E V E N T S P A C E S Entire Clubhouse Rental Includes all areas listed below: Waterway View Event Room Up to 130 Guests Our most popular room is the rental of the Waterway View Event Room. This gorgeous space is located on the second level of the Venue. Yes, we do have an elevator. The Event Room can accommodate up to 130 guests. The room comes with a limited number of round tables, banquet tables, and 130 gold chivari chairs. The upstairs space also has it’s own private built-in bar, outside patio, and restrooms. Oyster Dining Room + Seabreeze Bar & Restaurant Dining Room 60 Guests | Bar Area 50 Guests | Outside Patio 60 Guests Our Oyster Dining Room is perfect for smaller intimate events, your cocktail hour, or a backup ceremony space. Rental of the Oyster Dining Room also includes the outside patio and the restaurant/main bar area! Seagrass Ceremony Lawn Setup and Removal of 100 White Garden Chairs. Additional Chairs Available for Additional Fee. Bridal Suite Our on-site Bridal Suite is the perfect place to get ready the day-of the wedding! Words cannot express how grateful I am for Brick Landing to have been the chosen venue for my ceremony and reception. Rosemary and team were exemplary is all things customer service, always positive, smiling, and encouraging as you plan a very important life moment! The location, venue, rentals, were perfect. Food was beyond delicious and you have many price points and options that fit any budget! I cannot say enough about this location - my wedding day was a dream come true thanks to Rosemary and team!

My name is Kadeshia Gonzalez, I had my wedding reception at BL this past Saturday, 4/24/21 & everything was amazing! From the friendly staff to the food, to the view out onto the waterway from the upstairs balcony. My guests definitely enjoyed themselves also with me & my husband. We would definitely recommend brick landing for weddings/receptions, birthday celebrations etc.

Many thanks to Terri and Rosemary and all the staff for making my daughters wedding reception at Brick Landing exceptional. We held the cocktail hour on first floor and plated dinner on second floor and it worked out beautifully. Guest loved the view and enjoyed the venue for their own picture taking.Food was delicious! Atmosphere perfect! Staff gracious!Many warm memories to hold for a lifetime! 5 star event!

Brick Landing was the perfect place to celebrate after our ceremony! We only had our reception there but the whole process was so delightful with Rosemary and the team at BL. Having all food and beverage services done with them made life so easy too; this limited what other vendors I needed to contact to make our day special. The food was delicious, the donut wall was a huge hit, and overall I know, without a shadow of a doubt, all of our guest had a fabulous time! To top it all off, the view from the top, where our reception was held, was just unbeatable; made the best place for effortlessly, gorgeous pictures! Would send anyone their way.

BEAUTIFUL venue! I had my wedding here and it was just gorgeous. I had about 75 guest (family only) and it was perfect. Rosemary and Terry(owner and we did g coordinator) do an amazing job and maki my sure I didn’t have to worry about anything. The food and service was perfect as well. The upstairs room is very spacious for social distancing if needed. Great place and affordable!!!!!

Brick Landing was a picturesque venue to have our wedding reception. We had a venue booked but 6 weeks before our wedding they had to cancel on us. We were able to find and book another venue but because of the hurricane, that venue also had to cancel on us. So 10 days before our wedding we needed to find a venue to hold our wedding reception. We were already working with Rosemary and Terry from Art Catering to provide the food for us when they told us that they had a venue that would work for us and our guests. We went and toured Brick Landing and instantly fell in love with it. It had multiple rooms that we could choose from and overlooked the Intracoastal Waterway. We choose the Waterway View event room and couldn’t have been more happy. Not only was the inside beautifully set up, it also had a bar area attached and an outdoor patio area that our guest loved. Being short on time, they worked with us by answering our questions daily, giving us ideas on how to set up the room, and made our lives leading up to our wedding day stress free. We cannot thank them enough!

We had an exceptional experience working with Rosemary, Terri and the Brick Landing Team. They were constantly in communication, accommodating, beautiful decor, gorgeous view of the ICW, and the food was DYNAMITE!! Everyone has raved about the delicious prime rib, pimento cheese bites, shrimp and grits, and more! I cannot recommend them enough! You will definitely not be disappointed!

