Falkner Winery is an elegant, outdoor wedding venue located in Temecula, CA. This stunning destination is an ideal setting for events both large and small. Their team is passionate about their product, placement, and patronage. Each wine is lovingly crafted, and every celebration is looked after with great care. This picturesque landscape has been years in the making. Rows of grapevines have been cultivated on the rolling green hills of the property. Through perseverance and dedication, the team at this family-owned winery has established a gorgeous venue for clients and guests alike. Couples and their guests will enjoy panoramic views of Temecula Valley Wine Country. The winery itself is situated at an elevation of 1,500 feet. The wedding party will have a private location to enjoy festivities, uninterrupted by distractions and unwanted visitors. Ceremonies can take place outside, surrounded by lush foliage and vibrant greenery. There are multiple locations where nuptials may take place, all of which display unique charm distinct to the area. After the ceremony has concluded, wedding guests can make their way to either an indoor or outdoor reception space, depending on the couple’s choice. Outside, a dance floor can be constructed, allowing wedding-goers to move and groove as they please. There are various table arrangements that are accommodated on the premises. Couples can start their wedding activities with a rehearsal. They will have access to get-ready rooms and have their choice of event spaces. Bookings here include award-winning wines, delicious cuisine, and a convenient beverage package. Meals may be served as a buffet or plated dinners, and these include three appetizers, salads, entrees, and sides. Weddings will include an experienced Wedding Manager and staff to help keep the event on track. There are various upgradable options, examples of which include extended hours, hard liquor, and a horse-and-carriage takeaway. Falkner Winery has one wedding per day, meaning that couples will have plenty of time to celebrate their special day. External vendors are welcome on the property to deliver various services, such as officiating, photography, flower arrangements, and music. A list of preferred vendors is available to clients upon request.

Finding and being able to have our wedding at Falkner Winnery was a blessing. After coming out of the pandemic the venue that we had chosen closed down and we had to begin the search of a venue again. We had our minds set on an outdoor wedding with a botanical garden view. Not many options here in Southern California other than a golf course. After going wine tasting in Temecula we ran into a couple who stated that they had just booked their wedding at a winery so I thought I’d look into other wineries as an option. Still wasn’t to certain I’d find one that was just a vineyard. I was wrong when I saw the website for Falkner Winery the pictures and YouTube videos looked amazing so we made the appointment to meet with Loretta. She was very detailed in showing the venue. You can tell she loves what she does and gives you a visual of how everything would look. The Flowers, the sunset, a romantic view up hill, your Guests walking through the jasmine garden, the market lights on at night. Just visualized it all. The garden and walkway to the ceremony were beautiful, the outside reception area gorgeous with the trees, the greenery and white roses. All I was looking for in one place. The venue search was over. This was it & no disappointment. When the day finally came and I am pleased to say that it was all that and more. Abigail was our on site wedding coordinator and she made the whole process easy and magical! She answered all my emails when I wasn’t sure of something. As we got closer to the day she took all the stress off of me. She organized the rehearsal for our big wedding party. Then on the day of she set out every decoration to perfection, she passed out party favors during the reception, she served us the bride and groom all night long, she even packed all our things up including my bouquet and a pendant with a photo of long lost Father. I thought I had lost it but it was so nice to know that everything was taken care of. I appreciate Kailey too she was there with me to calm my nerves down right before walking down the aisle. These ladies made me the bride feel so comfortable and relaxed.Overall we were truly able to enjoy our day. The food and wine were delicious. The team at Falkner was on top of things and gave our guests great service that no one wanted it to end. My husband and I could not be more grateful for the unforgettable evening they created. Our wedding was in June and we still have family and friends raving about how they loved the venue and how it was the best wedding they have ever been to.

Having our wedding at Falkner was the best decision we have made - it was incredible. From the first moment we met Loretta we knew it was the spot. She is an absolute pleasure to work with and we could not be happier with her help and communication throughout planning.Chrissy, our day of coordinator, was an absolute gem. Not only is she a genuinely awesome human being but she is a absolute rockstar at her job. She went above and beyond to ensure everything went perfect- down to the presentation of the foods on the plates! And makes it look easy. Our wedding happened to be the only 50 degree evening on some fluke and Chrissy seamlessly helped us move inside, keep the night alive and keep us happy and confident that everything was on track.The grounds themselves - there are no words. I dreamed of getting married in Italy and I honestly think Falkner blows any vineyard out of the water. It is a real life fairy tale.The food was incredible! I still get texts about how it was the best people have had at weddings. Thank you thank you thank you! I will be forever grateful to Falkner and its team for making our day perfect :)

My wife and I had our wedding here at Falkner a few weeks ago and it was beyond anything we could have ever imagined! The venue itself is absolutely gorgeous with stunning views of the vineyard and sunsets. Our day was perfect from start to finish, our wedding manager, Abbey, guided us through the day and helped us in so many different ways. She started with a very detailed rehearsal the day prior to our wedding that really helped ease my stress, then day of she set out all of our decor, served us dinner and drinks, placed up all of our stuff and kept us on our timeline. We truly count not have done it without her!!!! The food was delicious and the drinks were great. All the staff were professional and polite! I would highly suggest having your wedding here at Falkner Winery!

My wife and I had our wedding here at Falkner a few weeks ago and it was beyond anything we could have ever imagined! However, it was the people who work at this venue that made us truly want to get married here. From bottom up, every person we spoke to or interacted with dedicated 100% of their time, effort, and care into making our dreams come true before, and during the wedding. Abbey was definitely the greatest piece of helping make our day special! She was incredibly professional and gave us peace of mind knowing that she and her team would make the big day perfect. We had our wedding here at Falkner Winery and it was so beautiful! the vineyard was full and the roses were fully in bloom and the sunset and gorgeous! Throughout the planning process we worked with our wedding Manager, Abbey who was a freaking superstar! She answered so many text, calls, and emails, and made our wedding dreams come to life day-off. She set out all of our decorations to perfection, tamed our crazy bridal party, served mt family and the groom and I food and drinks all night and so much more. She was great to work with and we truly credit our successful day to her. The rest of the staff at Falkner is great too, they were very professional and the bartenders were friendly!!! The food was absolutely amazing and the chef himself helped serve and made sure each guest was happy! I love Falkner and the new memories we have made here, we can’t wait to come back to wine country for our anniversary.

