South Florida's Perfect Rustic Wedding Barn
A stunning white barn stands among acres of quarter horse pastures as a picturesque backdrop to the perfect wedding day. Just near Stuart and Port St. Lucie near the beautiful East coast, this stunning location provides a secluded and peaceful setting for a big celebration. Ever After Farms offers couples several romantic settings for their special occasion. The pristine white barn can host up to 200 guests under illuminated chandeliers and glistening market lights. Ceremonies can be held outdoors in the shade of a sprawling mossy oak tree as you walk through a wooden double-door entrance down a paved aisle among rows of pews filled with your closest friends and family. Two picture perfect dressing rooms offer comfort and privacy for the whole wedding party as you prepare for the perfect day. Ever After Farms offers more than just beautiful spaces and a dedicated staff. Couples can choose from a collection of decor while saving money by utilizing our selection of tables, linens and chairs. The fully heated and air conditioned barn features a cocktail patio, bar area and fully fitted catererâs area perfect for your vendors to successfully fulfill their duties. We are proud to promote a list of preferred vendors to help you start planning your perfect day. My wedding at Ever After Farms Ranch barn was a literal dream! I had two years to plan and after my initial walkthrough of the venue my fiancĂ© and I fell in love with it. They provide so much more than any other venue we looked at! The reception area surrounded by beautiful lights, the bride and groom suite to get ready in, the beautiful ceremony area with my favorite tree in the background, and of course we canât forget the majestic horses! The staff at Ever After were always so helpful, available to text with my many questions at anytime! My wedding coordinator Faith and the staff the day of my wedding (11/11/23) were the biggest help and so friendly and had so much fun me our family and friends! I canât thank Ever After Farm enough for hosting our wedding and everything they have done for us. This venue is gorgeous and will definitely have all of your family and friends complimenting you for choosing it! â€ïž

We got married 12/31/23 at the Ranch Barn and truly had the best night of our lives!! This venue is absolutely gorgeous and the staff is incredible. They provide so much decor which makes the planning process so much easier, truly your wedding will be stunning if you book here! All our guests couldnât stop talking about how beautiful the space was. Donât hesitate to book the day of coordinator with the venue, especially if itâs Jamie!! Jamie made our entire day run so smoothly, everything happened exactly on time and turned out better than we could have ever imagined. I wish I could go back and relive it all over again. We got married at the end of September and it was amazing. Delaney and the wedding day management team were rock stars they kept everything going smoothly. We had rain earlier in the day but it stopped right before the guests arrived and held off until after the ceremony was done. The staff were awesome, and it is so beautiful there. We just got married here and I canât recommend it enough. Great location, beautiful inside area, outside garden area and beautiful architecture, plenty of parking, beautiful view. It was my dream venue and Iâm in love with it. The staff is amazing and weâre so helpful the entire way through. They also work with a lot of great vendors that they recommend to you.

What an amazing venue to have your wedding at! From the moment we stepped into the venue, we knew this is where we wanted to have our wedding! It was fate! We ended up going for a day of coordinator and it was the best decision ever. From the first time meeting Delaney, I knew we made the right decision! She was so excited and eager to learn about our wedding. She made me feel like she had been part of it since day one. She went thru all the details with us to make sure nothing went unnoticed. The day of rehearsal, it went so flawless and I felt so much at ease. The day of my wedding finally came and when I tell you I was NEVER bothered with any of the behind the scene things because Delaney, Faith, and (the other lol) Delaney made sure to get it handled without once needing my help. They were always within arms reach to help me with any questions I had. I never felt like I was a client, I felt like I was their best friend getting married and they were there so supportive through it all. Unfortunately we had an issue with one of my shuttles (no fault on the venues part) and these girls ran (literally) to figure out a solution fast and throughout it all, never once had a negative attitude or were ever upset. No amount of âthank youâ can I say for these 3 amazing women! Their beautiful souls and amazing attitudes is what made my wedding so perfect and magical. These girls definitely need to be praised because they are one of a kind! Being part of someoneâs special day is what these ladies were made to do!! Make sure if you do book the ranch as your venue, these girls are working it! They deserve nothing but the best and I will definitely be coming back to do my anniversary pictures there and canât wait to see them again!

