they ever attended! I honestly would highly recommend this place, you can stop your search now.

My now wife and I were married at ethereal gardens on 5-25-19 ! After eight years of dating through high school and then through college we had the wedding of our dreams! We got married inside the brick in timber chapel. For us it was perfect. Inside the chapel we had about 150 people and we really felt like that was an intimate number for such an anticipated day. The service by the staff was impeccable. They were attentive to all of our needs. Rae our coordinator seem to be available at every turn! They do the catering in house and the food was exceptional I still have guests telling me how amazing it was. We went with the Santa Maria style tri tip and we did the food stations where everybody gets to get up and mingle around because we didn’t want it to be all stuffy and weird where people are stuck in a chair in a banquet type situation . Honestly I could go on and on about the beautiful place, the raging fire inside of the giant fireplace then we danced what felt like all night. I’ve never danced in my life but I danced that night! I’m so thankful to God for providing me with this beautiful place and mainly for my beautiful wife and family. I would highly recommend this venue if you are looking.

Just started my planning process three months ago for a wedding that’s going to happen on Feb 9th. Yikes – never planned a wedding before but so far so good (mostly thanks to this venues coordinators but I don’t mind taking credit!) I am in research/analytics for work so I did a ton of research on local venues for us prior to leaving a deposit at Ethereal. I found that I was able to save on my wedding by booking an earlier wedding and we had no reason to wait any longer. I had an initial visit with one of their representatives who provided me with a detailed, customized package that worked perfectly for my bride and I. After visiting the other venues under Trademark and looking at availability for our chosen month (February) we settled on 02/09 - a recent wedding date transfer from another couple that was offered at a great value and worked out great for our out of state family. After our deposit (and about a million questions that didn’t seem to phase our representative (sorry!) we received a welcome call and scheduled our first planning meeting to kick things off. We were also able to take engagement photos here and at one of their near locations called Myrtle Creek that we absolutely love (I can’t figure out how to attach them here.) I feel very confident about my choice with Trademark Venues, having looked at multiple other options online and in person, and feel it would be reasonable to continue this conversation after I have more data and experience to reflect on. I will update this review for Ethereal Gardens after my wedding day. Wish us luck!

My fiancé and I were so lucky to find Ethereal Gardens! We researched so many places to have our wedding and then from the moment I went through the gates I knew this was the place! It was so beautiful; we got there at night and it had a ton of twinkle lights! This was something that I really, really, really wanted for my wedding day. Also my fiancé was working with the venue to find a wedding date for us that was not super expensive. We ended up with a really good date that was actually coming up with in four months. They told us not to worry because they help with all the planning and so far it’s been a really great experience. I am in the cosmetology field and I have done a lot of weddings in the Midwest so I know how these things go. Anyway, we are super happy with the team at Ethereal Gardens. We also attended one of their client privilege of events where we were able to try all the food and drinks and also we made a really cool handmade wooden guestbook! They do these events I think because they want to show their appreciation to all of the brides and grooms and it was super fun! Our wedding is feb 9th 2019 at 3:30 pm !!!!!!

I attended a wedding here in December and WOW! The wedding I attended had about 150 people, but there were spaces for much bigger weddings as well as beautiful ceremony and reception sites for intimate weddings. The venue overall was breath-taking. Absolutely gorgeous landscaping and the buildings were amazing inside and out. My date loved the inside of the men’s bath house and I loved the truly ethereal theme of the women’s bath house.Another cool feature of the venue is their “glamping” tents. So cool! And SO many! It seems like an entire wedding party could stay there. The staff was very friendly and the food was delicious. I would really love to get married here one day!

TWINKLE TWINKLE TWINKLE. . .I attended a wedding here in December and it exceeded my expectations. Ethereal itself was beautiful with millions of sparkling twinkle lights in all of the giant trees. The caterer was outstanding - they had a fun style of serving the food on farm tables. There were multiple farm style tables set up with desserts and appetizers and entrees. the peaches and cream was my favorite and it came from the organic farm on the property. The dinner was located in a beautiful tent , it felt festive and was very comfortable. The after party was inside an amazing space, I forgot was they call that building - but it had a giant, and I mean giant stone fireplace that you could literally walk into. The open beams were particularly stunning at night, flanked by a heaving wooden carved bar. We just danced and danced for hours! If you're looking for a 5-star experience, this is the place for you!!! I got married at a little garden with a banquet hall 5 years ago and looking back, while I would never take back my beautiful day, I REALLY should've done more research. This place is a gem and it's only 40 minutes from Orange County, I seriously cant say enough!!

