A charming white barn stands among fields of flowers as a picturesque backdrop to the perfect wedding day. Just East of Tampa, this stunning location provides a secluded and peaceful setting for a special celebration. Ever After Farms offers couples several romantic settings for their special occasion. The pristine white barn can host up to 200 guests under illuminated chandeliers and glistening market lights. Ceremonies can be held outdoors in the shade of a beautiful pergola under an oak tree as you walk through a wooden double-door entrance down a paved aisle among rows of pews filled with your closest friends and family. Two picture perfect dressing rooms offer comfort and privacy for the whole wedding party as you prepare for the perfect day. Ever After Farms offers more than just beautiful spaces and a dedicated staff. Couples can choose from a collection of decor while saving money by utilizing our selection of tables, linens and chairs. I canāt recommend this venue and the team there enough! My husband and I seriously had the most amazing and magical wedding day, due in part to all the amazing people at the Flower Barn. Everyone we worked with throughout the whole process was beyond helpful and kind. Their decor closet was massive and allowed us to save tons of money on decor. Our guests couldnāt stop talking about how beautiful the space was! Our hotel block was at the Hilton Garden Inn East Tampa, which was about 10 minutes away from the venue and worked great. I could go on and on about how awesome our experience was, I would recommend the Flower Barn to anyone.

I have got to say when my son and his new wife rented this venue I was thinking it was pricey but beautiful. Now that a few days ago they were married here I now see why. They had a staff of people taking care of us the entire way through. Reminding us of things they didn't have too, working with us on vendors ECT. All of our vendors have them a great review as they too love doing business with them. I cannot say this enough if you want cheap you won't get what they give. I will forever recommend this venue. Hats off to the staff they were professional but fun, courteous and flexible. Thank you Ever after farms for making our son and amazing Daughter in love's day all they could have imagined.

Ever After Farms was the perfect venue for our wedding! As a teacher, I knew I wanted a summer wedding with the option for an outdoor ceremony site but indoor reception due to the Florida heat. The ceremony site is beautifully shaded and the barn itself was extremely comfortable even with 140 guests. I had 8 bridesmaids and we had no trouble fitting into the bridal suit. It has plenty of outlets and direct access to the restroom without having to step out into the reception area itself which was extremely convenient when the groom/groomsmen started to arrive. There were 10 groomsmen who also fit comfortably into the groom's suit. Katie and the day of management team made sure the day was perfect and stress-free. Leading up to the day they answered any of our questions promptly. They were so patient, kind, caring, and detail-oriented. They worked closely with our other vendors to make sure the day of timeline ran smoothly. There are so many beautiful decor options available through the barn that was also a huge money saver! I can not recommend this venue enough.

The venue was absolutely beautiful and perfect! The team was incredibly friendly, supportive, quick response when we had questions, and they were so flexible with us. I would highly recommend this venue for your wedding. I would also recommend the wedding day coordinator for your special day because they were amazing with helping to set up my personal decor, making sure things were on time and perfect, and even had drinks in our hands after the ceremony and throughout photos. My wedding was everything I have ever wanted and the Ever After Farms team played a huge part in this.ā¤ļø

When looking at venues, the EAF team was very responsive to answer any questions we had. After scheduling our date, the team was extremely helpful throughout the entire planning process. Our wedding day manager Savannah was fantastic. She was very organized and made the entire wedding day stress free. The entire EAF team was amazing and we could not thank them enough for making our day perfect.

My husband and I got married here in April and I can not say enough good things about the venue! We were originally planning this wedding from Oklahoma and the team was so accommodating, helpful, and convenient. We used their day of coordinator Katie and I seriously could not have done this without her! Katie made everything perfect and planned for every detail well in advance. She was super communicative, professional, and most importantly she was high energy and genuinely cared about our experience. You HAVE to book her with the venue! The ceremony site was gorgeous and everything flowed so beautifully. The suites were so amazing and useful when getting ready and the layout was perfect for our small 50 person wedding (although much much more could easily fit here). My guests were in awe of the venue and the flower fields, and the huge tree in the ceremony site provided the perfect shade! My only complaint would be the walkway from the patio to the ceremony site is not paved so walking in heels was super difficult, but a small inconvenience. I highly recommend this venue to anyone- you seriously can not go wrong!