My two stars are for the only positives: beauty of the venue and taste of the food. Dealing with Loretta and Abbey made the wedding process incredibly challenging. Communication with them leading up was bare none, our day of execution was missing certain items, Abbey was nowhere to be found in some moments when I needed her, the bridal suite didn’t come with champagne, Loretta was rude to my wedding party, accused me of not sending payment when she continuously gave wrong routing numbers, just a mess. They both added so much unnecessary stress to my day I would never have a wedding there again. Please save yourself a headache, the venue is great but not worth it.

We had our daughters wedding here a few weeks ago. The venue was gorgeous! The ceremony area breathless ! The food was delicious & wine was superb! My guest had a great time and complimented the beauty of the venue and wedding throughout the night and after. However, the reason I did not give this venue all 5 stars is because of of the lack of organization & service during the wedding. We paid an extra fee to have an “enhanced “ day coordinator. I don’t think we received that extra service. First our bridal suite and groomsmen room was not prepared in the way it was promised. Our assigned coordinator, Abby was not around many times we needed her. She assured us that everything we asked for in advance would get done accordingly but several of our decorations did not get put out . A friend of ours noticed . She found out where everything was kept and put the rest of the items out for us. She even organized our party favor tables better. A few money envelopes went missing from the card box due to the fact that it was placed in an area away from view . I would have liked to have seen where our welcome table and party favor tables were before the reception to make sure it was all done right but because that set up doesn’t get done until the winery closes at 5 pm that is not possible . My daughter made a sign to point our guests to the ceremony, but it didn’t get put out . The ceremony location is not obvious at this venue . You need proper signage or someone directing people. My husband saw several guests roaming and directed them to the restaurant elevator across the parking lot. Abby didn’t allow our DJ to leave any equipment at the reception area until 4pm when we were previously told 3 pm would be fine. The DJ was also playing the music at the ceremony so there wasn’t enough time to move everything across the parking lot to set up and begin playing for cocktail hour at 5:30pm, so there wasn’t any music during cocktail hour. At the start of our buffet dinner it was announced that tables were going to be called out. That didn’t happen and there wasn’t anyone to direct my 132 guest to get up , so the buffet line was a disaster. I think the coordinator should have stepped in but she didn’t . I really should have just hired our own day coordinator because other than bringing us our dinner plates & helping us with clean up everything else that Abby did for us was already included in the contract. I was also disappointed that all my complaints were expressed via email & text to both Loretta, the owner and to Abby after the wedding and neither one of them responded.

Our wedding manager, Abbey was a life saver, we had a long planning meeting where she mapped out our entire wedding day with timelines, floor plans, menus and much more (she has some great insight on planning and the wedding process) then we had a great rehearsal where my wedding party felt really informed on everything. And then the day of the wedding she kept us on our timeline, lined everyone up for ceremony, fed us dinner and drinks, fed my parents and grandparents personally, and so much more! After everything she also packed up our stuff at the end of the night! I would say our wedding was seamless because of her, I was stressed because we didn’t have an outside coordinator but she was so great! We will forever be grateful for her and the Falkner team and we will remember our wedding forever!

So glad we chose Falkner Winery for our daughter’s wedding! It is an absolutely stunning venue with lots of ceremony and reception options. The food was delicious and the service was outstanding. Our wedding manager, Abby, was gracious and efficient at all times. We are absolutely delighted with the evening and our photographs. We looked at several venues in Temecula wine country. Falkner was by far the most turnkey and very well priced. Highly recommend!

I’ve been to many beautiful weddings but this one was so much different, and the reason why was because of the staff! You could tell the manager, I believe her name was Abbey, and her assistant,Kailey, are an absolute dream team. From every detail and every moment, they know what they are doing! Every wedding has their hiccups and usually guests will know, but if anything happened at this one I would never know because their staff handles themselves so professional and precise. The food was hands down the best food I’ve ever had at weddings and the venue itself is gorgeous. But if I was looking to get married again I would choose Falkner because of the wedding managers they have.

Every wedding has their hiccups and usually guests will know, but if anything happened at this one I would never know because their staff handles themselves so professional and precise. The food was hands down the best food I’ve ever had at weddings and the venue itself is gorgeous. But if I was looking to get married again I would choose Falkner because of the wedding managers they have.

