A gorgeous white barn stands among a breathtaking vineyard as a picturesque backdrop to the perfect wedding day. Just North of Orlando near the beautiful East coast of Jacksonville, this stunning location provides a secluded and peaceful setting for a big celebration. Ever After Farms offers couples several romantic settings for their special occasion. The pristine white barn can host up to 200 guests under illuminated chandeliers and glistening market lights. Ceremonies can be held outdoors with the option of two different ceremony spaces. Both offer the once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to say “I do” in the shade of a beautiful pergola as you walk through a wooden double-door entrance down a paved aisle among rows of pews filled with your closest friends and family. Two picture perfect dressing rooms offer comfort and privacy for the whole wedding party as you prepare for the perfect day. Ever After Farms offers more than just beautiful spaces and a dedicated staff. The day before the wedding, amidst family stress and last-minute preparations, Moriya, Amy, and Cameron sensed my anxiety and ensured I left the rehearsal stress-free. They reminded me that this is a celebration of my husband and I so they would handle everything and to let them handle all preparations. Amy, the Ever After Farms Team Lead, was an absolute delight to talk to and her soothing presence allowed me to melt away the stress I had on the rehearsal day and the morning of my wedding. On the wedding day, their expertise shone through, delivering a seriously stress-free wedding. They shielded me from unnecessary distractions, handling everything with absolute trust and precision. From dawn to dusk, my wedding day unfolded like a dream, all thanks to Ever After Farms.Guests described it as a scene from a movie, and some even joked about us getting married again just to celebrate at this enchanted venue. Every aspect of my wedding exceeded my wildest dreams, and I consider myself incredibly fortunate to have chosen Ever After Farms, especially with their Wedding Day Management option. I want to especially thank Moriya from the bottom of my heart. Their vendor recommendations were a treasure trove – from a dreamlike hair artist (Jackie at Mane Event Artistry) to a out of this world talented makeup artist (Ashley at Beauty by Ashley) and a photographer (A&S PhotoFilm) whose sneak peeks left us breathless. And I can’t forget to mention the energetic and extremely quick serving bartending service from Toast with Cocktails. And a special mention to the energetic bilingual DJ, Edwin from Win Show Events, who is not yet on their preferred vendor list but whom we found through social media posts of other brides who have used him at their venue. He truly deserves to be on that list as well!If I could turn back time and plan my wedding again, Ever After Farms Vineyard Barn would undoubtedly be my top choice. This venue was an absolute dream and paying extra for a day of coordinator was the best decision we could have ever made. We had Amy and she was absolutely amazing! If I could have cloned Amy and brought her to my other friends’ wedding - I WOULD HAVE. Overall, the venue is gorgeous, the whole team is absolutely amazing, and my day couldn’t have gone more perfect. We definitely had hiccups - but the team handled them quickly and with grace. I had the most amazing day ever and I truly thank Amy and the rest of the team from the bottom of my heart for making the day so special for my husband and I, our family, and friends. They supported us every step of the way and helped create a gorgeous vision for our decor and tables!! I could not recommend them enough!!!

I can't give this venue enough stars. We booked 2 years in advance. And from that day, communication was phenomenal. They answered every single question I had immediately after reaching out. The staff is sent from the heavens. Moriya, Amy and Cameron were amazing. They made my special day completely stress free every step of the way. (The wedding day management-worth every penny) Venue house on site was perfect for the bridal party to stay the night before. And there are so many nice Airbnbs close by for the Groomsmen and family to stay.The venue is beautiful. The Rolls-Royce really make for great photo opportunities. They have a variety of decorations to choose from from table clothes, center pieces, so many signs and they set the reception and ceremony sited up, the way you choose!! They keep vendors in line and walk your entire bridal party through every step of the way at the rehearsal, and remind them the day of. You can really tell ever after farms is more than just a venue, every single person cares about making your special day every thing you invision and more!!