All I can say is WOW. My Husband and I got married here on January 28th 2023. It comfortably held all of my guests (total 85) with plenty of room for a photo booth and other fun interactive additions! The flow of the spaces is great! (meaning ceremony to cocktail hour then cocktail hour to reception) The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! When we first toured the venue, we knew that it was the one! It was Country Chic and that was exactly what we were going for! The bridal suites have exceptional amount of room to hold everyone getting ready and then some! Just make sure that when you go for your tour you like EVERYTHING that is big that's out on the floor of the reception hall because it will not get removed. (we found alternatives to hide things we didn't particularly like so it was okay for us!) I wouldn't have wanted a different venue to hold my wedding! It was spectacular!!

The decision to have the wedding at EAF was made the very second we entered the barn. The entire property is gorgeous. There are so many wonderful added features that so many venues were lacking. Throughout the months of planning, our wedding coordinator, Katie was incredible to work with. She wasnāt afraid to make suggestions or recommendations which added so much more detail to the girls perfect day. Caroline was also an invaluable resource for keeping things on track and sending gentle reminders when we needed to get things done. I loved working with both of these remarkably talented women. My husband and I were so pleased with how well the day was managed and how incredibly spectacular everything looked. Ever After Farm, the Flower Barn is one of the best kept secrets in the Bay Area. Spend the extra money to hire Katie as your āday-of coordinatorāāyou will not regret it! The wedding party spent the night before the wedding in the adorable cabin on the property and this also made it extra special! We are grateful to the entire staff and know that our guests were equally blown away by the beautiful experience. We received so many compliments and photos of the magical lights in the trees as the guests drove away from the venue, just one more surprise to a truly memorable, fairy tale day!

I have been eyeing this venue for a little while now and today my family and I got to take our tour. We booked on the spot. The bridal and groom suite are amazing. The feel of the reception is unreal. It was an easy yes. On top of all the amazing beauty the venue has to offer, their staff is amazing. Eila gave us our tour and when we wanted to book right away at the end she was just as excited as me the bride. It gave such a family value to this property that is unbeatable. I am so excited to be apart of the Ever After Farms family!

I have been eyeing this venue for a little while now and today my family and I got to take our tour. We booked on the spot. The bridal and groom suite are amazing. Honestly I was a little nervous about the Ever After Farms Flower Barn due to the venue being so new. I know there are things that needed to be worked out with any new venue, and on google there was some reviews suggesting that the stuff was inexperienced and just not so great. Added to the worry a bit. But I just got married on September 17th of 2022 and the venue, staff and especially my Wedding Day Manager Savannah was AMAZING. The staff and Savannah made sure EVERYTHING was setup and looked amazing. Savannah is an absolute rockstar and I could not say more amazing things about her. I had some issues with some of my other vendors and she got them all resolved for me and picked up the slack that the vendors did not handle. They helped with everything. She kept me informed and made sure I was happy throughout the night. From the first time I even toured the venue the staff has been great. They respond super quick to any questions I have, they made sure I understood the whole process and was happy with everything. My guests loved the barn and how it looked. This venue has a wide range of decor options and I purchased additional stuff and they set it all up. Plus at the end of the night they helped pack all of my stuff up and load it all up in our cars. I could not be happier with our decision to get married at this venue and I recommend this venue! I defiantly recommend purchasing the wedding day management package with them and if you have a chance to pick your manager - go with Savannah. SHE IS AMAZING!

