With highly customizable packages, the team here is ready to help you bring your vision to life. This venue allows you to choose from a range of indoor and outdoor event spaces, whichever best suits your hopes for the day. Fairview Sonoma County sits just off the Redwood Highway and is surrounded by the lush greens of the golf course. Once the celebrations have drawn to a close, you and your loved ones can stay overnight in the nearby DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel Sonoma Wine Country. This venue is easily accessible from the city of San Francisco, which takes just an hour to reach by car. Your wedding day at Fairview Sonoma County can begin lakeside, at the outdoor ceremony site. I could rave about this venue over and over. We got married 9/23/23 and the day was more than perfect. Marshauna, Micheal, Dom and Courtney were so attentive throughout the day. Everything was decorated beautifully. The food was delicious and abundant. They served my husband and I a full plate when we sat down. If my dress allowed me, I would have ate more. The day flowed smoothly and we both did not have to worry about anything because the staff took care of it all. So thankful for the staff there. You all are amazing!!

I could rave about this venue over and over. We got married 9/23/23 and the day was more than perfect. Marshauna, Micheal, Dom and Courtney were so attentive throughout the day. Everything was decorated beautifully. The food was delicious and abundant. They served my husband and I a full plate when we sat down. If my dress allowed me, I would have ate more. The day flowed smoothly and we both did not have to worry about anything because the staff took care of it all. So thankful for the staff there. You all are amazing!!

I just got married on 9/16/23 and had my wedding through Fairview Events Sonoma County at Foxtail Golf Club. It was the most magical day and everything went perfectly, exactly how I imagined and how we planned it. All of my guests commented on how beautiful the venue was and how delicious the food was. They loved the atmosphere and thought the event was really well done. The entire planning process was so easy and such a breeze thanks to the Director of Weddings & Events, Marshuana Carter, who was my wedding coordinator as well as my day of coordinator. She was wonderful to work with. I picked Fairview after performing a google search for \"all inclusive wedding venues in Sonoma County\". I wanted to streamline my wedding planning process as much as possible and didn't want to have to worry about all of the vendors. The best part is that Fairview has their preferred vendors and they take care of it all for you! In-house catering (food was amazing), exclusive DJ, Floral, Cake, and Invitations. Everything is priced together so you know exactly what you are getting and how much it will cost. This was a BIG PLUS for me! You just make choices along the way. The only outside vendors I had to find and pay separately were my photographer and my hair/makeup artists. I found my photographer through the wedding fair that Fairview hosted in February and she was one of their recommended photographers that they work with often. This venue has everything down to a science and their weddings are executed to perfection. It turns out several of my guests had been to weddings there previously and they were just as impressed and so happy that I had mine there also. If you are looking for a wedding venue in Sonoma County that is beautiful, easy to work with, has good value/bang for your buck, stop looking-this is it!!!! I would recommend this venue and event company to everyone!

We had our wedding at Fairview Sonoma in May. Marshauna (the event coordinator) was phenomenal. She was extremely professional, listened to all of our thoughts, took time to go over every portion of our big day and was a delight to work with. I would absolutely do another large event here with her as our coordinator. She took so much stress off of us and let us plan an amazing day to celebrate with our friends and loved ones. Her entire staff was very present, professional and kind during the event. The food was absolutely amazing, prepared well and everyone complimented it (especially the prime rib).The bartender was extremely attentive, easy to work with and kind to all of the guests. The music was great, the DJ basically read the room and knew exactly what to play to keep people dancing all night. (even me and I don’t dance!)Marshauna had everything in its proper place and we didn’t have to worry about anything during the event. We were able to just enjoy our time with our friends and family. Her experience really shows in the little details and how thorough she is during the planning and execution of your ideas and visions. She had no issue using some of our own decorations we brought in.My wife and I will remember this magical day and how kind and amazing Marshauna and her staff were for the rest of our lives. Thank you so much to all of you for helping us create such happy memories.