I cannot begin to express the amount of love I have for this venue and their team. This venue was the first one we toured and it was love at first sight. We booked the venue that same day of our first tour and it was the second easiest yes of my life. The venue team is exceptionally professional, communicative, and friendly. I am an extreme planner and I love to go over every small detail in my head a million times. I would email the venue in the middle of the night over small details and they would be so quick to email me back soon after. I always pictured my wedding day being stressful, me being worried about everything that could go wrong and all the little details of the day being perfect. On a typical day, I am extremely stressed out. The venue preached to us that they believe the couple is in this “bubble” for their wedding day. At first, Josh and I were skeptical. However, on the day of the wedding, due to this venue’s team, I didn’t have to worried about anything. I had the first relatively stress-free days of my life. If we had a vendor issue, they fixed it. If we needed something, they got it for us. Josh and I truly felt like we were in our own little bubble. Thanks to the Ever After Farms Vineyard staff, management, and day-of coordinator we had the best day of our lives. Especially, thank you Amy and Alex for all the support you guys gave on the wedding day and through out the years of planning.

I cannot begin to describe how absolutely wonderful everything was at the Ever After Vineyard Barn! Gorgeous, effortless, prepared, attention to detail…perfect, everything was PERFECT!! Lauren, Amy, and Mariah attended to every detail with care, consideration, and the utmost professionalism! My daughter planned her wedding in a VERY tight timeframe due to her grandma’s (my mom) health…like less than 90 day timeframe. I truly believe this task would not have been possible without the fabulous staff at the vineyard. No detail was too small, no task too big…they took care of everything! The venue was gorgeous and several people told us as they left that it was the best wedding they had ever been too!! I don’t usually write reviews but everyone needs to know about this fantastic venue with its amazing staff! If you’re even thinking about a wedding venue near(ish) to Jacksonville, FL, the Ever After Vineyard Barn is the place!

We had such a wonderful time touring this venue! The grounds are beautiful and expansive. Walking along the vines of the vineyard makes you feel like you are transported to an entirely different place. The barn is gorgeous and their reserve of decorations is stunning and complete to fully decorate any event. Everyone we spoke with was so warm and welcoming, extremely knowledgeable, and invested in making our time and planning easy and fun. They really do think of everything and I’ve never felt so comfortable or less stressed in the wedding planning process. I highly recommend stopping by to view this venue!

You have two options for ceremony sites and whatever you don’t pick, you can use for photos throughout the day as well. Inside the barn is stunning and is the perfect mix of elegant and rustic. There are endless photo spots throughout the venue (shoutout to Walls of Jerico for being the best photographers EVER if you’re looking for a photographer they’re who you need!!) The staff is amazing, super quick to reply to any questions (and I had about 100😂). Lauren, the wedding day manager, is INCREDIBLE. She will make you feel completely calm and relaxed the day of your wedding and works with you so much beforehand as well. I am a huge stress ball as is so wedding stress was like 🤯🤯 but she took every concern I had and just fixed it along with making sure my husband and I had complete control over the day. It was the absolute perfect day and a huge part of that was because the staff at Ever After Farms. Literally almost all set up and cleanup was done by them, the only parts that weren’t were things involving the food but all decor whether it came from them or from us was put out by their staff. And I can’t forget to mention the gigantic room in the back with all the decor you could ever want. All aspects of your table, anything you might want for your ceremony, even cute signs to put out on the bar and dessert table. Seriously can’t recommend this place enough!!

I was the maid of honor for a wedding here, and the day of coordination staff is AMAZING. The venue is beautiful and unique, but truly the real selling point is the support you get from the staff. Amy, the venue manager and my best friend’s day of coordinator, along with her right hand, Amber, and all of the team made the day go FLAWLESSLY, despite several hiccups. They are fun, caring, fully involved, and calm, which makes all those day of hiccups seem like no problem at all. Even though it wasn’t my wedding, I could not recommend this venue AND THEIR AMAZING STAFF enough.