My husband, Alec, and I recently got married at Falkner and I never leave reviews but this one deserves one. From the beginning of our wedding planning, I was set on a destination wedding somewhere outside the US. After shopping around, we decided that wasn’t within our budget and started looking at wineries in Temecula. I came across Falkner and something immediately felt right about it. Rachael was amazing in giving us a tour (on the coldest/stormiest day back in February) and as soon as we got to the Reception lawn, I was sold. Falkner’s homey, timeless, and simply elegant vibe was the exact vibe I had always dreamt of for our big day. And then there’s Abby, Alex, Loretta, Kailey, and so many others that we had guiding us through all the crazy planning leading up to and through the big day making it super easy. Alex, the DJ, was AMAZING. Not just the music but how he effortlessly read the room and MC’ed the whole event, never missing a beat. Always quick to respond to the unexpected and worked closely alongside Abby and Kailey. Kailey was the sweetest. If I had any advice for any bride choosing a venue, I would definitely tell them to ask if it comes with an Abby! I wouldn’t even call Abby a wedding/events manager or coordinator because she was way more than that to both me and my husband, especially during the event. The feedback from our guests was that the wedding felt like the weddings in movies, seamless and perfect. Without Abby, Kailey, and Alex all working together, it wouldn’t have been (lol trust me). Abby kept us on time, knew how to respond under pressure, brought us food/drinks, checked on us constantly, took bts videos, EVERYTHING. We could just enjoy our day, and we did just that. Falkner is the best host hands down. I trust them with ALL OF IT and if you’re looking for the wedding of your dreams, this is it - I’m not kidding. My husband, Alec, and I recently got married at Falkner and I never leave reviews but this one deserves one. From the beginning of our wedding planning, I was set on a destination wedding somewhere outside the US. After shopping around, we decided that wasn’t within our budget and started looking at wineries in Temecula. I came across Falkner and something immediately felt right about it. Rachael was amazing in giving us a tour (on the coldest/stormiest day back in February) and as soon as we got to the Reception lawn, I was sold. Falkner’s homey, timeless, and simply elegant vibe was the exact vibe I had always dreamt of for our big day. And then there’s Abby, Alex, Loretta, Kailey, and so many others that we had guiding us through all the crazy planning leading up to and through the big day making it super easy. Alex, the DJ, was AMAZING. Not just the music but how he effortlessly read the room and MC’ed the whole event, never missing a beat. Always quick to respond to the unexpected and worked closely alongside Abby and Kailey. Kailey was the sweetest. First off let me say the venue is absolutely GORGEOUS. It felt like a dream getting to have my wedding here. The food was DELICIOUS, many guests coming up to me throughout the night saying it was the best they’ve had at weddings. They were so accommodating to how I wanted decor set up and set up everything with care. Overall it was a beautiful and unforgettable night to look back on. However, if someone asked me if the day was stress-free that unfortunately wasn’t the case. Abbey (the in-house coordinator) was the sweetest in the planning process and in making sure we had all the details figured out and she made me feel stress-free going into rehearsal but then day of the wedding she was MIA for a big portion of it. When we first arrived I called her multiple times and when she did finally come around it was only for a minute then she would leave with no communication. We were late to start our first look which I expressed was extremely important to me so that we could get a bulk of photos done pre-ceremony. If I didn’t remind her about it, I feel like we would’ve never done it. It seemed like they were short-staffed because she was running around frantically and when I did see her during the reception she was cleaning up all the glasses/dishes which I thought was strange there wasn’t anyone else to help with that. When I see all the other reviews they mention she was making sure the timeline ran smoothing, being very attentive and even getting them drinks throughout the night so it was a bit unfortunate that wasn’t the case for us.It seems as though she left vendors to their own devices to run the timeline but didn’t come to check in that they were actually following it. My bridesmaids took over many times to start certain events like the bouquet toss and I had to use one of my bridesmaids bouquets because no one came to bring me the toss bouquet I brought. Outside vendors were confused where to set up which delayed certain aspects of the night. My aunt who was gracious enough to make all my desserts for the dessert bar said she had to deal with a very rude staff member when she was cleaning up her things at the end of the night as they did not save my cake box and her containers she was told they’d save for her when she was setting up so she can box all her stands. They ended up having to saran wrap my cake topper. It felt that if I did not ask for things on my list to get done they would never have happened, which made it hard to enjoy the moment at times.Overall my guests were unaware of any delays/issues which was great and they all had a wonderful night and I can look back on the night overall happy and would not change having my wedding here. I just wish I had stuck to bringing my own outside coordinator to help the day run more smoothly.

After touring Falkner winery, we immediately fell in love with the ceremony site. The reception area was still being built at the time but we loved the ideas they shared with us. We knew it was going to be a beautiful, new building but the reality completely blew our expectations! Fast forward - wedding weekend! The rehersal walk through with Abbey the day before calmed all our nerves. We had a LARGE wedding party and she answered everyone’s questions and gave everyone direction to keep us at ease for the wedding day. The wedding day was absolutely beautiful and Abbey, the vendors and their management handled the whole day and night perfectly! She was in constant communication to keep us updated and made sure we were hitting our times since she knew dancing was a priority for our group! The scenery and venue were picture perfect. We can’t wait to get our photos back to relive it! 🤍

Stunning venue, Falkner Winery is just beautiful! The layout of the winery is perfect for a wedding. Your ceremony is tucked away beneath the trees creating shade for your guests, and also providing a private area for the wedding. The new reception space has a great flow from cocktail hour into the reception area & dance floor. There is so much natural beauty and nothing can beat that view, especially when the sun sets! Our guests were blown away and had a great time. The only complaint we received is that the bar kept closing down during the reception, which was a bummer for us to hear since we paid extra for liquor. Besides that, we all had a great time and danced the night away!Loretta was easy to work with and very communicative. You can tell how much she loves her job and how she cares for her clients. The food was absolutely amazing! We loved meeting the chef during our tasting. He is extremely talented! We would 100% recommend Falkner Winery!

