I cannot recommend Falcon’s Fire and Laura enough! We are so glad we booked this venue. We booked both our rehearsal dinner here the night before our wedding and our entire wedding day. We received the best service throughout the entire planning process and our wedding was INCREDIBLE! Laura was incredibly responsive to every email I sent her, helpful with every little change we wanted to make to the event. We had a couple of meetings throughout the year to discuss details but honestly, we didn’t even need them. Laura had everything handled so perfectly, we didn’t need to lift a finger on our wedding day. She is incredibly organized, confident with leading vendors & guests to where they need to be, and so discreet we hardly saw her all day long. It truly was the best day of our lives and all the thanks can go to Laura! We love her, highly recommend! The bartender on staff for the night was a boss, holding it down all on her own. The wait staff was so on top of things and so sweet. Our guests raved about the food, it was so delicious. The venue itself was also exactly what we needed for our event. It wasn’t too big, since we only had about 70 people, and the newly renovated floors were stunning. The room was decorated by their staff with my provided decor (besides the tables/linens, chairs, and ceiling drapery we ordered) and not one mistake was made. I was so obsessed with how it all turned out. Highly recommend!

We held our wedding at Falcon’s Fire this past October and could not recommend it more. Laura was truly amazing and went above and beyond to give us and our guests an incredible experience. Planning was made so effortless with having so much flexibility while also having someone with great recommendations. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and every space for the night was beautiful. We can’t wait to go back to visit for a round of golf and dinner sometime soon.

We held our wedding at Falcon’s Fire this past October and could not recommend it more. Laura was truly amazing and went above and beyond to give us and our guests an incredible experience. Planning was made so effortless with having so much flexibility while also having someone with great recommendations. The grounds are absolutely gorgeous and every space for the night was beautiful. We can’t wait to go back to visit for a round of golf and dinner sometime soon.

We LOVED having our reception at Falcon's Fire in July 2022. The property is beautiful, and allowed us to get some amazing pictures at sunset. Laura was very very helpful during the wedding planning process, and did an amazing job pulling everything together the day of. I loved that we could borrow decoration pieces from Falcon’s Fire instead of having to purchase everything ourselves. I simply dropped off a box of my own decoration items, described my vision, and Laura had it all set up perfectly for the reception! The staff during the reception were also great, and always made sure my husband and I had what we needed, but were also very attentive to our guests. Falcon’s Fire and Laura specifically far exceeded our expectations and I would happily recommend them to anyone in the Kissimmee/Orlando area.

My husband and I got married at Falcon's Fire on October 2, 2021 and it was a beautiful event that went off without a hitch! Both Lani and Laura are beyond amazing, pleasant and so helpful. Despite it being a pandemic, Laura managed to make planning our event stress free and fun while accounting for everything we wanted for our day of. Their add-ons are SO fun (we went with a candy bar and it was a huge hit!) and the venue itself is beautiful. Can't recommend enough!

All of the staff here are absolutely amazing! Laura was an absolute pleasure to work with and was so helpful when planning my wedding down to the smallest details. The facility is beautiful and well kept. And if you are looking for a unique twist, the helicopter entrance was a big hit with all of our guests. The food tasted amazing and was set up beautifully. My husband and I worked with Lani for over a year to plan our wedding. And, let me tell you, she consistently went ABOVE and BEYOND to ensure our day was stress-free and everything we wanted. She even happily rolled with changes we made in the days leading up to our wedding and made everything happen. Lani understands that wedding planning can sometimes get bigger than the bride/groom, and was respectful of all family in the wedding planning process. Her communication was second to none. COVID changed EVERYTHING about our wedding day, and Lani was a wealth of information, resources, and a HUGE reason why we were repeatedly reminded that we, without a doubt, made the right choice to celebrate our marriage at Falcon’s Fire. I cannot recommend Lani and her team enough. They will do whatever it takes to make sure your wedding day reflects everything you’re looking for. We left the experience feeling like we made a friend, as she was a guide throughout the whole wedding planning process. We will ALWAYS recommend to friends and family the event planning services she and her team offer!

