The nine-acre venue surrounded by gorgeous pacific northwest landscaping allows for endless opportunities to create a wedding that is uniquely yours; hold your ceremony on a sprawling lawn, take portraits in the forest, or host a cocktail hour under the beautiful café lights. Evergreen Meadows was the first venue we toured, and then the only! We fell in love with the space immediately and knew it was where we wanted to get married. It has an elevated backyard wedding vibe. We really appreciated that the venue came with everything we needed - getting ready suites, covered reception area with dance floor, bathrooms, tables and chairs, and gorgeous landscape for photos. We had a small wedding of around 30 guests, but the space still felt like the perfect size. We liked the division between ceremony, cocktail hour, reception, etc. With lots of photo opportunities! It is a beautiful property and was a dream to get married there.

After spending 5 minutes walking the beautiful grounds with Lori we knew Evergreen Meadows was where we needed to have our wedding! Everything was perfect! The Evergreen team keeps the grounds beautiful which provides many picture perfect backgrounds! I wish the day lasted longer so we could spend more time there!

We had a perfect wedding at Evergreen Meadows this July. They made the planning process throughout the entire year so incredibly easy especially with their preferred vendor list on their website. We used a majority of their recommended vendors, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out. On the day of our wedding, they made sure the grounds were clean, decorated beautifully, and were able to accommodate our guest list of 100+ people comfortably. The staff felt like they were really invested in making sure our day was special to us. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect wedding at Evergreen Meadows this July. They made the planning process throughout the entire year so incredibly easy especially with their preferred vendor list on their website. Wedding Date 26-06-2022
We had our wedding at Evergreen Meadows at the end of June 2022. It was a hot day so the A/C units in the getting ready rooms were very appreciated. There was a ton of shade later in the day from the trees on the property which helped when guests arrived. Having the venue for the whole day was awesome and removed some of the stress from the day as we had plenty of time to set up and take pictures before our ceremony. The grounds were in great condition and everything looked beautiful. We had ~120 guests and never felt cramped. Lori was helpful throughout the day answering any questions we had.We highly recommend this venue for a couple who is looking for an outdoor wedding with a lot of greenery and a place to get ready.

Evergreen Meadows was incredibly helpful during our wedding process. Planning a pandemic wedding is not easy, and the Evergreen Meadows staff were amazing during this process! They answered all of our questions with great detail, and were so flexible with our rehearsal dates. They give a discount to their sister company, Love Blooms, if you book the venue. This honestly helped me a great deal with flowers for my bridal party. Our wedding day was beyond what we could have imagined. Lori so kindly gave my nephew a baby car to play with so we could all set up without having to worry about him. This gesture was so small but it spoke volumes to us. The venue has various spots for pictures and is just absolutely stunning. The only thing I would say that needs improvement is the brick walkway. There were a handful of bricks throughout the walkway that were loose and not fully set in all the way. So whenever people walked on them the brick would easily come out of place. However, I believe this is an easy fix. Overall, Evergreen Meadows proved that they are willing to collaborate and support you on your vision for your wedding. I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place.

Evergreen Meadows is a breath taking venue. I knew from pictures I loved it, but upon arriving I fell even more in love. Everything is laid out nicely. So much beautiful greenery and landscape. Everywhere you look there's something else to be enchanted by. Lots of room for everyone. It had everything I dreamed of when I pictured my wedding. Lori is super friendly and knows exactly what couples are looking for to enhance their celebration. Im so thankful for the bridal and grooms rooms to get ready in, made for less running around in the long run. The couples cove with tree swing was the perfect spot for first looks, surrounded by plants and fountains. If I had a smaller guest count that would have been the spot for the whole evening. Big beautiful trees with benches for guests to sit under - super helpful when you get married in July like I did. Big cocktail hour perfect for games. Covered with bistro lights to give that romantic touch. The reception tent was big with two beautiful chandeliers in the middle. Bathrooms with AC ! - Again great for a July wedding. Lots of parking which was perfect for all of my guests. There was no bad things I could say about this venue. All of my guests talked about how amazing it was for days after the wedding. My Hair & Make up artists, even Photographer had great things to say as well. Evergreen Meadows has it all. I highly recommend to anyone who dreams of a forest, garden, enchanting woodland, beautiful venue.

Anyone who has tried to salvage a marriage celebration during COVID knows that nothing goes according to plan, and has to be ready to face a bit of disappointment, but, we were only pleasantly surprised by how perfect our wedding day was at Evergreen Meadows. We had our wedding at Evergreen Meadows a few months back and contacted Love Blooms for some flower and décor needs; both were more than reasonably priced and were a pleasure to work with. I contacted Katrina at Love Blooms just 2 or 3 weeks before my wedding; she was very accommodating despite the short notice, was always prompt with responses, and had great ideas for decorating the space at Evergreen Meadows. She has a wide selection of beautiful decorations and had everything we needed for our celebration – even lawn games to keep our guests entertained!Lori, with Evergreen Meadows was extremely accommodating. Evergreen is a unique venue and has several different areas that provide a space to hold a ceremony, each with their own beaty. During a time when receptions were not possible, our ceremony space became even more important to us. Lori accommodated us when we asked for tours several times, and was happy to show us around each time, despite a busy schedule. She was there on the wedding day to help set up and offered great ideas for how to decorate as well.Despite having to abide by many new restrictions and take many new safety precautions into consideration, the folks at Evergreen Meadows and Loveblooms helped create the perfect space to forget about the world and celebrate in the most whimsical of settings. I can only imagine what they can do when they are allowed to do what they do best without any restrictions in place!

Couldn't have pulled this wedding off without this venue! Outstanding work by Katrina and Lori. From the first meeting I knew that this would be the perfect place for my daughter's wedding. They were extremely communicative and helpful from the first time we met until we left the night after the reception. We had a little incident with the food truck not showing up 15 minutes before everything was to start and within 45 minutes Katrina found a backup plan for food for our guests! The grounds for the wedding/reception are beautiful with trees all around, the bridal suite is super cute and they even have an in-house florist, Love Blooms, that did a beautiful job within my budget. Can't say enough of good things about this venue and the owners.