The ceremony site is absolutely beautiful, and the reception area is perfectly formatted and decorated. From the beginning the Fairview staff and Marshauna was very helpful and informative. Everything was organized and planned in such a way to set up couples up for a successful wedding! Our wedding day was absolutely perfect and magical due to the support and service of Fairview Sonoma! Or, you can have a very professional team help you bring the focus of your wedding back to what matters most: maximizing your enjoyment while minimizing the amount of effort required of you. The team at Fairview Sonoma is great and incredibly organized. You'll leave the venue with just a fraction of the stress you walked in with. They coordinate with the florist, the dj, the bakery, and they have multiple great choices for photographers, videographers, officiants, you name it. Plus, the bar and bartender are included in most packages, and the food is spectacular. And you get a nifty wedding binder with important dates and tasks! Definitely talk to Marshauna and Megan for all your wedding venue needs. You will not be disappointed!

My daughter had her wedding ceremony and reception at this venue in October 2021. As we discovered, event planning is ultra-stressful and the pandemic just added to the mix. We basically had 3-1/2 months to plan the entire event. We visited the venue, absolutely loved it, decided that it was the perfect place to host the wedding, and reserved the location during that first visit. We were very pleased with our experience with the Fairview staff. We so appreciated our event coordinator, Marshauna Carter, for everything she did for us from start to finish. She made the process so effortless. Her communication with us was always ongoing and positive. She was professional, courteous, poised and gracious at all times throughout the process. She patiently tolerated all of our worried E-mails, phone calls, questions and last-minute changes. She has a difficult job which she does very well and we can’t say enough good things about her. This venue is absolutely beautiful with an extremely picturesque setting. The ceremony was held in the gazebo overlooking the golf course, serene lake, and stately redwood trees. We were extremely lucky to have a warm, sunny late afternoon/evening for a fall event. Water and lemonade was provided for the guests to keep them cool during the ceremony. Afterwards, guests dined on delicious appetizers and drinks in the reception hall while photographs were being taken outside by Rick Ouellette, a local photographer recommended by our event coordinator. We loved the fact that there are a variety of package options from which to choose to accommodate anyone’s budget. Fairview contractually included food, drinks, ceremony floral, table centerpieces, MC/DJ, and wedding cake, a voucher for invitations at Basic Invite, and toasting flutes, all within the selected package price. You are also able to customize your package to your liking. We chose to have a buffet so that our guests could pick and choose what they wanted to eat. We were satisfied with the numerous options for the buffet and the food we selected was delicious. Service by the wait staff during the reception was highly efficient. The venue itself was set up beautifully. All of the dining tables were tastefully fashioned with pre-selected ivory linen tablecloths and burgundy linen napkins, a gold charger under each place setting, lovely floral centerpieces, and gold-colored chairs. Fairview also provided linen-covered tables for the wedding guest book and gifts, an easel for the seating chart, and number stands for each table. There were several colors from which to select for uplighting in the hall. Ceiling drapes had recently been installed which created an elegant look to the hall. We are so thankful that we chose this venue and highly recommend it to anyone planning a wedding or any other event. Everyone who attended our wedding are still raving about what a great time they had.

We just had our wedding here and planned it in 3 months the staff especially Ashely made the whole process stress free YES STRESS FREE! Our area for our day was decorated beautifully, the food was amazing so many of our guest messaged me after and was amazed of how great the food tasted. The staff was amazing on our wedding day I don't think I had to ask for anything! Everything we discussed for our wedding day was above and beyond met. The DJ they used was also great the whole package was above and beyond there was nothing not one thing I would have wished different! Thank you Ashley and Staff for making our wedding day the day of our dreams!!

From appetizers, main dish (a la cart or buffet), drinks, champagne for toast, wedding cake, center pieces, table linens, schedule of when to do the first dance, to when to cut the cake to when to do toast, they got you covered! Ashley, Director of Weddings and Events is super organized! She is kind and explains your options and makes things smooth. As someone who relies on email as a main for of communication she responded every time in a promptly matter! I am so thankful!

We had our wedding in May. Fairview offered amazing service for the money we spent. Ashley and Chris did an amazing job with helping us to plan, organize and host the event. Ashley was very helpful during all of our planing sessions. Chris was supper helpful during the rehearsal and during our event. Noel, our DJ, did an amazing job at hosting and entertaining all of our guests. We would highly recommend this place for the wedding or other occasion.