I don't even know where to begin with this venue. From the moment we booked them to the day of the wedding we felt so comfortable and trusting in them. They help you with every step along the way and answer every question you have. Let me tell you they know exactly what they are doing. I 1,000% recommend the wedding day management I would not have been able to get through my wedding without Moriya and Amber. If I looked at them from across the room, they knew exactly what I was thinking and were right there to help me. This team is absolutely amazing - From getting a stain out of my dress 10 minutes before I walked down the aisle to bringing us drinks and hors d'oeuvres in the woods as we took couples photos to make sure we got to taste the cocktail hour food. Moriya was my girl the entire day from setting up all decorations and handling all vendors making sure I was completely unaware and free to enjoy my day. Amy, Moriya, Amber and the entire Ever After team we cannot thank you enough for the amazing wedding we had at your venue! We will be back to pick grapes and see you guys. Pomona Park will hold a special place in our hearts for this venue and amazing team!

Honestly we can’t say enough about how much we LOVE our venue. They were so helpful with the entire process. We hired their day of management team and they made our wedding picture perfect, down to the smallest detail. The venue was beautiful, all the decor was perfect and everyone we worked with was a joy to speak too and so knowledgeable. We can’t say enough good things. My husband and I did not have to do one thing on our wedding day, they took care of everything and worked so well with all our vendors. It ended up raining on the day but you would never have guessed that wasn’t a part of the plan. They made the move inside so seem so effortless and stress free for us. We are so grateful for Ever After Farms - Vineyard Barn.

Words cannot express our gratitude for Ever After Farms Vineyard Barn! We were instantly taken by their beautiful grounds and multiple outdoor ceremony sites, but what really won our hearts was how we were immediately welcomed and treated like family. We couldn’t imagine saying I Do any where else. Throughout the planning process they offered help and guided us towards wonderful vendors to make our day as fun and “US” as could be. Days before our wedding, I had multiple family emergencies and major meltdowns which this wonderful team and our absolute miracle worker of a coordinator Lauren, took in stride and helped us through without ever faltering. She went above and beyond to take extra care and time to make sure every detail and concern was resolved and in order. Lauren brought this tearful bride so much peace! As a couple, we felt so listened to and respected by the entire staff family with all of our wishes, we cannot say thank you enough for providing us with truly a dream wedding. Our guest are still raving about the stunning grounds and our wedding almost a month later! We know without a doubt we made the right decision choosing Ever After Farms Vineyard Barn and would recommend them to anyone in need of a wedding venue with the absolute best team supporting you! I knew from my first visit at the Vineyard Barn that the staff was truly amazing but little did I know that was just the beginning. From being in constant contact & answering every question to ensuring our day was as perfect as possible, I was truly blown away. I’ve never been to a wedding that flowed so smoothly or actually started on time until yesterday. The wedding day management is an absolute must and I can’t thank Moriya & the team enough! Moriya curated the perfect timeline and the entire time went above & beyond to ensure we were stress free and taken care of. If I had my wedding to do all over again, I would without a doubt choose the vineyard barn every time! Moriya & team thank you from the bottom of my heart for being so amazing and making our day even more special! Ps they’re excellent at getting those little moments caught on camera. They snapped behind the scene pics that we probably would not have otherwise had!

Amy, Moryia and the whole staff were amazing! As the brides mother I was able to give control to them and enjoy ever moment without any worries. They were professional punctual and so easy to work with to help make our daughters wedding everything she has always dreamed of would be and for that I am forever grateful. We also used their preferred DJ and Bartender that did not disappoint either. One last thing if you are on the fence about spending the extra money for the day of coordinator, DO IT is worth every penny of it!!! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could.