I am a bride from Seattle, WA and had my dream wedding at Falkner Winery September 2022. We toured the venue in fall 2021 while they were still under construction/doing renovations, but my fiancé (now husband!) and I had so much confidence and trust in Loretta (owner) and Abbey (coordinator) after our tour and meeting that we booked, not even seeing the final product. Throughout the planning process, I appreciated the construction updates and their professionalism, expertise, and communication. They have a solid vendor list and good relationships with many local companies, which was helpful as I was not from the Temecula or Southern California area. I had many pleasant telephone conversations with Loretta, and she was quick to respond to my emails and answer all my questions – she even stopped by on my wedding day so we could meet in person! Abbey, the on-site coordinator, was an absolute pleasure to work with. She is extremely caring, detail-oriented, and knowledgeable. She worked with me on my timeline (I had lots of things planned) to make sure everything fit. Our dress rehearsal was very well organized. On the wedding day, she made sure everything ran smoothly and everyone was where they were supposed to be. I had absolutely no stress. She also helped set up some of our décor and signage. At the reception, she was very attentive to us, brought us dinner and drinks, and was always checking in on us and our guests. At the end of the night, she helped pack up some of our belongings and memorabilia. She truly went above and beyond.We had our 200+ person ceremony in the garden area. We had an amazing backdrop of the sunset and our guests all commented on how they felt like they were at a wedding in Europe with the beautiful scenery and landscape. The reception area overlooking the winery was gorgeous. A lot of our guests took photos at the heart arch during the sunset cocktail hour and enjoyed tasty hors d'oeuvres. The reception began with our entourage and grand entrance into our first dance. We then enjoyed a buffet dinner and a night full of drinking and dancing. Their wines are delicious, and they are one of the few wineries that have a liquor license, so we were able to have cocktails at our wedding. The staff at Falkner Winery truly care about the bride and groom. It was a magical evening. When looking back, the entire night was perfect, and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. My daughter got married here a few weeks ago and it was the best day ever! I was able to truly relax and enjoy the day with family and friends because they do everything for you. The coordinator, Abbey, is AMAZING at what she does. She does an great rehearsal the day before that really helps the bridal party have a understanding of what the wedding day will look like. She got there early and made sure we were comfortable in the bridal suite and taken care of, then set up all of my daughters decor and things, then was there the rest of the night ensuring everything was on point. She served them dinner, and kept getting them drinks throughout the night, cleaned up all their personal things and packed it up, helped them with the cake cutting, and so on. She's aware that this is one of the best days of her couples lives, and makes sure it trickles down to her amazing staff. I love/trust these people and venue so much, my son was married there last year. I could on and on about Loretta, Abbey, Sonya, and the Falkner Weddings team! If you book with Falkner make sure every little detail is in your contract. I came to Loretta in March 2022 wanting to book a wedding for November 2022. 80-100 guest. I told Loretta we were looking for a Sunday date because it was cheaper and we had a lower guest count that didn’t meet Saturday minimum. Loretta gave us a great deal and even told us we could choose from a Saturday date that was left since we were planning our wedding in a few months. We had our wedding in august. Loretta came up with a price based off of 95 adults and 5 children, which was the top of our estimated guest count. She told us the final count was due 18 days prior. 18 days prior I gave her our final count of 85 adults and 10 children. Loretta told me we did not meet our “minimum of 95 adults”. NEVER was a minimum of 95 adults spoke of. She knew our guest count would be 80-100. In the contract it stated our guest count was due 18 days prior. No where did it state a minimum in the contract. Loretta tried to charge us for the remaining 10 adults that would not be coming. I was SHOCKED. 18 days before our wedding. We spoke over the phone and she brought down the cost by up charging us $6 more per adult + tax, so we still ended up paying more. However, we should have NEVER paid more! The contract never stated a minimum. Complete blindside right before our wedding. Then comes our wedding day. The plated food was cold, salmon was dry and the kids were given spaghetti noodles with olive oil and some parmesan. No spaghetti sauce. They were supposed to have chicken fingers and fries. How can you just change the food that would be served and not mention it to us? How embarrassing that on the RSVP they chose chicken fingers and fries but were served noodles with oil. Clearly falkner was going the cheap route on us since we didn’t pay them for 95 adults. We should’ve complained and been reimbursed for those meals, but I didn’t have the energy to fight with them again. Our wedding was beautiful and the winery is amazing, but it’s sad the owner is petty. Just be aware!

She was so organized and kept the entire day running smoothly, she even took little keepsake Polaroid pictures of us, gave our guests fans when the weather reports said it was going to be hot, and stocked the mini fridge of my wife’s favorites soda since she doesn’t drink! She was everything to us and I know the day would not have been the same without her. The rest of the staff is also amazing, Loretta the owner is so knowledgeable and has been doing weddings at her venue for over 21 years! The serving staff was efficient and happy to serve all the guests. The bartender was fun and kept the drinks coming! Not many venues have everything, but Falkner Winey is beautiful, has amazing staff, an fun owner, delicious food, and top tier wine. We will return every year for our anniversary.

She was timely, professional, and a miracle worker. Falkner's aesthetic is hard to beat. My husband and I were attracted to the property because of it's gorgeous ceremony space. Beautiful jasmine arches, white rose bushes, and towering shrubbery give their ceremony space an \"Alice in Wonderland\" vibe. Overall, we were pleased with how our wedding turned out and wouldn't have wanted it to be anywhere besides Falkner. Our guests walked away feeling like they had spent the evening in Italian wine country. This venue comes with a lovely Wedding Coordinator named Kim Thomas, who you get to use 2ish months out from your wedding date. Kim is bubbly, easy to work with, and takes an overall \"I got this - Bride/Groom don't worry about a thing\" attitude. My baker failed to deliver my cake on the wedding day (Do NOT use Oak Grove Culinary Creations) and Kim shielded me from the whole ordeal until she had a solution. Which, might I add, included personally sourcing a cake from a nearby grocery (I suspect it was from a grocery due to it being 8pm day of) so that my husband and I didn't miss out on the tradition of cake cutting. Yes, I wish my baker had actually fulfilled their obligation, but Kim and her girls made us walk away from the evening not even remembering that there was a cake issue at all. When we asked for dinner service to speed up, she was out there talking to the staff and even delivered entrees herself. When we mentioned that the drinks were too strong, she was immediately behind the bar coaching the staff to correct it. She was our go-to and I can honestly say the \"calm\" I felt the day of was because of her ability to execute and get shit done. I was the maid of honor for a wedding this past weekend, and on behalf of the happy couple (currently honeymooning), Falkner was absolutely perfect! Kim was the coordinator for us and she was AMAZING. She was there every step of the way, making the bride, groom, and bridal party feel at ease and went out of her way to make the day extra special. She was available for all of us for any questions or concern from the first meeting all the way up until we all left at the end. The setup, ceremony, and reception went so smoothly, we could not have asked for anything better. Highly recommend!!

My brother and sister-in-law got married at Falkner a few weekends ago and it was the most beautiful wedding ever! Everything was so romantic and the vineyard is breathtaking. My brother and sister-in-law were very nervous but their wedding manager, Abby was very organized and made sure the night went perfectly. She took charge in making sure the wedding party knew what they were doing and made everything so simple. If it wasn’t for her I don’t know what we would have done. The staff here is amazing and really looks out for their brides and grooms and their guests!