My fiance and I toured this venue a few weeks ago, and I was blown away. Lani is amazing; friendly, organized, super detail-oriented, honest, and upfront about everything. She went out of her way to make sure we knew all of our options and saw everything there was to see on the property. She was also the first of quite a few venue managers (this was the third or fourth venue we had toured) to sit down with us after the tour, go over pricing, answer all of our questions and just get to know us in general. She continued to email back and forth with us for the next week, offering us advice and helping work with our budget, checking in and seeing if we needed anything. We ended up booking a different venue due to the size of our wedding and some other budget factors, but it was a very close decision, and I will NEVER hesitate to recommend Falcon's Fire to anyone we know. The venue is beautiful and every single employee we came across during our tour was friendly and welcoming. Both my fiance and I have hospitality backgrounds and I currently work in the wedding industry, and I can say for certain that you cannot go wrong with this venue. If circumstances were different, we absolutely would have gotten married here.

My fiance and I toured Falcon's Fire a couple months ago and let me tell you - the pictures do not do this place justice!! This golf course is GORGEOUS, so well kept, and the reception area space is fantastic. You get the entire clubhouse which has a wrap-around terrace overlooking the golf course - the idea of a cocktail hour on that terrace during sunset made us fall in love with this spot. We could easily see so many opportunities for gorgeous photos too. We met with Lani who was so sweet and generous, and after leaving the venue, it was really one of the first places we were actually excited about. We're both former long time hospitality workers so we know events well and we could tell our wedding would have been in excellent hands with Lani. She showed so much flexibility in giving us different options for our event, which to us seemed so rare in the Orlando area as so many places we visited were fairly strict on options.When she showed us the indoor space, they had recently painted the walls a nice neutral gray, and she was confident the carpet would be replaced in the next year - and that's what you want in a venue is a place investing in their product and making sure it is perfect for the next event.Unfortunately, we are not having the wedding here due to reasons out of our control, but had our situation been different we definitely would have chosen Falcon's Fire. I mean, you can make an entrance in a HELICOPTER, like where else can you do that? My fiance is definitely upset he does not get to have a helicopter entrance now. Prior to our visit, we had never heard of Falcon's Fire, so that is why I wanted to share my review - if you're a bride or groom starting the process of looking for a venue, you MUST add Falcon's Fire to your list. You will not be disappointed!

My husband and I recently had our wedding at Falcon’s Fire and it was the absolutely best experience a bride and groom could ever ask for! Honestly, they surpassed all of my expectations. Laura (best coordinator ever!) and her team made all of our wedding dreams come true without us having to worry about a single thing. We told them our vision and they took care of everything better than I ever could’ve. My guests had nothing but amazing things to say about our wedding. Everyone loved everything, from the venue, to the food (which was the DELICIOUS!), to the bar, to the decorations. I HIGHLY recommend this venue if you are still looking for a place to have the wedding of your dreams :)

Lani initially worked with us to curate a plan that would fit into our budget which included a package that took care of the big details and vendors. Allie ended up taking over coordinating with us and she was unbelievably sweet, friendly, and really listened to our visions for the big day. Our initial date was rescheduled due to inclement weather and Allie / Lani were able to reschedule to less than a week later without a hitch. They even coordinated with our vendors to ensure our original plans were still in place. When it came to the big day, Allie kept everything flowing smoothly and available to us at a moment's notice throughout if we had any concerns or questions. They really ensured we had as stress free a day as possible and made our wedding day a day to remember.

The venue was so beautiful. It is all inclusive which alone is amazing! Allie, who was the wedding coordinator, comes with the venue. Even after the ceremony, the area for pictures are incredible!! Everything was exactly as I imagined, perfect!