Our wedding was a fairytale. Truly magical! I'm still coming down from being on Cloud 9, and it's been almost 3 weeks since our wedding day! Ever After Farms Ranch Wedding Barn in Indiantown, FL made my dream a reality, a fairytale come true! Our wedding day was magical in every way due to our love, joy, amazing cool weather, gorgeous gorgeous venue with the most beautiful lights, chandeliers, and the ceremony site, at Ever After Farms, under the most beautiful tree I've ever seen or experienced. It's taken me this long to write a review because it was hard to find the words to describe the most perfect wedding day from start to finish. The day and evening went so smoothly and effortlessly because of our Wedding Planner, Claudia and Staff. I am so elated and grateful to have booked Ever After Farm's Wedding Day Management, and Claudia was the gift that our venue gave us for our special day. Claudia handled and communicated with all of our vendors. She made sure I had everything I needed. And when I realized I forgot to get a basket for my Flower Girl/daughter, she found the perfect red one that matched her red sash on my daughter's dress. Claudia made sure I ate, so I wouldn't get sick like I did on my rehearsal because I forgot to eat. đ€Łđ„° And she danced with our daughter, our most beautiful Flower Girl, during the Grand Entrance for our reception. Because our daughter was so shy to dance by herself into the venue to the music. Claudia took care of every detail. We will forever be grateful to her for all she and Ever After Farms' Staff did to make our wedding day the best day ever! Ever After Farms, Claudia and Staff even gave us extra long sparklers for our grand exit because we couldn't find them anywhere and they had extra on hand. When I tell you that this venue, the staff, and our Wedding Planner, Claudia did everything they could to make our day run smoothly and special, they really went beyond the call of duty! Our wedding was a fairytale. Truly magical! I'm still coming down from being on Cloud 9, and it's been almost 3 weeks since our wedding day! Ever After Farms Ranch Wedding Barn in Indiantown, FL made my dream a reality, a fairytale come true! Our wedding day was magical in every way due to our love, joy, amazing cool weather, gorgeous gorgeous venue with the most beautiful lights, chandeliers, and the ceremony site, at Ever After Farms, under the most beautiful tree I've ever seen or experienced. It's taken me this long to write a review because it was hard to find the words to describe the most perfect wedding day from start to finish. The day and evening went so smoothly and effortlessly because of our Wedding Planner, Claudia and Staff. I am so elated and grateful to have booked Ever After Farm's Wedding Day Management, and Claudia was the gift that our venue gave us for our special day. Claudia handled and communicated with all of our vendors. She made sure I had everything I needed. And when I realized I forgot to get a basket for my Flower Girl/daughter, she found the perfect red one that matched her red sash on my daughter's dress. Claudia made sure I ate, so I wouldn't get sick like I did on my rehearsal because I forgot to eat. đ€Łđ„° And she danced with our daughter, our most beautiful Flower Girl, during the Grand Entrance for our reception. Because our daughter was so shy to dance by herself into the venue to the music. Claudia took care of every detail. We will forever be grateful to her for all she and Ever After Farms' Staff did to make our wedding day the best day ever! Ever After Farms, Claudia and Staff even gave us extra long sparklers for our grand exit because we couldn't find them anywhere and they had extra on hand. When I tell you that this venue, the staff, and our Wedding Planner, Claudia did everything they could to make our day run smoothly and special, they really went beyond the call of duty! The venue is beautiful the ceremony area is magical. There was few issues we had the day of my wedding. First when we arrive at 10 am they tell me thereâs no water, a water pipe broke and maintenance was on the way to fix it. It was an issue for my caterer, and my bartender to get ready and we couldnât use the restrooms till around 3pm. They finally fixed it hooray. They also say they can seat 200 guests definitely not comfortably. we had just under 200 and some seats couldnât be used bc it was difficult for guests to walk around to get to them. It was very tight. Then there were issues with restrooms and we couldnât find the venue staff for like 40mins they finally appeared then they announce around 8pm that restrooms were out of order so for over 40 mins my guests couldnât use the restrooms. They also called the sheriffs on us when we were packing our things to leave but when the sheriffs came and talked to my husband and guests that were outside none of the staff came out to talk to them or explained what the issue was. I wasnât informed of any issue or why they were called on us

Ever After Farms was a dream, I added on the photobooth and the Day of Coordinator. Let me tell you everyone fell in love with the venue and at night it feels like you're in a movie. They are very organized and detailed oriented and the website they use to handle all documents/payments/seating charts are super user friendly. The day of coordinator is totally worth getting I recommend it 10000%. The one thing I'll say the photobooth was not working well but other than that everything was absolutely perfect.