April 2022 Detailed Wedding ReviewThis will be a lengthy review, but I hope that shows how much care I took writing this.There are two women who are the heart and head of Falkner Winey - and who made choosing Falkner Winery the best decision my HUSBAND and I have made. I am from Las Vegas; my mom and I took made the trek to Temecula in May 2021. I made 8 appointments that weekend, Falkner Winery was our first stop. We had the pleasure of meeting Loretta. Loretta is the owner of Falkner Winery. Her and her husband have built the winery from the ground up, and you can feel how much passion oozes out of Loretta while she’s walking you through the venue. There was something about walking with the owner, knowing I’d be in contact with her, and being from out-of-town made me feel extremely confident in our decision. She knows Temecula and she has cultivated excellent relationships with local businesses. Side note, the DJ we booked told us how much of an honor it was to be on Loretta’s preferred vendor list and how much he adores working with Kim and Loretta. After our meeting, Loretta made me feel so confident in choosing Falkner, I canceled all my other tours with other venues. I told her 24 hours it was a green light. She was available every time I reached out, she was extremely (more than fair) in every aspect of planning. While I’m hyping up how much I respect and appreciate everything Loretta did for Daniel and Me. I need to also then send her a big kudos in the hire of a century; her day of planner, Kim. After my first meeting with Kim I instantly felt good about all the decisions I had spent hours and hours and hours (months) choosing. She made me feel so confident that she would be able to make my vision happen. She gave very practical boundaries on what was and was not possible. I think only us brides know the amount of wedding content we are constantly consuming… it’s exhausting. And to have someone like Kim, who has run hundreds of weddings, say that my vision was special… and for me to really believe it is priceless.The ways Kim went above and beyond compare to none. And trust me, I know good customer service, I was a Forbes Five-Star Awarded Concierge for five years. Between the amount of pride Loretta takes in FW (as she should), is the same amount of love I felt that Kim has for her brides and her job. The experience wouldn’t have been what we wanted without the two of these women. Nothing can compare to Falkner Winery the evening of your wedding. I had visited a few times, and at first I almost thought I was compromising cause it wasn’t the flashy-set venue. I was beyond wrong. This venue has so much natural beauty, I’m so glad I didn’t go nuts on florals. It doesn’t need much. We hired OC Strings to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Best decision ever. It made the venue come alive. This venue has it all, so many different locations in just one property. They just finished their barn structure and it is the perfect combination of modern and vineyard rustic. The new market lights and the sun setting, sitting across from my new husband was enough to just make me cry. I don’t think I’ll be able to stop talking about how much I loved Falkner Winery - nor how much I appreciate Loretta and Kim - and the incredible wait staff at the reception. Thank you for everything you all have done for us.

She made me feel so confident that she would be able to make my vision happen. She gave very practical boundaries on what was and was not possible. I think only us brides know the amount of wedding content we are constantly consuming… it’s exhausting. And to have someone like Kim, who has run hundreds of weddings, say that my vision was special… and for me to really believe it is priceless.The ways Kim went above and beyond compare to none. And trust me, I know good customer service, I was a Forbes Five-Star Awarded Concierge for five years. Between the amount of pride Loretta takes in FW (as she should), is the same amount of love I felt that Kim has for her brides and her job. The experience wouldn’t have been what we wanted without the two of these women. Nothing can compare to Falkner Winery the evening of your wedding. I had visited a few times, and at first I almost thought I was compromising cause it wasn’t the flashy-set venue. I was beyond wrong. This venue has so much natural beauty, I’m so glad I didn’t go nuts on florals. It doesn’t need much. We hired OC Strings to play during the ceremony and cocktail hour. Best decision ever. It made the venue come alive. This venue has it all, so many different locations in just one property. They just finished their barn structure and it is the perfect combination of modern and vineyard rustic. The new market lights and the sun setting, sitting across from my new husband was enough to just make me cry. I don’t think I’ll be able to stop talking about how much I loved Falkner Winery - nor how much I appreciate Loretta and Kim - and the incredible wait staff at the reception. Thank you for everything you all have done for us.

Loretta and her team were all so accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed being service members as well. Kimberly was our wedding coordinator. The venue itself is gorgeous with a breathtaking ceremony site and makes you feel as if you are transported to Italy. We received so many compliments from guests about the venue! But aside from the beauty of the location, the staff were amazing to work with. I was incredibly anxious about the wedding planning process, but when working with Loretta and Kimberlee (our coordinator), I was surprised by how easy the process was. Kimberlee is the sweetest person and such a reassuring presence during the stressful day. She makes sure to walk you through all the steps and is very thorough - nothing gets missed! My husband and I got married here in August after postponing our original date due to covid. Loretta was extremely easy to work with and had fantastic communication throughout the entire planning process. She really knows her stuff! We did a menu tasting and loved all the food we sampled. The day before our wedding, we had our rehearsal and had a chance to meet with the day of coordinator Stacey. She was amazing! She kept everything organized and was such a great help. Our actual wedding day was divine. We look back on that day and we are so happy with the way everything turned out. Stacey and her team set up all of our decor items and was kind enough to even help us pack it all up at the end of the night. The staff waited on my husband I during our meal unlike anything we have ever experienced before. I will always recommend Falkner Winery to any couple who is looking for a private winery setting for their wedding. We loved that we had the entire venue to ourselves for our wedding. The ceremony site is breathtaking and truly what sold this venue to me when I did my first tour. All of our photos turned out stunning with the tall olive trees and beautiful vineyard in the hills.

Falkner Winery was an amazing venue. Everything from the grounds to the food and the staff made the night perfect. One of the few wineries in Temecula to offer a hard alcohol package which was a must with our guests. The sunset was amazing for pictures after the ceremony. The venue also had its own wedding coordinator Kimberlee. She brought everything together perfectly. We (especially the bride) didn’t have a single worry the entire wedding. Loretta was always available to talk and meet our needs. I even changed my napkin color couple days before! Talk about an amazing owner! All her staff was super friendly they even brought us appetizers from the cocktail hour while we were busy taking photos! Always offered us water and champagne while in the bridal room. The whole day went smoothly and we were even ahead of schedule ! Food was simply amazing all of our guest loved it! Staff was amazing super helpful, they even helped clean up our DIY decorations. Despite covid, we were going to move forward with a July wedding and I couldn’t be more excited (since we had already postponed from april). We had back up plans arranged with Loretta, and this wedding was happening. Unfortunately, about 5 weeks before the wedding Falkner suffered a fire. Even then Loretta tried her hardest to help us come up with a backup plan so we could still have our Falkner wedding! We ended up getting married in our backyard (due to everything shutting down more and wanting to be safe) but Loretta gave us a full refund and was understanding. If we didn’t live so far away she even offered to allow us the ceremony site and grounds for photos! They tried everything to help us make our wedding dreams come true but in the end COVID won. We hope one day to have a giant anniversary party at Falkner and celebrate our love then! The food, staff and wine is nothing short of amazing and I would definitely recommend this venue for your wedding!