We originally looked at Falcons Fire when we started planning our destination wedding, and although we didn’t book at Falcons Fire, because we decided on having our wedding in PA, Lani took such great care of us, was responsive and accommodating, she even sent me information on things to look for when choosing a venue in Pennsylvania. Her level of customer service and genuine caring is the standard I use when working with vendors here. She was very accommodating on the things we wanted and needed, and put me at such ease. If we could have worked it out we would have booked our venue with her.

We couldn't have asked for a better experience working with Falcon's Fire Golf Course. During our pre-planning meetings, Lani was incredibly helpful, flexible, and helped us navigate the common questions and items not to forget. A couple months before our ceremony, Allie joined the team and was an absolute delight. Our best men gave nothing but rave reviews to us since we were tied up with everything else. The location itself is beautiful, and it was wonderful to have the ceremony and reception at the same location so as to avoid Guests needing to drive. Our Guests also loved the food, both appetizers and dinner. Falcon's Fire offers group tastings every so often which allowed us to try almost everything they had to offer and also work with a family member's allergy.

First, let me start off by saying our wedding day was truly amazing! We found Falcon Fire Golf Club on wedding Knot seven months before our wedding date. When we first started planning our wedding we originally booked a venue in Clermont, FL- Sanctuary Ridge with a lady by the name of Eleanor Mandarine. Eleanor promised us what we were looking for and we made a deposit -$1800 with her. Seven months before our wedding when I was ready to start planning my wedding, I was told by Sanctuary Ridge Eleanor no longer worked there. The new person in charge at Sanctuary Ridge basically told us they couldn't give me what Eleanor promised me. At that point I started freaking out because now we had to look for a new venue in central FL. After waiting two weeks to get our deposit back from Sanctuary Ridge we finally got it back and they were rude about it. So, we started looking for a new venue on wedding Knot and came across Falcon Fire. As soon I became in contact with Lani I told her my story about Sanctuary Ridge and of course she couldn't believe it. We made an appt to go see her and the venue and when we got there we fell in love right away. Lani was so helpful and gave us all of the information and she advised us if we booked by the ending of Nov, Falcon Fire will give us a free candy bar. We booked our date 4-21-18 with Lani and she made us felt good about everything. We attended a few free tour event and loved everything about Falcon Fire including the good food and service. We loved how part our ceremony package included a helicopter for our grand entrance. Our family and friends were really surprised and enjoyed it. Here comes the amazing part Lani did for us! 9 days before our wedding our florist-Rose big orlando who we booked in the beginning of 2018 and paid in full in March-2018- $900.00 emailed us telling us he couldn't deliver our flowers and gives our money back. I was so mad and cried to Lani, she felt so bad for me. But Lani assured me I was going to have my flowers on my day and she was going to work with her preferred vendors. Lani, had Steve from Europa call me the next day. Steve was amazing and he felt horrible about my whole situation and asked me to come into his shop to go over everything I was looking for. Long story short, I got my flowers from Europa and they were all beautiful and affordable. Our wedding was so amazing and everything came out perfect. Everyone had a really good time, enjoyed the food, open bar and the grand entrance. Having Lani as our wedding coordinator made everything so much better and stress free. I really enjoyed working with her and I wish I could do all over again because that's how perfect our wedding was and at the end I was a happy bride! :) Thank you Lani for everything you did for us!From- Jonny & Jessica Jensen

Absolutely, positively 100% extraordinary wedding at Falcons Fire last week!!!! Have to admit, before we found this location, I was a bit overwhelmed with the idea of planning a wedding for my daughter and future son-in-law. From the moment we booked the date, everything fell into place. The team at Falcons Fire is managed by Lani, who is a remarkable woman. You'd have to meet her to understand. She is upbeat and loves planning these weddings. She handled everything, even down to the smallest details, to make sure my daughter's wedding day was exactly as she wanted it to be. Lani micro-managed every single detail. She was always available to answer questions leading up to the event. She returned our calls same day, even returned calls and emails on her day off. By the way, this venue is spectacular! The wedding was like a fairy-tale, romantic and very personalized the way my daughter wanted it. The reception was a spectacular event, lots of dancing (Lani chose our DJ), and she really transformed the room into a jaw-dropping arena. The appetizers just kept flowing during the cocktail hour, there were plenty to go around, and everyone got their fill. A server even ran a tray of appetizers out to the bride and groom as they were taking photos during the cocktail hour. That was really nice I thought. We requested a Candy Buffet, which was exquisitely arranged and a big hit. The Photo Booth was also very popular, guests loved that they could take funny photos and have them printed instantly to take home. The food was amazzzzing, everyone was raving about the entrees. I truly believe planning this wedding was so smooth only because Lani was involved, and I will always be grateful that we found Falcons Fire.