This venue is absolutely gorgeous and we were sold after the first visit. We loved that the venue is all inclusive so we didnât have to bring in rentals and tons of decor. The two tours we took were really insightful and we had all our questions answered. We booked almost 2 years out and we were happy. We booked the suite on site for the guys to get ready and we booked the photo booth. We did a final walkthrough a month before our wedding to finalize all decor we wanted for the tables, bar, gift table, memorial table, dessert table and ceremony. Notes were taken by the staff for decor, signage and that we wanted the doors closed to the ceremony aisle before the bride walked down. We asked questions about hanging lanterns in the tree and they said no which we didnât mind and had a backup plan. I asked about bringing a few decor items to make it feel more like us and they said of course just make sure you take it all when you leave. In our emails they alluded to there being 4-5 people on staff the day of the wedding and we provided vendor meals for them. We had a rehearsal two days before the wedding on Thursday and the venue booked another rehearsal at the same time. The venue contacted us a couple days before and offered us a refund for the issue and we agreed. We walked through the processional and recessional with our wedding party and asked a few more questions. We said we had a neon sign and if we would be able to hang it. The staff at the rehearsal said to bring it and give it to the staff so they can hang it for us. The day of the wedding was not ideal. We arrived at 10am and there were tours going on so the bride and bridesmaids went to the bridal suite to begin hair and makeup. Around 12pm they started setting up the tables for our reception. The amount of tables and layout was incorrect. One of the maids of honor went to ask the staff if they can correct it and they said they did it according to my seating chart. Thankfully I was able to pull up the seating chart on an iPad and they did correct it. The neon sign was then taken out to the staff to be hung behind the sweetheart table and they said they do not hang decor. The staff was rude to the maid of honor and the bride told the staff what was said at the rehearsal. They did hang the neon sign for us and helped us take it down at the end of the night. When it was time for the bridal party to start walking everyone lined up and there was no one from the venue at the doors to close them before the bride came down like we asked in the final walkthrough. The bride said something to the coordinator and the 2 ladies working the venue for the night ran down and closed them and then opened them. At the end of the night ourselves and the bridal party were cleaning up and packing ours cars. Someone put our gifts behind the bar and thankfully the staff let us know and made sure we took all our food. We loved the venue but the communication between staff giving tours and staff actually working the event is poor.

Upon touring the venue on a hot July day, we immediately knew it was perfect. They have wonderful air-conditioning--my #1 requirement for a comfortable party! But on top of that, the facility is just lovely. The sizable interior is tastefully rustic and has scores of amenities: the bride's room accommodated the bride and five bridesmaids with 3 makeup/hair artists; the restrooms are spacious, well-appointed, and convenient; and the groom's room was a fun place for the guys to hang out. The lighting is lovely in the dining area, and the bar is convenient with inside/outside access. The many decorative items available kept down the costs--particularly for the tables. And the setting is just lovely--horses, pastures, oak trees--and a spectacular sunset in the evening. There is also an on-site room available to rent for the night of the wedding. While some brides and grooms opt to use it, I rented it to have a place to use for us mature relatives to get ready for the ceremony and dinner. It was convenient to have that apartment to shower and dress after setting things up. I have to especially recommend the staff--they were kind and gracious and helped us navigate the many challenges we faced. I emailed them often with questions, and they responded quickly. Our wedding celebration was a huge success, and we have gotten so many compliments about the Ranch. I highly recommend Ever After Farms Ranch for any special event.

We toured this venue a week ago and fell in love. Itâs even better than the pictures. We booked our date right away. Katelyn was helpful and informative. The communication was smooth and she was quick to answer any of our questions. We are so excited to plan all the details of our wedding next summer!!!

Planning a wedding is so stressful, but from the moment I walked out of the Ranch Barn, I felt like a load has been lifted from my shoulders. Thanks to Tina she was very thorough, patient and answered all of my questions. She made me feel more at ease and explained to me step by step of how a wedding day looks like at the Ranch Barn. Even though she doesnât mainly work at the Ranch, we were so blessed and lucky that she was there and so willingly to help us with our planning. Honestly having her show us us around and her friendly face the last thing to see made me and my husband at ease that we are in good hands and I canât wait for our wedding day to come any sooner. I am actually very excited and not stressed at all. She was very warm and welcoming. Although, the two dates we wanted were unavailable, Tina helped us find the perfect date for my husband and I. The venue is beautiful and spacious and we are so glad we got to see it decorated as a preview of what it should be expected to look like. I already have mental images of where everything is going to look like and it is great! It is simple, yet elegant and it makes me feel like I am a forest princess in a fairytale book. Iâm super excited! Canât you tell?