Fairview did a great job hosting our wedding. I liked the fact that they have preferred vendors and you don’t have to search on your own, unless you want to add extras. Being able to customize my package and talk to Ashley about my vision made this an easy and pleasant experience while planning my wedding. Fairview Sonoma is Fantastic. Our Wedding turned out better than expected. I of course was feeling stressed. However, Ashley was on top of everything. The food was good, the room was pretty, and the bartender was nice. Noel their DJ is amazing. He is very friendly and is on top of everything. The florist they use met my expectation which was hard to do. The bakery they use is beyond good. The cake was so delicious I wish I could have some more now. If you are looking for a picturesque location for a fantastic wedding with the best price look no further. I am so happy I choose Fairview Sonoma.

Fairview Sonoma is Fantastic. Our Wedding turned out better than expected. I of course was feeling stressed. However, Ashley was on top of everything. The food was good, the room was pretty, and the bartender was nice. Noel their DJ is amazing. He is very friendly and is on top of everything. The florist they use met my expectation which was hard to do. The bakery they use is beyond good. The cake was so delicious I wish I could have some more now. If you are looking for a picturesque location for a fantastic wedding with the best price look no further. I am so happy I choose Fairview Sonoma.

This honestly would have been a 5 star review, but there was a situation that really prevented us from giving them a 5 star. We arrived at 2:30pm, about 1.5hrs before our wedding for our scheduled first look. As I am ready to go outside, one of the coordinators, Ali, stops me and tells me that we have to wait 30mins while another couple runs their rehearsal. Umm... what?! Turns out that the couple was late to their rehearsal and now we were going to miss our first look because I wouldn’t have time to hide from the guests who would being to show up at that time. My bridesmaids were concerned and went to go talk to Ali about throwing off the schedule and she answers with, “It is what it is, they are going to run their rehearsal.” We were just appalled by her behavior and tone. We had book the venue since 2:30pm, so we were free to run things smoothly. It wasn’t our fault that the couple missed their time to show up for their rehearsal. Needless to say, this created unnecessary drama. After this little fiasco, the owner, Wayne and another assistant, Amber, really made our day spectacular. Wayne told us that the couple would not run their rehearsal because they missed their allotted time. He was apologetic and really did what he could to make our day wonderful. Amber was magnificent as well, she was always attentive, and both of them where kind enough to go through the buffet with us and serve our food. They really went above and beyond to make our day wonderful. I would 100% recommend this venue because their packages are affordable and the location on the golf course has a spectacular view. Our pictures turned out amazing! The food was great too! The meatballs and potstickers were to die for. Like I said we will recommend this place to everyone but be careful if you work with Ali.

Foxtail Golf Club was wonderful to work with! All of their coordinators were extremely helpful, answered all of our questions, and didn't even hesitate to let us set-up our event exactly how we wanted it. I was worried that a venue like this would be too regimented to allow for flexibility, but they were happy to accommodate all of our requests and even seemed to enjoy our different approach. Our wedding day was a breeze, everything went so smoothly I didn't even notice the staff clearing dishes or removing the buffett tables to clear off the dance floor. My husband and I worked in the restaurant/catering/banquet industry for years, so we had some high standards. The Foxtail staff came through and did an excellent job!

The whole event was absolutely beautiful. The golfers there were unobtrusive and although the lighting and chair covers were at an additional price I couldnt afford they threw it in for free. The only bummer thing was they charged for children too but that was easy to get over once everything was said and done

Wedding was in June and the facilities were beautiful and in bloom. Sue, our planner, was spectacular and the waitstaff was ON IT. Overall, great value and wonderful people that help you pull off your big day with as little stress as possible.

Wedgewood made my dream wedding come true. I had 200 people and I didn't break the bank. It's an all inclusive deal and worth every penny. The Banquet Director was amazing and added special touches to make the venue look PERFECT.

They charge per person. It is on a tiered scale. We chose to have open bar the whole night and have less people. They take care of almost everything.(Center piece flowers, arbor flowers,dj,cake,and food) They made our night so stress free. The planner and staff were so attentive to make sure everything was perfect for us.