The day finally came and our dream wedding became a reality. I could not have done it without Mariah and Amber, our day of coordinators. They are dream makers and get it done. I have a forever special place in my heart for these girls and everyone at the vineyard that made our special day so amazing. I honestly can't believe how great the day went. Even with the rain! They didn't have control of the rain but the heavens opened with just enough time for our ceremony. I love this site and I love the staff and I have nothing bad to say about it. Thank you for everything! The Weavers! Staff, Carley and Amy, were extremely friendly, helpful, patient, and genuine. Did they have us sold from the moment we walked up?! Possibly lol. This was the best venue!!!! The prices are insanely cheap when you consider everything that is included! I highly recommend the Photo Booth! Our family and friends had so much fun with that and we FOR SURE got our moneys worth and great memories!! Also could not recommend the wedding day management more!!! Our first venue tour was at the vineyard and it sure did set the expectations high. After looking at other venues, we realized the vineyard was still our number 1 on the list. We are so excited and looking forward to spending our big day at the vineyard. We had 2 tours before making the decision, one with Alexis and one with Carly. This venue was a dream come true. My daughter's wedding was flawless and that was because of this beautiful venue and our amazing day of coordinator Amy and her team. They were so organized, professional, knowledgeable and thorough with all the arrangements. They handled all my vendors and took care of absolutely everything. It was the most stress less and magical day. My guest could stop remarking on how beautiful the property was and what a perfect wedding site. The Vineyards were beautiful and both outdoor wedding sites were just gorgeous. The barn is clean, bright and elegant. Every aspect of this venue is top notch. I highly recommend the Ever After Venue and if you choose it make sure you also do the day of coordinator. Two best decisions we made for our daughters wedding.

Absolutely incredible. There are not enough words to explain how wonderful this venue was. Guests poured out compliments about how beautiful this venue was and they were correct! I also hired Amy as my day of coordinator and she took care of everything. She went above and beyond for me and had everything in place so I did not need to stress at all. They even gave me a frame with the vineyard on it as a gift which was incredible thoughtful. I recommend this venue to anyone who is looking and loves vineyards! The grapes were beautiful and in season which made for perfect photos. My wedding day was magical and i’m sad it is over and that I cannot live it once again! Highly recommend booking and hiring them for day of coordination to take the stress off and just enjoy the day. Once again Amy was absolutely incredible but I know all the girls would take care of you for that special day. At least take a tour because it will be worth it!

My first impression of the establishment was breathtaking. I couldn’t imagine my wedding being anywhere else. After contemplating on adding services I did decided to hire the wedding day management. Best decision I could have made. Carley and Mariah made my day stress free and everything couldn’t have been more perfect. Although we decided to book with a different vendor, I cannot say enough good things about Ever after farms. They were texting with us before our tour, we went to the tour and everyone was so kind to us. We even mentioned a pasta dish we might have for food and when we left we got a message about how they loved giving us a tour and hoped we would find the perfect venue for us even if it wasn’t with them and if it was the wanted to try the pasta. I let them know when we found a venue and they wished us a lifetime of happiness and we excited we found our place even if it wasn’t them. Also it is 1000% insanely gorgeous. It just happened to be more my style not my fiancé and the place we found was a good mix of both!

This venue was fantastic. Rain started 10 minutes before I was going to ask everyone to silence their phones so we all rushed inside the barn. The staff really impressed me with their professionalism in waiting for the bride to make a call on trying to go back out or restructuring the inside to make work inside. I felt no stress or agitation from anyone. Instead they all went into go mode and communicated the plan as they got confirmation from the bride and groom. I’ve experienced all kinds of wedding staff personalities and this was such a great atmosphere! I highly recommend Ever After farms! It was a great night!

From the moment that my daughter and I browsed Ever After Farms’ straightforward website, to our first visit, to the selections visit, then the rehearsal, and ultimately the wedding and reception, we felt the wonderful spirit of this place and the people in it! Amy and Karly made us feel like family each step of the way. On the day of the ceremony, everything was just easy, not high stress at all.
