The Excelsior Springs Event Center is the place for you. We offer everything you need for your perfect wedding day—from our beautiful location in downtown Saratoga. The Excelsior Springs is a luxury wedding venue in downtown Saratoga, featuring elegant event space with crystal chandeliers and cool tone walls. We are able to host your ceremony, wedding reception, and rehearsal dinner at our elegant and spacious venue. Our staff will work with you to create a unique and memorable experience for you and your guests. We provide exceptional service and talented staff to execute the complete vision of your wedding. Our wedding package includes everything you need for your ceremony and/or reception. You only have to provide your centerpieces, cake, and any decorations you may want. Our private venue is conveniently located adjacent to the Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs. We can offer a discounted group rate for your guests if you book your wedding with us, providing your guests the convenience of staying next to the wedding venue. Couples that book their wedding with us receive a complimentary luxury suite the night of their wedding. Facilities and Capacity The Excelsior Springs Ballroom can accommodate up to 200 guests for the couple's wedding. Walls painted in cool tones feel modern under the glow of hand-strung crystal chandeliers. Ceremonies can be held on-site in Excelsior East or West, and the outdoor brick patio with shrubbery provides a great location for photo opportunities. Services Offered Excelsior Springs Event Center provides an exclusive Wedding Planner who is ready to work with couples to plan a seamless and memorable wedding. The following services are offered: Onsite Wedding Specialist In-house Catering Chairs, Tables & Linens Dance Floor Parking Overnight Accommodations Bridal Suite Cuisine The Excelsior Springs Event Center culinary team provides American cuisine prepared to meet gluten-free, lactose-free, no pork, nut-free, organic, vegan, or vegetarian needs by special request. The venue provides a cocktail reception featuring passed hors-d'oeuvres and stationary displays prior to serving reception dinner. Couples can choose to have the venue cater in the following styles: Buffet Plated Stations Accommodation Couples can retire from the party to their guestrooms at Courtyard by Marriott Saratoga Springs. The suite level at the hotel features bridal suites with adjoining rooms.

I can not think of a better place to get married. From start to finish Marianna and her team have been nothing but amazing. My husband has a lot of allergies to food and they were able to accommodate everything. Marianna answered all of my questions that I had. There was nothing but professionalism when working with me. She was planning her own wedding and got married the week after me but devoted a lot of time helping me. I would suggest any bride to get married at this place. My cousin wants to now get married at this venue. All my guests kept raving about the food.

We had an absolutely fantastic experience at the Excelsior Springs Event Center for my daughter's wedding. Marianna and Terry were both exceptional. Marianna's attention to detail and seamless coordination made the process a breeze and both Marianna and Terry ensured everything ran smoothly on the big day. Everything was absolutely perfect. The staff is amazing, helps with anything you need, very attentive, my husband and I couldn’t have asked for a better day. They really put your mind at ease from the time you start planning with them, all the way up until the reception is over.

This is a perfect venue for a wedding event. Attractive entrance and impressive hall with beautiful chandeliers, spacious room and a good size dance floor. But most of all working with the event team was just a wonderful experience. The service team is excellent, down to the minor details. Our guests were delighted with the service and we were just very happy with everything!!