This venue is really beautiful, the staff is fantastic, and everything was amazing. However, please don’t have your wedding here in the winter because although they said the reception tent it heated, 2 out of 4 of the small heaters they have were broken, and my reception was FREEZING. People were wearing blankets. If they could fix the heating issue it would be perfectly magical for a winter wedding. Until then, I would only use it in the spring, summer, or fall.

This venue is really beautiful, the staff is fantastic, and everything was amazing. Romantic and Magical! Ethereal is an amazing venue. We were looking for an intimate setting and we are so lucky that we found Ethereal. It feels like it was custom built just for you! Details, details details! All the little details is what really helped us make our decision. Of course once we step foot inside the bath houses, we were sold! They are beautifully designed and make getting ready for your big day extra special. Not only is this a beautiful venue, but it has amazing staff. They were very accommodating from our very first visit to the last goodbye at the wedding. We really enjoyed the process they have in place. It made it easy and almost stress free!! They really make you feel special and we never felt like just another client. They were fun to work with and we are so happy that we had the chance to work with them. This is a venue that is definitely worth checking out!

I don't even know where to begin- I don't think a better venue exists. From start to finish, my wedding was completely perfect because of Ethereal Open Air Resort. Not only is the venue GORGEOUS, but it's also incredibly well-kept and pristine. This venue is extremely attentive to detail, and you can tell they are a very organized and competent team. Nothing was out of place and the whole team of coordinators, servers, bartenders, chefs, bakers, etc, were truly phenomenal. I have zero complaints. I have nothing bad to say!! And the shining star of the behind the scenes of my wedding was my day-of coordinator, Rae. She was incredible at her job. She handled every detail and took care of absolutely everything for me, from busseling my dress to hunting down last minute florals for the aisle to keeping everything on schedule. I wasn't even the slightest bit nervous or worried about how my wedding would go because I knew she was taking care of it. I just showed up and enjoyed my big day because the trust I was able to place in Rae & the rest of the team! I can't give enough praise!

Stunning!! This venue is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I just got married here in August and could not have asked for a more magical day. The staff was so wonderful and our planner was AMAZING! The planning process was very smooth and the vendors they suggested were just great. I honestly, could not have asked for a better and more beautiful day!

Stunning!! This venue is absolutely gorgeous! My husband and I just got married here in August and could not have asked for a more magical day. The staff was so wonderful and our planner was AMAZING! My wife and I got married at Ethereal in April of this year. We had seen so many venues, but the minute we walked on the Ethereal property, we knew this was something unique and we fell in love. The venue is really unlike anything you’ve ever seen. Nothing like it exists, and on the day of our wedding, our guests couldn’t stop raving about how gorgeous and unique it was. Now, while the venue was a 10/10, what really set this over the top is the help we got before-hand and day of. First off – the food. I’m a foodie, and pretty particular, so after our tasting, I had some notes for the Chef. He was super receptive and made all the changes we requested. The food turned out awesome! For my wife and I, it was our wedding coordinator, Natalie, that really made our wedding experience perfect! Natalie was literally the best human we could’ve ever asked for to help get our wedding planned. I bugged her with so many questions, and she always went out of her way to help! Her demeanor is calm and professional, but lighthearted and sweet, so it was really easy to work with her and trust her. She was also helpful because she’d suggest ideas when my wife and I didn’t know how to schedule something or solve an issue. She even had an idea that we implemented into our ceremony! She got to know us so well that she started to predict any concern I’d bring up and had already solved it BEFORE I brought it up. She is awesome!! Towards the end of the process, we also met Ray who would be helping the day-of, and Ray was also fantastic, calm, professional and super helpful! On the day of the wedding, everything went so so smoothly. Both my wife’s family and my family were shocked because none of us had ever seen a wedding go so smoothly – and it was all because of Natalie and Ray. We had one person come uninvited, and they both handled it, rearranged some spots and made a seat for him. The timing of one element of our schedule had to be altered, and Natalie super calmly came up to us, made a pitch about how to alter it, and after our approval, she went with it. It was SO SMOOTH that you'd never know anything had changed. These two made up the best team we could’ve ever asked for and seriously made our day perfect! They went above and beyond and we couldn't be more grateful!

Overall, this venue is incredible. SO many options for each individual bride in every aspect. Different choices of food and style and theme. The only reason only 4 stars rather than 5 is because we felt like our coordinator had never even coordinated a wedding before and the day of it was completely hectic and not put together and it stressed my husband and I out very much on a day we were supposed to enjoy. Other than that, no complaints. Our photos are gorgeous, the food was incredible, the decor was perfect so overall, would use them again.