This was the perfect venue for our destination wedding. The venue it’s self is gorgeous, beautiful big windows in the reception hall, lovely gazebo to get married in front of! The bridal suite was awesome to get ready in, even had a steamer for last minute touch ups on our dresses. Being a destination wedding I spoke to Lani via email and she always answered all my questions, helped with anything I needed and gave 100% all of the time. She was such a joy to work with, so easy to plan my wedding. I couldn’t thank Lani enough for my stress free day. I wouldn’t have changed a thing the day of my wedding, I never had to worry about anything. This place truly is the one stop shop! It had it all! Oh ps future brides, bring a lock to the “love lock tree” to add after your ceremony. My husband and I added the lock after our ceremony and had our photographer capture the special moment. Biggest thanks to Lani and your team for making my wedding truly a dream come true!! :)Only remark I have — I’m sad I missed out on your new lake front ceremony location. I’ll have to visit when I’m on vacation again. But that’s lovey addition for future brides!

Omg, I don’t know how to begin to thank Lani for all the help and understanding while planning this event. My family was hit by Hurricane Maria in PR and while the whole power outage and everything, she was there to understand and help me not stress about it, even while we got hit with Hurricane Irma. It was a BEAUTIFUL wedding and it was EVERYTHING I imagined it would be. The ballroom was beautiful and so nice and fancy and I was in awe with every little detail that I forgot and she managed to set up with her own things. It was overwhelming, but Lani and her crew made it even easier for me and my mom. Nelson (my husband) told me that it was pouring an hour or 2 before the ceremony and he offered her help and she said that she would take care of it with her crew. She didn’t give up and she made it happen. Everything about this venue is perfect -- from the simplicity of the gazebo to the neutral colors of the ball room to make your wedding colors your own. Lani and the staff at Falcon's Fire were absolutely amazing! Our advice to future Brides and Grooms is make sure that Lani is also your wedding coordinator (as opposed to hiring an outside one). She made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Lani and her staff are a \"well-oiled machine\". Our wedding was spectacular!Let's talk food. We have been to a gazillion weddings and have eaten our share of \"wedding plates\". We wanted a stellar mix of unique flavors and wide variety of choices for our reception. Falcon’s Fire came through! Prior to creating our wedding menu, we had a challenging time choosing from all the phenomenal selections that Falcon's Fire offers. We meticulously designed a perfect menu that reflects our love of great food and our familys’ love of eating. The menu was tastefully presented and beautifully received. They even made special entrees for our guests that had specific dietary needs.Oh yeah! Did we mention the helicopter entrance? Yep that happened! We kept it a secret from everybody. They were all going crazy as the helicopter landed right next to the gazebo. In a \"nut shell” EVERYTHING was perfect, including the weather. There was not a cloud in the sky and the humidity was low. But we are just bragging.