Marianna as well as the whole excelsior team went above and beyond, it truly was meant to be and I couldn’t have imagined our wedding anywhere else! Marianna as well as the whole excelsior team went above and beyond, it truly was meant to be and I couldn’t have imagined our wedding anywhere else! Not only was the venue gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for our special day, but the staff also went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process through the wedding itself! Not only was the venue gorgeous and the perfect backdrop for our special day, but the staff also went above and beyond throughout the entire planning process through the wedding itself! Marianna, Terry, and the team at Excelsior Springs executed our dream wedding in Saratoga Springs on March 25, 2023! When I found this venue on Wedding Wire, it sounded too good to be true. Growing up locally, I had never even heard of it, but it had everything we were looking for in a wedding venue in a perfect location! Despite the fact that my husband and I live about 4 hours away, Marianna made the planning process so easy. She accommodated a second walk-through of the space when we couldn't decide between Excelsior Springs and another venue, she was always incredibly responsive to emails and calls, she was super organized, she provided us with trusted recommendations for everything we could have needed to make our wedding exactly how we envisioned it, and she did all of this with grace, kindness, and an obvious passion for weddings. We had about 115 guests, most of whom stayed next door at the Courtyard for multiple nights, and we have only heard amazing things about the experiences our guests had during the entire wedding weekend from check-in to check-out. The bridal suite was incredible. It was huge and there was more than enough space for all of my bridesmaids to get glammed up while enjoying breakfast at the huge dining table! My bridesmaids also stayed in the adjoining rooms. My husband stayed in a suite a few floors up that accommodated his groomsmen perfectly the morning of the wedding. Our guests loved the cocktail hour and reception food, which was super important to us. The ballroom space completely transformed when we added our personal touches to it (we rented chairs and twinkle lights for behind the sweetheart table and chose the perfect light green and silver color scheme for the room.) When we went to the venue to set everything up the day before the wedding, we were completely in awe of the work that Terry and Marianna did to make it look so beautiful! The cocktail hour space felt so much bigger than it looked and was set up perfectly so that our guests could access our guest book, card box, and seating cards while enjoying the cocktail hour food and drinks from the bar. The bathrooms were spotless the whole night. The wait staff and bartenders were on top of everything from beginning to end. The ballroom space was exactly what we were looking for in that it wasn't cramped at all even with a big dance floor, the DJ booth, and a large dessert table. All of our guests had a view of the whole ballroom all night, the event center was private and only accessible to us and our guests, and most importantly, Excelsior Springs and the Courtyard were located walking distance from Broadway which made traveling for a wedding exciting for our guests! If you are looking for an affordable and beautiful wedding venue in downtown Saratoga Springs and you want your out-of-town guests to have an incredible wedding weekend in one of the best cities in New York, this is the venue for you.

Where do I begin....Absolutely beautiful venue. Staff was exceptional to work with (Terry from the banquet staff was the best). Chef, the food was excellent! The comment I hear the most was \"you could cut the filet with a butter knife and the taste was out of this world\"! I can't thank you all for all your hard work and your friendliness. Marianna I had my doubts in the beginning but you came through for us and can't thank you enough.

We had the most BEAUTIFUL day at Excelsior Springs! First off, we had to change our venue 4 months before our wedding. Marianna was so helpful, reassuring, and answered any questions we had promptly. Our guests are still talking about the food, drinks, and how beautiful the venue and hotel were! The best part: the hotel is right next door so no guests had to drive! They hosted our rehearsal dinner, ceremony, and reception. All were exceptional! The food was AMAZING! All the staff were so kind as well! Marianna has a heart of gold and would have done anything for us! I’m so glad our original venue fell through because Excelsior Springs was the absolute perfect venue!

We loved our wedding at Excelsior Springs in June! The ballroom is beautiful, with siding details, lighting, mirrors, and lovely chandeliers, you hardly need additional decor. It is very well maintained and the cocktail lounge was perfect with a patio alongside so guests could get outside to get fresh air throughout the event. The Event Center is next door but separate from the Marriott so you have your own space but it’s easy for guests staying over to get back to their rooms in your room block. It was great working with Colleen Whitaker to plan our event - we originally scheduled the wedding for October 2020 and postponed it due to the pandemic, Colleen was very flexible and accommodating to help us reschedule the date and work through different iterations of the wedding based on the current COVID-19 restrictions. She was also very helpful to talk through general wedding options and figure out what we wanted. The Chef did a tasting meal a few months out so we sampled hors d'oeuvres and entrée options before choosing - we loved the hors d’oeuvres! We had great service throughout the day/night and would highly recommend a wedding at this venue. We were also very happy with the breakfast buffet we did at the Marriott the day after as well. The banquet hall was very specious and the dance floor in moveable! We had a violinist and guitar during the ceremony and a band (The Accents) during the reception that sounded amazing.