We met with Jamie for our tour back in January. I was reviewing the venue for two weddings, My son for 2022 and My daughter for 2025. Jamie was amazing and really sold the place, even though the gazebo area is not very pretty. The white benches are nice, but the gazebo looks like a Home Depot product and very plain brown. My son decided to book the venue that day. He is active military and lives in CA, so I handled a lot of the details for him including the final visit.The Pro's of the venue, gorgeous lights in the trees that line the road entering venue. Venue spacious and up to date decor. Ceramony area has pretty white benches and has a small chapel feel. The bride's area is very spacious, and the AC works amazingly. The flower truck and flower display they set up is so pretty. The venue was set up when we arrived at noon (tables with charges and center pieces).The con's: After we were handed off from Jamie to Rebecca things changed a lot. When meeting with Jamie for the tour she explained the decor that they had out plus more was ours to utilize. Although that was true, you can utilize it were it is. You can't move it or make changes. IE since the gazebo is so plain, we wanted to move the flower back drop out there, no was the answer. Then we asked if we could move the barrels with flowers on them, no was the answer again. During final visit where the decor was selected Rebecca was my point of contact. She is NOT the person for wedding planning. She is very quiet, she provided zero suggestions to enhance the tables. She did not ask what our vision was or even seem interested beyond discussing the credit card for damage deposit. Several special requests were made, ie move table at front door for grand entrance, an additional swag added to back drop, floral swag that matched the table runner added to the wedding arch, and the use of the three-piece white floral in the ceremony site as well the drapes for the gazebo. When these items were brought to Rebecca's attention, she told me it was not listed on \"the paper\" I reminded her I was the one who came for the final visit, and all of this was discussed. She was not helpful at all during the event. The four team members spent more time held up in the office then taking care of our guests. Trash was not touched all night. Any time we needed someone we had to go knock on the office door. Although the contract says you are allowed three visits, you are not. Once you have your final visit, they are not joking, it is your final visit. I had asked to come back because I was sick during the final visit and just want to make sure I didn't forget or had communicated everything correctly. We were told no. Rebecca is not a people person and should not be a point of contact for anyone planning a wedding. Although the flowers were bloomed; they do not look like the ones in the photos. They are full of weeds Lastly, the little chapel that is available for photos is infested with wasps making it difficult to utilize the area for pictures.If you are looking at this venue, just know the decor remains where it is, you can't move it. A wedding coordinator is a MUST. Staff is not helpful at all. Know you will have to dress up the wedding area a lot. Sadly, they have lost the opportunity to host my daughter's wedding as she was able to see the lack of service firsthand.

I honestly have no clue how we would have made it through the day without the venue staff!! Yes, the venue is absolutely gorgeous, inside and out, and pretty darn customizable. But the venue staff, went above and beyond any chance they could. Getting married in July in Florida means late afternoon rain. They postponed as long as they could, and when the rain wouldn't let up, they completely re-did the reception barn to accommodate both ceremony and reception, and in a blink of an eye at that. We had planned to do our own music using playlists on Spotify, and if I'm being honest, I was totally stressed about possibly screwing up the timing, etc. Before they ceremony, the staff came up, made a list of our professionals and took care of the rest. They were partying and dancing with guests to get them dancing, taking song requests, keeping both my husband and me updated with anything throughout the evening making sure we stay on schedule since we tried to wait out the rain. I mean I could literally go on and on about how amazing the people and venue are. š The bridal suite is stunning and spacious with amazing lighting, and the grooms suite (which other places we looked at did not even have one!) had a pool table, TV, and other cool things for the guys; and both have restroom access from the suite. It's the perfect place to get married, from the diy bride to an all out custom wedding, this is the place. For any future vow renewals, or friends looking for an event space (for any event really, but specifically weddings) we will definitely be directing them to the Ever After Farms Flower Barn. Thank you again, for one of the greatest days of our lives. You all surely played a huge and important role and knocked it out of the park.

Caroline was amazing, I was a bit nervous and anxious coming in seeing as thought it was my first time looking at a venue and she instantly made me feel comfortable, nothing but great vibes! I also really loved all the ideas Caroline provided me. Overall a great experience and I cannot wait to set a date for my wedding<3

Just Booked here for my big day!! Cannot wait continue with them for this journey. They were kind and attentive and provide so much. Even though it rained alllllll day the barn and location is so beautiful. I cannot wait for what I have in the future with them šI am so thankful!

I toured the Ever After Flower Barn with high hopes after seeing one of their other venues. The Flower Barn has a great location for me and my guests. The grounds were a bit more limited though and the flowers hadnāt grown in yet; but Iām sure with the right planner/coordinator and mother nature on your side it would be a lovely space for a wedding. Unfortunately the team member giving the tour was not very attentive before, during, or after the process. Seeing both the venue space & additional cabin only took about fifteen minutes with another five or ten after to run numbers & dates. The presentation felt very impersonal/cut and dried to both me and my party. It was kind, however, of the other barn to reach out and ask about my experience here even after I left their hands! They got me in touch with someone who has been very helpful and caring.

My fiance and I looked around 3 venue's before The Flower Barn ..and as soon as we walked in we KNEW this was the one! The staff was so helpful and kind! Felt like family instantly! The venue is by far one of the most beautiful places we looked at. We are so very excited to have our special day booked here!

Ever After Flower Barn is a beautiful venue with so many options offered! Eila sold us on the venue the first time we toured. Canāt wait to see how it all looks once we see all the decor they have. We are so excited to have our wedding here next year!

Outstanding venue. Likely weāll be our first pick but have not done the full rounds yet. This is one-of-a-kind beautiful place and so versatile for all types of weddings. The fact that u can choose all vendors make this unique and affordable. Can not say enough good