Falcons Fire was an amazing venue overall! The outdoor ceremony area with gazebo is picturesque and the reception area was the perfect size. They have separate large dressing rooms for the bride and grooms parties that were essential and so much fun to hang out in before the wedding. Lani is experienced and took care of us completely. She thought of things for me, accommodated my requests of all kinds, and even added extra touches to make our day wonderful. We couldn't have done it without her! What can I say about Falcon's Fire GC outside of the fact that it is an all-around fantastic experience. My wife and I were looking all over the Orlando area for a place to tie the knot, and we never looked anywhere else after finding this gem. The ceremony was elegant and beautiful, and the scenery was incredible. The cocktail hour and reception in the clubhouse location was outstanding and looked like something from a movie. Of course, none of this was possible without the amazing Lani Lyons, who's in charge of events at FFGC. From start to finish, she was completely on top of it. Always one step ahead of my wife and I to ensure we had the perfect day set up and ready to go. She was super easy to work with and always on point when anything came up. She made the entire process seamless and stress-free, which is exactly what you want from a wedding coordinator. I honestly don't have the time in my life to express how great she was to work with, and how blessed we were to have her involved in our special day. The prices were very reasonable, the food was delicious (everyone agreed) and the ambiance was unforgettable. We were allowed to do a helicopter entrance, which blew away the guests at the wedding. They even granted us a free foursome of golf a couple days before the wedding, so I could enjoy my last few precious moments with my friends and family ahead of the nuptials. The course is awesome and in great condition. Just an overall stunning experience, and would recommend this spot for ANYONE that is in the Orlando/Kissimmee area.

We chose the Falcon's Fire golf club to have my daughters bridal shower with an open invitation . We had close to 170 guest. Lani and her staff did a great job. The food was delicious, the service was excellent and the property he'd beautiful photo opportunities. Our guests were raving about our party and how good the food was for days after. We had an unforgettable day!!! Thanks Lani

Choosing this venue made our wedding even better than we ever imagined. After reading reviews of this venue AND of Lani we booked immediately. Lani really helped us throughout the entire process of planning and was very knowledgeable. The entire staff at Falcon's Fire was so polite and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. Having people like that really help set the tone for your big day. I cannot express enough how organized and hard the whole team, especially Lani, worked to make this the best day of our lives! The day of our wedding Falcon's Fire hosted a golf tournament and the staff was able to breakdown everything from that event and set up for our wedding without missing a beat. If we had not been informed ahead of time, we would have had idea that a golf tournament and reception was held that morning. Thank you for working so hard to make this stich a successful day for us!

All we can say about this place is that it's absolutely perfect for a wedding venue. From day 1 we fell in love with the place. Amazing place for pictures, the golf course is beautiful and the building structures are amazing. The staff was more than generous. Lani and her staff were on top of everything making sure we had everything we dreamed of for the wedding. We had a very tight budget for the wedding and this Venue was great compared to most of the centra Florida area. We would recommend it to everyone.

We had a very tight budget for the wedding and this Venue was great compared to most of the centra Florida area. We would recommend it to everyone.

If you don't have a venue you should consider Falcon's Fire as your first choice. Lani Lyons the Event Manager is awesome! I looked on the Knot for my venue and saw all the perfect reviews and decided to try this place. All of the other venues just were missing what my dream was. I'm happy that I chose this place. The golf course is beautiful and all of my pictures are wonderful. Lani was always there for any questions I had. We also hired her as our coordinator. The day before and the day of the wedding I forgot so many things and had to keep meeting Lani and she was so kind. Lani was there every step of the way with all of my planning. All of my guests loved the food and told me my wedding was the best they've ever been to. I know that all of this wouldn't have bee possible without Lani and her team. I will be forever grateful to Lani and her team for making my dream wedding come true.