With all this craziness that happened this year they gave us exactly the wedding we wanted in the most difficult of circumstances. She made us feel so welcome and really felt like we could have a custom and personalized wedding. Loretta was so professional and easy to work with, it made the venue and catering one of the least stressful things of our wedding. Unfortunately, due to a fire at Falkner, we were forced to move to another location. However, I would absolutely recommend Loretta and Falkner Winery to any future brides!

Attention All Brides/Grooms:Look no further, this is your place! I searched many locations and i can’t review enough on how easy, accommodating, professional, and attentive Falkner Winery was for my magical wedding. All I had to do was describe my fairytale wedding and they made it all happen. Loretta and Krissy were so involved and guided me through the entire experience with ease and confidence. They are extremely thorough and paid attention to details like a bride would want for her special day. They made sure the grounds of the establishment were clean and on point all the way down to making sure the market lights were sparkling clean outdoors to make sure they illuminated bright and clean for photos. FOOD:The food was a HUGE hit with our guests. One fear I had with planning our wedding was the guests comments on food and liquor... well that was the topic of discussion BUT... people couldn’t stop raving on the elegant plating and the taste. They say you can’t please every guest but WE did!!! The selection of liquor and wine was perfect to host our guests. The food was HOT and perfect temperature. Perfect portion and the presentation was ideal. Their chef knows what he is doing and can handle a large group with no problem. SERVICE: 5 star service from start to finish!!! From the moment we started planning to the moment we drove off, Loretta and Krissy were there to make sure everything went as scheduled and communication was key! They both kept an open communication with me and with our VENDORS. Every time I needed to make adjustments they did and always confirmed with us and the vendors. On our rehearsal, Krissy had already talked with our vendors and had all the details in line. We wanted to serve Gelato prior to the wedding to great our guest as they walked in to cool the palettes in the heat and she suggested a company that was far more affordable then what I found and tasted AUTHENTIC. So glad we went with their vendor suggestion. PRICE: All I can say is you will not be disappointed in what you pay for and you will not pay what you would somewhere else for this location! The venue is priced far more reasonable then other wineries and you get personal service rather than feeling like you over paid. Final review: if I could do it again, I wouldn’t change ANYTHING!!!

We had our wedding here a few weeks ago and it was such a perfect setting. The scenery was absolutely stunning. We worked closely with both Loretta and Krissy and they were both super easy to work with. They were easy going, professional, and good communicators. Krissy was our day of coordinator and was particularly amazing. She had everything running smoothly and I just can't stress enough what a treat she was to work with. They were able to work within our budget and still put out an amazing product. As an added bonus, their wine was so good we ended up joining the wine club afterwards. We had our wedding at Falkner this past June, and it was one of the best decisions we made. The venue is absolutely stunning. We particularly loved our ceremony site (the Pinnacle site), which starts with an incredible walk between cypress trees and under jasmine and leads to the ceremony site surrounded by white rose bushes with beautiful views of the hills and vines. Everything was in full bloom in June! I cannot count the number of guests that told us how beautiful of a setting it was. Loretta and Krissy were great to work with from the very start and much more accommodating than other venues we spoke to. They were so responsive and professional, and we really felt like they cared about us having a wonderful wedding day there. They helped us get farm tables and cross-back chairs from a local vendor and were just generally helpful since they know the Temecula Valley and vendors there well. And they have hard alcohol, which 90% of wineries do not have a license for. Overall, it was a fantastic experience having our wedding at Falkner. We can't wait to go back and visit!

Falkner was the best wedding venue we could have ever hoped for. Most notably, because the wedding coordinator, Krissy, is simply amazing. She took us under her wing from the moment we met her and was our guidance through every worry, every question. From the moment we arrived at the venue she had everything under control. She told us where to go, what to do, and exactly when to do everything. She made sure every detail was absolutely perfect. She was always there for us, and always refilling my wine glass without asking! She really made the experience as perfect as possible, I couldn't have asked for anything more. As far as the venue itself, the winery is beautiful. The Pinnacle makes for a stunning space, especially at sunset. The only bummer was you can't get there until 2 hours before the wedding, and the bridal suite is small. But with our incredible vendors and Krissy, the time constraint wasn't an issue at all. The food is so delicious, and you can do a tasting beforehand to choose what you want. The ceremony space is quaint and secluded. During our month there wasn't a lot of greenery on the vines, but the space was still just as beautiful. Loretta, the owner, is great too. She always responded super fast to our emails and questions, and worked with us on all our different options with pricing. We were lucky enough to have Krissy as our coordinator, as I’m pretty sure she could run a wedding in her sleep at this point. She knew exactly what to do, even when I was completely dazed and exhausted after all the pictures and emotions. Loretta was a huge help as well, as she touched base with me every step of the way regarding payments and updates. Both ladies are incredibly friendly and ready to help with anything.The winery as a whole is the perfect wedding spot. After looking at a few places, we realized we couldn’t beat this venue. Falkner has an incredible view, great staff and everything included at a reasonable price. The open beer and wine bar was great for us, but they also received their liquor license recently, which is great! The most important thing to remember is that this place was meant for weddings (and wine making), so they have it down to an art. You really don’t need to worry about much come wedding time compared to other places that aren’t as wedding oriented. And you get an INCREDIBLE background for pictures.