My daughter Katie was married at the Ranch in Indiantown in July. This venue is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect choice for a rustic theme. We thank staff member Katelyn Crews for all she did to make everything flow smoothly. She was there attending to all the details including making sure my daughterâs wedding dress bustle was secured. She was truly amazing and was excellent in every way. This place is beautiful and we received so many positive comments from our friends and family. Truly a day we will always remember.

She made sure my day was perfect and left to detail unnoticed. The moment we walked into Ever After Ranch, we knew my sisters wedding dream had become a reality. The items to choose from, the scenery, the decor! It was all truly beautiful. But nothing is better than the staff. From the day we toured the venue until the moment the wedding ended, we were treated like royalty. They truly leave no stone unturned, inspired us with more ideas and options, had a phenomenal list of preferred vendors that we LOVED and went above and beyond. Not to mention, were so personal and funny! They became apart of the wedding just like any other family or loved one and that made it more special. I highly recommend them solely on their character, professionalism and ability to calm a nervous bride. If I could give them 100 stars I would!

My future husband and I have been together almost 15 years (so obviously I have been planning our wedding secretly for a while lol) and we just recently got engaged! I have been looking at this venue for quite some time and was eager to go take a tour (as the dates book up quite quickly) and I don't want to wait years to get married ;). From the moment we drove in, everything about this venue took my breath away. The tour was amazing. The venue was set up for a 200 person wedding and was beautiful. We knew this was the one and had a set date in mind so we booked it on the spot. We are extremely excited for our special day to take place at such a dream venue. Katelyn who gave us the tour was super sweet and helpful (even though I sort of hijacked it from her, as I have studied every detail about this place). The amount of decor options are endless and definitely take some stress off of having to rent tables, chairs, linens, decor, etc. They have been keeping in touch and super responsive in addition to sending us tips/tools, etc. We cannot wait to tie the knot at this venue! If you are looking for a private, beautiful venue to get married - GO CHECK THIS PLACE OUT!

This property is absolutely stunning! The drive up had me in awe . The reception area, the bridal/groom suits, and the outside where the wedding takes place is breath taking and very spacious. If you get a chance to have Katie as your tour guide you are very lucky! Sheâs super sweet, helped entertain the kids while on the tour, and answered every single question I had with a smile on her face! If you are looking for a place to get married look no further!!

When I first set foot on Ever After Farm Ranch, I've fallen in love with the whimsical, romantic, and elegant venue. This place does not feel like it is as loved as other Ever After Farm locations, but it really still has its own charms. First of all, the location is apart from the city's noise so you literally can see stars. The staff are helpful during the planning and are very friendly! Moreover, I get to skip over the décor setup and teardown, forget the headache of flowers and centerpiece **cue eye-roll** I honestly am so glad the venue provided all of the decorations and furniture and even space/ equipment needed for the buffet/ bar! They cut 1/3 of the crazy workload from the wedding for me! I've gotten so many compliments on how fairytale-esque and how perfect everything looked. I loved the ceremony space to the reception space. They even have the photo booth for rent on-site which my guests really loved! 10/10 would recommend

I can't say enough positive things to express how amazing this venue and its team are. The venue is gorgeous, but it is the team behind the scenes that make this place the perfect place to get married. I helped serve as the day-of coordinator yesterday for my friend's wedding after some unforeseen circumstances. Just a friend, helping a friend, but I never worried because the team at Ever After Farms supported me in every way possible. The event was YESTERDAY, and I had to hop on immediately to rave about this group. If that doesn't speak volumes, then let me tell you why there is no other option for your wedding/event. While I'm not a full-time coordinator, no one at that wedding knew otherwise, and it was because of this venue and the other amazing vendors that had my back. The bride was beaming, the guests were thrilled, and everything was picture-perfect. Ladies, I can't express my gratitude enough and I can't wait to send more friends your way, knowing they will be treated like royalty from start to finish. Shannon, Sarah, Lindsey, Starr, (sorry, I know I'm forgetting names and probably spelling some wrong), you all were godsent. All I wanted was for my friend to have the wedding of her dreams and you all made that a reality. I've never met kinder, more hardworking people, and I am so lucky to have had the pleasure of working with you all. If you are a bride looking for a venue, you've found it, and you won't be disappointed. :)