Everything about this venue is perfect -- from the simplicity of the gazebo to the neutral colors of the ball room to make your wedding colors your own. Lani and the staff at Falcon's Fire were absolutely amazing! Our advice to future Brides and Grooms is make sure that Lani is also your wedding coordinator (as opposed to hiring an outside one). She made sure that every little detail was taken care of. Lani and her staff are a \"well-oiled machine\". Our wedding was spectacular!Let's talk food. We have been to a gazillion weddings and have eaten our share of \"wedding plates\". We wanted a stellar mix of unique flavors and wide variety of choices for our reception. Falcon’s Fire came through! Prior to creating our wedding menu, we had a challenging time choosing from all the phenomenal selections that Falcon's Fire offers. We meticulously designed a perfect menu that reflects our love of great food and our familys’ love of eating. The menu was tastefully presented and beautifully received. They even made special entrees for our guests that had specific dietary needs.Oh yeah! Did we mention the helicopter entrance? Yes! That was included in our special day. We kept it a secret from everybody. They were all going crazy as the helicopter landed right next to the gazebo. In a \"nut shell” EVERYTHING was perfect, including the weather. She was very professional, personable, and was responsible for making our wedding the success it was. The food was amazing and the guests loved the look and feel of the place! Loved everything about this venue. We only had the reception here but everything was great. Loved working with Lani in making my day a perfect day. The food was delicious. We had a beautiful wedding at Falcon's Fire! The spaces are very pretty, and they have a beautiful rain location for outdoor ceremonies (which we ended up using and were extremely pleased with). This was important to us because most venues we visited had a rain plan of bring the ceremony inside the reception space. All of our guests complimented us on the venue, service and food! Lani is great! She was available to answer any and all questions we had during our planning process and made things very easy! I highly recommend her as your day of coordinator if possible. Lani Lyons and the rest of the Falcon's Fire Team made what started out as a very stressful venture into a quite enjoyable experience. We looked at a multitude of other venues in the Greater Central Florida area and were quickly becoming frustrated and overwhelmed with all the hidden, or piece-meal, costs imposed by other venues. We finally came across Falcon's Fire and initially thought it would be well above our price point as we entered the property. The entire grounds are immaculate! So we prepared ourselves to once again be told a price that was well above budget. You can imagine how elated we were when we met with the ever-courteous and down-to-earth Lani, and were given a quote that was well within our budget. This place is truly a hidden gem in the sea of over-priced venues. Lani and her team did a wonderful job in helping meet our budget, assisting with our decorations, and helping develop the menu. And the food! It was terrific! We still have guests tell us how much they enjoyed the food that was provided by the venue. All-in-all we couldn't have asked for a more positive experience when it came to ease of booking, quality of the grounds, friendliness of staff, and deliciousness of the food. We HIGHLY recommend this venue to anyone who is looking to turn their special day into an unforgettable dream experience.

Falcon's Fire was a beautiful venue for my daughter's wedding and reception! The winding pathway to the picturesque gazebo area creates a striking entrance for the wedding party, and all of our guests said they loved that they could watch the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and bride walk on the curved path. The gazebo overlooking the golf course is a wonderful setting for the ceremony. In addition, both the indoor and outdoor cocktail hour bar area and room for the dinner reception are fantastic. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor areas. Guests enjoyed having their cocktail hour drinks outside and inside, and they also loved the cigar bar we had outside along with the smore's bar later in the evening. Lani is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped guide us every step of the way, and the staff were all helpful, as well. Our guests raved about the food. They have a great selection of choices, and the portions are large. Everyone enjoyed all parts of the evening. It was a perfect day and evening thanks to Falcon's Fire, and we wish we could relive the day again! Your wedding would definitely be wonderful at Falcon's Fire, as well!

Falcon's Fire was a beautiful venue for my daughter's wedding and reception! The winding pathway to the picturesque gazebo area creates a striking entrance for the wedding party, and all of our guests said they loved that they could watch the groomsmen, bridesmaids, and bride walk on the curved path. The gazebo overlooking the golf course is a wonderful setting for the ceremony. In addition, both the indoor and outdoor cocktail hour bar area and room for the dinner reception are fantastic. We utilized both the indoor and outdoor areas. Guests enjoyed having their cocktail hour drinks outside and inside, and they also loved the cigar bar we had outside along with the smore's bar later in the evening. Lani is absolutely wonderful to work with. She helped guide us every step of the way, and the staff were all helpful, as well. Our guests raved about the food. They have a great selection of choices, and the portions are large. Everyone enjoyed all parts of the evening. It was a perfect day and evening thanks to Falcon's Fire, and we wish we could relive the day again! Your wedding would definitely be wonderful at Falcon's Fire, as well!