We looked at so many different places, but ultimately just fell in love with the outdoor \"Yard\" space at Falkner with its incredible views and intimate feel. We also loved that Falkner has their own catering staff and facilities on-site and of course that they provide the wine and beer as well. It just made things easier not to have to worry about booking a separate caterer too. We booked with Falkner exactly a year out from our wedding date (9/28), and our coordinator Krissy was SO helpful answering all of our questions leading up to the wedding, especially toward the end when I had new questions popping up every day. Krissy truly served as a day-of coordinator for us, and we did not need to hire our own. She helped me with the vision for the space and mapping out where everything would go. I dropped off all of our signs and extra decor the day before the wedding and she and my florist arranged everything beautifully the day of the wedding. We had our ceremony at a church nearby, so when we made our grand entrance at the reception and finally got to see the Yard space all set up, we were just blown away! There is something about the light at Falkner during sunset that is just magical. We timed it so that our first dance happened just as the sun was starting to set, and there was this gorgeous, golden glow all around the space. We got really lucky with the weather too - it was about 75-80 degrees all evening and just perfect to be outside. We got so many compliments from our guests on how beautiful the space was and how nice it was to be outdoors. The serving staff for the reception was awesome, and the food was really good! Krissy took such good care of us and had plates and glasses of wine waiting for us when we got back from taking sunset pictures in the vineyards. We were so hungry and it gave us a chance to just sit and enjoy our food before starting to mingle with everyone. The only part of the meal that wasn't as good as it was during the tasting was the prime rib. We paid extra for the carving station at the buffet but unfortunately the meat was very chewy and overcooked, so that was a little disappointing. But everything else was delicious, and Falkner also has a lot of Gluten Free options on their menu which was good for our guests. Krissy helped keep everything running smoothly and on-schedule during the reception too - from special dances to the toasts to the cake cutting. Everything flowed really nicely and we were able to open the dance floor pretty early which was good because our guests danced the entire time!! It was seriously the best day - better than we ever could have expected! At the end of the night, we did a grand exit and my husband and I left for our mini-honeymoon in Dana Point straight from the reception so we needed to make sure we had all of our luggage, cards, guestbook, etc. packed in the car. I gave Krissy a list of things that needed to come with us before the wedding and she did not forget a single thing! I was seriously so impressed. She even sent us off with some champagne for the road which was so sweet :) We can't thank everyone at Falkner enough for our amazing wedding day!! We couldn't have asked for a more special, thoughtful, organized, fun and beautiful wedding. Krissy and Loretta are stars! I look back on the day and honestly wouldn't change a thing. From the initial meeting, Loretta was honest and up front, trying to save us money, as she knew we were paying for the wedding ourselves. She took her time, learning what was important to us, and then tailored a package to meet our needs. We first met Krissy (coordinator) around 6 weeks before the wedding. I was a little anxious because I didn't know if that would be enough time or if I'd even like her, but WOW, Krissy is incredible. She goes above and beyond and is very organized. The staff at Falkner are wedding pros. We used the Pinnacle ceremony site and the Garden for the reception. They even moved our personal photos from inside the barrel room, up to the garden area after the ceremony. They took care of the little details I wouldn't have even thought of. I also highly recommend joining the wine club at Falkner because if you're a member for a certain amount of time, you can upgrade one of your wedding wines to a premium wine. We were also able to have a mojito (using the white luscious lips wine), which was a big hit. The beers are also good beers; we chose blue moon and torpedo. The food was top notch too. We got the carving station, which everyone commented to us about. We had big jenga and cornhole set up for our guests to play at the cocktail hour. HUGE hit! Our cousin played for the first time and got hooked. His wife ended up buying him his own set for his birthday. Our guests had a blast! The vendor list is also a big help. A bunch of vendors have a \"Falkner discount\" and have worked together before. We had a lot of fun planning, and our vendors looked forward to working with one another. Another note - the weather in September was perfect! Both outdoor ceremony sites are shaded and Falkner is on a hill, providing a nice breeze. At night it was a bit chilly, which was perfect because everyone wanted to dance!We look forward to coming back to Falkner with our pups, family and friends for years to come!

We recently held our daughter's wedding here. The wedding was held in the garden, and the reception was held in the Pinnacle Room. Both venues were absolutely gorgeous, and we couldn't have been couldn't have been happier with how the overall wedding and reception turned out. Our Day-of-Event Coordinator was Krissy. She is a true professional, making certain that on the day of the big event, you can just enjoy, knowing that she is taking care of everything behind the scenes. However, as with any big event there are always going to be things that don't go quite as you had hoped, and our Daughter's wedding was no exception. The Bride and Bridesmaids got dressed in the bridal room above the wine tasting room. We were definitely happier with this room as opposed to the bridal room attached to the Pinnacle Room, as it's much larger and nicer. However, the only restrooms available for use by the bridal party are the public restrooms, which are also being used by people wine tasting. It would be nice if somehow a private bathroom could be created for the bridal party. Next, tours of the wedding venue were being given to other prospective brides and grooms while our Daughter and her Bridesmaids were trying to get ready. I understand they still need to conduct business; however, our daughter told us that a couple on a tour actually walked into the room she and her bridesmaids were getting dressed in. One would think that a little more consideration would be given to a bride as she's preparing for her special day. Finally, coffee was available at the reception; however, when I saw a few of our guests with coffee, I noticed they had it in a styrofoam cup. This is completely unacceptable in a formal setting. I so wanted to give this venue a 5 star review, and that's unfortunate as everything else about this venue is absolutely magical.

Our daughter got married and Silvana was our wedding manager. The venue was amazing! The food and wine were spectacular as usual. Silvana was Awesome!!! She took care of every little detail. She fixed problems that came up such as reorganizing the flowers and providing an alternative to the guest book which the bride forgot to bring. She comforted the Father of the bride. She helped Lydia with her dress multiple times. She did her absolute best to make sure the wedding and reception were memorable and so special for everyone.

The owner, Loretta, was hands-on and responsive through the entire planning process making it so easy for all of us. Kristy helped us join the wine club so we got points for all the money we were spending. She did a fun tasting with us the day before the Welcome Party and made great recommendations. Our welcome party was a Karaoke Party in the Pinnacle restaurant. It was absolutely beautiful with great views of the Valley. The staff were all friendly and helpful. They even brought out milk to go with the chocolate chip cookies we got! Everyone raved about the food and wine!For our Farewell Brunch, Kristy set up a private party for us during the Sunday Funday event. The food was amazing, especially the corn! Everyone loved the Sangria and we just could not stop eating and playing lawn games. It was the perfect way to spend the weekend. If you are considering getting married in Temecula, please look at Falkner!