I cannot say enough good things about this venue. Not only did I walk away with a perfect wedding day, but new friends as well. I worked soley with Rebekah and Tanairy who were amazing. They greeted me on my first meeting with smiles and the answers to all my questions. I fell in love from the moment I walked out of my car. They always took care of me when i went in, which with Covid and a mother in law being my florist was a few times! Rebekah also always called or texted me back very promptly if I had anything we needed to discuss or if I had questions I was having a princess Fairytale wedding in a barn. Some of the more rustic decor can be put into storage, so that was the final check mark on my list for choosing this venue. Not only did they include all the tables, chairs, linens, chargers, tables numbers, centerpieces, cake stands and Pinterest worthy signage decor. They also have an amazing sound system, 2 get ready rooms, a bar and a catering area. They do set up, but you will need a coordinator if you want the bridal party organized and timed! The seating chart layout for allseated they provide is a game changer! Also the payments are so easily made through honeybook and they send you reminders so you wont be late which is very helpful!If you are looking for a ceremony and reception site all in one. And an outdoor wedding, look no further and book a tour immediately. It was the most gorgeous wedding, I could not have planned someone so great anywhere else!

We got married on 10.10.20 at the ranch barn in Indiantown & had the best day ever! A dream come true. All of the extras that come with this venue realllly helped with the stress with all the little details. They really supply so much! Thereâs no question the elegantly rustic barn is to-die-for beautiful, but thereâs so much more than what just meets the eye. Our day was wonderful and the memories made at this beautiful venue will last a lifetime. We got married on 10.10.20 at the ranch barn in Indiantown & had the best day ever! A dream come true. All of the extras that come with this venue realllly helped with the stress with all the little details. They really supply so much! Thereâs no question the elegantly rustic barn is to-die-for beautiful, but thereâs so much more than what just meets the eye. Ever After Farms Ranch is absolutely gorgeous. From the moment you approach the grounds itâs breath taking. Rebekah was there to greet us and give us a tour. She had all the information needed, and had all the answers to my questions. She was very helpful, and very sweet. This was the first venue I went to look at, and ended up booking on the spot. The second I walked into the venue it literally took my breathe away. The contact team on staff were so helpful and emailed me back right away. The venue its self is absolutely gorgeous. It was my first \"walk in\" venue and I booked immediately. Rebekah was hands down the NICEST person I think I personally have ever met and super funny and bubbly. The only downside that I could think of is that I would have loved my two dogs to be able to stay with us in the suite on site. Can not wait to be getting married here!

It was my first \"walk in\" venue and I booked immediately. Rebekah was hands down the NICEST person I think I personally have ever met and super funny and bubbly. The only downside that I could think of is that I would have loved my two dogs to be able to stay with us in the suite on site. Can not wait to be getting married here!

From the moment we did the walk thru in this venue it was amazing. We did the walk thru when they first opened and by the time are wedding came , The venue just got better and better. All our family and friends loved it. Only down side would be the hours we had the venue, Party had to be over by 10 :(

When I saw the venue online I thought it was too good to be true. It's hard to find an air-conditioned barn venue in South Florida, let alone to find one that's affordable and has so much to offer! My breath was taken away when I walked into the venue for my first tour. It was absolutely gorgeous and exactly what I have dreamed of. I can't wait to continue working with the amazing staff to execute my dream wedding.

Honestly I canât recommend this venue more. First off, itâs absolutely beautiful, the property, barn, decorations, everything has the modern rustic feel mixed with elegance. They also have horses you can take pictures with and feed which was so fun. A huge plus for us was that most of the decorations are included as well as the tables/chairs (therefore less planning and stress on my end). All I needed to do was find vendors (caterer, dj, photographer, florist) and add in cute little details. The pricing of the venue is also extremely reasonable. You really get so much for what you pay for. The staff is also amazing. Anytime I had a question, I would just send a text over and always got a reply within the same day and the day of our wedding, they were there ensuring everything was perfect. It was a perfect beautiful day and Iâm so happy I chose Ever After Farms for my wedding day!