I really cannot say enough good things about Falcon's Fire!!!! \r\rWe stumbled upon this gem of a course during a golf trip last year and instantly fell in love with it!! Both of us being golfers knew we had to get married at a golf course. This course allowed us to incorporate our love for the game into one of the biggest days of our life. From the first email I received from Lani I could tell she would go above and beyond. \r\rAfter an entire year of planning and many emails exchanged with Lani we finally made the venture from Canada to Florida. When we finally met in person she instantly made us feel comfortable. From Lani to all of her staff to all of the vendors she recommended everything was absolutely perfect. \r\rOn the day of the wedding she not only made sure everything went on without a hitch she also remained present for the entire event. Far exceeding any of my expectations!! The wedding was way more than I have ever dreamt of!! \r\rFalcon's Fire is now on our must visit list for every golf trip!! We are already planning our trip for our annivesary next year and plan to visit Lani.

I am honestly very happy we did this, we partied on like it was a Saturday night and we didn't feel the expense as badly. She recommended my AWESOME DJ, Steve at Event Concepts and we were so happy about that! The food was good, and we liked the different add on options for before and after dinner. Truly there are no words to describe how happy we were with our wedding. It was a dream come true. Lani was amazing from start to finish. She helped us plan a wedding in a month and a half. Lani the event coordinator communicated over the phone and email. I flew to Florida to meet Lani once and within that day she schedule all my vendors that I needed because the planner we hired did not work out. She assured me along the way that she would help me and she did nothing less. I got the best photo guy, beautiful cake, awesome DJ, and Lani also saved my life with a flower lady at the last minute. The venue was beyond awesome and even though it rained, our weddding was moved to the breeze way without missing a beat. Lani pretty much held our hand and this day was something I will cherish. For a great price we had our dream wedding.

Falcon's Fire is the perfect venue, so stop looking!\r\rMy husband and I wed on May 4, 2013 at Falcon's Fire in front of the adorable gazebo and then celebrated with about 130+ guests in the clubhouse for the reception, and everything about the entire experience was outstanding! It truly was the best day of our lives!\r\rThe event coordinator, Lani, is top notch!! Simply amazing! She was incredibly patient and accommodating. We wanted a champagne wedding on a beer budget. She worked with us to the extreme and offered suggestions to help make our dream an affordable reality. She answered every single email quickly (and there were many... I'm a micromanager). The entire planning process with Lani was very organized and detailed, which carried over to our big day. Our wedding went exactly according to schedule without any hiccups.\r\rWe had a sit down dinner and an open bar (consider corkage fees for liquor if your guests mostly drink beer and wine.. very cost efficient). The food was wonderful at the tasting months before, but was even more amazing at the reception. The new chef is incredible! Our guests still talk about how good the salad and chicken parmesan was, and really, how often do guests rave about wedding food? Overall, the presentation and taste was exquisite!\r\rThe facility is in incredible condition (clean, freshly painted, green grass) and there are plenty of areas for guests to enjoy, including the banquet room, spacious lounge/bar, and large patio. Not to mention, the entire staff was so friendly and did an outstanding job!\r\rWe highly encourage that you choose Falcon's Fire as your wedding venue! We've been where you are - we looked at every venue possible in every possible price range - and we are so incredibly happy with our choice! This truly is one of the best decisions you can make. My husband and I just had our wedding at Falcon's Fire two weeks ago and we are still talking about how amazing it was. Lani and Brandy (the wedding coordinators there) are the best and went above and beyond what we could have imagined as far as making our day perfect. We planned our wedding for ten months and for the last six of those months we were living in Seattle. Lani was awesome at keeping in touch with us and helping us even from over 3000 miles away. I could not be happier for how everything turned out and especially for the amount we paid. Brandy and Lani also are very knowledgable about other vendors in the area and recommended our photographer, DJ, and florist to us which also turned out to be amazing!! The entire staff was great, even the bartenders during our reception. I highly recommend Falcon's Fire for your wedding, you won't be disappointed.