The ceremony was set in the garden overlooking the grape vines and our reception was outside near the tasting room in their garden. All my guests are still talking about how beautiful the wedding was. And... their wines were a big hit! My guests especially liked the cabernet sauvignon and meritage varietals. Our initial contact with Loretta did make me feel that we would be spending all of morning of our wedding decorating the venue on our own, so it may be helpful to tone down that language a bit in the contract and emails. On the other hand, I can imagine it's to keep expectations a little lower. On the day of, Krissy + team took care of everything!

My personal note to Loretta and her team at Falkner Winery:Hello again Loretta, I wanted to take a moment and say thank you. Our wedding was truly a success, as told to us by so many of our guests!However, what I really want to do was to commend Krissy and her team. They were outstanding!Although I had some reservations at first, mostly in regard to email communication, Krissy was on point once we arrived on site. She kept us on our timetable, she was in the kitchen checking on food service, she interfaced with the DJ, she made sure all of our decorations made it to the tables when we were in crunch time. All the while, making herself available to me when I needed questions answered. The wait staff and bar staff were exemplary, as well. We never had to ask for refills or want for anything during the reception. As someone who works for a 4 star resort, she put some of the people I work with to shame. I hope you realize she is an asset to your organization. Again, thank you for hosting our wedding and helping to make it so very special. They were outstanding!Although I had some reservations at first, mostly in regard to email communication, Krissy was on point once we arrived on site. She kept us on our timetable, she was in the kitchen checking on food service, she interfaced with the DJ, she made sure all of our decorations made it to the tables when we were in crunch time. All the while, making herself available to me when I needed questions answered. The wait staff and bar staff were exemplary, as well. We never had to ask for refills or want for anything during the reception. As someone who works for a 4 star resort, she put some of the people I work with to shame. I hope you realize she is an asset to your organization. Again, thank you for hosting our wedding and helping to make it so very special. I was married July 16 at amazing Falkner winery! We had the whole winery as our private space--a WOW for all my guests! Totally a cool place for my wedding. We had the ceremony at 6:00 PM and then we partied until midnight! The ceremony was in the vines, the dinner reception was outside in the rustic Yard-garden area with the market lights, shaded yard area, the killer sunsets, and views!!Everyone said how romantic and unique my wedding was. It made me SOO Happy. Krissy, the manager is out of this world. She is so together, and runs everything so easily--we could all enjoy the whole wedding! The wedding package is very inclusive; and Loretta, the owner is so easy to work with. You can customize details for your dream wedding. I LOVED MY WEDDING and you will as well at Falkner Winery!Thanks Falkner Winery for my perfect wedding!

My wedding was amazing, exceeded my expectations. Had my wedding ceremony and reception at Falkner Winery in Temecula outside at the Garden. The place was beautiful, the staff was great especially my wedding manager Silvana, the food was delicious, the set up and pictures came out beautiful. I couldn't have asked for more, really really happy, best day of my life, got nothing but good comments and compliments from all my guests. It was an unforgettable evening that I will never forget. My wife and I want to thank everyone who made our wedding day so special but most of all Falkner Winery.

Everything I dreamed of! From our first visit to a smaller boutique winery, I felt so special. The customer service and genuine interest is amazing. From the check-in greeting, to the tour with the owner Loretta, you know you are in good hands.The wedding proposal is so inclusive, with the freshly prepared amazing food (no rubber chicken), and All included Hosted Open Bar with Falkner wines,beers was such a surprise! The wedding day was gorgeous! We started at 6:30 PM with our ceremony in the gorgeous vineyard area; and ended at 11:30 PM inside in the Pinnacle Room reception! The views and sunsets were out of this world! My friends kept complimenting me on the amazing beauty of the winery location, the yummy food, and friendly staff. Krissy, our wedding manager, is excellent. She knows everything that needs to be done, and ran the entire wedding/reception to perfection. She even thought of things I forgot.I can not begin to state how happy I am with my wedding day at Falkner Winery--it will be a very special memory forever!Thanks so much--you can not find a more gorgeous, and personal attention location for your wedding. All of our guest ABSOLUTELY LOVED Falkner Winery! We had our wedding on October 14th outside in the patio and it set such an amazing scene for our special day. The sunset was spectacular and everyone involved from Loretta, the owner, to our coordinator, Cassie were so easy to work with, great communication between all parties and made things that much easier to plan and enjoy our day! It truly is a one of a kind venue with gorgeous sunset as the backdrop and the vines everywhere you look, the red barn gives it a great touch and at night the market lights are great! And you get a nice cool wind blowing too which was great on out warm day! I would HIGLY recommend this venue! Their packages are reasonable priced, they include A LOT (which is a great help to be able to spend a little more on personal touches), food was delicious, you have good wine and beer options! It's truly a great opportunity!

We had our wedding here on October 14, 2017 at the Pinnacle setting. The wedding was GORGEOUS! All the staff and everyone involved in our wedding day was amazing! Krissy was our wedding coordinator and she made everything go so smoothly and made our day feel really special. I would recommend this venue to anyone! I had so many guest come up to me saying how beautiful the venue was, how nice the staff were, and how much this venue looked like a dream wedding!! Our wedding experience with Falkner from start to finish was fantastic. From the early planning stages, choosing our menu and deciding how to decorate, the Falkner team was eager to answer our questions and help us personalize our big day each step of the way. Krissy, our wedding manager for the Pinnacle package, was AMAZING and on top of every detail to make our big day run smoothly. Their chef we worked with was so friendly and all of our guests said the food was incredible. One of my favorite things about this place was having multiple “changes of scenery” throughout the night all on the same property: our ceremony was in the vineyard (weather and view was absolutely perfect), the reception was inside the Pinnacle restaurant, and we even had a pre-ceremony some & festivities hour in their barrel room!! The various locations made the event so fun and memorable. I am so glad we chose Falkner to celebrate one of the biggest moments in our lives.