Since ART Catering took over this venue, I cannot say enough. Terry and Rosemary were phenomenal to work with. The staff was professional and courteous. They catered to our ever need and made sure every last detail was perfect. Communication was open and the response time fast!! Our guests had a blast!! I truly believe they did all they could to make our day perfect!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our wedding at Brick Landing in October 2017. My husband and I had been planning our wedding at Brick Landing for about a year and a half. We originally picked the location because of the intracoastal waterway views and because it was one of the few full-service venues in Ocean Isle Beach that could host our 110-person guest list. Lily (the venue coordinator) was diligent and prompt in answering all my questions (and believe me, I had a lot!). She also worked to make some important upgrades happen while we were planning, including new flooring in the ballroom, an improved seating chart/layout software, an online client tool for planning, new patio furniture, exterior improvements, etc. – these things really added to our experience, the guest experience, and Brick Landing as a venue overall. On the day of – the unthinkable happened – it rained right before I was supposed to walk down the aisle!! Lily and Brick Landing staff quickly gathered guests with umbrellas, got the Grandmas out of the rain in golf carts, and opened the bar while we waited out the rain to have our perfect outdoor ceremony. It made my worries about our guests being inconvenienced go away! We were also one of the first weddings to partner with ART Catering and we were so pleased. The staff was professional, they had excellent food options (the tuna carving station was a definite hit!), and they kept everything running on time despite our 1-hr rain delay. Then the dance party started! Overall, our day was everything we dreamed of. The setting was beautiful, the staff were great, the food was excellent. I couldn’t give a better review! We loved our wedding at Brick Landing!

My fiancée and I meet in Wilmington and were determined to be married in Wilmington, but we couldn't find anything that fit our must-have's (indoor wedding, separate space for cocktail hour and reception, reception hall that wow'd, fantastic food, space for >100 guests with a bar). After we finished the tour, we couldn't stop smiling and knew this would be the perfect space for our cocktail hour + reception. Luckily, Ocean Isle Beach has the cutest chapel just 9 minutes away (OIB Chapel) that was the perfect spot for our ceremony. The space and the view were great and the layout of the reception hall was flexible. The food was excellent! My vegetarian guests said it was one of the best meals they've ever had. They made sure that there was champagne and snacks ready for us in the bridal suite. They let us borrow and decorate a golf cart for a fun get-away. They let us go out on the rickety pier for beautiful pictures, and the rest of the \"back yard\" was just the perfect spot for portraits.I didn't give this location 5 stars for many reasons. During our time working with management at Brick Landing, they went through 3 different managers - which is very frustrating as bride. The first manager we spoke to made promises to us that the owner did not agree with and we had to argue with the owner to keep these promises. Furthermore, we met with the manager 2 days before the wedding, and she promised that all of the tables would be in the right place by the morning of the wedding, ready for us to decorate. When we arrived to decorate, the tables were not in their correct placement and we had to move the tables ourselves. Another minor complaint - when my husband and I were served our food, we saw two problems: his meal was incorrect even though we verified his order with the head chef, and we had no silverware to eat our meals with. We had to have one of our family members go into the kitchen to find us steak knives because there were no staff that checked on us.

Absolutely the best venue for any wedding events...rehearsal dinner, wedding ceremony, reception! I live in Wilmington, NC and looked at every venue in Wilmington and all the way down to Myrtle Beach, SC, and when I saw Brick Landing, there was no question about which venue I wanted to have my ceremony and reception! Not only is it amazingly beautiful and on the water, but the staff and service were so easy to work with and did everything perfectly! The chef made...literally...the best food I've ever put in my mouth! It was also the most reasonably priced venue of every one that I looked at, and we were able to rent out the entire place! Everyone that came to the wedding and reception still tell me that it was the best and most beautiful wedding they'd ever been to! It's not well known because they literally just finished the reception hall a little over a year and a half ago! I would recommend this venue above and beyond any others!

Rosemary Scofield (Director of Sales) Rosemary has been with ART Catering and Events since 2016. In that time she has worked within the Catering Crew and transitioned into her current role as Catering Sales Manager.