Lani and Brandy (the wedding coordinators there) are the best and went above and beyond what we could have imagined as far as making our day perfect. We planned our wedding for ten months and for the last six of those months we were living in Seattle. Lani was awesome at keeping in touch with us and helping us even from over 3000 miles away. I could not be happier for how everything turned out and especially for the amount we paid. Brandy and Lani also are very knowledgable about other vendors in the area and recommended our photographer, DJ, and florist to us which also turned out to be amazing!! The entire staff was great, even the bartenders during our reception. I highly recommend Falcon's Fire for your wedding, you won't be disappointed.

The scenery for pictures- stunning. The food was delicious, and our on site coordinator the day of our big day.. Brandy is small but loud.. =) She made sure everything ran smoothly.

Our budget was extremely small and I was eventually looking a run-down community centers to stay within budget. And then I found Falcon's Fire! We had our ceremony on a Monday in February to try to keep costs down. I originally contacted Lani Lyons, the events coordinator, expecting to find out that this lovely venue was out of my price range. I sent an e-mail late one night and received a reply in less than an hour! This is very telling of the dedication of the entire Falcon's Fire staff. Anytime I sent an e-mail or called, the response was always fast, courteous, and nice. After we settled on a time and date, Brandy Rivera, Lani's event assistant, took over. Brandy's tireless dedication, energy, and excitement for our wedding still gets me a little choked up. At our first meeting, she brought a list of pictures and ideas she'd found on our theme (board games) and offered helpful suggestions and advice. Along the way to the wedding, she contact me to make sure I was doing ok and see if she could help, offering to let me call and cry to or yell at her if need be. This dedication continued up to the wedding day--the bridal party was running behind and she was the one to actually put on my veil while my mother and aunt laced up my dress. \rI cannot recommend Falcon's Fire enough! If you can at all fit them in to your budget, you will not be disappointed! Even my new-husband, who was not at all involved in the planning, could see how helpful, knowledgeable, and nice they were!

Falcon's Fire was perfect! Everyone who works there was great, and Lani Lyons made everything so stress free and easy. Any questions you had she answered immediatly and any issues she resolved right away. She made planning it fun instead or stressful, we couldn't have asked for anything better. The price is also very resonable. For food was delciouis! Everybody faved about that and also how beautiful everything was. The greens made a prefect picture setting. And when we look back we are very glad we went with Falcons Fire. The Staals 6-18-11

My husband and I are EXTREMELY satisfied with the Falcon's Fire Golf Club. What started out as a location from a preferred list magazine evolved into a relationship for years to come. \r\rOur initial interaction with Lani Lyons, Event Manager was unforgettable. She will ease the planning anxiety by being responsive and honest. You would send her an email request and she would immediately share her insights based on years of experience. After several meetings, we realized that we could not have asked for a better Wedding Coordinator. \r\rThe events leading up to the wedding were flawless. Our wedding was PERFECT and we have pictures and memories to prove it. Luckily the rain started during the reception and we enjoyed the lush green outdoor surroundings at the Falcon's Fire. \r\rWhat did we enjoy most about the facility? The nicely groomed grass, super spacious ballroom, television screens in the restaurant that looped with our engagement iMove, accessibility from the airport, parking options and the customer friendly staff. \r\rThe Falcon's Fire is highly recommended and the pricing is EXTREMELY reasonable. They do not \"nickel and dime\" the Customer and sincerely appreciate your business. We have NO regrets as our wedding was EVERYTHING we dreamed of and our guests were pleased. We were not treated like another client/number/event. Lani made us feel as if she was planning a wedding for her family member or best friend. Lani Lyons (Director of Sales) Having worked at Falcon's Fire for 17 years, I consider it my home, and my couples are family!
